Kebab king in Telford and Wrekin

food was cold and not very nice . has always been ok on collection but now I won't be using again .

By far the best food place in madeley always polite, friendly and welcoming. Place is always clean and tidy and the menu is easy to read never had any issues with the food always hot and served well. Great team behind the counter 👍🏽 keep going guys brilliant job.

Despite pinpointing the exact location, driver apparently couldn’t find us so we had to wait for them to re-deliver. Food ended up taking two hours to arrive - of course it was cold and inedible by that point.

Pizza was squashed on the one side as the box had been turned on the side

The food order was OK, other than the curly fries was a small when I paid 5.60 for a large.

Ordered a kebab and told them I'm gluten free so no Pitta bread. Watched them cook the chicken and as it was finishing they slapped pitta bread on top of it on the grill! I said I can't have that chicken now, but they made no attempt to cook fresh chicken, so I asked for my money back. I got it refunded but their was no apology, they just didn't seem to care at all. Don't use if you're coeliac or gluten free as you can't trust them. I also watched someone use their bare hands, unwashed to shred doner meat onto a pizza.

The Kebab with naan bread was OK, but a bit cold, and the meat was salty. The Chips were a small portion again, when i paid for a large with pitta bread, and they were soggy Tasteless, not fresh and they were cold and bland. The salad went in the bin because it was to slimey and not fresh. The sauces were great. Can you do better next time please?

Chicken burger was lovely as was the garlic bread pizza. Kebab meat… why did you give us all dry bits? It was manky, could barely eat it as it was bordering on jerky.

The food order was great, however, you sent me a small chips and pitta bread rather than a large, when I paid 3.85.

Don’t know where these bad reviews have come from had grilled chicken wrap and a shish and donner in a naan bread and they were amazing better than kebab ye quick delivery great food just ordered again for the second time in 3 days AMAZING 5*****

Awful will not be going here again.. I will be telling family and friends also.. £18.00 for a can of coke and a mixed kebab.. not worth 16.50 for the portion.. comes with a little pita bread no chips.. £16.50 is extortionate for what you get! I ordered it over the phone.. was told 45 mins waiting time.. I rang up after 45 mins.. they said it’s being prepared now.. I asked if it would be quicker to collect.. went and collected.. tried to charge me £20 at first then I disputed this as I had to come and collect.. AVOID THIS PLACE!! A shame really as I am at my friends house and wanted to support the local business!

Well my food was supposed to be a cheese burger with kebab meat with chips and a drink. No drink and cheese on my burger. On a positive side, that kebab meat was amazing! Also the pizza and burger were very nice also.

We have ordered a few times and have always had great food. Tonight we ordered and unfortunately, the wrong pizza was delivered. I'm vegetarian so couldn't eat the one delivered (otherwise, I would have kept it), I called and had a new delivery within 15 minutes. The service is amazing. Can't say anything bad about the place. Well done guys

this kebab shop is probably one of the best in Telford , if you come from London and you now live in Telford you won't be disappointed with the shops portion sizes and quality of meat their food is 100% delicious 😋

Having recently moved we were not sure that we could order food for delivery from our favourite takeaway. On calling them they were so happy and helpful to provide our food even being a little out of their delivery area. The food was fantastic and customer service outstanding (thank you Eto always so lovely to see you). Definitely highly recommend.

Ordered from here twice now first time being takeaway which was for two chicken burgers and 1 pizza to which the chicken burgers were the most basic burgers you could ever get, disappointing but nevertheless the pizzas made up for it as the stuff crust is very nice and not to much tomato either ! Would return again for the pizza and price

Overall quality was just a little disappointing. Although the shish had a nice flavour it was incredibly tough and chewy. I couldn’t eat it. The chicken and salad were nice. But the pitta was also very tough and not very soft.

Once again the order was wrong which was disappointing..food was lovely but my son ordered a half pounder with no cheese salad or sauce but it came through with cheese on.. Last week it came through with salad and sauce....

Shame but wont be going back, bad stomach after eating and everything that goes with a bad stomach.

Took well over 1 hour the time kept changing the driver was at pickup for 30 monutes bedore leaving

1st order, food arrived early and was still hot. Portion size of the small kebab is generous and really filling. Kebab is beautifully cooked and the salad box was crisp & fresh. The delivery driver was a very polite gentleman that made sure he got to the right address (as often people can't find it as an old building turned into new flats!)

I cannot fault the delicious food or the fantastic service from Kebab King, Madeley. We used the delivery service today and it was excellent. The food was lovely, was still hot and the young man that delivered the food was so lovely, friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend Kebab King, Madeley for their fantastic food and service.

Was a really good kebab, the chicken was really nice and tasty. Will be ordering from here again. The delivery turned up early as well which was very welcome.

One star just because i cant give any less ,, food tasted like.... like nothing literally just raw salt .. me and my girl had some pepperoni piza and cheese crust the crust was mushi and the cheese a really bad quality as it was way to salty .. wouldnt reccomend , id tell you about costumer service but there wasnt none , we jyst got a " what do you want " and the price with a not happy to be there tone .. Awful experience .

Don’t normally order kebab but thought I’d give it a try as it was rated highly. Ordered the Kebab King Special box with everything in it to try it all. Verdict is very nice, even got the kids to tuck in to it and they are normally very picky but they kept going at it. They especially liked the chicken. They also liked the chips.
