i ordered plain chicken wings but they had some medium sauce on them. i ate them but let our server know just in case there had been some cross contamination. they still offered a free dessert for me and one for my partner too! great service will definitely be coming back.

Most rerrible food delivery. Driver was 25 mi late, food was cold and salat not fresh, portions extremely small, cost me £27 for two extra small burgers. Never again!!!!

Nando’s does what it does and does it quite well. A sign of the times where you have to order via a QR code. Chicken is always good - sides average. I only visit here with my 11 year old and he is happy. Good for teenagers too I think. Lunch for three of us was £52 so not exactly a cheap option based on lack of general service.

We popped in after the cinema and we were surprised to get a table on a Friday evening, the service was good and the food arrived quickly, my only criticism of the whole evening was the size of the chicken portions, they seem to have shrunk, I had 4 chicken thighs and they seemed particularly small for the price charged.

Cheeky nanbros! So you know what your getting when you come here. Staff were young so a tad slow (maybe a bunch of new workers) but have to say they had some fresh hot chips straight outta the pan it felt like so wxtra points for that. But yeah in all, good service was not waiting forever for food

Good service from the young man who welcomed and sat us, upon me and my friends ordering at the same time my food arrived first, and friends sat in the window for 10 mins before I had to go grab it myself.

Deliveroo delivery but wouldn’t bother eating at the restaurant if these are the standards… Pictures is all that came, for 5.45!!…

One of my preferred entrees from Nando's is chicken livers. On this particular occasion, the meal was poorly prepared, resulting in feelings of nausea and sickness the following day. While Nando's typically provides satisfactory culinary experiences, there have been instances where the quality has fallen short.

Ate here 2 nights in a row while staying at the Premier Inn nearby. Both nights the food/wine/beer was lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Nandos has been around long enough you know what to expect. This visit didn't dissapoint, food was hot fresh and tasty. Service was fine and quite fast for how busy it was. Restaurant needs a good deep clean however and a refresh of the decor. The menus were sticky and needed replacing.

The spicy rice bowl is choc full of wholesome deliciousness! Chose to add grilled Halloumi. Fast service and enjoyed every last mouthful and didn't feel guilty

Overall this experience was rather negative. We arrived at roughly 8pm and it took 45 mins for some of the starters to arrive and we had to ask multiple times for them to bring out the rest of the starters. it took over an hour for them to bring the food, with our meals being on the counter for roughly 35 minutes. Compliments to the chefs, though, for even with this wait, the food was incredible. the service, however, needs significant improvements. We were not the only table to experience this poor service with the surrounding tables also feeling this, and some tables going up and getting the food for themself as the servers repeatedly walked past and ignored it. Also we had to ask repeatedly for our drinks glassware with multiple dishes arriving before these.

This is the second time I had visited and this branch did not disappoint. Chicken was cooked well but not too well and was nice and moist. Skin was not char grilled like the branch in Staines. The chicken ordered chicken was lemon and herb but still too spicy for my young guest. I told the waitress that kindly notified the kitchen and cooked a small portion of thigh for us no spice. This was awfully kind and my guest was very happy. Apart from the occasional table that seems a little sticky even though I can clearly see the team wiping the tables. My habit is use hand gel to wipe the table and if the tissues is brown or very dark drown the table is not clean. I do this with all eateries I venture and is a legacy habit from Japan as all establishments I have been to are literally oil and grimeless and spotless.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Nando's, and I must highlight the exceptional service provided by Mia. From the moment we walked in, Mia greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She was incredibly attentive, ensuring our dining experience was nothing short of perfect.

It’s a shame that Nando’s went from a restaurant to essentially a fast-food joint where there isn’t service, you simply arrive and order via an app. Restaurant prices but McDonald’s/Burger King experience. Absolutely not worth the £36 we spent for two meals and a drink.

I went to dinner with my family and had a wonderful experience at the restaurant, the staff was very friendly, we ordered a whole chicken and we had to wait about 30 minutes, but the manager offered us extra food for the wait.I want to say a big thank you for al the staff for a wonderful evening.

Cold food and even colder service. Like most people I’ve eaten at Nando’s in various locations a ton of times, the consistency across most restaurants of good food is why everyone like Nando’s! Unfortunately I had the worst experience at any Nando’s today, I ordered a pitta meal with a drink at the same time as my friend however after 30 mins from ordering my had still not arrived despite my friend receiving his and finishing. I noticed about 15 mins before there was a pitta and corn on the cob sat under the heat lamp, as that was my order and there was only 1 other table who were already eating I rightly assumed that was mine. When the waitress brought it over it was stone cold and the corn was cold and literally dry as a bone. I asked her why it had been sitting under the lamp for so long and she didn’t really answer then said she would change it and quickly ran back to the kitchen. I assume she had just forgot about it, she left the halloumi which was also cold so I took that back to the desk where I was greeted by the chef who had cooked it. He explained to me that it wasn’t cold and he had just made it, I had seen it sat there for 15 mins and watched the waitress bring the same plate over. When I questioned why it was left so long, he again said it wasn’t cold and it couldn’t of been my dish I saw however it doesn’t change the fact it was and why would anybodies plate be there for so long anyway? I then asked him to look at the corn and tell me if he thinks that is ok to be served, as it was viably dry and not look any other time I’d received it. He again explained I was wrong and the corn was grilled, I get that by why is it cold and dry! He did offer to make a new one, however at that time I’m 40 minutes in and don’t have time. I also asked why in 40 minutes the glass for the drink wasn’t brought over, which all leads to the fact they just forgot about the order -!: he just replied I’m sorry about that and processed a refund for me. A bit shocker to be told something I witnessed was not true and point blank lied too, a bit of ownership and responsibility wouldn’t go a miss. I get you can have off days or mistakes but just own it and try to fix it.

I ordered a meal for the wrong time, despite being extremely busy Eliza changed the time and I received my order very quickly. The food was great and the service was fantastic. Thankyou so much Eliza for your help changing my order time despite how busy it was, great customer service.

I ordered burger but the chicken was dry The manager offered another meal and I chose 1/4 chicken with sides Though the size has shrunk, the chicken was tastier Overall I had a good experience

Ordered at 8:13pm with confirmation email and money leaving my bank account. 8:56pm waiter tells me they “the kitchen never received my order” happens to 4/7 of us on the table. Missed start of our movie👍🏽

Since Covid, this has become a weekly visit for me so time I reviewed. I can confidently say Nando's head office should be pleased with how this Addlestone branch is ran. My experience with the staff has been excellent, smiles, humour and polite. And seeing the same staff members on a week to week basis tells me this branch and current management care about retention. The food! Well I keep coming back for more. My personal fav are boneless chicken thighs 'well done' as I love that char grilled flavour, slathered in hot and garlic sauce. A side of peri chips and spicy rice. I sometimes order a couple pitta breads to make my own sandwiches. I've also tried the chicken breast wraps, pitta sandwich and burgers. All excellent. However, personally I prefer the darker thigh meat so looking forward to try the 'Garlic Churrasco Burger' that has two flame grilled chicken thighs. 😋 Atmosphere! Well thanks to the staff and management, the cleanliness, the music, the attentiveness towards customers brings everything together giving the same respect to a single customer ordering take out as would to a group or family dinning in. Also worth mentioning is the reward system where you aquire points on most items that can then be accumulated or redeemed for menu items on your next visit. On the whole this Nando's is a great addition to Addlestone's high street and highly recommend.

Love their chicken ,every time when I come for my collection, waiter greets me and offers sauces, napkins, etc. The only problem is that if they are very busy and you have to wait about 10min longer than time indicated on reciept.

Ordered via deliveroo. Waited an hour to be told the driver stole our food. Said they would redo the order. Turned up without the beers we ordered. Called again and were told the driver stole our beers! Dinner late and incomplete. Reported to deliveroo that they employ thieves. Pointless. £42 wasted. Won’t use either again.

Just came in to collect my Nando’s take-out. I was greeted by Abdul who was very polite and attentive and the food was lovely.

Lovely staff but my burger looked like it was for a 5 year old. It was tiny. Very small portions.

The only thing that annoyed me was that the kids meals came out with less 🍟 fries than on other places. We had to order another extra large fries as the kids were crying coz they were still hungry.

Pretty average food wasn't exactly hot, wasn't busy which was good but abit of extra care to ensure food was hotter than served would have been good. Ordered on app so was easy to order.

Compared to many McDonalds I have been to this one was much more friendly with helpful staff like Abdul who found us a box for our olives which we couldn't finish. The food portions were bigger than in some other stores and the food was very well cooked. We went there because Staines Nando's is being refurbished but I think we will go there in preference in the future.

It's Nandos. What more can be said. Regularly visit the Addlestone branch to have lunch with work colleagues. It's always vibing. Neat and clean, good service from warm and friendly staff, who genuinely want to give good service although it has slow afternoon traffic of customers. It's always a pleasure to be here.

Great meal with my 10mth old Grandson, Abdul was fantastic with him and watch him while I got my drink, he was very helpful and friendly.

Hi, £4.50 is a high price to pay for corn on the cob as it is, but for staff to continue to fail to be bothered give me the butter it's supposed to come with!? 1st world problems, I know but your service is astonishingly bad over there, sort it out

I went yesterday with my gf and the food was not good. The starters were good but the chicken itself extremely dry. Considering Nandos prides itself on its chicken it was the worst I've experienced for a long time. I left and had the worst indigestion I've ever had. Even my gf said how dry it was. It was also tasteless. Tasted of absolutley nothing so we won't be going back for a very long time..

It's a really nice venue, usually pretty quiet and serve food fast. 5 stars because they actually have the foot plate on the door in the toilets so you don't have to touch them when you come out right after washing your hands. Kudos

Smaller than a normal Nandos and could do with an upgrade on the drinks machine.

The wait was abit long but technically that just means they’re in high demand and have great food and service. Besides the lengthy wait time, the service was splendid. We attended as a family of 6 on this day & each of our expectations were met to a satisfactory standard.

Service was shocking. 4 of us ate there and our meals came at different times . No knifes or falks and had to wait for these. Took ages for our food to come and also for them to clear our table. Terrible service

First time using this branch and let me say, it is without a shadow of doubt the most friendly, professional Nando’s I have ever dined at.. We went Saturday 28/01/23 in the evening. The host greeted us warmly and founds us seating in a busy restaurant. The Gentleman who bought our bottle of lovely sav blanc was brilliant and jovial and also all the waitresses were friendly and professional also.. I’ve been to other Nando’s many times but this is now my favourite.. Great team well done

First time visiting this nandos and on a Saturday evening - it was Busy! Despite being busy, there were many young staff. They appeared student/college age. So attentive. They took our allergy order with ease and packaged everything with care. Really astute staff esp given how busy it was. Recommend this nandos

Nothing special to be honest. Could be better, could be worse

Food comes out all together regardless of what is a starter or main. Food is okay. Light on the marinade but easily fixed with the additional sauces they have (found near the cutlery).

If you want your family to starve, order at Nando’s. Cos the food doesn’t come, it gets delivered to your neighbour Omar’s house. He eats the food. So if you want to love thy neighbour, order from here. Ps anyone got a number for kfc

My problem with nandos that they chose deliveroo to deliver their food orders to customers big mistake, because everyone works for deliveroo are useless hopeless and don’t have a clue about anything, orders never reach the majority of customers. I’ve waisted more then an hour over the phone speaking to a manager from different planet who hasn’t got a clue what to say or do, or even to give me a decent answer about what happen to my food order and where it did go. Waste of time and money, these type of delivery companies should not be allowed to operate at all. In fact any food outlet/ restaurants shouldn’t give deliveroo any business at all.

Opened half an hour late and then only begrudgingly. Not a nice welcome and not good service. Chicken was dry. Wouldn’t come here again.

Another great Nandos...! On travels and decided to pick up from this one to go chill at hotel and it was great as always. Very polite ans friendly staff and enjoyed the food. If around would be back.

Ordered delivery which went to another address and they said they delivered it. Also a refund would take 5 - 10 working days and also could not place another order!

Welcome to nandos addlestone again is no Whole chicken , no water and no ice, I do not recommend!

Lovely. Visited as a family of 4 on a Saturday evening. Approximately 10 - 15 minute wait aa the restaurant was really busy. Polite, friendly, professional staff. Food was fab, we were all very happy with our meal choices. Freshly cooked, tasted delicious. Great value.

Post pandemic Nando's experience, but food was very good. No wait for a table even on Father's day which was great. Very attentive staff.
