We had a great welcome and explanation of the various menu options Then another member of staff, manager maybe as she wasn’t in a uniform and didn’t look tidy, started to mess us about moving seats and things, and not in a particularly polite way Had we not already got the children comfortable I’d have walked and given a better deserving business my money

Fabulous food, fabulous service, fabulous loaded fries, fabulous butterfly chicken cooked to perfection! Hope to visit again soon

Pick up of online order they lost my order then found it then when I got it home it was cold my sweetcorn was missing and the rainbow slaw was awful I have composted better cabbage

It wasn’t very busy but we still had to wait too long before someone came over to seat us. Not unfriendly but not friendly either. Average service but the food was good.

Come here very often and it was great food that came quickly and service with a smile, we always come towards the end of the evening but the staff are always very accommodating

Visited here 2/1/23 for a late lunch, the food took 45 minutes to come, the soft drink machine was broke so the only options was water or ice tea, our food finally came and the loaded fries were stone cold so we had to send them back and get a refund. Then to top everything off, we have now got food poisoning from the food! The Nando’s is the only thing we’ve eaten since yesterday and we can’t stop being sick or going to the toilet. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this specific Nando’s as I’ve been to others and they’ve all been fine.

Ok so this is Nando’s not a nice restaurant but ok food in an environment usually a bit nicer than a McDonalds, the only thing is McDonalds staff are always absolutely amazing, the staff at this Nando’s are the most unprofessional and aggressive staff I have ever come across. Can’t even be bothered to explain the story just wanted to do a review to say lots of places in Brewery Square where the staff are really nice and don’t make you feel like you never want to step foot in their “restaurant” again. Also if you complain the “management” team couldn’t give a stiff so just avoid in the first place.

Food was good . Unfortunately chicken wings came after an hour once we finish main course. Still we are okey with food. Server follow up with food order in a good manner. Thanks guys.

Ordered on line food was quick to the table but a roll I could have broken windows with Forgot drinks order and ended up paying £2.75 for water out of the ice machine when we ordered bottled water Very quiet only a hand full of people in here possibly more staff than customers

Considering it was a Friday evening and busy the food and service were excellent I was a bit clumsy and had an accident with my wine Sharna ( one of the employees) helped out. Unfortunately we had no cash on us or we would have left a tip for her.

Have not been to Nando’s to eat in for years but was a popular choice with the company I had. We were seated promptly but the ordering process was not explained. After about 10-15 minutes sitting wondering if someone was coming to take our order we spotted the qr code. I wanted to pay cash but assumed this was not possible. Only after observing other customers ordering at the counter realised that it was. The food arrived quickly and as we ordered which was great! However the bathroom facilities were not as clean as they should be. The cubicle that i used had want can only be described as nasal deposits wiped upon the wall along with used tissue on the floor. It was not busy. Also as we left we ignored. No thanks. Food amazing but service room for improvement.

Must say as with most Nando’s the service was great. I ordered my food via the app which is so easy and simple. The staff are also so helpful and go above and beyond to help you the food was just right I would recommend and will definitely return at some point. Just to finish off we sat outside as we have a small dog.

We always drive from Bridport to come here.They never fail to deliver.We always find the staff lovely.The food is always piping hot and of great quality.We order via the app,which is easy to use and quick.The night we visited the fire alarm went off.The thing that impressed me was one of the staff came over to us and told us our food would be a little late by 10 mins,while they sort out the fire alarm.No problem I said.After we ate our food,we were offered free desserts which we didn’t expect due to the fire alarm.They work very hard to make your experience more enjoyable.We will definitely Return on a regular basis.3 very happy Customers!!!

Came with a friend ordered together paid separately so expected a little bit of time difference between arrival of food. Mine came 30 minutes before his, chicken was cold, bun was stale. Friends meal finally arrived, corn on the cob must of kissed the grill for second at least.. No check back, no apology until I actually pointed out his was sat on the pass. Overrated and so expensive for what it is. Proper disappointed.

It’s ok but seemed like a conveyor belt and most things too spicy for me. Staff were nice but too busy

In 1976 my older wife was married to Frank ,her third husband ,who died of gout and scabies . They lived in Monsanto in Portugal and Frank regularly feasted on Peri peri chicken at a local grinchetto. My wife said he was never happier when eating their chicken albeit he needed a tooth pick . This nandos reminded her of Portugal and Frank (RIP). Lovely chicken but more importantly lovely staff.. They couldn’t have been better she said . I wasn’t born then so I can’t compare but I’ve written this as she doesn’t have the app. Well done young dudes especially the Portuguese tart (custard). .

The Kids and Grandkids like Nando’s and to be fair it’s not bad. Good flavours with a variety options. We ate Piri Piri Butterfly Chicken Breast with chips, rice, rainbow slaw while the others ate Chicken Wraps, Beanie Burger and the youngsters a kids menu. It all tasted good and there’s a range of chilli, garlic and citrus options. Our 12 year old Granddaughter took a liking to the extra hot sauce. We had refillable soft drinks which was useful on a really hot day. There was a frozen mango yoghurt dessert and chocolate brownie with the kids menu and one of us had a coconut ice cream. Service was excellent. The toilets were clean and accessible but no loo paper in the ladies. On the downside coffee is not available and I’m not sure I’d like to know the provenance of the chicken

Countless times the frozen yoghurt machine is out of order and the general service can be shoddy considering the price of the food which has increased quite considerably.

Visited this Nando’s branch twice after work. Grillers working behind the counter are very very lazy. On one occasion I was told that grillers were busy with orders and restaurant was closing in 20 mins so do not bother placing order despite restaurant being half empty. On second occasion, I was given pitta with spoonful of coleslaw and cold stale chips when ordered takeaway chicken and haloumi pitta after work. They got my order wrong. I noticed that grillers in this branch are far too busy chatting instead of focusing on their work.

We arrived at the same time as another family we politely let them go in first. A gent seated them. Manager at the bar called him over and told him to close the doors now as someone was going on lunch. We assumed after us as we were already in and there was no one behind us. The gent came over and politely said sorry we have to close the doors as we are short staffed, we need to run a queue we can take your number and call you when we have a table ready! Frustrating as we came in the same time as the people before and the manager waited for the gent to seat the others whilst we were waiting to then tell him to close. Don’t know if there was miss communication and she meant after us but not brilliant service. Also upon leaving and discussing what to do on our wait x2 more lots of people went in and were seated one an elderly trio.. thinking it’s unlikely they prebooked and after a quick google we see you are not taking bookings at the moment. Very disappointed unfortunately. Nothing against the gent he was very polite only doing what he was told. Perhaps work on communication or a little bit more awareness of customer flow.

The outside was closed when we arrived but we wanted to sit out there because our son couldn't cope with the noise inside. The waitress was lovely and opened the outside for us without a problem. The food was good, the drinks refillable and the atmosphere really nice. Slightly on the expensive side maybe but a really pleasant evening.

We chose this restaurant for family dinner as we were passing through Weymouth. The location was good and some of the staff were friendly. We placed our order through an app and the service was quick as they were not so busy. The prices are a bit too high for the portion served.

We tried to dine here but were unsuccessful. We popped in before going for a drink nearby to book a table. The lady we spoke to told us that they don’t take bookings but to come back once we’d had our drink and we’d be seated then. 25 minutes later, (at 7.00) we came back and this time were told by the manager that their bookings for the evening were full. We explained the different message we’d been given by her team and got a perfunctory apology but she clearly was unconcerned. She cited opening hour issues, in which case, she had not fully briefed her team on these just minutes before, but it actually felt like this was a flimsy excuse. We had a 2 year old with us, so were not going to linger, as just wanted to grab a bite to eat & head home and the restaurant appeared half empty when we got there. Suspect it may be more around product availability perhaps, as the excuse given didn’t stack up, so would appreciate bit more honesty about any issues they were facing that evening. Disgraceful and would recommend steering well clear. A great shame as we’re fans of Nando’s and this experience has deeply undermined that customer loyalty.

Keep away. It doesn't seem to get better. Service is great and the atmosphere is nice. But chicken is poor and I take exception to paying £5.85 for a 175ml glass of red wine.

Food was good. I eat the food. The food is expensive for how much you pay. I pay a lot of money, I do not receive many food. I decide for ‘Extreme Hot’ Chicken burger. Not hot enough. The warmth good but spice bad. Staff were not friendly. Was not ask if food was okay, so could not raise issue directly. Too many staff. Staff wearing outdoor clothing in kitchen. bad hygeine.

Visited Dorchester Nando’s on 25/08/21 at 12:25 We were ignored upon arrival despite only two tables with guest inside and staff standing in front of us chatting and giggling. After sitting down we were told that we have to order and pay through the app and the new policy that Nando’s has in place. We asked if we could pay by card as my phone had a very low battery. We were answered with another question why we don’t want to order and pay through the app. She seemed and indicated that she wasn’t very happy that we wanted to pay with card. Her body language was very unprofessional which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. I told her that we will think about it but as soon as she left, my 7 years old daughter insisted that it felt as if we weren’t welcomed in this specific branch on this occasion and she ask if we could just go and find another restaurant to eat of which we thought it was a very good idea so we left without eating and very unhappy. This was meant to be a double birthday celebration as both me and my wife celebrate our birthday together and it turned out to be one of the worse visits we’ve ever encounter in Nando’s. Being turned away because we couldn’t pay on app even though when we had a card.Ps we sent a feedback to Nando’s as to why they implemented only one payment method despite having guest of all ages, no response was received at all. How can a big company like Nando’s not thought of payment method instead just put for their customers? Something that Nando’s as a company should think off

We were so disappointed with how we were treated by the manager and one of his waiters. We tend to choose chains like Nando’s because our 5 year old has a couple of severe allergies and many of the big chains are excellent at handling allergies and have all the information available - usually both online and in allergen menus on store too. Unfortunately, Nando’s in Dorchester told us they don’t have an allergen menu anymore - which was confirmed to me afterwards by Nando’s HQ. First their waiter tried to reassure us from his memory (!) “I’m pretty sure it’s all fine”. (It’s not. Some products contain egg - one of my sons allergens. This could have been a very dangerous piece of advice for us to rely on and underscores how the team treated allergies with no understanding that they can be life threatening at all). Eventually, after we asked again, the waiter brought over his (disgustingly sticky and unhygienic) staff iPad which had a document on it - seemingly dozens or even hundreds of pages long listing all ingredients for every dish. Trouble is - neither he, nor the manager, nor I could find the kids menu on it! So we left, really disappointed and feeling really disrespected by the manager who sneered at us on our way out. Almost more disappointingly, Nando’s HQ couldn’t manage to apologise to us, and only offered us a £15 voucher which we declined, as we won’t be back!!

Very pleased with our recent visit to the Dorchester branch of Nandos. -We were warmly welcomed by a waitress, shown to our table and she brought us complimentary glasses of tap water - I don't know if this was because of the extreme heatwave or is just normal policy, but they were very much appreciated.-We had a slight hiccup trying to set up the App (our fault) and we effectively locked ourselves out as it need to send an activation code to an email address. As soon as they saw we had a problem, the staff were more than happy to take our order at the till and everything went very smoothly.-This branch is a little smaller than the ones we've visited previously but the tables were well spaced and, as the dining area follows the curve of the building, it feels more spacious.-All the members of staff were cheerful, friendly and gave exemplary customer service.and the food was Nandos at its best. We really enjoyed the halloumi starter and I strongly recommend trying the thoroughly recommend trying the two new sides - SPICED GRAINS & BUTTERNUT SQUASH and the RAINBOW SLAW -All in all a great dining experience.

My mum and me decided to trate ourselves to a Nando’s for the first time since lockdown lifting and as we were both residents of brewery square, we were under the impression that we received a 20% discount (as many of the other restaurants do). After being seated and told by a very standoffish waitress not to get up unless we needed to use the toilet. We tried to order through the app, something I have done many times before at other restaurants though found it slow and after being asked to pay, realised we would need to speak to someone about applying out residents discount. The waitress said that discounts weren’t valid in the most disinterested snd offhand way possible leaving myself and my mum confused due to her abrupt nature. My mum is an nhs worker and tried to mentioned though the waitress had walked of before she had even finished speaking. After calling her back and reiterating the question, the woman in her desperation to get away thought we had said not even nhs workers and we had to call her back again to be given a tiny peice of paper with a discount code. We were unable to read the code as half of it has been cut of in the process of it being printed and finally were seen to by a very well mannered woman. The rest of the evening snd food was pleasant after this handover though I have to say, I will not be venturing back to Nando’s any time soon.

Came in recently with the family. Quick service, and ordered through app which was easy enough to use. Very friendly and helpful staff always checking on our table. Delicious food, recommend the wrap or burger.

Nando's is always great, wherever you go and whatever you have. Love the layout of our local one in Dorch. Staff are friendly. Food is excellent. Loved the takeaway option before and even more so now you're on Deliveroo! Awesome! I do miss the halloumi mushroom wrap BUT love the beanie wrap just as much so it's all good (I just add halloumi to it, done!) :)

So glad they stayed open during lockdown for takeaway! Looking forward to a meal in sometime now. Love Nando’s, never disappoints 😁

One of the worst pieces of chicken I've ever had. Dry, rubbery, tasteless. Considering they are supposed to be specialising in chicken, I'm quite surprised how bad this was.

I really enjoyed the chicken dishes they have there, especially that we can choose the sauces to pair it with. Great service and good food!

This was my second visit there and once again, Nando's didn't disappoint! Staff was fast and friendly, and the chicken as good as always. I really enjoyed their various spicy sauces as well!

I visited Nando's Dorchester yesterday 27/11place is looking a bit tired these days but the food was good and we received excellent Service from a blue haired waitress I believe she was Australian she deserves a 10 😃

My wife visited with my daughter and once again couldn’t fault the service or the meal! Consistency seems to go hand in hand with this outlet! Keep it up!’

Ive always been a loyal customer at Nandos and came here for a visit with partner. He had the Peri Chicken and I had a Mushroom and Halluomi burger with a couple of sides. I said to my partner whilst eating, that I felt like it wasnt agreeing with myself and then about 2 hours later, I had severe shaking and food poisining followed by a long car journey home which was awful. I will never be returning and will be taking this further. I suggest your branch update their food and hygiene.

Only been to nando twice, both times dorchester one. Only went again as it was a gift card. Last time I went noticed the service wasn't great, employees stood chatting when there's tables to be cleared, when the food came it was cold. It was the same this time, bout 4 groups of people eating, we was taken to our table which was cleared as we were being seated even tho there was other clean tables around, very strange. We took ourselves to eat outside anyway. Food came almost to quickly, I ate half my wrap to find a pube like hair on the other half. Took it to the waitress she said she would make me a fresh one and went to the kitchen. While I was sat watching the boyfriend eat his dinner she came with 2 pots saying here some free yogurts on them. We don't like yogurt, we wasn't offered if there was anything we could have we was just given the pots. The second wrap came which I was never going to enjoy and I didn't really want it. I didn't want to make a fuss as there was other people eating, I made that clear to the waitress. Probably the worse service I've ever seen. I wish I had gone to weather spoons. As it was a gift card we went, we wouldn't have other wise, because of our first experience. Seriously don't waist your money at this location.

Nandos always lives up to expectations! beautifully cooked chicken- not a deep fat fryer in sight!- crispy chips & crunchy, fresh coleslaw- what's not to like!!

There's not much to say here, if like me you think Nandos is great then the Dorchester one is pretty good.

My friend picked me up to take me to an appointment in Dorchester and as a treat took me for lunch.The place caters for meat eaters on the whole,but there is a couple of veggi dishes.I had a lovely salad and chips which was enjoyable.

I am a regular to Nando's nationwide, food here is always spot on, staff are friendly and accommodating. Only grumble would be there is an inconsistency in waiting times for food occasionally, not particularly busy and food seems to sit on the hot counter for a while meaning it goes cold sometimes. But this has only happened a couple of times. Otherwise all of the facilities are good etc. Will continue returning.

Went around 3/4pm and there was only 3 other couples. So it really wasn’t busy. The food was not worth the money AT ALL. The chicken was Luke warm inside but burnt black on the outside (I get it’s cooked on a griddle but that was not good). My friends steak sandwich was clearly the first thing cooked then just left under the hot lamp while everything else was done. It says something when even the cheese doesn’t melt. The garlic bread which is always so good in Nando’s was another thing that was cooked under the hot lamp. This all done by the same person who took our order, then cooked it, then brought the food to the table. Great hope you’re washing your hands between all that as the poor girls uniform was not clean at all (as it would be if you worked in a kitchen not front of house) and made me feel a bit uneasy in a chicken restaurant. Think I’ll stick to the drive to tower park from now on.

The food is fresh and the service is good as well. It gets very busy so be prepared to wait, but once seated the food comes out quickly. If I was to complain it would be that when you order piri piri seasoning on your chips it should actually be more than a quick shake over.

3 of us requested a table. We were told by the young girl that there would be a 15 minute wait - although there were tables clear and available. We took a seat. We requested that when a table became available we would rather not sit by the main door as it gets very cold - we received an abrupt response. My friend tried to lighten the mood with a joke - all be it a poor one - the girl was less than impressed - I stated it was a joke to which she aggressively replied “ yeah well it’s not funny!” She turned her back to us. I wanted to address the situation but she gave the same response. 5 minutes later we were seated. My food arrived 15 minutes before my friends so was cold by the time theirs arrived. I couldn’t be bothered to complain! One of the party spoke to a manager as she saw the rude server pointing us out. The curt response was that the girl had had a hard night - it was 7:45pm! Will we return to this rude service? No!

I took 6 girls from the school that I work at for an end of term meal at Nandos in Dorchester. Having been there before with the school, its slowly becoming a firm favourite.

Went here whilst staying nearby and was a bit nervous at first, because it was full of very young people - but needn't have worried because we were treated like royalty.

Arrived and were treated and seated quickly although we did have to wait a short while for a table as they were busy. We were handed Menus to look at while we waited. The food was hot and very very tasty. Pricing is on par for the quality and quantity. Friendly staff. Will go again.

Was a lovely experience, we came down here on holiday with my partner and her brother and was by far the best restaurant, we’d like to say thank you to a young chap called Stan, who seemed very lovely and was very helpful.

Me and my boyfriend went on a date to Nando’s. It was the first time trying it out and we both hated every minute of it.

Me and my work friends came into Nando’s yesterday evening. I would like to say that I was shocked with the manager and the staff!

A regular favorite and never disappointed. Always friendly service and lovely chicken. Good food and good value.

A little wait while fresh chicken was cooking but well worth it. Great Chicken cooked perfectly and very tasty!

We have been to nando's in Dorchester and elsewhere many times. We love the chicken and the pointscard is worth it. This time we would like to highlight that the food came very quickly and also the Manager who very promptly and actively corrected an issue with the bill. We will return.

Popped in here for lunch today, the first time in a few years. Staff welcoming and friendly, explaining how to order. Unusual system of ordering at the counter rather than the waiter taking your order, however it works well.

Popped in to book a table only to be told they don't do bookings, even when I said it's for a large group. No you just have to come in on a whim, on a Friday evening, hoping they so happen to have a table for 15 - like that's going to happen?!

Nando’s located in the middle of Brewery Square offers Southern Africa style chicken the way you want it…. Peri-Peri. The inspiration to the food was from the Johannesburg area where Nando’s originated from. The food is always served hot and fresh. You have the choice of spice style, sides and deserts. Drinks include wine, beer and soft drinks which you dispense at your leisure.

My first Nando’s experience. Absolutely fantastic, great food, great service, great prices. If only other chain restaurants could achieve this they probably wouldn’t be closing by the bucket load.

Had lovely trip to Nandos. Lovely chicken medium hot and raspberry white chocolate cake for afters. mmmmmm. plus refillable drinks.

Pop in for a Sunday afternoon take out, Jasmine was my server very friendly and helpful with choices. Food was fantastic

Considering its always busy in there you never wait very long for food! Service is always good! Food is always good quality and hot! I sometimes think its a little pricey for the meal you get but it is always yummy! lots & lots to choose from and you can get unlimited drink refills. Restaurant is quite large and also has a seating area outside!

Visited with family for an early dinner. Staff were busy chatting but another spotted us and showed us to a table.

The 3 times we have been here the service has been very quick and attentive. Never had to wait long for food and has always been nice to eat. Aiming for less busy times is a winner, last time we went we were the only ones in so service was very quick

Mid-evening on a Saturday night, and the restaurant was crowded.

Told would take 10 minutes however took 30 minutes while people who ordered takeaways after us (larger orders) came before our as if the chefs had forgotten about us, we had to complain ( which we didn’t want to) for people to actually get our food done, need to sort out their priorities on orders.

Was a lovely visit went early to miss out on the mad rush food was quick as it always is and great food. Some of the staff here don’t always look particularly happy to working they could definitely do with a smile every now and then.

Perfect location in brewery square, (which is so pretty in the evenings) right next to the cinema. It's only small, so I would recommend booking a table just to be on the safe side! The service was quick, and the food was spot on. Can't beat a nandos!

We went in with 7 for lunch. Speedy efficient service. We had the large platter for 6. The peri-peri chicken livers - hot. We liked the fact we could order the degree of hotness. There was enough food for everyone. Multiple refills for drinks and a good time was had by all

Exactly what we expected. Tasty Chicken with a few side orders. The best of what we had except for the Chicken was an excellent glass of Portuguese Red Wine, Coleslaw, Corn on the Cob and Gooey Cheese Cake. The Spicy Rice was poor though; dry and unappetising. Service was good but some seating and tables is more comfortable than others. 7 out of 10 because we were starving.

I say 'reserve', not because you need a reservation (which you don't), but because - when all else fails (i.e. everywhere is full) - you might just strike lucky and get a seat at this self-serve Portuguese gem.

Went there for lunch today, part of my daughter's 11th birthday. As you can see from the photo some parts are looking quite shabby. The chicken was nice but the sweet potato wedges (we paid extra for) were undercooked and crunchy. If someone had popped by to see how it was we could have told them but staff weren't very attentive. If we do come back I think I'll stick to chicken and chips. Anything more complicated seems to cause them issues

Love going for my fave dish. I am someone that sticks to my usual sadly. Love the new Pitta filling, even better than before. Great value. Some of The staff could just do with a bit of basic training and portions can vary

Come to Nando's on a regular basis as it's so quick and easy. Food has always been good I think, I always tend to get the same thing though as I love it... Staff are friendly, come and check on you to make sure everything is OK. Reasonably priced too.

2nd time here and knew what to expect. Short wait for a table but no problem. Great tasting chicken with mash and peas. Wife had chicken burger with chips. Both very filling and tasty. Good value for money and friendly staff.

Our food came within 4 mins of ordering..the place was empty.all our chicken was dry and nearly inedible..we obviousy had the pieces left on the side..what a load of rubbish

We do really love eating at Nando's and we always choose it as a first option, but no. We had to wait for 1 hour to start eating. Maybe it was very full but there are Nando's bigger than this one and fuller than this one but they've never made me wait for 1 hour. However, we were glad that the food is always great.

We enjoyed another visit whilst in the area, one of many over the years. The restaurant is always clean. The staff were friendly & helpful & the food was great! Spent a little over £50 for 4 of us to eat... can't complain with that!

At Nandos the food is always tasty and good value , its a safe bet for a good , quick treat . Here the Nandos service was even better than others, lots of friendly faces, good interaction , service with pace , it just felt good .

National chain restaurants tend to vary place to place and often it's down to both food and speed and quality of service I have been to several Nando's so know the food is pretty decent and I quite like the self order system Prices are good location excellent (cinema next door along with bars pubs shops) Our server was Heather - she was excellent friendly funny and made sure our eating experience was a good one - although they were busy she made time to check we were all happy with everything Will be going back again and hoping our service is as good as before

I visited with my wife and son at 9.15 on a Wednesday evening. The restaurant was quiet and our initial greeting was not very welcoming and we had the impression that they were not happy that we had turned up so close to the 10pm closing time. We sat and chose our food them my wife went to the till to order. Another customer was at the only open till ordering deserts. The poor guy on the till was obviously new or not properly trained as he had to keep asking other staff about the order. After waiting a while another staff member came to an adjacent till but did not open it but just kept his head down and fiddled about with the till. There were 2 other staff behind the till area as well as the staff in the adjacent kitchen. Another couple had come in after us and the man was by this time queued behind my wife. After around 10 minutes wait he got fed up and walked away from the queue. Nobody made any attempt to open another till to help out to give good customer service. As my wife was still waiting we motioned to her to give up as we had decided that we would leave given the attitude of the staff. Indeed there were 2 waitresses just stood by our table doing nothing but moaning about how cold it was in there. My wife and son left and on my way out I asked if there was a manager available but was told that she was 'out the back'. I could not be bothered to waste any more of my time waiting for her but if she spent more of her time in the customer area then perhaps the service would be better. I have visited Nando's on many occasions without issue, including one previous visit to Dorchester on a very busy Friday night when the service was far superior. We walked into town and got a takeaway from a small establishment who I am sure we're grateful for our business. We will not bother with Nando's again!

I went to Nando's hoping for something special as it's a big brand with a lot of hype.Honestly, I was disappointed. Don't get me wrong, it was nice, but that's it.It's chicken and chips in a few different forms and heats.No known lager brands, small portions and all the service you get from a Hungry Horse!I wouldn't slate it or berate it, but don't get excited.

Very tasty food. Lots of choice. Food came out quickly. Lovely out door seating area. Could do with better drinks selection.

Decided to try Nandos Friday evening before going to the cinema. We didn't book a table we thought let's just walk in and see how we go on. As we entered there was quite a queue wasn't sure what to do. Another customer said we would have to wait to be seated then queue up again to order our food. A member of staff came to us and took us to our table. We didn't realise that most of the queue waiting by front of house were waiting to take food away. We ordered our food at 6.40 pm, helped ourselves to sauces and cold drinks. Staff helpful and friendly. The tables were filling up quickly it was really busy in there and the atmosphere was good and cheery. Good age range not just the younger generation. We ordered the boneless platter for two and four small sides we chose peri peri chips, ordinary chips, coleslaw and spicy rice. We waited about 15 minutes the food was hot and tasty we really enjoyed it, portion sizes were good too, the sauces were too spicy for me but my husband liked them. Staff came to ask us if we were happy with our food, We had no problems with ours. Four toilets in total got to say they were disgusting, don't know when they were last cleaned and the floors were dirty too. What a let down. All said and done we enjoyed our meal and we would go back again.

Ordered a takeaway to collect at a certain time, after arriving just before the arranged time was made to sit for ten minutes, after the staff had finished chatting it was apparent that our order was sat on the top, in a draft the whole time. We took it to the car to eat in the adjacent car park (literally 30 second walk). The burger was lukewarm, I've had warmer murray mints from my trouser pocket. Awful experience. Avoid.

I find not being able to book at Nando's a little frustrating and was disappointed when I was told there would be a 30 minute wait for a table. However, in reality it was much quicker than that and the staff were working really hard to clear the empty tables quickly. Some of the things we ordered they had run out of which was also disappointing but we were offered other alternatives at the same price which was fair. We all enjoyed the food which arrived quickly. Overall a very good mid-week meal.

A young persons place to eat with a strange set of procedures almost self service all meals are chicken with various sauces, ok if it's what you like

Booked the takeaway Nando's, was made when I asked for it and it tasted spot on! Chicken was tender and well flavoured, and mash was awesome.

Like all Nando's it's a chain so you know what you get , plenty of choice of chicken and sauces , good service , fine selection of beer and wine , and situated in a very good location plenty to see and do in brewery square.

Went in to grab a take away. Friendly staff greeted us at the door and issued us with menus. When we were ready to order we were quickly served at the tills and within 12 minutes we were leaving with our food. Prompt and friendly service was well appreciated.
