We had a great time at this restaurant, excellent service provided by Judy who made sure we were settled and that everything was right with our order, she was also very nice to us!! Would definitely recommend.

The place vibes is nice. Food is average … the pizza crust is not Italian type but acceptable

This was my worst 4 hours spent waiting for food that never came and yet the money was taken from his account. I called the restaurant about 3 times and each time the woman addressed me as madam, unhappy that I was calling and looking for my order at all. I am extremely unfit.

Beautiful Italian restaurant adjacent to Oxford Street. It is beautiful and does not require reservations. The place is large and has two floors. Its prices are considered very reasonable, just like the picture. I advise you to try it as a quick option.

The customer service and the food was great

the chicken ceaser salad was absolutely incredible. one of the best ceaser salads i’ve ever had. my sister had a bolognese and she said that was incredible too. i love that they have the option to order and pay in your phone too. i find that really handy

The service and the staff were so friendly and helpful! I would go a million times for that nice service only. Everything we ordered was very delicious, and the welcoming drink was so yummy and refreshing! Also, I highly appreciate the sweet lady for informing me that one of the main dishes (pizza) that we planned to order had pork in it, she warned us when she saw that we were muslims and could not eat anything with pork in, and that immediately gives it a million starts not just five!

I’ve ordered a few days ago, one vegetarian calzone and I’ve received one with salami and two vegan pizza (one for free) Your first mistake was to send me the salami calzone Second mistake was sorted, by charging me for twice, you refunded me £17,86 of £35,86, not even half of the price what I’ve paid. Plus, all the food was ready cold. In this case, I hope you would pay more attention on the future. Good luck, from you I’ll never order anything again. People are vegan and vegetarian also, not everyone can eat meat. Nobody is happy to enjoy cold food since we pay for… Best wishes!

The food was very disappointing. We ordered the calamari, burrata and fondue potato which were all very bland. Even after adding so much salt it was still flavorless. The slow cooked beef parpadelle tasted old. The parpadelle was all stuck together making a huge chunk of inedible raw/soft pasta. We were two people and we ordered a lot of food that barely fit the table, the server didn’t even offer us a bigger table. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone. Nothing we ordered tasted good.

Best Italian pasta I have eaten in a long time. Visiting from Australia, our family of four ate here on 3 separate occasions. Quick and attentive service. Loved it!

But what really made the evening special was the exceptional service. Gled and Yasmin went above and beyond, offering warm hospitality, friendly conversation, and attentive care throughout our meal. Their professionalism and welcoming personalities really enhanced the experience. I highly recommend this place for both great food and outstanding service. I'll definitely be back!

I have visited with my partner last night. The staff, food and atmosphere were amazing. All of the staff were incredible and very professional and helpful. I must say that they were rushed off their feet and the place looked severely understaffed for how busy it was. But everyone seemed to have been in alignment with each other and worked as a team and delivered! I will definitely return to this amazing place!

The service was incredibly quick and I had my food within minutes,the food was amazing as well as the general atmosphere.

The food is less than normal, only good if you have no other choice

Not worth the wait. Full of ignorant people thinking they’ve the status to skip a queue. Staff too scared to tell them where to go. Food mediocre. Chips cost 4.50 for around 7 chips. I left 3/4 of my pasta as it was very watery and not flavoursome and the waiter did not even ask why or if everything was okay.

Very busy, however, got seated very quickly. Food was beautiful and the service was fantastic!!

Terrible service, I was even asked by one of your members of staff “do you have enough money”, the audacity! I don’t think this is something my wife and I should ever want to hear when trying to relax after enjoying a meal, DISGRACEFUL. On a positive note the food was nice, great flavour and great presentation, highly recommend them chunky chips (very filling). I would recommend but doubt that any future customers would like to be asked if they have enough money at the end of their meal lol.

They really need to ask an Italian how Italian food is made lol. The food did not taste good and some orders were tasteless. We came for the atmosphere and the high ratings but unfortunately left disappointed.

We visited Ask Italian Park Street on Sunday 8th December. We had not provisionally booked a table but we were greeted with a warm welcome and were showed to a table of two. The atmosphere was lovely and cosy, full of families and a nice vibe. We chose to have the garlic bread with cheese which was delicious. We then had the King Prawn & Crayfish pasta which was the best pasta we have tasted in years. Cooked to perfection and so very tasty we did not want it to end. We were served by a lovely lady called Judy who was a delightful person and helpful in everyway. We paid the bill and left feeling extremely satisfied. Thanks Ask Italian Park Street, we will definitely return when we are back in London. Melissa and Yvonne White

MOST The atmosphere was really cozy. They welcome you with a shot of lemonade, which tasted fine. We ordered arancini, lasagna and tagliatelle with cream and mushrooms. The service is really fast and kind. Special thanks to Alena for your kind service and nice chat. Also i'd like to add that the place is really clean. They immediately clean the tables and chairs. Recommended. (I was so hungry that I forgot to take photos of our main courses.) TR The atmosphere was sweet and warm. They welcome you with a small glass of delicious lemonade. We visited this restaurant in the evening, but unfortunately we were not satisfied, for some reason the entire area up the stairs was closed although it was empty, when we were brought pizza we spilled one of our cocktails through the closely stacked tables, it was the fault of the waiter who never offered to replace the cocktail, the waiters just watched us without offering even napkins. If you want to sit closely with other people and bump into them because of the missing moon, this is the place.

Attention of 10 and the food very good. Although it may seem incredible being in London, gluten free options are scarce and in this restaurant you have your own gluten free menu with a wide variety. Central location, quick service and very pleasant waiters. Highly recommended.

We ordered Margaret pizza, vegetables and Alfredo pasta with Caesar salad and garlic bread. Food 10 out of 10.

The employees are not friendly or cooperative with customers. For a moment, I felt that they did not want to serve anyone, and this harms the reputation of the restaurant. Secondly, I ordered fettuccine, which was tasteless, and the taste of chicken was very apparent. I do not recommend it at all. I ordered a regular salad without Caesar, which was good and okay, but it was also tasteless. There was no salt, lemon, or even olive oil added to it, only mustard, a lot of mustard. I also ordered a margherita pizza. I love it and there is nothing wrong with it. They cooked it well, but they served it whole and it was not cut for us or the waiter even offered to cut it, and this is a negative point. Can I go back to the restaurant? Certainly, you do not understand better alternatives compared to these disadvantages mentioned above

I had a headache and asked for a coffee after my meal, and even though the machine was already closed, Judy kindly arranged for it to be reopened. This small gesture made a big difference to my day. GREAT STAFF AND GREAT PIZZA!! The Fiery Calabria is my FAVORITE, spicy, and every now and then you get a bit of sweet. Your staff is wonderful !! They are friendly, accommodating and is one of he reasons I keep coming back :)

The service is excellent, but as for the food, most of it is not halal, with the exception of almost two types of pizza and pasta. You can change the ingredients in order to make it halal, but as for the taste, it is less than normal.

Its prices are good, but most of the food there is forbidden, while the halal food is very ordinary and not worth trying..
