Pret A Manger in Ealing

Worst porridge I’ve ever had. Staff argued about who should get some honey from the kitchen. Service has improved since I was here 2 years ago

We really love Pret's Cinnamon Danish but it is always out of stock after morning hours/midday which is really disappointing.

It's shocking how impersonal and unfriendly the service is here and a complete contrast to other places like Pret Wembley. If you're there to read a book or chat with a friend then you'll have to fight through the loud music they're now blasting out. Also if you like your coffee strong then this isn't the place to be.

The manager is the worst human alive , she dosen’t even respect basic food safety principles . Probably the company trained her but she should be an example of it .How this company can keep her there .It’s an insult to the industry she camed out from the kitchen with the protective gear and went back back without replacing it .

Im a regular custumer at Pret Ealing Broadway and I want to write a review about Esmerilda. She's a superstar ! Always smily , helpful and very hard worker!

Esmerilda is always very kind and helpful. Always has a smile on her face and makes us comfortable. She always looks after my elderly uncle who has dementia, and I feel safe leaving him there knowing Esmerilda will keep an eye on him.

Esmerilda It's the best without a doubt.

Nice place to eat breakfast when you are tired of hotel breakfast....The children liked it too! Fine Esmerilda gave us a good welcome and good and friendly service with food brought to the table.

Didn't bring the risotto so I got no lunch. Just refunding isn't good enough. I want compensation. Actually I want my risotto

I recently had a great experience thanks to a server named Fentaye. She was friendly, patient, and really helpful. When I couldn't decide what to order, she suggested the Applegito, and it was perfect. Her excellent service made my visit memorable.

Nice offer of a free Pain au Raisin after a certain spend, but totally unimpressed by it being missing in my order. Just Eat have so far ignored me reporting the pastry as missing.

First time using JustEat and horrendously delayed (45mins later than original time stated). Bacon and cheese croissant was stone cold. Very unimpressed.

waited 1hour and a half, food and coffee cold, portions tiny, how little you get now, for overpriced food...

No filter coffee ever so they try to upsell you, the oldest and dirtiest Pret I know, just needs a lick of paint some oil/varnish and a good clean and some filter coffee! :-)

order had 2 missing items Refund requested. Why charged for 2 missing items ? how long before refund ? this seems like a rip off to me . Shame on you.

As much as I love Pret, it seems ordering in the evening is a mistake. Apart from packing incorrect sandwiches and missing one entirely, the sandwiches packed tasted awful and the bread was dry. Seems breakfast and lunch is the right time; not dinner.

So I have been working from this Pret for about a month now, and im really enjoying it. The internet is surprisingly good! The staff are always sooo nice! Especially Mohammed and Rob! Always super friendly, its a pleasure to chat with them each day. They close the upstairs part of the shop at 5, which is a little early considering the shop closes at 7:30. Around 4pm it seems they turn the aircon up full blast...but when I ask they turn it up. Sadly we do get homeless looking people sleeping on the couches upstairs, but they have never bothered me.

EDIT: Pret has been in touch and sent me a voucher. Good customer service in the end! Much appreciated 👍🏼 Got charged for a cookie I ordered. It was missing in the bag! Realised as I was already on the train. £3.50 in Pret's pocket! Shame on them.

I have given such a low star rating as the toilets were covered in faeces and not toilet roll. The staff were friendly when being served however they were so busy to rectify the problem when asked staff!!! Very expensive experience for such a poor facilities

ordered a variety of foods from Pret Ealing. The kids sandwiches consisted of stale bread, at least a day old and poor filling. Contrary to how Pret;s food used to be this is neither fresh, nor generous and overpriced at that !

Both fruit pots expired on the date that it was delivered, while this is likely allowed, they tasted borderline to almost rotten. Also, the salmon and egg breakfast half baguette came as a bacon and egg instead!

Ordered my food from here was expecting a drink and croissant but the driver spilt the drink making my croissant wet looking at this looked like the sticker to prevent spills wasn’t stuck on properly so in a hot weather i couldn’t enjoy anything leading me to order else where so overall cost me about 20£ for a drink reported to uber who said they can’t do anything the driver begged me not to leave him a bad review but nevertheless i’m the one who suffered

Getting tired of getting wrong orders from Pret. This is the second time recently. The staff need to be trained in identifying items and packing.

I Hate prets STRAWs if you get a cold drink you have to drink it straight away can't enjoy it as the straw breaks!

The only thing that makes this place worth visiting is the card entitling you to 5 drinks a day for a month. A large percentage of many of the coffees is comprised of foam. The queue system at this particular Pret is ridiculous, as customers must stay huddled together in a corner to await their drinks. One or more of the toilets is usually out of order. The upstairs closes by 5, although the downstairs closes at 7.30, which results in limited seating and a filthy downstairs toilet.

It runs out of Oat milk after 2 pm everyday. Its been a week now and the trend continues. Staff do not any answer why they can't order more oat milk.

I have not received my order at all this is disappointing the order was preparing for at least 1 hour all I ordered was an latte and pastry can’t take that long to prepare a small order in this case where the order goes missing what should I do ?

I don't normally visit Pret A Manger. Not that it isn't a splendid place to enjoy a hot or cold beverage and a snack meal. I chose an Americano coffee that someone kindly bought for me. It was one of the best cups of coffee that I have had in a long time. Thanks to the helpful, friendly staff.

They close the upstairs seating early so the staff don’t have to clean which is inconvenient. Had to leave as the seating was all in use ~ mainly by people not consuming pret products but instead using the internet. Be better Pret!

Someone else’s order was sent to me! I of course rejected the delivery as it was someone else’s. No sign of my order. Pret Ealing’s phone number is not working, so not contactable and neither Pret nor Just Eat have refunded the order, even after several hours. Awful customer service by all concerned.

All pret they brew green tea at boiling water instead of 80 degrees, and the quality of their coffee has dropped by 90%. Not recommended also the customer service there look like they are doing you a favor by making you the coffee I paid for 🤦‍♂️ I'm sorry that I use the subscription every morning for which I paid and you offer it to your customers 😆

Probably the worst Pret. Some of the staff don’t listen or pay attention. Worst service level of any Pret I have ever been to! Large area of seating upstairs is very stuffy as they dint turn the aircon in.

Hello, One item was missing from this delivery. I ordered a Tuna & Cucumber baguette along with 3 other items and the baguette is MISSING. This is not the first time this has happened with a Pret delivery. I even wrote in the notes "Please double check that all items are correct" I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED

For some reason I was sent a cup of warm milk instead of my espresso. Perhaps you could give me a Credit? You Guys have Always delivered The Goods. Not really a complaint, more an observation! Best Wishes, IAN KERR

The coffee is good, but the atmosphere for study or work is not very good. The food is tasty and cheap. The service is good, the workers are always friendly and help if needed.

Very bad for deliveries. Deliveries come with items missing. The order is accepted , then it is delivered short. Happens too often, lost a customer. Good foods spoilt by a terrible delivery service, again and again and again. Never a decent apology. Cannot contact them on the phone. This is no way to run a business.

Supposed to be open at 6:30am , went there today 6:55am no food or breakfast items asked the lady at the counter , her response was it should start coming , she dint enen bother to check the kitchen her attitude was pathetic I even asked her if she can please check in the kitchen all she said was will come after some time , could not be bothered , definetly not one of the Good Pret out there there are a lot better Pret not sadly near here , Avoid this place if you are travlinng to come here

This has been my local Pret for over two years. This is the worst the store has been, they have removed the best staff including Danny. The running of the store and the vibe has completely been destroyed! Such a shame, will be cancelling my subscription

Pret’s good name and quality hot food ruined again by Just Eat, as they (again) gave the driver another order in a polar opposite direction, adding 2/3rds onto the journey length and time. Coffees cold, hot sandwiches barely warm and soggy from the formed condensation. Had my usual ham & cheese croissant but all of them were burnt. I always go to the counter to ask for a fresh one / not burnt, but they always say that's how it comes out.

Dont deserve a 1 star. Xavier and Kimroe on just a few minutes ago gave horrible service. All coffee drinks and orders after mine were prioritised and my chai latte ignored. I watched them do this and pointed out i was waiting before and they said they didnt care. Shameful. I will complain to head office, i asked for a manager they said no

Third Pret this week to day they don't have coconut milk. In fact, no nut based milks at all. Wish I'd cancelled my subscription.

This place needs an overhaul - very broken down establishment - I’ve been to Prets all over the world and this is the worst example out there - no good especially for how busy it gets. At least they could keep it clean!!

They always deliver the snacks that are stale and about to expire.

Ordered hot chocolate and tea. Realised people who purchased after me were getting their drinks. I ask and told they hadn't come through to machine. Was given drinks and had seen the milk had been sat on side a while. Tried it and said could I have hot one. The rude female server said it was boiling. I drank 3 mouths to prove it was cold. Her response to tell me no need to be rude and loudly tell the server to her right to make my drink as she wouldn't!!!! He made me a fresh drink, proceeded to tell me they had been busy as 1st day Xmas Market etc. Then said as got cream on top the hot choc may be cooler. It was super hot and perfect. I mentioned the other server had been unnecessarily rude and when I took my drinks she shouted, and a happy Christmas to you too! I had no issue or the fact I had to wait longer for drinks, it happens BUT there was no need for the female server to be nasty, rude, argumentative and sarcastic. Really let your team down and if I lived round here I would submit a formal complaint and follow it through until the end.

The staff here are always so good. My only complaint is the food! Everything seems to be loaded with SALT! I have given Pret many chances, but even the bread is loaded in salt!

Overall, the place looked quite dirty, with stains on walls, doors, and door handles. The toilets were dirty, full stop and need deep cleaning. Underneath the coffee machine counter there was a lot of dirt and the floors looked dirty as well.

It's just disgusting. The floor in this shop is absolutely nasty. It desperately needs renovation and an intense cleaning. Everything is sticky, with thick residues of dirt in every corner. Even the front window is fixed with duct tape.

The employees of this branch give such bad service that I don't want to drink or eat enough from this branch anymore. They just pour boiling water or lukewarm milk into the glass and look at you with a smile.

I order quite regularly from Pret for lunch via Just Eat. Lately I've noticed that the baguette fillings have been very sparse. Like, where on earth are the red onions which should be in my posh cheddar baguette (as advertised) There was one tiny ring. Now I'm not a petty person but at almost £6 for this item I expect a decent amount of filling in it. Rant over. Bye Bye Pret

No toilet available and nearly all the tables were taken up by one person with a computer, our group of 4 had to split up and sit at two separate tables. Not great.

Went today Sat 6th Feb. for Frappe. It got ready immediately. I was surprised. The guy handed me one that was already made while back. The frame layers were separated and was warm. After 1 sip I returned back and questioned it . The answer was shrugging the shoulders . NOT EVEN APOLOGISING NOT EVEN OFFERING A FRESH ONE

Your delivery service is very poor, you need to train your driver how to speak to customer he was so rude because he went to wrong door. Not my fault if he was sent on a wrong door. I had his tip ready but he was so rude so I didn't gave him any tip. Next time I will be ordering with dilveroo because there dilvery driver are present when they dilver.

The staff is very rude, it is the first time I feel the indifference from London, this place literally asked old people to go home when it was heavily raining. Just because they are about to close. Cannot even give people 5 mins to wait until the rain stops.

Staff are absolutely lovely, I come here most days and always get a good service specially Esmerilda,she is always friendly and kind✨ Good consistency on the quality of the products.
