Nando's - Park Royal in Ealing

Good customer service does not take long to get your food.

I requested that we not be seated in the crowded section of the restaurant due to my severe headache (half of the restaurant was completely empty). The couple in line before us was seated in the completely empty section, but despite my repeated requests, we were given a table in the noisiest part of the crowd. We will never return to this restaurant due to the rude staff.

No bottomless drinks available as machine was not working. Otherwise food was good

Always the go to place especially this branch for chicken! Been coming here for years. Perfect for birthdays, parties, groups and even by yourself! Food is always fresh and hot. Best of all is the food is halal. The place is clean and tidy even when you get your own plates and they are hot from a fresh clean gives you that confidence. The drinks are good since you can always refill. Facilities are great where you can wash your hands without going to the bathroom. There will usually be a bit of a wait time but thats normal since this branch is always busy. Wait times can be around 20-40min. You will be put in a virtual que where you will be notified of updates and you can monitor. Staff are always helpful and smiling. Parking is plenty available even without their overflow car park. Highly recommended! Would worry if you havent tried Nandos before! 🤨

I recently visited Nando’s Park Royal with my family of four, and although there was an issue with our food, Mohamed’s excellent service completely turned things around. When we received our chicken, it was extremely dry. We mentioned this to a staff member who came across as a bit dismissive and slightly forward when asking what was wrong. Fortunately, Mohamed stepped in and handled the situation with professionalism and genuine care. He listened to our concerns, apologised sincerely, and ensured fresh replacements were brought out promptly. Mohamed’s calm and friendly approach made all the difference. He turned what could have been a disappointing experience into a positive one, demonstrating exactly what great customer service should look like. Thanks to Mohamed’s outstanding efforts, we left feeling satisfied and well looked after. We’ll definitely be returning, knowing there are staff like him who truly care about the customer experience.

I recently visited Nando’s in Park Royal, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The chicken did not taste fresh at all – it had a strange, off flavor. The mashed potatoes were equally disappointing, tasting stale and far from the usual standard. To make matters worse, I ended up with food poisoning after eating there, which completely ruined my day. This was such a letdown as I had expected much better. I won’t be returning anymore.

Wonderful food and friendly staff. Only issue is that orders didn't come together and it was about 10 minuites apart from each other but this could be becausethey were very busy. Everything else was perfect.

Went to the restaurant with my cousins for a meal after bowling placed a order chips came correct but the double burger came wrong asked for Lemon and Herb and got a Medium sent the burger back which then left me waiting if I didn’t give eye contact with the another waitress I would still be waiting after she saw me came to see me and I explained what happen after that she came with my chicken burger service from her was brilliant she came to check on our table with a smile which is always great to see.

Lovely person who was looking after us his name is Mohammad making sure we got everything and taht we are enjoying our meal . Nando’s should have more people like him

Thanks to Jayden for making us feel really welcome, he came to us about 3 times to check if the kids were ok and if we needed anything else, seated us were we felt comfy and had great manners. A young lad that’s been taught and bought up correctly, well done to his parents and family. Anyways, the food was great and came out very fast , nice and hot and cooked well, all in all 5 star service and food , had a good time with my family , thanks Jayden

I recently went for a meal with my work team and was greeted and served by a lady called Stephani if I remember correctly. She was very polite and spoke to us all with great manners and respect. It was a big order from my group but she got the whole order correct and my meal was even cooked “well done” as I had asked. Throughout our time in the restaurant Stephani ensured we had everything we needed and was all comfortable. It was our first time in Nando’s in Park Royal and personally she was the most respectful member of staff I have came across in any of the Nando’s establishments. Thank you Stephani your time and efforts, they didn’t go unnoticed.

Visited for a special occasion with my family. Staff were helpful, really friendly and looked after the cake we asked them to bring out later. Food tasted great as usual and will definitely be back

I like to go there because the grilled chicken every time is the same, quality of food is good. Dine in atmosphere is also great because they have a very big hall, and last, car parking very easy because very big space for car parking.

Jayden was an awesome guy , he has been very kind each time we’ve visited , usually on a Friday evening , he always so attentive with families and good with the kids. Jayden is a fine member of staff at Park Royal and makes sure every visit is super comfortable , he’s very good at controlling the rush our que as well from what I’ve seen personally on many visits with my family, always lets the kids sit on the sofa if it’s too cold outside. As for food this time , burger buns were a little hard and the skin was a bit chewy on my butterfly burger but usually always on point , not sure why this happened this time but as usual , Hayden’s hospitality made up for it, asset to any company this guy is

when I went to nandos with my friends it was a lovely experience especially the worker Jaylan he was a very fast server and he was very nice and cooperative.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience with the staff member, Mo, during our visit. He was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we sat down. Throughout the evening, Mo checked in on us at just the right times, ensuring we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Good place and atmosphere, the food seemed correct to me. We ordered a chiken buttherfly and my children a mac and cheese. I would have given it 5 stars but the person in charge of receiving our order was in a hurry and did not really want to serve us.

Me and my girlfriend always come after the cinema to this Nando’s, which I think is one of the best in a country (I’ve been before to Surrey, Cotswolds or Norfolk ect.). I normally have bottle of wine, whole chicken and some sides/salads- all are good every time! I want to compliment manager Nika who always recognises us in a very busy place! It is very well run place. Well done to the team!

The meal was delicious but too much expensive , you exaggerate in prices . Salad tomatoes and cucumber by5£ , olives 7£ tooo much don’t recommad it at all

Not good ordered online recieved wrong items and had to call for a refund but apparently they don’t resend what you ordered! Now to go somewhere else for food

Today was amazing Staff were very kind Our food came really quickly which I was very pleased about as I was very hungry 😄. Hygiene was really good, our seats were good and we had good leg room.

Took the kids out for a quick lunch and I have to say it was quick . Very fast and efficient service , extremely polite staff and attentive, food tasty as always , we are Nando’s fans and we don’t get disappointed. Will surely return .

Having placed an order on the App I arrived ten minutes early dues to traffic and found that my order was ready. So it was going to sit for ten minutes until I arrived. It was a take away order and the manager said they didn't have any cutlery to take away!

Very poor management, it used to be one of the best Nando’s now it’s the worst. This staff has the rudest customer service ever seen.

Spicy peri-peri dishes with kids menus. Desserts range from ice cream soft swirl to a warm chocolate pud.

I have requested the Manager to lower the Music down for 5 minutes till we eat our food and leave (which is on the table ) as my partner suffers from brain tumour and had a surgery done recently. The Man said it’s a company policy that the music cannot go down. I haven’t heard a more ignorant comment then this. Its an eatery place and not a club that im walking in. Fix up Nando’s Park royal.

Can't go wrong with this Nandos. It's Halal and has a cinema, arcade, bowling, pool, laser tag, escape rooms and other restaurants around.. and free parking!

I recently visited Nando’s and had the pleasure of being served by Dzhwar. He truly made my dining experience exceptional! From the moment I walked in, Dzhwar was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout my meal. His knowledge of the menu and his recommendations were spot on, and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. The food was amazing, but Dzhwar‘a excellent service was the highlight of the evening. I’ll definitely be back, thanks to him!

Islamia made my experience at Nando’s feel really welcoming and wanting to come back. She gave the best customer service! Going above and beyond for every customer needs. Always so happy and helpful. Really enjoyed the food though their portions have become smaller, two servings of chips on one platter was almost the same amount as the one serving on the other platter. I gave a two star for the atmosphere because unfortunately we were seated next to two ladies who were inconsiderately loud and noisy.

Beware. They serve HALAL meat at this location. As a Sikh, I cannot eat halal meat or any sacrificially slaughtered meat. Not a welcoming place for non-Muslims who want to eat non-halal.

Literally run by children full of attitude. They took my order wrong, they said they'll let the kitchen know of the changes, but still got it wrong. If you have friends working there, you get drinks and sides for free. Machines not working and no cutlery, when asked, the staff don't care.

Visited Nandos today for a meal, it was quite busy which is to be expected of such an established brand. Considering there were three chefs in the kitchen and the amount of customers there were, I was pretty impressed by the speed of service. I had ordered butterfly chicken with coleslaw, and spicy rice. The chicken was cooked well and was not raw, the spice was exactly what I had ordered. The spicy rice was nice and hot; it was not clumped up. The coleslaw was also fresh. Considering that Nandos was quite busy I'm surprised that the place was kept clean which shows the competency of the manager, my table was also catered to and was constantly checked on by Mo to see if we needed any service or anything of the sort. The wow factor for me on this visit was that there were three chefs but all three chefs were able to handle the orders of the vast amount of customers, I'm not sure if they're understaffed with chefs or not however prior to writing this review I had seen a few bad reviews which I think is why they're service was not properly catered to, it is difficult to serve a large amount of customers when an establishment of this size is understaffed. All in all a good visit 👍🏻.

Always the best chicken in this Nandos

Very loud. Food took extremely long to arrive however food was good especially lemon & herb chicken wings. Best thing is the garlic bread.

Tuesday night, not that busy like a weekend but got terrible service from a manager named Ornella. I was visiting with my husband, 2 daughters under the age of 8 and 2 friends. We asked Ornella if the blind can go down as the sun was hitting straight on our face and she refused giving me an excuse that she doesn’t have time to change the battery for it!! We finally received our food after waiting for 45mins then turns out it’s raw too. I just let the manager know and in return she starting arguing with me that it isn’t. She told me she’s worked there for 6 years so she knows 😂 anyways I’ve gone over to a different manager to ask and very confidently she’s cut open another piece of chicken which was fully cooked and tried to convince me that my one was cooked. Meanwhile Ornella is still arguing with my husband. Not even an apology from her. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a manager.

Had to wait a long time to get a table. Understand it’s a weekend and very busy. I just can’t forgive the size of the wings! They’re so tiny compared to before. I brought this up with the manager and she said it’s because the demand is so high that they have to kill the chickens earlier. That is a shocking and ridiculous statement to make! Simply unbelievable and not the fact. As if the demand has never been so high before? Does your demand mean even the smaller chicken shops etc have to have smaller wings too? Wings are fine everywhere else. Either say this is what we have been delivered to us and we have to make do or say nothing. Don’t try to make up a random fact to justify it and dig a deeper hole.

Service good and food came very quick !

The restaurant accumulated too much smoke from the BBQ grill so the atmosphere was really bad. While we’re eating my son has a teary eyes because of too much smoke. They need to sort out their exhaust…

Got half chiecken lemon and herb with garlic bread and fries. Tbh you can’t go wrong with a cheeky Nando’s and this meal was amazing!

Love this place I visit here very often because they offer Halal food and environment is clean and customer friendly. Staff is very polite. However food portions are getting smaller and smaller as compared to last 2 years.

If i could give less I would but google dont allow the worst experience ever, i place order for take away the cashier said 10-15 minutes we ended up waiting 35 minutes and the food was missing when i get home and tasteless and they dont have any sauce to give us i have to beg the staff to find for me and ended up in hot sauce which I didn’t want but i had to take them
