Nando's - Park Royal in Ealing

I ordered the fino pita with the caramelised onion, i really love this particular sandwich, however there was hardly any caramelised onions inside, it was dry big lettuce leaves it was an insult to me as a customer it was my first and last time ordering from Park royal, I usually eat in kilburn one and they never disappoint.

A restaurant in a prime location in London, with several restaurants in Park Royal. It has several branches in different parts of Britain and some other countries. What distinguishes it is that some of its branches sell broasted chicken in small or large pieces or a whole chicken, and also in several flavors. It has types of sauce and is suitable for those with children, as there are special meals for children. It has halal chicken in some branches, such as this branch, and its prices are reasonable and within everyone’s reach.

The lady wearing a shirt (manager maybe) was amazing super friendly service.

The service really lets this place down. I understand they are always busy so nobody really needs to put any effort in to the customer service but some things are just basic! If you ask the waiter for something it will never arrive, you have to chase them up or ask numerous people.

Although some evenings we have come in and the restaurant had a limited menu Sherif’s friendly demeanour and helpfulness has persuaded us to return and we have since had a lovely meal and experience, along with the other staff I would highly recommend coming to this Nando’s if you fancy some quality chicken and excellent service!!

I had a terrible experience with a very rude cashier who was shouting and acting completely unprofessional. There’s no excuse for treating customers this way. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Management needs to address this behavior immediately. Food was tasty as usual.

Not enough air circulation. As has an open kitchen, the place can get quite warm and stuffy hence 3 stars. Cleaning could do better too. Bill hmm on the higher side

Service can be a little slow, and there have been a few occasions where items have been missing off the menu. Other than that, it is what you would expect from a nandos.

First time i come here in years, prices extortionate for minimal service from the waiters. Food was average but definitely not worth the price. My order was wrong and was then told to go to front desk. Again another greedy business method, get as much money as you can and do as little as possible. On the flip side many of the waiters did have a smile on their face and were happy to assist where possible.

It was amazing food but it was very slow, I saw the staff just taking with each other not even taking the orders to the tables and there was about 20 orders that needed to be served

The place is nice however the chicken liver was dry and garlic bread was burnt. One waiter named Mohammed known by the name of Mo approached us to ask how the food was. As he learned that I didn’t like the food, he apologise and offered me new garlic bread and informed me that the chick livers are not grilled anymore, they are cooked Separately, hence why they are dry. But Mohammed was kind enough he gave us chocolate care on the house. We are very pleased by Mohammed service, such a pleasant team member to have.

We love this nandos the food is always great and the staff are the reasons why it's our favourite branch! Today Kevin Louis went over and above with the my family and this is something I will never forget and I'll keep returning to this branch and not any other.

We had a great time at Nandos all the food came out quickly. Mo was very friendly and accommodating as were all the other staff who gave great service. However the halloumi cheese portion was very small.

Had a great experience at this specific branch, always come to Park Royal to play games and treat myself to a cheeky Nandos. Jayden is a great nandos employee that I often see working at this branch, he greets me upon entering with a smile and makes sure my food standards and satisfaction is always met! Absolutely poor service. You have to get everything yourself. There is a reason I haven't been back at this Nandos for a long time. My bottomless drink was told it would be here in 5 mins after the food came I had to ask 2 people. Two of the women are absolutely lazy on the floor, the only real helpful guy was the oriental man. It seems like other tables are having issues to. Would defo recommend investigating 28/01/25

The food was amazing; that was not the problem. However, staff were generally rude. There was a unnecessary lack of caring from them (especially because it wasn't busy). Even more so, one staff member came over to the table and took everyone's plate away even though some people hadn't finish. A ruined birthday, to say the least.

Good customer service does not take long to get your food.

I requested that we not be seated in the crowded section of the restaurant due to my severe headache (half of the restaurant was completely empty). The couple in line before us was seated in the completely empty section, but despite my repeated requests, we were given a table in the noisiest part of the crowd. We will never return to this restaurant due to the rude staff.

Always the go to place especially this branch for chicken! Been coming here for years. Perfect for birthdays, parties, groups and even by yourself! Food is always fresh and hot. Best of all is the food is halal. The place is clean and tidy even when you get your own plates and they are hot from a fresh clean gives you that confidence. The drinks are good since you can always refill. Facilities are great where you can wash your hands without going to the bathroom. There will usually be a bit of a wait time but thats normal since this branch is always busy. Wait times can be around 20-40min. You will be put in a virtual que where you will be notified of updates and you can monitor. Staff are always helpful and smiling. Parking is plenty available even without their overflow car park. Highly recommended! Would worry if you havent tried Nandos before! 🤨

I recently visited Nando’s Park Royal with my family of four, and although there was an issue with our food, Mohamed’s excellent service completely turned things around. He turned what could have been a disappointing experience into a positive one, demonstrating exactly what great customer service should look like. Thanks to Mohamed’s outstanding efforts, we left feeling satisfied and well looked after. We’ll definitely be returning, knowing there are staff like him who truly care about the customer experience.

Wonderful food and friendly staff. Only issue is that orders didn't come together and it was about 10 minuites apart from each other but this could be becausethey were very busy. Everything else was perfect.

I recently visited Nando’s in Park Royal, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The chicken did not taste fresh at all – it had a strange, off flavor. The mashed potatoes were equally disappointing, tasting stale and far from the usual standard. To make matters worse, I ended up with food poisoning after eating there, which completely ruined my day. This was such a letdown as I had expected much better. I won’t be returning anymore.

Went to the restaurant with my cousins for a meal after bowling placed a order chips came correct but the double burger came wrong asked for Lemon and Herb and got a Medium sent the burger back which then left me waiting if I didn’t give eye contact with the another waitress I would still be waiting after she saw me came to see me and I explained what happen after that she came with my chicken burger service from her was brilliant she came to check on our table with a smile which is always great to see.

Thanks to Jayden for making us feel really welcome, he came to us about 3 times to check if the kids were ok and if we needed anything else, seated us were we felt comfy and had great manners. A young lad that’s been taught and bought up correctly, well done to his parents and family. I recently went for a meal with my work team and was greeted and served by a lady called Stephani if I remember correctly. She was very polite and spoke to us all with great manners and respect. It was a big order from my group but she got the whole order correct and my meal was even cooked “well done” as I had asked. Throughout our time in the restaurant Stephani ensured we had everything we needed and was all comfortable. It was our first time in Nando’s in Park Royal and personally she was the most respectful member of staff I have came across in any of the Nando’s establishments. Thank you Stephani your time and efforts, they didn’t go unnoticed.

I like to go there because the grilled chicken every time is the same, quality of food is good. Dine in atmosphere is also great because they have a very big hall, and last, car parking very easy because very big space for car parking.

Jayden was an awesome guy , he has been very kind each time we’ve visited , usually on a Friday evening , he always so attentive with families and good with the kids. Jayden is a fine member of staff at Park Royal and makes sure every visit is super comfortable , he’s very good at controlling the rush our que as well from what I’ve seen personally on many visits with my family, always lets the kids sit on the sofa if it’s too cold outside. As for food this time , burger buns were a little hard and the skin was a bit chewy on my butterfly burger but usually always on point , not sure why this happened this time but as usual , Hayden’s hospitality made up for it, asset to any company this guy is

Good place and atmosphere, the food seemed correct to me. We ordered a chiken buttherfly and my children a mac and cheese. I would have given it 5 stars but the person in charge of receiving our order was in a hurry and did not really want to serve us.

Me and my girlfriend always come after the cinema to this Nando’s, which I think is one of the best in a country (I’ve been before to Surrey, Cotswolds or Norfolk ect.). I normally have bottle of wine, whole chicken and some sides/salads- all are good every time! I want to compliment manager Nika who always recognises us in a very busy place! It is very well run place. Well done to the team!

Having placed an order on the App I arrived ten minutes early dues to traffic and found that my order was ready. So it was going to sit for ten minutes until I arrived. It was a take away order and the manager said they didn't have any cutlery to take away!
