I usually visited Nandos myself with friends and family usually Ealing branch also dined at other brunches at Chiswick and at central London even my whole family visited Namdos a lot but what I experienced on 5th of April was seriously dangerous situation few days ago went with my cousin we dined in at 9pm I think the manger was her Name Helen she was very helpful and we got our food in good presentation and was warm and fresh we enjoyed it but we couldn’t finished it so I had to take home some chips and quarter of chicken next day I was having it for my lunch I start to choking and start screaming from pain went to bathroom and throw up in sink and my sister found piece of back metal as you can see on picture was stuck in my throat making me bleeding for bit was really scared this is gave me nightmares I never had in my whole life such experience to have piece of metal was in chicken, we thought this piece of metal is from the metal brush where the chefs clean their big grill we’ve seen it a lot of times probably every costumers can seen this , the way the clean their big grill before they put their new chickens over the grill, we went next day to speak to them at Ealing Broadway brunch and spoke to tall man with beard he was the manager he took my details and phone number and it’s been few days no one has called us not even apologise I will need to escalate this to the head office and take it further this really dangerous situation it could kill people and no doubt it will happen to others too . I have no intention to make bad reviews about this restaurant as we loved it but what I have experienced have really gave me nightmares seen piece of metal in my food and the fact no one had ever contacted us about their dangerous services .

It's delicious! It has a fun atmosphere like a restaurant in Disneyland. I ate the wings and momos with medium hot sauce, and it was fragrant and the seasoning was great. It's convenient to be able to order and pay directly from the table using QR 😃

I had such a great experience at Nando’s thanks to Lily! From the moment we walked in, she was super sweet and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. She checked in on us just the right amount, not too much and not too little, always with a smile. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely seems to enjoy making customers feel special but Lily did just that. The food was as always delicious but the service really made the visit stand out. If you’re dining here I hope you get Lily as your server because she’s an absolute gem. Thanks again Lily!

Poonam was absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to arrange a larger table for us when ours was too small, and she did so with such kindness and professionalism. Despite the wait, her warm and friendly service made the experience truly worthwhile. It’s rare to receive such genuine hospitality, especially during busy times, and it made all the difference. My daughter took me yesterday to break my fast there at Nando's , Ealing Broadway. I don't really like to go out on the month of Ramadan, however it was such a good experience and the food was awesome. A special thanks to Raheel, he was so polite and good mannered. A really caring person. He is indeed a credit to you and I hope you show him this review and appreciate him 😊

Been going here for a few years and I’ve had some hit or misses but the staff need to improve their communication. Ordered for delivery yesterday and took 90 minutes to come and no one was able to pick up the line! I understand times when you can be quite busy but nearly 2 hours for a 10 minute drive is ridiculous as well as no staff being able to pick up the phone and inform what’s going on. Even after being seated, we were left unattended for another 10 minutes before receiving menus. There was an absolute lack of urgency, and the customer service was disappointingly poor from the outset. Placing the Order and Extended Wait Time (10-20 Minutes) Once we were finally able to place our order, we requested: • 3 Sunset Burgers • 3 Peri Chips • 2 Mac & Cheese • 1 Salad • 1 Garlic Bread Given the simplicity of the order, we expected a reasonable preparation time. These were a complete disappointment and looked nothing like the crispy, flavorful chips Nando’s is known for. I couldn’t even finish them. *40 minutes* after placing our order, we were still dealing with cold, sad chips. **40-50 Minutes:** The **Max & Cheese** came out next. It was a joke—overcooked pasta in a thin, flavorless cheese sauce. Lukewarm and mushy, it was more like a sad side dish than a main. I can’t even explain how unappetizing it was. By this point, I was already losing my patience. **50-55 Minutes:** The **Salad** arrived last—honestly, I couldn’t believe it. It was a cold, bland mess of just tomatoes. No dressing, no other vegetables, nothing to make it remotely appealing. What kind of restaurant serves this as a salad? *50 minutes* into the experience, this was the final straw for me. **55-60 Minutes:** We were still waiting for the **Garlic Bread** at this point, which finally came at the *hour mark*. It was dry, stale, and tasted like it had been left out for hours. No garlic flavor, no butter, just sad, chewy bread that wasn’t worth the calories. **Management Interaction:** When I finally flagged down a server to complain, the **European management** was rude and dismissive. They didn’t care at all that the food was cold, tasteless, and poorly prepared. They didn’t even apologize; instead, we were met with condescending remarks and zero effort to resolve the situation. At that point, I was beyond annoyed. **Overall Experience:** This meal was nothing short of a nightmare. It was cold, tasteless, and poorly prepared. The timing was horrendous—over an hour of waiting with barely any service—and the management was unprofessional and rude. We paid under £60, and for that price, I expected fresh, hot, flavorful food, not this miserable excuse for a meal. I will never be returning to this Nando’s, and I suggest anyone thinking of visiting stay far away. There’s nothing worse than bad food and terrible service.

Ordered through Deliveroo from this branch. A disgraceful experience for my family’s the food arrived cold and soggy an hour after the expected delivery time. I was offered 80p in compensation. After numerous back and forths with customer services, who would only reply to emails during the hours of 1am and 4am I was offered 20% of the cost, despite the fact that 100% of the meal was inedible. Absolutely disgraceful service. Embarrassing that this store operates with such a terrible company.

“We visited Nando’s on Bond Street in Ealing. The food was not satisfactory, and I believe the chicken was undercooked. My husband experienced diarrhea and gas issues after dining there. The worst Nando’s I’ve ever been to. I’m a regular customer of Nando’s and I will not attend this branch again. Me and my husband came in on a busy Friday night. Manager Rob is very unprofessional. He shouldn’t be working with the general public. The other male manager is a very good manager he cares about the restaurant and people.

The staff were great, friendly and professonal. The food was nice and I really like the vibe. The toilets were clean. I did have a couple of minor issues - we ordered a start of olives but the mains came immediately with them and it would have been better to let us at least eat the olives first and then the wrong dish was given to me at first but swiftly corrected. It was slightly annoying as for a moment it looked like I was going to have to dig out my order details to prove i hadnt ordered what I had been given. Finally the portugese bread roll came without the butter but I couldnt be bothered to ask for it and I accept thats on me. Despite those little issues, I did enjoy the evening and would definitely come again.

Has unfortunately gone downhill since I used to eat at the very first Nandos in UK which opened in 1991-2 at Ealing Common. I lived opposite and ate there weekly, part of my staple diet! This chicken burger with pyramid shaped chicken kept sliding out on every bite (well this occasional ones where I actually hit chicken). Staff taking my order couldn't understand my English and I had to repeat my order 3 times and then I got table 8 instead of takeaway. Huge room for improvement too go back to the original days.

I have visited twice since the refurb , service and taste is good but the portions are extremely small compared to other branches (I have been a long time Nando’s fan so have a lot to compare to) I would say smaller by at least a third! We pay good money for fair portions so very disappointed. I probably won’t return simply for that reason.

My first visiting London ever coming from the U.S, i wanted to get something quick to eat i walk into the store . It’s close to empty . An employee runs up to me asked what did i need i told him I was still looking at the menu but I’m going to order and sit down , he immediately stated that he didn’t have any tables available for another 25 minutes although no one was sitting down at the tables he then suggested I get take out or sit outside although it was raining . I’ve been to nandos In the U.S. and I have never experienced this before I felt extremely uncomfortable so I decided to leave . I don’t know what his intentions where but I did not like the experience at all and I didn’t feel welcomed .

Been coming here for years as a manual wheelchair user and today I got told "he needs to get out of his wheelchair because apparently it's health and safety" by assistant manager then after the food arrived she came over and said "should I move you to a bigger table or will he get out of the chair?" so I proceeded out of my wheelchair and did not want to ruin my mum's birthday but as a Paralympian coming along to my local to enjoy the vibes I wasn't happy at all. Looks like I will be going to Park Royal from now on.

I want here with family, we ordered the family platter it was £55 what you get it’s two large chickens, and five large sides with it, we got two large chicken medium Peri Peri the chicken is amazing so delicious and cooked perfectly it just melts in your mouth mmm, we got two large sides of spicy rice it was delicious and amazing but we did have a bit of it was really dry I think it was under the heat lamp too long, it was so busy as well, we all so got two large peri peri chips omg it’s to die for big time, I can eat a whole bowl or plate of peri peri chips by my self lol, and we got one large bow of rainbow coleslaw that’s amazing as well,

Great food. There isn't really service. The "waitress" with the massive fake lashes has one useless job which is to ask if the food is OK. And she couldn't even get that done right. She asked us before we even had our first bite as soon as the food came. Since we didn't have an answer for her yet she pulled the rooster pin (a move that's supposed to be done after a table has been checked upon) while we had our backs turned thinking we didn't see her

What a horrible experience being back in Nandos, Ealing Broadway. I got to the door at about 9.10pm and I was turned away as the restaurant closes at 10pm. To be honest I was so gobsmacked and in shock I was actually lost for words. Its ever so disappointing that businesses are turning away business. I probably would have been served, eaten and out of the door by 10pm, and I would have certainly been respectful of their closing times too. A little bit of advice to Nandos management, if you plan on turning patrons away at 9.10pm, then firstly please update your Opening/Closing hours and secondly put a note outside of the store on the A board as to when the last orders are. I don't appreciate being told to turn back and leave a restaurant despite still having 50mins to place an order be it a sit In or Takeaway. It's ludicrous!!!

Nando's is one of the best restaurants we always go to because its food is healthy and very delicious. Today, we went to Nando's in Ealing, and they have recently changed their decor, which has made the atmosphere amazing. The food, as always, was very tasty. My recommendation is the Fully Loaded Wrap.

Had an awful experience in Nando’s this evening, order was extremely slow, please see below timeframe and I had to return food items 3 times as food was at an extremely cold quality. 7.27pm - Order Placed 7.38pm - I asked member of staff for my bottomless drink glass 7.46pm - I approached bar, I asked and received bottomless drink glass after checking if I had paid for it 7.54pm - My starter (Halloumi Sticks) arrived and they were as if they were just lifted out of fridge 7.55pm - I got the attention of a member of staff and returned the starter 8.03pm - My starter arrived back at my table, again very cold 8.04pm - I got the same member of staffs attention and returned my order again for same reason 8.10pm - My starter arrived back at my table for the third time and was warmer than last 2 times but in no way hot. I ate them this time as I was very hungry 8.28pm - My main course arrived, the chicken and cob was stone cold freezing. I returned the them with the same member of staff. 8.36pm (Over an hour after order placed) - My main course arrived back at my table and was perfect. I was not offered as little as an apology from any member of staff and left absolutely disgusted.

Excellent food and friendly staff. The new bottomless soft swirl ice cream is a winner. Delicious! Nice and creamy. Am writing this review primarily because I forgot my rucksack and phoned the restaurant in a panic, however they'd found it and kept it safe for me. It was a big relief. Thank you very much to the staff there.

I picked a clean fork, it turned out it's not clean, the dishwasher didn't do the job. I handed it to the west Indian tall lady that seated us. Something was wrong she looked like the kid who ate the cake if you get the pun. I turned my back and looked again she wiped it on her clothes and put it back with the clean. Food was delivered over 40 minutes late and arrived cold. When I talked to customer service I was told they had a problem with the grill my answer was Why was I not contacted or advised. They had all my details. Not good customer service. My order was placed at 6.56 pm arrived at 8.20 pm . Will not be ordering delivery from this branch again.

Cheeky Nando’s made great! From the moment we entered (with a group of about 20) they were on the ball trying to get us seated and providing the best hospitality for us. I’ve had Nando’s many times and always enjoy the food but the service, patience and kindness of Intisar and her team made it so much more enjoyable. Hit and miss this branch. Every Nando’s has different staff and different chefs so there will be differences everywhere you go. Also the tables are very old and dirty. The whole place needs better cleaning.

The first impression is sad,... ;((( there is no atmosphere like in the old previous place, a place that was warm and cozy, it's a pity that the tables are very close to each other and you have to be careful not to disturb those next to the table. The place is mixed in with the crowd of other places, the menu is already in the form of a plastic cardboard box, previous dumpling sets he doesn't exist anymore !!!! ,you have to go to pick up the bill because the staff forgets to take an interest, ;(( generally it's not as nice as it used to be.

Review of Team Leader at Britmanjee.com I had an extremely disappointing experience with the team leader at Britmanjee.com. During a recent visit, we ordered macaroni cheese, which was clearly intended to be charged at the take-away rate, not the eat-in price. A simple correction was raised by Intard, but the team leader’s response was entirely inappropriate and unprofessional. Rather than addressing the matter calmly, she reacted with an insincere smile that came across as overtly sarcastic and dismissive. Her tone was condescending, and her manner of speaking was unnecessarily rude and offensive. What should have been a minor issue quickly escalated due to her attitude and complete lack of customer service skills. It is deeply concerning that someone in a leadership position would behave in such a discourteous manner. This interaction left a negative impression and reflected poorly on the business as a whole. Respectful communication and basic courtesy should be the minimum standard—unfortunately, they were absent in this
