Nando's in Ealing

The staff were great, friendly and professonal. The food was nice and I really like the vibe. The toilets were clean. I did have a couple of minor issues - we ordered a start of olives but the mains came immediately with them and it would have been better to let us at least eat the olives first and then the wrong dish was given to me at first but swiftly corrected. It was slightly annoying as for a moment it looked like I was going to have to dig out my order details to prove i hadnt ordered what I had been given. Finally the portugese bread roll came without the butter but I couldnt be bothered to ask for it and I accept thats on me. Despite those little issues, I did enjoy the evening and would definitely come again.

Quite a few items were cold. Food arrived late & there was an item missing . Tried to call, but it stated Restaurant closed. No chance to get missed item

Great food, but ordering stupidly awkward especially as there's waiters wandering around.

I have visited twice since the refurb , service and taste is good but the portions are extremely small compared to other branches (I have been a long time Nando’s fan so have a lot to compare to) I would say smaller by at least a third! We pay good money for fair portions so very disappointed. I probably won’t return simply for that reason.

Had a lovely experience with Antonio! He was extremely friendly. The food also came super quick which was great!

My first visiting London ever coming from the U.S, i wanted to get something quick to eat i walk into the store . It’s close to empty . An employee runs up to me asked what did i need i told him I was still looking at the menu but I’m going to order and sit down , he immediately stated that he didn’t have any tables available for another 25 minutes although no one was sitting down at the tables he then suggested I get take out or sit outside although it was raining . I’ve been to nandos In the U.S. and I have never experienced this before I felt extremely uncomfortable so I decided to leave . I don’t know what his intentions where but I did not like the experience at all and I didn’t feel welcomed .

Been coming here for years as a manual wheelchair user and today I got told "he needs to get out of his wheelchair because apparently it's health and safety" by assistant manager then after the food arrived she came over and said "should I move you to a bigger table or will he get out of the chair?" so I proceeded out of my wheelchair and did not want to ruin my mum's birthday but as a Paralympian coming along to my local to enjoy the vibes I wasn't happy at all. Looks like I will be going to Park Royal from now on.

First time going to a nandos. The staff were polite and food was great 😃. P.S: they have some hardcore sauces that are not to be taken lightly.

terrible service. servers lie about what’s available because they simply can’t be bothered to serve it. when i found a nail in my food they did everything to avoid giving me a refund for it. sort it tf out seriously.

I am not sure what has happened to this place as I rarely visit, but decided to pop for lunch, I ordered ''chicken burger'' with chips. What can one say? The chicken was horrendous taste-that lacked anything tasteful! chips looked like it needed a revival lmao!!!!

Superb and fast service. Excellent food quality. Manager was really helpful, and understanding, when my Autistic child was ill whilst we visited.

I’m appalled by one of the staff attitude it was the short Asian woman. She kept saying 2 minutes whenever you ask her for the smallest thing.

We recently celebrated a birthday dinner with a group of over 15 people. The staff was extremely helpful, and the service provided was excellent. Thank you for making our evening special.

My favourite Nandos in West London. Spacious, clean and friendly staff. Chicken is perfectly grilled and they got plenty of sauces to take to the table. Ashish was very welcoming and attentive on my last visit.

Well-seasoned chicken and assorted side dishes

I am a wheelchair user & staff were helpful finding me a well-positioned table. The tenderstem broccoli was perfectly cooked rather than overcooked and with my disability I couldn't cut it - staff kindly chopped it for me. They were caring without being patronising.

Came in the evening, was waiting with two other families, we were ignored and left waiting there for 15 minutes, I went to go find someone to talk to and was treated quite rudely by the manager (not sure if it was) and told theres no tables and to go away, there was no communication and I understand it was busy but this is the second time a nandos has let me down.

It is my first time ever leaving a review for Nandos only because we had the best host called Lania. Thank you for the great service.

I want here with family, we ordered the family platter it was £55 what you get it’s two large chickens, and five large sides with it, we got two large chicken medium Peri Peri the chicken is amazing so delicious and cooked perfectly it just melts in your mouth mmm, we got two large sides of spicy rice it was delicious and amazing but we did have a bit of it was really dry I think it was under the heat lamp too long, it was so busy as well, we all so got two large peri peri chips omg it’s to die for big time, I can eat a whole bowl or plate of peri peri chips by my self lol, and we got one large bow of rainbow coleslaw that’s amazing as well,

Service is nice, atmosphere are amazing however food was like an average Nando’s. I would recommend this and one of my favourite places in Ealing Broadway relative to Popeyes or McDonald’s or buttermilk chicken

Great food. There isn't really service. The "waitress" with the massive fake lashes has one useless job which is to ask if the food is OK. And she couldn't even get that done right. She asked us before we even had our first bite as soon as the food came. Since we didn't have an answer for her yet she pulled the rooster pin (a move that's supposed to be done after a table has been checked upon) while we had our backs turned thinking we didn't see her

What a horrible experience being back in Nandos, Ealing Broadway. I got to the door at about 9.10pm and I was turned away as the restaurant closes at 10pm. To be honest I was so gobsmacked and in shock I was actually lost for words. Its ever so disappointing that businesses are turning away business. I probably would have been served, eaten and out of the door by 10pm, and I would have certainly been respectful of their closing times too. A little bit of advice to Nandos management, if you plan on turning patrons away at 9.10pm, then firstly please update your Opening/Closing hours and secondly put a note outside of the store on the A board as to when the last orders are. I don't appreciate being told to turn back and leave a restaurant despite still having 50mins to place an order be it a sit In or Takeaway. It's ludicrous!!!

Nando's is one of the best restaurants we always go to because its food is healthy and very delicious. Today, we went to Nando's in Ealing, and they have recently changed their decor, which has made the atmosphere amazing. The food, as always, was very tasty. My recommendation is the Fully Loaded Wrap.

Had an awful experience in Nando’s this evening, order was extremely slow, please see below timeframe and I had to return food items 3 times as food was at an extremely cold quality. 7.27pm - Order Placed 7.38pm - I asked member of staff for my bottomless drink glass 7.46pm - I approached bar, I asked and received bottomless drink glass after checking if I had paid for it 7.54pm - My starter (Halloumi Sticks) arrived and they were as if they were just lifted out of fridge 7.55pm - I got the attention of a member of staff and returned the starter 8.03pm - My starter arrived back at my table, again very cold 8.04pm - I got the same member of staffs attention and returned my order again for same reason 8.10pm - My starter arrived back at my table for the third time and was warmer than last 2 times but in no way hot. I ate them this time as I was very hungry 8.28pm - My main course arrived, the chicken and cob was stone cold freezing. I returned the them with the same member of staff. 8.36pm (Over an hour after order placed) - My main course arrived back at my table and was perfect. I was not offered as little as an apology from any member of staff and left absolutely disgusted.

New open after 5 weeks nice food good athosfer

The chicken needs to be marinated properly. I ordered medium hot chicken. The chicken didn't even have salt on it, let alone medium flavour.

Order came separately and 30 mins apart? And some of the order was forgotten. Also there was a homeless person walking into the dining area accosting guests. But the food was decent.

Excellent food and friendly staff. The new bottomless soft swirl ice cream is a winner. Delicious! Nice and creamy. Am writing this review primarily because I forgot my rucksack and phoned the restaurant in a panic, however they'd found it and kept it safe for me. It was a big relief. Thank you very much to the staff there.

We were the last customers of the night and we were treated well. It wasn't a problem. Good was good as always except the grilled corn wasn't very grilled. It was edible though.

Busy Saturday night. Got a table at short notice. Good arrived in reasonable time. Mash had been sitting around for a while, very dry and could be lifted out of the bowl whilst retaining it's shape. All other food ok

I picked a clean fork, it turned out it's not clean, the dishwasher didn't do the job. I handed it to the west Indian tall lady that seated us. Something was wrong she looked like the kid who ate the cake if you get the pun. I turned my back and looked again she wiped it on her clothes and put it back with the clean. NEVER AGAIN TO THIS Disgusting!! PLACE

Food was delivered over 40 minutes late and arrived cold. When I talked to customer service I was told they had a problem with the grill my answer was Why was I not contacted or advised. They had all my details. Not good customer service. My order was placed at 6.56 pm arrived at 8.20 pm . Will not be ordering delivery from this branch again.

Cheeky Nando’s made great! From the moment we entered (with a group of about 20) they were on the ball trying to get us seated and providing the best hospitality for us. I’ve had Nando’s many times and always enjoy the food but the service, patience and kindness of Intisar and her team made it so much more enjoyable. Definitely recommend this branch to all Nando’s lovers and anyone who wants to try. Thank you for hosting us!

Great welcome, great restaurant, great food. Must try the new churrasco flavour sauce on chicken and the fully loaded fries - yummy.

Hit and miss this branch. Every Nando’s has different staff and different chefs so there will be differences everywhere you go. Also the tables are very old and dirty. The whole place needs better cleaning.

Nando’s never disappoints me. Food was amazing, we ordered a full chicken with 4 sides and drinks.

It was my second visit to Nando's in Ealing. We were immediately greeted at the entrance and shown to a free table. We had different chicken variations as well as “bottomless drinks”, i.e. unlimited soft drinks for refills. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was very pleasant and the service was excellent! The prices are of course a little higher than in Germany, but hey - this is London and not Kleinsiehstenich.

Was ok, not the best Nandos branch I've dined in. Food was ok, cutlery box had dirty utensils mixed in so took a while to find a clean fork..spoons were awful. I am sure they will sort this and it was just a bad day at the office. Overall could have been better. Staff friendly and doing their job well..just the washing up needing work.

The stuff were rude and they gave me cold uncooked chicken I don’t recommend this place the service was horrible the white woman was wearing black shirt

This is one of the worst Nando’s on the planet. I’ve given this one enough chances and same thing EVERY time for years. Always the same deal, do yourself a favour and take the trip to Ealing Common. Completely different experience. Nando’s has a lot to answer for, the quality control for close by locations is beyond a joke.

Just wanted to say that the staff are lovely and the manager Rob is fantastic, really kind, genuine guy!

Service is a little slow but the food was good and place itself spacious.

Ordered for collection, chicken was super dry and sides were filled 40 to 50%. Seems the standard has dropped a lot. Shannon was amazing though and her service was fantastic. I'm highly disappointed from this experience I called up to speak to Rob the manager. Unfortunately he said he could not do anything for me, advised I should of taken a picture but the issue is we were so hungry we ate it so quickly. Rob only offered to take the advice on and said they have the same standards to follow (in terms of portion sizes) which seems to have gone down. When I have eaten here before the portion sizes were bigger than the take away sizes. I'm really disappointed that nothing was done so I have left feedback on here and feedback on their follow up email. For the price paid it's a rip off, chicken was dry and the portion of sides was not enough compared to the usual dine in experiences I have had here. I feel put off by the mediocre food and the fact there was no resolution to my issue. Rob could of offered me a discount or something for my next order but nothing was offered.

This Nandos was nice with genuine friendly service. And for a change my chicken was grilled and not just marked with grill dark lines.

Poor service but with really tasty chicken

Waited over an hour and 15 mins for our food (order had been forgotten and only started making it after 45 mins) people coming in after us getting served before us. Had small baby with us and with the waiting time couldn’t enjoy the food as we had to rush because of having the baby with us.

Pathetic staff with don't care attitude and poor service. Ordered four children meals making it clear with ice-cream and order was taken without hesitation only to be told afterwards that they don't serve ice-cream anymore. How about informing at the time order was placed.

The food was great, exactly what I’d expect from Nandos. However the hygiene here is something else. Every single plate was filthy. We went through every one and they were disgusting. So we mentioned to the staff who checked themselves and saw. They brought out ‘fresh’ plates which were just as dirty. The knives and forks were filthy too. Standards have really dropped. I don’t feel comfortable eating here if basic hygiene is that poor.

Ordered online and they dumped their stock of salt onto my fries making them inedible. Won’t even compensate me for wasting £24 on this!

The place was very clean and tiddy... The food was nice. But we waited 40 minutes until we order the food and than the system brook down than we had to waited further 20 minutes but the staff kept us informed at all times most of staff are friendly would repeat it again and will recommend it to friends 👍 thank you...

The staff at Ealing Broadway Nandos are excellent. So efficient and always have a smile on their face.

First of all they take ages to get an order together. Whether it be small or big. I ordered loaded fries which I normally purchase on my lunch break and I’ve always been impressed with it but recently found a piece of nail that got stuck in between my teeth and cut my gum while trying to get it out. I don’t usually have problems with their food but I was truly disgusted and disappointed and will be my last time I ever buy from there again

Absolutely loved Nando's! For a casual, fast-foody place the service and the quality of food we got was anything but! We went there last Sunday for lunch and the servers are all friendly and really have a great handle of the place especially the hostess. I got the butterfly chicken, HOT mode and it didn't disappoint. Their Pungency-meter, albeit a simplified Scoville scale is spot-on. And I have a high tolerance for heat already! Sauces were so tasty you just want to down them all by themselves. For a filling meal that's quick on service and completely worth every pound and penny, try Nando's!

Nice place to pop into for nutritious fast food.

Originally went to Nandos in Park Royal, after attending bowling which had a queue outside. Kill-joy!! We then went to Ealing Nandos; the staff were 10/10. Gotta give a shout out to Rihanna (Rhi-Rhi) and the lady who brought out the birthday cake. I think she is the manager and if she's not, she needs a promo! The food came out at different times which was awkward at times, but with the staff being so attentive, it was forgotten about by the time the last person ate.

Back grill wasn't working so many items weren't available. Butterfly chicken was burnt on the underside. Booth for 10 people but no jugs of water available so the 2 people on the end had to keep getting out to fill the tiny glasses with water. Overall disappointing.

This Nando’s is like all Nando’s; reliable and dependable food quality, speed, and staff friendliness

Excellent in all categories...tasty food, fast and courteous service, and electric vibe. There were 12 of us, and yet we all got our food brought to our tables without the orders getting mixed up. The portions are huge, and we ate to our belly's full.

Always miss something from order.

Only problem is toilets downstairs and no disable toilets on the ground floor. Otherwise it is okay food was testy. Also portions are not enough.

Biggest portions ive ever had in a Nandos?! 10/10 from me! Quite small though so expect to wait for a table (especially due to Location)

Staff are nice but there are Rat's running around behind the restaurant. It's absolutely disgusting. Rubbish piled up outside. Never again.

My friends and I ate there on Friday after work. When we left and walked to the center through the alleyway that runs at the side of Nandos what we saw can only be described as disgusting. Rotting rubbish piled up behind the restaurant and 3 dead Rats. I can not believe this is allowed to happen. Health and Safety need to have a word with this place it's absolutely disgusting.
