I see that some people here are complaining about courier services or that their papanasu was returned in the net and arrived home with sauce spread, but those who are watching: the restaurant is very good, with very good food and honestly at super convenient prices, and as far as papanasu is concerned, I honestly have not eaten better ones in other restaurants than ours. As for the staff, well, the lady there is a very polite sweetie and she'll keep an eye on you if you need anything! Don't be angry anymore, you forgot me like some people wrote on a candle...

Visited Jaia for views, vibes, and drinks - and we weren't disappointed! The atmosphere was fantastic, making it a perfect spot for a drink, see the incredible views and unwind with the family. Biggest highlight for me was the pool and views. It added a touch of luxury and created a relaxing ambiance that we really enjoyed. The drink selection was okay, they do fever-tree and offered a couple of gins. Not extensive. The boys had beers so a good variety to suit different tastes. (My nephew lives next door in the Battersea PS apartments). Seating was comfortable, with cosy relaxed loungers that made it easy to settle in and enjoy the experience. Felt like a mini hol! It's the kind of place where you can easily lose track of time while chatting and sipping your drinks. Tip: a fairly elite clientele there, so my relaxed attire felt a bit too casual but I'm really not too bothered! We didn't try the food during this visit, so I can't comment on the culinary offerings. Our focus was on drinks and atmosphere, and Jaia delivered on both fronts.

Today I purchased 6 cheese straws from Cooplands in Driffield. These cheese straws were then carried home safely in amongst the rest of my shopping from various other shops this morning. When it came time for my sister to eat these cheese straws, she put 3 on her plate. She ate two of the 3 with no problem and then when she got to the third cheese straw she took two bites and let out a very loud “OW!” as she had bitten into something hard whilst chewing her cheese straw. She proceeded to spit out the mouthful of cheese straw she was chewing and looking at the mouthful on her plate to see if there was anything there. She gasped and said “Oh my god thats a stone” I said “don't be ridiculous theres no way” and then she picked it out of the chewed up mouthful of cheese straw and held out her hand and said “look A STONE” I couldn't believe my eyes , she was right it was a stone which she had bitten into whilst trying to enjoy her last cheese straw. Me and my sister, Jess, are appalled, horrified and disgusted that this has slipped past the quality checks. This stone could have seriously injured her teeth so thank god she realised and spat it out. This unfortunately puts an end to us purchasing baked goods at our local Cooplands. My sister is to quote her words “too traumatised to eat anything from Cooplands again”. I hope this gets picked up and reflected on and that it doesn’t happen to any other Cooplands customers. Many thanks.

Having been here before, it wasn't to bad. So we went again today Wednesday 28th June. There were only two young men, serving and cooking.and it was out of their control. Service was so slow. And the wait for food was disgusting and when we eventually got our food it was terrible. At least 3 others couples complained and walked out before they were servied thier food. 37 Pepper Street Nantwich really needs some help before it closes down

Mothers day. So slow service, half an hour at least between starters and mains to desserts. Asked multiple times for items once for water and then again for the bill. Too many booked in at one time staff couldn't cope. Multiple familys turning up and tables not free for them. Food was lovely though so can't fault that.

We visited this pub for Mother’s Day, aware that it had recently changed management, so we weren’t quite sure what to expect. The staff were all very polite and welcoming. Our group of eight had pre-ordered our meals a couple of days in advance, which wasn’t a big inconvenience. Everyone enjoyed the meats (lamb, beef, and pork), but the rest of the meal fell short. The vegetables were cold, and the roast potatoes were dry possibly reheated and honestly quite awful, which was a letdown since they’re usually my favorite part! The Yorkshire pudding was just okay, not terrible, but a bit chewy. There was a mix-up with our bill, where someone else’s charges were added to our tab, but the bar staff resolved it without issue, so credit to them for that. My wife ordered a large wine and was shocked to find it priced at £10! That felt a bit pricey, especially after a lackluster meal. Overall, we had a decent Mother’s Day, so thank you for that. Still, in my view, the food could use some improvement.
