The best restaurants serving Other european-cuisines food in England

Having visited Piedaniels on a couple of previous occasions, we were excited to be visiting again with our friends to celebrate 2 of our wedding anniversaries. Everyone had an absolutely fabulous evening with delicious food, each course was cooked to perfection and the atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed and friendly. Christiana, the owner, was happy to chat and the rest of the staff were lovely too. Can't wait for our next visit.

Workers were rude. They turned the lights off whilst we were eating, couldn’t see our food.

Christmas lunch was amazing, food was hot and full of flavour. My parents live abroad and always want to visit here when they come over. Staff are friendly and attentive, it’s such a cosy warm and relaxing environment, outstanding service and food as it has every time I’ve visited!

Lucy was our server, she was always smiling and very helpful. Also would like to say thank you to Andy & Amy, every time we visit the fox they are full of smiles & happiness. The food is absolutely amazing. There were 12 of us last night & everyone was pleased with their meal & the service. The chicken & rib platter was amazing as was all the food. Food & drinks excellent value for money. Have been coming here for a while & will be co mk ing back for a long time to come.

Ordered a rice box on Deliveroo and it was sent with a label on it saying it was made the day before. When I order takeout I would expect it to be made fresh. Disappointing

The George has never failed to impress, always a warm friendly welcome, inside and out is a really nice traditional country pub/restaurant. The food is truly stunning bursting with flavor and massive portions too. Highly recommend the George

We stayed for 2 nights at this pleasant hotel. We enjoyed the food (breakfast and dinner/wine) The room was clean and light with windows on 2 sides. The staff were very helpful, bright and cheerfull

A plesant surprise, we're not locals and were passing at lunch time and needed a snack. Well the Red wine was surperb, along with the starter and Pizza, thin just as my wife likes it. Every table was reserved, which was a good sign to us, we could only be served as we were not staying long. This Pub deserves 5 stars.

A wonderful Indian Restaurant in a lovely surrounding area, the food was exceptional, the staff were very welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional, you just know nothing would be too much trouble, all for a very reasonable price

We visited today for the first time in years. The pub has been decorated lovely since our last visit and is very warm and welcoming. We both had the roast dinner, it was gorgeous, couldn’t fault a thing, right down to the great service too. We are so glad we’ve found somewhere so close for a good roast, as they are hard to find. We’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely Superb food. Everything is cooked from the freshest ingredients. Been going there for several years and it never stops being the best food to be found anywhere. Delightful simple tiny pub where everything is done with integrity.
