Nando's - Slough in Slough

I found the food to be good and the staff were great ,but the drinks dispenser(just the Fanta) and the soap dispenser were broken on the day so that wasn’t great,but if I am in the area I would go there again

A family group of 7 of us went to the High Street Nando's. Although there weren't any tables free for us immediately, the staff put together a couple of tables to try and accommodate us to reduce out waiting time. We ordered our meal with Emanuel and were very impressed with the service we received. He took good care of us. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We left very happy with the service and the food. A lovely evening- thank you!

Food was great, service was fast, decent prices and refillable drinks are lifesavers! Love it here :)

Not the biggest nandos fan in the world but when you're with a group of people who absolutely love the chain you can't really refuse to eat there. Whole experience was OK... Staff friendly, ample portions, freshly cooked. Actual restaurant not the cleanest but the food not the worst... Lots of other places I would rather eat than here but it literally does everything it says on the tin and fills a hole. Not a bad review at all.. Just I personally prefer other cuisines over chicken.

Its always dirty in this branch with crumby seats, food under tables etc. Cutlery also had bits of dried food. Staff always seem rushed, uninterested and that might be because its in the middle of a shopping area.

Went for a family meal with my 6 year old girl today. At some point a waitress were giving balloons out to all kids who were there but my daughter didnt get one.We were only one foreigners in there.Perhaps they should announce that this is a restaurant for the English only.

This Nando's urgently needs a review, poor customer service and food not being cooked to the same quality of other Nando's in the area. I.e Staines / Windsor / beaconsfield. To begin with my experience started when we was greeted from a rude waiter. Not only did he avoid eye contact, he was joking around with his other employees. Nevertheless, as we was seated to a sticky dirty table, after many failed attempts of requesting for the table to be cleaned, it was finally done after roughly 7-10 minutes. Furthermore, our starters of olives where forgotten about and brought out after we had eaten. I will avoid this Nando's, as the attitude of the employees let down the Nando's ethos in surrounding areas.

We visit this several times a year while on business trips from Pittsburgh. Our daughter LOVES their food. They are very friendly and have a order to where they assign tables. No one has ever been racist. We are white as they come... and I only wish they had one in our hometown.

Came here for dinner the night before we went to Legoland for the kids. Tables were sticky. Looked like the place could have used a grown up to be around. It was like walking into the local youth club. The food preparation clearly was just smothering a piece of chicken in the sauce heat which we had requested. I could have done that myself once you'd brought it to me.

I wouldn't normally review Nando's, because it's Nando's, but my experience here was really odd, so I think it's worth a few words...My Son asked for Nando's after a trip to the cinema next door, so we went in and though it was really busy, we spotted at least four tables for two empty. When we asked for a table we were told 'There ain't none'... Ok, what about the empty tables? We were told 'They ain't empty'... Oh! Ok! Are they booked? We were told 'Nah, they ain't booked'... Right. Can we sit down then please? 'We got no tables, I just said'.... Aaaaaaaargh! Frustrated, we just decided to get take away and eat back at our hotel. While standing waiting for it to be prepared, those four empty tables were filled by another greeter (along with some tables vacated by people who had finished their food) by seating people as they came in. Aaaaaaaaargh! Also worth noting that after my epic trek to the toilets, they were filthy and quite, quite disgusting. I simply can't understand why we were clearly shown the red card by this place. It's not like a 44 year old, bespectacled man in an anorak and his Son are hardly going to cause any issues for their staff and chicken loving customers. When done well, Nando's can be just great. This wasn't done well. Nowhere near well, however, the chicken, when we finally got to eat it was brilliant, but i'm still only going to give a one star mark for the hoops we had to jump through to get it...

bottom cheap quality chicken cooked to crap sold 5 times more than the actual value, postato wedge smelt like dead fish oven, waiting time is forever, they messed up my order by hit and miss as well.

To the person whom it may concern, nandos slough high street, is a such a disappointing place to visit. I have been there with my family and spend just under £100 the food was absolutely disappointing , I personally think someone from the council or the EHO should pay a visit before its go completely wrong. The chicken their serving has been in the sham for such long time, it's just warm it doesn't hit anywhere near 68 degrees dry.as you can see from the outside skin. I have raised this issue to the council and alerts the concern authorities, please be aware and be more vigilant on your food when you eat. This is the nandos in corner of slough high street, (not the one near observertrey) and the mangers name Is Stuart. I would never go back again.

the restaurant has always been a go to place for lunch and dinner, its not as massive as other location, however, the ambiance is good...i recommend this place!

Went as a family during lunch time, it was busy but we managed to get a seat. Ordered starters from nuts to olives and had 2 platters to share among us with the bottomless drinks.Service was good, asked about twice how we were doing and cutlery was clean. Good place to eat.

a big company but the chicken is fresh and you now what you get. the busy place is busy but nice and safe and ok for the family . we went for the family of 8 and had a good time

First time we have visited the Slough Nando's restaurant and things seem to be in order.Slightly off peak, place was fairly quiet an order came quickly. Food was hot and as ordered.Normally go for butterfly chicken with salted fries and macho peas.Soft drinks machine ran out but staff responded immediately and with good attitude. Much appreciated.We had nice bay to ourselves which was nice and relaxing.Only negative point is location just off town Center - street looks a bit run down

Good food with best service. Toilets need bit cleaning, Staff were very nice and friendly even on busy period on Sunday. Overall good.

I've visited numerous branches from Nando's all over the world. love the food, however I'd avoid this location at all cost. The staff are too young and completely don't care about customer service. Food was cold after sitting at the heating bay for basically 10 minutes, I know as I watched whilst a staff member was casually on her phone behind the counter. An alarm was going off throughout the stay. No one attended to it even after several unhappy complaints. Staff didn't pick up mess or cater to customers. Instead casually spoke to each other doing nothing that could be considered as work. Will not be returning !!!

Truely a disappointing visit, after waiting 25 mins queuing up to order whilst one gentleman served and the rest was seen messing around like children. I visited the bathroom where there was no toilet paper and the sink was filthy. The food was acceptable but the general ambience of the restaurant was disgusting. A deep clean is in order. Won't be revisiting

We love Nandos. But this restaurant is the worst one of Nandos we have been to. The service was very poor, close to none. Tables were dirty, staff busy chatting to each other. Dirty dishes on the tables. Sofas were disgusting with stains of food or vomit. We ordered whole chicken and were told of 30minute long wait as their oven was being serviced. It was 3 o'clock on Monday. Luckily the food was very tasty. There was no olive oil, they said they run out of it. The first Nandos with no olive oil we have visited. Anyway, delicious food as in other Nandos restaurants but the place dirty and people not suitable for customer service. Won't recommend if you have other options to be able to sit down and relax.

I could probably eat this every day. Peri peri is crack. I usually get the whole chicken with peri peri chips, coleslaw and super grain salad. Then I sit there and eat the whole thing like a cave man no forks or knives just dig in and look crazy.

I went in for a quick lunch with a few friends and was warmly greeted, it's nice to see friendly staff for once. The staff were very helpful in helping me to make my decision on what to eat as it was my first time dining there; the food came out almost minutes after we ordered and was very tasty. If you're in the mood for a quick bite to eat and don't want to sell a kidney in order to pay for it, Nando's is a great place.

I walked in only to wait 10 mins then when i went to ask a girl with green hair she rudely informed me everyone was busy. I just wanted to know if i needed to wait longer as my children were hungry. The table rocked and they forgot my starters. worst dining experience...

We moved tables because the table we were seated was wonky and the other tables around us had the same problem. The service was lacking, which is probably because the location is clearly under-staffed, the staff looked over-worked and caused delays in the service. As for the food, it did not taste as nice as other Nando’s locations and the chicken was very bony – my worst meal at Nando’s.

I personally love Nandos so when we were staying in Slough for an event my friends and I decided to go. We got seated within a few minutes at a table with food still all over the floor from people before us. We were not given the usual speech at Nandos about how/where to order. When we ordered they had run out of the particular chicken we wanted and was told it would be 25/30/35 minutes before it would possibly be ready. The man that served me actually walked away half way through my order and started opening draws in the kitchen, talking to staff and generally faffing. He seemed extremely stressed out, this could be because the other staff just didn't seem to be able to do the job they were given. He was taking orders, seating people, sorting out messed up orders, telling the cooks to turn the chicken. It was such a mess! One couple had waited for 10 minutes to be seated and it wasn't even busy! We saw staff chatting with each other and completely ignoring customers! The staff were not friendly and the manner in which the man serving took with customers when ordering was laughable but like I say I guess it's because he was doing the job of 10 staff. The toilets are a very long walk away I was told by friends. If this was my first ever visit to Nandos I wouldn't be impressed but as it's not I am extremely great full to the hard work at other Nando restaurants!

It's a nandos restaurant, friendly staff and the food is good quality and value. The new menu is good although I haven't strayed much from my original choices.

Have eaten here twice. As soon as I went back I remembered why I hadn't returned for so long. The lack of service is infuriating! Waiting to be seated while being ignored and the staff laugh and joke around the restaurant. Eventually getting fed up of waiting we went to seat ourselves and we finally got someone over to us who was completely rude because we had tried to seat ourselves. We went to order and a member of staff standing at the till said hello to us and once we began ordering he laughed and said he wasn't allowed to use the till and we'd have to wait for someone else- WHY THE HELL ARE YOU AT THE TILL AND WELCOMING CUSTOMERS SO!!!?? Food was cold. All Brought out at different times. Staff wiped down the counters while we were there and then STOOD up on them to clean the fans and didn't bother to wipe them down again. I genuinely cannot describe the appaling service in this place. The staff are lazy and the utter disdain they display when you call them to do anything. I hate this place. The attitude of them all is embarrassing - as if you are there to serve them and not the other way around.

If you Grilled punjabi taste chicken lover in UK so you need to visit Nando's... Nando's is in center of Windsor and in slough and called as chicken Hub of all type of food, with good quality and awesome taste

Food was delicious and the portions were good sized; The decor of the restaurant with old forest wood was pleasing (but could do with some cleaning!)

Got seated straight away.Lively atmosphere,felt like you were on holiday except for the rain outside.

I arrived at this Nandos in Slough half an hour after opening time in the afternoon on a Sunday. Me and my fellow diner was greeted by a member of staff checking with another member of staff if the place was open. We then got shown to our seats and from here we could see 6 members of staff sat around a table drinking from the refill section for diners. They remained hers until we placed our order at the till to then 3 members left and started doing something. The building did not appear to be clean, the cutlery was dirty, the sauces had old sauce down the sides, the floors had not been swept or cleaned. Four members of staff were seen using the customer refill station (including the chef). The staff were not polite and we're stood around on the mobile devices. The food however was up to scratch. No complaints about the food within the restaurant. Overall the staff were poor and the cleanliness of the building was extremely poor.

Nice place and ambience to eat. Food was like a typical Nandos and it wasn't very busy. However, it took them an hour to give out a salad without avocados. Apparently removing avocados from a salad is a very delicate and dangerous procedure that it took this long, as by this time everything else such as the half and full chickens were served.

Just okay ..place could be cleaner and food was very bland....would not recommend especially if you are in a rush it takes time for the food

Despicable customer service and food. Went in and the staff just ignored us; Lady at the till couldnt understand her own menu; Then the food didnt arrive so we had to go to the till and remind them. They said they forgot and didnt even apologise! Then we got cold food. Asked them to replace it and we were given even colder food. Seemed almost as if we were being taught a lesson for saying it was cold. I often go to Nandos and this was a shocking experience at this branch. Staff are like spoilt kids given a restaurant to run. The food isn't any better. The chicken is served burnt. Nandos should take a serious look at this branch and shut it down. It gives Nandos a bad reputation.

Visited here with high expectations and let's just say the whole experience was a bit of a let down. My order took an age to arrive without even an apology for the slow service. The food itself was ok but not great. If you like peri peri chicken their better not as famous places in the area with better service and tastier food.

Never have I ever received such a bad service at Nando's. I have been visiting the restaurant pretty often, however the Slough one (by the cinema), was never my favourite. I came in to get a take-away. Not only the staff member ignored me right by the enterance (I chose to queue up to make an order myself), the staff were rude and not helpful. I sat down to wait for my order, they managed to serve someone else quicker than me and confused my order with theirs. I was fuming by the service given, so went home and realised that my order is completely different... I paid a lot of money and got given half a chicken on its own! Considering the fact that I ordered homous aswell as coleslaw and chips. What did I even pay for? I could've went to McDonald's and got myself a meal there instead, paying so much less and receiving better service.I then attempted to contact the restaurant but no one picked up for hours... literally. I made my decision to contact customer service, whom advised me that someone will be in touch with me regarding the situation. I have not received any calls ever since... I am not a moody customer. I work in retail and deal with all sorts of customers on a daily basis... but this was just out of order. I have been to other Nando's like the one in Uxbridge and Windsor, receiving much better service than this. Dissapointed.

Never disappoints you... suits all tastes and don't forget to try hummus and peri-peri drizzle. Quick delivery..nice CX.

From arriving to a sticky table, I asked this to be cleaned again, it was cleaned but remained sticky. The restaurant was very busy which meant queues were very long on ordering. My husband placed our order and the cashier order 2 portions of olives, my husband checked this and he claimed only one had been ordered. We checked the receipt and saw there was 2 charged. The olives we got smelt gone off and were warm. The manager claimed they are fine but we will give you a refund. ACCORDING TO THE MANAGER HERE OLIVES HAVE A LIFE OF 6 MONTHS SO THERE IS NO WAY THEY COULD GO OFF! I wouldn't return to Slough Nandos for this kind of service. Neighbouring Slough is Uxbridge Nandos - a well managed, cleaned and very busy venue.

Chicken is AMAZING. Staff are helpful and friendly. Food is delivered to your table quickly even if busy. They are attentive and chatty. We always go here because it just stays amazing.

I am a big fan of Nando's and wherever I travel, they are my primary choice when I crave for some grilled chicken, I can never have enough of their juicy peri peri drooping super hot chicken. While I personally think the best Nando's are the ones in Dubai area, nearly all of them, the one in Bayswater, London was a good experience too, so after my wedding when I visited my family in Slough with my wife, I was really excited her to have her taste some Nando's chicken because she also had a previous bad experience in an UK outlet but I have to say that no other Nando's has disappointed more than this one.No doubt it was overly crowded but nothing about management seems right here, the cashier who took our order seemed least interested in briefing me about new Mango lime sauce, anyways I did order to my experience.The food took 45 minutes to arrive and we nearly missed our show at nearby cinema, when we asked for fork, it never came, when we asked for ketchup, the waiter said ok and then never came and I had to go and collect it myself from a nearby table.The chicken was a bit under-grilled for Nando's standards, the sides were good but that's the only good thing.Nando's has a very special place in my dine out world but this is the one I will always avoid on next family visits.

I went in and no one at the door to Greet! I made my way to the counter and ordered my food. I must have seen at least 3 staff working there on the floor sipping Coke and chatting away. My food arrived and there was no Peri Peri drizzle, I had to ask 2 times for the drizzle with my hummus. Soon more customers came and the staff seemed to be more thirsty and kept in helping themselves to Coke and other drinks more than the customers. One staff member (Asian lady) was sat eating on the table next to us, she constantly helped herself to drinks, more chips from behind the counter and my party was shocked at this behaviour! This was absolutely unacceptable. This was possibly the worst Nandos I have even been to in my life! Ruined my experience! The staff seem to enjoy more than the customers!! Ridiculous!!

After many years off lots of my friends bragging about nandos I got my mate to take me. I enjoyed the food, love that you can have as much to drink as you like. I had the butterfly chicken with the mild sauce - mango and line maybe can't quite remember. I don't like chicken on the bone so this was my only choice but very nice moist chicken. The staff were polite and friendly- very smiley. Nandos is pricey (had similar for less in the chicken club at Wetherspoons) but if your going for a treat or just to try the infamous nandos it's great x

Visited Nandos at the Queensmere shopping centre, had not been to a Nando"s before so did not realise I had to wait to be seated. If someone had approached me as I entered the restaurant none of what took place would have happened.I found a table big enough for all my family which included my children and grandchildren. After approx 5 mins of waiting at the table for the rest of my family I was approached why a waiter who informed me I couldn't seat there as the table was reserved. I replied that there was nothing on the table to say it was reserved and that I needed a big table, this was the only one that was clean and big enough. He said I'll get the manager who had no customer service what so ever. He told me again it was reserved and that I must move. I replied when you have cleaned a suitable table I will move. He then said he would call the police which I thought was totally over the top, I am a 56 year old grandmother and no threat to him, in the end he said forget it I am not serving you. At this point the party arrived who the table was reserved for, they were all coloured young and loud mouthed, I am not a racist person in any way I must add my 2 grandchildren are mixed race. By this time all of the restaurant could see what was happening, my daughter arrived who could see I was distressed and said to Simon the manager I feel this situation has racist undertones and to my shock he said yes you are right, with that we left. Later that same day my son in law called the restaurant to ask if he could reserve a table for the same day and was told they do not reserve tables at weekends, kind of contradicts what Sinon had said. All in all a very bad atmosphere in this restaurant and if all Nandos are the same I will not be visiting again.The following day which was the Monday I called Nandos customer services and explained what had happened the following day I called for an update, it is now Friday and have heard nothing. In case anyone reads this from Nandos my reference number is 53790 live to hear what you have to say.

I have been to a few nandos round the area. Both of the Slough ones are horrible. Bad service, food isnt always up tp scratch. Waited for 10 minutes before someone finally came over to seat us. Food took a while to come up, even though it wasnt that busy. Ordered a wrap and it came up with the tiniest peice of chicken in and what looked like the whole lettuce!!! Not impressed. Wont be going back to this Nandos

we went in 7, and they gave us 3 round tables, not the best for a company (the other tables were already cleaned). i choose quinoa salad, which was well prepared, and other people 1/4 chicken, nothing to say. we asked for dessert but they were all finished. medium quality for medium service.

We called in for a family dinner after a day of travelling, paid £65 to feed my family of 5 this was our first ever trip to Nandos and I can assure you it will be our last. The sharing platter was tiny and not enough for 2 like the menu boasted. My wife ordered the Mushroom and Halloumi pitta, which was not even a full pitta it was half a pitta, the side dishes were cold and not appealing at all. After eating the "meal" we were all still hungry so went to the Moon and Spoon for a pudding and wish we had gone there for dinner instead. When we ordered our food there was one member of staff taking orders, the other 8 members of staff behind the counter were stood about doing nothing. If this is the standard of Nandos service and value then I cannot see why people revisit. I could of gone to KFC and got 65 mini fillet burgers and enjoyed that a hell of a lot more. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Can't say good bad or anything. As nandos is nandos and food is always the same wherever you go. Service is depends on the manager, sometimes it's busy so service goes slow which I understand. However overall good

The first of Nando's I visited. Not a variety for vegetarians, but then it was not designed for Vegetarians. Quality is good and service is prompt.

So where do I begin lol, so after taking the family to a great movie at the Empire Cinema in Slough, we decided to give Nandos a try as we haven't had it in some time.So in we went with our 2 little girls and stood at front waiting for a greeting and someone to seat us, we waited and waited and waited still no one considering the restaurant was not even half full was not a great start.So I decided to walk towards counter and find someone in order to seat us, this finally got someones attention and we were seated.After deciding what we wanted to eat up I went and ordered at the desk, ordering a whole chicken platter with half chicken plain and half medium, caesars salad, 10 wings and a roll.So when the food arrived within a reasonable time, disappointed to see our whole chicken was all plain instead half/half as requested and roll not warmed as requested when ordering, so told the staff member a lady manager the issues, and instead of offering apology she looked annoyed and off she went to sort out, and eventually returned correcting the issue.My point is we are the paying guest and least we can expect in some manners when a restaurant makes a mistake.So the restaurant looks good but is hampered with poor service and no hostess at the door to greet customers and make them feel welcome as I noticed a number of couples and families waiting around the front for someone to seat them.NANDO;S SORT IT OUT!, I would not return based on my experience and I am sure a number of others would agree with me.Food is good, prices are high, no surprisesI hope you found review helpful, good luck

We cousins ordered take away and wait for the food to prepare. Exactly after an hour, when we asked what's taking so long, restaurant supervisor told us that her staff gave away our order to some other customer and now they are out of chicken and this was around 10pm. Unbelievable! She offered to host us the next day and keep the money for us to come in and place a fresh order the next day. Very bad customer service. We eventually had to get our refund and leave to find food somewhere else that late. First they screwed it up and then such a bad way to deal with the situation. Wouldn't go there again.

Good Place.If crowded, then service is slow & quite Noisy. Food is standard. Sauces are really Good. Moderately Priced.Money's worth. Totally Disabled friendly. Very helpful staff & assist you in making place for your Wheel chair. If in a large group, be ready to wait, till the staff give you a table.

Overall nit many good things to say.No one met me when I walked in, waited around for a while, moved through to the main restaurant area where I was clearly visible to the staff - still no one came to sit me down so picked my own menu and found myself a table.Restaurant was half empty but still waited in line for 10 mins to make my order.Chicken thighs hugely disappointing - I'm sure blackbirds have bigger thighs than these - £10 for these plus chips and coleslaw is way too expensive.Enjoyed my meal at the one in Windsor but won't be back to this one in Slough.

Visited this branch with my hubby on a Saturday afternoon. Both of us were very surprised how terrible was the service! There was no-one to greet us at the door, which would be OK if they were busy (they were not!) anyhow, after waiting for about 10 mins someone finally came over, did not acknowledge us at all no "hello" whatsoever!! We were then shown to our table, while the tables around us (most of them) were very dirty and it took someone about 20 mins to notice dirty plates and flies on other tables to clean it... The food was very good though. We will not be returning to this branch at all!

We ate here whilst on a break with my 3 kids. The lady who served me was very helpful and pleasant. Food was hot and came in good time. 2 disappointing things: coke was out of order (but was not told this when buying my drinks) my husband doesn't like any of the other soft drinks available. And the floor under our table wasn't very clean at all. It was a lot worse after we left (lol) but still I don't really wanna eat with my feet squishing other people's food.

I've visited this particular restaurant many time, the service is just poor! I do not know how it can get as low as this? I will not be visiting this branch again!

Good quality chicken, with a kick... You can't get better than a Cheeky Nando's. Staff are relatively friendly and helpful and this branch is always busy. Food quality is up to standard with any Nando's in the chain. Definitely worth a visit, even if it's just for the coleslaw & ratatouille. Enjoy!

I love nando's food in general but the service levels are always low at slough branches. We have got no option to always go to sloughs branches as nandos isn't worth 10 mile drive to other Halal location.

I went with my family on a Sunday night a week or two ago and had a pretty rubbish experience. Fairly quiet restaurant, no one seemed too bothered about greeting us. When we were finally taken to a (not very clean) table, the menus were thrown on the table and the waiter walked off without saying a word. After a couple of minutes I went in search of children's menus, which were found and one was handed over, I had to ask for a 2nd as we had 2 children. I then had to ask for crayons, reluctantly handed over. Went to order food, didn't have the wine I asked for but was offered a more expensive bottle, so I asked if i could have it for the same price as the one I wanted they said no (we're talking 50p!). Food arrived and when the kids picked up their chicken burgers I saw they had black mould on the buns. They did apologise, give the kids a new dinner and a free pudding, but overall the rubbish service didn't make up for it.On the plus side the burgers were tasty.

Visited on a fri night quite busy but really good quick friendly service,food was served quickly and was very tasty and hot,all in all very good.

I love going to nando's with my family. The restaurant is well kept maintained, the staff are very friendly too. I would recommend this to everyone because the food is great as well as the atmosphere :)

I went to this restaurant tonight and was told they didn't serve Sangria in the winter!It is on the menu so this is totally unacceptable. The High street branch doesn't sell it at all!The food was okay but service was very slow.

11:35 am we went to eat some chicken livers at Nandos. The restaurant was empty, just a couple in front of us waiting to be acomodated , but there was nobody to serve them and us. After 5 min a waitress came and gave us the menus. The tables, chairs and floors were very dirty, haven't been cleaned from the day before. Food came quickly but I was disappointed again, cold livers and definitely not fresh cooked, rise was the same.I'll never go to this place again.

A bit caoyic !!! Loud music playing wich is quite irritating . We visited on a friday night and it looked like a disaster zone staff were very busy trying to tidy up and get people seated . The food i found very average

I have been to Nando's in Slough a few times, the service was good, the food well prepared, tasty and hot! The members of staff were kind and helpful. The restaurant was clean and we are able to enjoy our meal without being rushed!

Zawsze gdy jadę do UK obowiązkowo muszę tam wstąpić! Obsługa zawsze jest miła, a jedzenie... bajka! Świeże sosy, wybór menu (spróbowałam chyba wszystkiego i zawsze mam dylemat co zamówić bo wszystko jest pyszne). Nie jest to typowy fastfood, mięso jest grilowane, a ratatouille zawsze świeże (NIE ODGRZEWANE Z MIKROFALI!)

nandos is a very basic restaurant. nice food but service could do with improving but on the whole a good restaurant at fair prices.

I ate here two nights in a row while on a course and the food was great both times, on the second night however I was left standing at the tills whilst the men in the kitchen just ignored me (a few glanced my way). In the end a lady came over from the tables and took my order just as I was about to get my coat and leave. My table was near the kitchen so I then witnissed an argument between the staff over the fact the guys in the kitchen seemed to be doing very little. I felt sorry for the other staff having to pick up the slack, it was a case of a small number of staff letting the side down but unfortunately it was all rather public

If you want something decent to eat in Slough high St.. Come here!!!All you would expect from nandos, the staff are lovely- not what I was expecting from Slough! Very helpful, happily heated baby food and were very accommodating. Good food, what you would expect and didn't dissapoint. Will be coming regularly as much easier to get to than windsor with parking and access!

This was my first visit to Nando's. The ambiance was good was decently priced for the food they serve. The sausages are the wonder while the chicken are one of the best. Among one of the best places in Slough.

we have been to lots of different "nando" restaurant but this is our local. The food is consistantly good, freshly cooked and good value for money. The childrens options on the menu make the perfect end to a trip to the cinama next door or a shopping trip with younger members of the family without breaking the bank. The menu is varied but i wish they would expand the options for side dishes as these are fairly basic. Good lively family atmoshere, with well trained staff who are not phaised by little ones running around the place.

usual fare from Nandos with excellent decor and lovely paintings on the wall. Staff all friendly and are helpful. We enjoyed the 1/4 chicken with chilli fries and mushy peas. Can get quite noisy when busy. Architecture interesting too (as common in these restaurants). I went on a Tuesday evening so there was no delay in my food being served. NB you have to order your food at the counter. Don't sit there waiting to be served, get up and go for it!

My husband & I visited Nando's for very first time. The food, atmosphere & service was good but I think the menu was bit overpriced. Overall experience was good.

Our first visit to Nando's & I was looking forward to it - it was disappointing to say the least. We were told our order would be 10 mins, after 30 we queried and were told that we hadn't been forgotten. Food eventually arrived and the chicken thighs were so dry I gave up in the end. Good job I had sides of chips & coleslaw which were really quite pleasant. Not a place we will bother to go to again in a hurry!

Our first and probably last visit to a Nando's, this one definitely. Service very poor at best, told our order would be 10 mins, after 30 mins asked if we had been forgotten, assured by we think the manageress that we weren't, and that we shouldn't have to wait a lot longer, having explained to her that we were told 10 mins her reply was they are liars, ( nice thing to call your staff !) when food arrived it was of a poor standard, the whole place was grubby, one to be avoided.

Food is consistently good and on this occasion the service was much quicker than when last we visited even though the restaurant was at near capacity. If you haven't tried Nando's, particularly if you have children, give it a go. It's a good value alternative to the usual fast food outlets with a main meal with two sides and bottomless soft drink coming in at around £12 !

I had heard so much from my South African friends about how superb this restaurant chain was.What I found was something different, kind of expensive for what you get, but impressive not!Dry food, not cooked with care and spiced to appear to be different with indifferent approach to customer service.

When we decided against the Chopstix noodle bar as they had their doors open to the elements and as we like Nandos and they are only a few doors away it made sense to head in.Their chicken with spicy rice and macho peas is a pleasant alternative to the normal fast food on offer. Superbock beer is also a good discovery I am thankful to Nandos for. However, I can't explain why I should be cold in a restaurant, it appears that it is a problem is occurring in various branches (See review of Camberly). Maybe a double door system is required.

I keep coming to Nandos restaurants and they never let me down. This one in Slough has good amount of staff cause I didn't have to wait for too long to be served and all team worked very efficiently. Very happy!

We stayed 4 nights in Slough and ate dinner at this same location for 3 of them. The platter was enough food for my wife, son and I and the sandwiches were very tasty as well. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful, we even met two young ladies who happened to have Caribbean heritage.One night we got in at 10.40pm and was worried that because closing time was 11pm that the service would have been poor. Instead the staff never rushed us once, patiently waited for us to finish our meal so they could have locked up. I registered for a membership card as I know to myself we will be loyal customers as long as Nando's remains open.

I have eaten at many different Nando's and have never been disappointed. It's somewhere between a fast food restaurant and proper sit down meal. We went on a Saturday afternoon without booking and needed a table for ten. We were seated very quickly and the food arrived quickly. They have something for everyone and it's a good, consistent chain restaurant if you want a fast, simple meal.

Great atmosphere. Good food but highly priced. Drinks machine needs addressing. Slow service due to shortage of staff. Sticky tables & menus with food crumbs on seats & floor. Serving staff double up as cleaners too. Not hygienic!

We had 3 children in our party, the standard nandos pack weren't given, which was disappointing.Food was delivered quickly, and the portions were generous. Nandos in Beckenham and Southwark have tiny portions in comparison to Slough. What we normally order is just right for us but this time we had so much left over.Nandos food is fast food, particularly tasty is the spicy rice, and coleslaw. it's not gourmet dining, but cheap and cheerful and tasty.

For some reason, me and Nando's just dont get on. I am not sure what it is or why but I think it is overrated, over-priced and the food isn't great.I had lunch here with work colleagues and I had a chicken pita, which was tastless, dry and being honest a complete rip off in price.The only good thing. The fries and garlic bread, which I had a tiny bit of. Small portions for the price but the taste is OK

Somewhere between average and v good. Food out quite quick. Kids packs had crayons. Drinks machines in working order. As expected really compared to other nando's branches. Would happily return.

Called in as was staying in the area and wasn't sure where to eat. Chose Nando's as it's a chain which surely has a reputation to live up to, or maybe not. Sat down unfortunately near the door which was like a wind tunnel. Were given 2 children's packs but were told there were no crayons. Why bother giving us a pack then? Ordered food with a totally distracted gentleman who kept walking away as I gave my order! Him and the other staff appeared to be totally into themselves and not us customers. Our food arrived within 15 mins which would have been great had it been warm. Really, really disappointed. One plus, the toilets were clean.

Truly a place where Chicks Rule. I am a regular at this joint, I love it every time I go there. The peri peri sauce and peri peri salted fries are the highlights! Highly recommended!

Recently visited Nando's in Slough situated by the cinema. It was later than I would usually visit, 22.10 however the restaurant didn't close until 23.00 so we decided to pop in for a quick bite to eat.Quick it was not. We were sat right by the door which was like a wind tunnel so asked the very helpful young lady working there if we could move. She obliged but moved us to a dirty table which although had been cleared, hadn't been cleaned. We were advised that the drinks machine was not working and they only had pineapple juice to serve. We ordered in two lots of two and by time my meal had arrived, the other three had finished theirs. We had to send the food back as the chips were still frozen.All in all, a terrible experience which we will not repeat.

Been to various Nando restaurants in UK as barbeques are my favorites. Nando's chicken along with barbeque sauce is fits bets to my pallet. Nandos on Slough High Street is an ideal joint for family, flocking with friends or men's beer party. Its located at the heart of the High Street so people could relax post shopping or watching movies in the cinema hall. It's an ideal hub for teen agers, singles and family members to not only enjoy meals but conduct parties and huddle of their choices. Would recommend people to visit Nandos and experience the delight :-)

Myself and 3 friends visited the nandos next to the cinema in slough highstreet. It was the worst service in a restaurant i have ever experienced!! We was sat on a dirty table, our food all came half hour apart so we didnt get to eat together. I waited over an hour for my meal. The chips came out still frozen solid inside! The soft drink machine was broken so unless you wanted alcohol there was no drink to have with your meal. I watched the couple next to me semd there food back 3 times! And the next day all 4 of us had dodgy bellys. So i wrote a letter of complaint to nandos. Which i have just got the response today telling me that there was nothing wrong with the service or food??! And it must of been something that we had eaten before hand. Which is very unlikely as we hadnt eaten together that day. I would not recommend this place! It was awful. And their complaints department are even worse!!

Visited nando's in slough with my husband and son aged 6 one Saturday lunchtime in May 2014. Restaurant wasn't busy and food ordered and made quickly. So no complaints there.It was however like sitting in a nightclub trying to eat. The music was booming from large speakers placed around the edge of the dining area. The noise level was unbearable and completely unnecessary.

My sister in law and i came to this nandos after visiting the cinema next door. The restaurant was lovely and clean and the staff were great and friendly. The food we ordered arrived and we didnt have to wait too long. It was delicious!

Had food here a few times during my stay in slough (On both Nandos in town). Good and fast service, food was hot and good. had a good time.

The only cinema near where we live is on Slough high street. Slough is pretty rubbish for dining out. In a nutshell, you have Wetherspoon, Pizza Express, fast food, or Nando's.Being next door to the cinema, Nando's is great for convenience, as well as value and comfort. Last time my partner and I were there, there soft drink dispenser was not working and could only offer juice, which we were understanding about. After 20 minutes or so a Manager of Supervisor came out of nowhere, fixed it, then continued to wander round (in leggings?) and not help her busy colleagues. Food isn't amazing, but suitable enough for the price, and service is basic yet polite.

This was the first time we came to this branch and boy was it poor. From the point of getting to a table which we literally had to find ourselves to the waiter more interested in chatting to his mates outside, who were obviously more important than the customers' who pay his wages! The order was placed and after several interruptions it was passed to the grill to be cooked. After a surprisingly long wait for a Nando's meal, it finally arrived. The corn was burnt black and was sent back, no kids packs available and after a hectic day sight seeing in London we were looking forward to our quality meal from one of our favourites, however we were left bitterly disappointed with the performance in this branch. Come on Nando's get the area manager to up his game in this branch or you may well loose custom from people who know and trust your food and service.

If you haven't been to Nando's where have you been hiding ? Good peri peri chicken as usual, and I decided to try the veggie pita which was OK (but I will stick to the chicken next time).This branch is one of two in the centre of Slough and conveniently located outside the Queensmere Centre.I have been here several times and the service has always been fine, but today it was slow. The restaurant seemed to be understaffed with only one waitress covering the whole restaurant floor. Overall it seemed quite hectic with food piling up in the collection area and the family next to me complaining that their small child's chicken was very hot rather than the mild they ordered, while at the same time trying to console a five year old with chilli mouth !That said, I will put today down as a one off. If you have kids, Nando's is a great alternative to the usual fast food outlets and is great value at £10-£12 for a main meal and refillable soft drink.Normally very good, today's service knocked my rating down to an average.

Very nice grilled chickenAnd i loved their Chicken Liver in Lemon and Herb flavour.Cooked perfectly. Good location being in the middle of Slough town centre.Service was good and will go there again.Lovely place to have Lunch or Dinner. Well done team Nando ! :-)
