Nando's - Slough in Slough

Disgusting and smelly. I would not recommend going there, severe hygiene issues and toilet was blocked without a sign. I would never go back, money wasted.

Aarsh had superb customer service and keen on customer satisfaction!!! Great food & environment. This was my 1st ever visit here. I would recommend the place.

Went today to this nandos and was extremely pleased with the outstanding service. Once seated we were really impressed by the attention of service by all the staff. Our order came and various members of staff came over at different intervals asking if everything was OK. Thankyou for being so attentive and it was nice to see such great customer service after such a long time. Food and service were excellent 👌

My usual go to place and have always had a good experience. On this occasion they gave a tiny portion of regular chips. When I questioned it I was challenged back with a threat to measure it out in front of me if I don’t believe its the normal size. How embarrassing - not for me but for Nandos. Pathetic given its the same restaurant Ive visited for the past 18ish yrs.

Asked for 2 breast pieces but the scarf lady was very rude and denied it even tho they were really quite. I’ve been here before usually it’s not an issue.

We had Adrian as our server couldn’t of asked for a better person he was really friendly and professional rate him highly

Harsh was very helpful throughout even though the restaurant was super busy. Nothing was too much trouble. He is an asset to the branch and we will definitely return soon.

Harsh has some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Most of all, strong work ethic. Nando's has consistently been a brilliant place to be with family and Harsh made it that much more memorable. Thank You Harsh!

I went to the Nandos at the end of the high street ( not next to the cinema ) and had a good experience.

I call this ' the old nandoes ' I'm not a frequent visitor but it's always friendly great staff...they just seem to love what they do

Hi normally a big fan of nandos but on a few occasions I've been served uncooked chicken at this branch.

Gave us a completely burnt full platter, which we didn’t eat at all! Absolutely horrendous! We were in a rush and had to leave. Then when the manager Mickey came to see, he said he will compensate for this on our next visit. Turns out we visited 3 days later and the same person Mickey said “that’s not what I meant, i meant I’ll make it on that day and not now”!! Waste of money if they have underage 18 year old chefs making burnt food. Don’t bother coming for a place ran by kids.

Food was amazing and Arsh gave us outstanding customer service. Definitely recommend!!

I have ordered hot full chicken and it was burnt and black. This was the first time had the issue with quality of food.

Absolutely livid, have spent the whole night vomiting immensely and needing to frequently use the toilet as well as my friend who unfortunately suggested us to eat here for the evening. Had one piece of my 4 chicken thighs and the food poisoning received is almost deadly

We ordered ice cream. I had wait 10 min for ice cream from machine, because still at 1 pm machine was off and gone "milk" not cream. Disappointed and disgusted for 3.25 each. Not recommend

We ordered quarter of chicken each and have spent the whole night sick, the chicken which could only be described as one of the many slough seagull residents has gone through us like the clappers resulting in many visits to the toilet! We are definitely not ordering any more

Well it was my first time having nando's I know its originally from mozambique but it firstly opened in South Africa or something like that so i was excited to give it a try. I ordered on deliveroo, the service was a bit slow but it's okay, i liked some things and i disliked some things even tho it was expected. the fries came soggy, the wings and the chicken were great and fiery (literally quite spicy i still enjoyed it), the mac and cheese could be better. next time i think i should show up in person to try it on the spot instead of ordering delivery.

I couldn't eat properly because I didn't get clean cutlery. I've been check three times and asking and the waitress told me that cutlery are washing at the moment but till them finish my food been cold. I eat my salad,chicken and macaroni cheese by tea spoon. By the way salad blant, no taste no nice dressing nothing special. Chicken taste all the same . I'm not recommended at all. 🤭

The best Nando's in Slough! Our experience at the other Nando's at the start of the high street was disappointing, with poor service and food quality. We decided to leave and try this Nando's instead, and it was absolutely impeccable! The food, customer service, and atmosphere were all amazing. Special thanks to Aliva and Yasir for their brilliant service. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommend—10/10!

I’ve been going to this one for years and years, as it never fails to hit the spot. You always know what you’re getting and it tastes nice and fresh. Service is always good, even at peak times. Atmosphere is very nice and you feel a nice buzz inside.

The food goes very late and the waiting time is like 20 min for the table and the waiting for food is 40 mins so I rate this a 3 out of 5

Shout-out to Maritia! (Apologies for misspelling your lovely name). I ordered a few sauce bottles and other extras on Deliveroo. Unfortunately Nando's doesn't sell their Wild Herb sauce in a bottle so I called up the store and Maritia picked up. I explained if she could add a few Wild Herb sauce sachets or tubs. She was very professional, kind and understanding. Upon receiving my order, it was clear she went above and beyond (along with her team) to fulfil my request and gave more than enough Wild Herb tubs along with other sauce sachets, which left me very happy/satisfied. 10/10, keep up the good work, I'll be returning soon :)

They delivered my order of a full platter and wings without any of the meat. Paid over £80 for my food and they told me ohh we will refund you for missing items . Hao’s u supposed to sit down and eat just chips and ?? With kids as well very unprofessional had to go to the restaurant my self to get my order since they told me they had no more chicken ohh but we got it when we went to the restaurant

the food itself at this Nandos joint it top notch however it can often be really busy and service it sort of weak in that area however on days that it isn't busy the service, food and atmosphere is great. whenever i go to Nandos i always get the sunset burger or butterfly chicken, those are the classics and i enjoy them personally <3

Not a very nice layout, felt more Cafeteria than restaurant. Didn't feel and look particularly clean and fruit flies in the vinager. The worst Nandos I've been to sorry.

Appealing service from this restaurant. The manager seemed annoyed when we asked some plates as there were none on the side. All good arrived but one Fino burger and when asked the manger again denied that it was ordered and that everything was served. That was about 20 mins after food were served. She had to check the receipt then realised that it was missed. Yes, poor child was waiting for so long for her food. No apologies at all.

Food was OK, what you would expect from Nandos. Service was shocking. On arrival got pointed to a table that looked like it had been wiped with an old rag, the table was sticky. Ordered our food and drinks on the app and when the glasses were brought over the lad serving our table handed them out by holding the rim of the glasses, not particularly hygienic. When the food was brought to our table the girl serving it handed a plate of food to my son and he accidentally knocked his drink over putting it down on the table. The girl just looked at the spillage and walked away. So I had to get napkins and mop it up. The staff spent the majority of their time chatting and joking rather than giving any sort of service. When we had finished and left we got a very uninterested "thanks" as we walked out the door. Not the kind of service you would expect from a large chain like Nandos.

I always have a lovely time at this nandos. The food is always great and there is lovely customer service. More specifically, I want to thank Shiv for his amazing customer service, he is so kind and hard working!!

Had a nice lunch. Could order at my own pace via website (qr-code on table). They offer you a glass for free refillable drinking water. Food is served on actual dishes and not like the typical fast food way on one use/throwaway dishes. My meal was served faster than in typical fast food stores (under 5 minutes). It was delicious, fresh and probably healthy. A wide variety of hot peri peri sauces. Staff was friendly and always looking after you.

Gud food, gud service, clean and a big seating area. The pitas and burgers always fresh. Everything tasted quite gud. Service took a little longer on even a weekday lunch but guess there were a lot of guests at the lunch hour.

I visited by myself which I was apprehensive about but the staff was so lovely and warming that they made it easy and relaxing. Food came out relevantly quick and tasted lovely.

Ordered a takeaway and the delivery and fries where excellent. Chicken wraps really needed something besides just the chicken, as it was just so overpowering.

We came in at 9:20pm on a Thursday night, and we were immediately greeted with a table. Karim the shift manager, was very accommodating and helpful, told us our waited time and even offered starters on the house! Big props to him made the visit even more pleasant, was at our service whenever we needed!

Went to pick up my dinner yesterday afternoon from there, been waiting ages as the staff member, a girl with very bright purple hair couldn’t find my other, she was coming to me 3 times asking what I’ve ordered and then shouted a lot to the other guys in some language I couldn’t understand a word🤷‍♀️, don’t think I will coming back there, such an unprofessional behaviour 😢

We decided to order a take away to have a picnic at Black Park. We downloaded the app and ordering was simple. Food was ready for collection at the selected time. I had to ask for serviettes, sauces and plastic cutlery. Apparently, I should have selected them at the time I placed the order, then it would be in the bag too. Service was friendly. We all had half chicken and 2 sides. It was too much for lunch. Maybe we would try the 1/4 chicken next time. We were worried that dependant on which part of the chicken you got, it may not be filling enough hence we went for the 1/2 chicken. It came in 2 pieces anyway, the leg and breast with the wing. So I think for lunch, 1/4 is sufficient no matter which part you got. Also, the only option was 2 sides which again, we felt was too much. Maybe an option for + 1 side would be good, even if it is only available for lunch. None of us managed to finish the 2 sides. The chicken came in a waterproof box. Each side came in a separate box/bag so it was easy to hand out when we were at the park. We had a nice time and would definitely do it again.

Always fresh food , never any issues! Hot chicken thighs never disappoint. Since going back ordering on the app is so much easier and I love the touch they have a foot stop to pull instead of using the door handles in the toilets!
