My food was stone cold when it was delivered to me !

I have ordered many times and the food always arrives on time or early. The food is excellent and arrives hot. Will definitely continue to order my curries from here. Keep up up the good work guys.

I called the restaurant 3 times the first 2 times as per the app message was we have your order and working on it. When called the restaurant after 50 minutes was told food is ready and waiting for driver. 25 minutes later called again was told the driver is on way immediately status was on the way to deliver, 10 min later status changed enjoy the food but no delivery was received so called the restaurant again and said it is 1.5 hrs I have not recd order but shows delivered he said on its way

Seriously not impressed, will not use them anymore. It took us 2 hours to receive our food and it was very cold when received.

Naan bread was burnt. The paneer cheese was also burnt. Not seasoned enough. I'm disappointed. It's a waste of money!

Taste was not good. No spice. But delivery was on time.

Used to go here all the time my first time there in a while i was asked to pay upfront before any food was served it was never like this before also food was poor left almost all of it behind seems as if its frozen wont be returning poor food and service this place is gone downhill will be looking elsewhere for a new regular

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE -100 STAR REVIEW FIRST OF ALL I ORDERED: 2 BHUNNA 2 NAN BREAD 2 RICE THE BHUNNA WAS RAW AND UNCOOKED VERY HARD COULD BARELY PUT THE FORK THROUGH AND IM PREGNANT TO I PROCEEDED TO CALL THE STORE THEY TOLD ME TO MANAGER WOULD CALL ME BACK HE NEVER DID I HAD TO CALL 3 TIMES FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF THIS RUDE MANAGER WITHOUT RESPECT NOR GOOD SERVICE POOR ATTITUDE TOWARDS ME SPOKE 🤢 TO MY I TRIED IN THE NICEST WAY POSSIBLE TO EXPLAIN MY SITUATION AND IF HE COULD POSSIBLY DELIVER NEW FOOD OR SOMETHING MAKE IT FRESH HE SAID HE WONT DO THAT, I CAN PISS „OFF” AND NEVER CALL THE STORE AGAIN AND HANG UP ON ME! DONT ORDER HERE VERY POOR SERVICE AND AS IM PREGNANT HAD TO THROW IT ALL AWAY WASTE OF MONEY MADE ME THROW UP THIS FOOD. I HAVE A RECORDING OF HOW HE SPOKE TO ME AND A VIDEO OF THE FOOD IF YOU WOULD LIKE IT COMMENT AND I WILL SEND IT!

Ice cream completely melted. Rest of the food ok.

food never arrived. delivery person rang up saying he was outside. we gave him the flat number, asking him to ring the door so we could let him in. door never rang and he was not outside when we went to go see where he was. order states delivered, even though we did not recieve it

Tandoori roti was rock hard and we threw away most of it and I made rice. The butter chicken was overly sweet and the paneer was tasteless but ok after I added salt, etc.

The food was great as usual other than the Mutter Paneer which my vegetarian daughter thought was a bit tasteless. Despite the Mutter Paneer will definitely order again.

I can’t give any stars The chicken was not cooked still see the blood Rotis also not cooked can see plain dry flour in the middle Raita was only plain yogurt not with onion cucumber or tomato as described on the menu When I called to complain the what was supposed to be the manager told me I complained to much and the restaurant was not for me and he did not need a customer like me I have sent the photos on just eat I can’t eat any of my meal

I've ordered from Meghna in the past and the food quality has always been good, todays meal however was not up to scratch. The onion Bhaji's were very small and so over-cooked they were dry and you could hardly taste the onion over the burnt flavour. Both the chicken and lamb curries were cooked in excessive amounts of oil so much so that it affected the flavours of the dishes. I know BIR style of cooking uses more oil than usual, but this was just overboard. The rest of the food was good and enjoyable but overall not up to their usual standard.

Driver left food on doorstep absolutely disgusting

Food took over 90 minutes to arrive and when it did it was freezing cold. Disappointed as the reviews I read were good but I won't be ordering from here again

I ordered Lamb curry, lamb was not fresh, it was also overcooked and chewy and Naan was stale. Will never order again.

Received a notification that the food had been delivered at 1850 hours, waited a bit, called the restaurant who informed me that the food was 10 minutes away. Food arrived at around 1940 hours. The food was very nice, however not as hot as it should be which was a shame.

Food could have been spicier and hotter

I found this is not authentic indian food. Butter chicken was too sweet, Bhindi bhaji was good, Garlic naan was not fresh (looks frozen naan), chatni was sweet, tandoori chicken was okay, chilli paneer was okay (with gravy) but its a dry dish.

Been using this restaurant for years but they blew it tonight. Delivered wrong order at first ( late) and then all the starters ( s/k , samosas, onion bhajis) were all burnt!🤦🏻‍♂️

I've ordered twice from this restaurant. Their food is lovely but both times the delivery was late (and the food cold in one instance) and my delivery instructions were ignored.

Opted for delivery from this establishment based on the glowing reviews, and I must say the service was commendable – our order arrived promptly, right on schedule. Nevertheless, I was somewhat let down when the food finally reached us.The lamb biryani, although featuring tender lamb, left much to be desired in terms of flavor. The vegetable curry that accompanied it was clearly overcooked, resulting in a somewhat soggy texture. However, the saving grace was the house specialty, the chicken tandoori murgh masala, which was truly exceptional. If you're contemplating a single item to order, this should unquestionably be your choice. It alone made the overall experience worthwhile.

Normally give 10/10 but this time it was a little bit disappointing came late and was lukewarm just being honest

Delicious food, delivered within time slot, would recommend. Had special Byriani, which cam with a nice vegetable curry, Saag Aloo and chapatti.

First time ordering The order took an hour and was cold when it arrived the nann bread was over cooked and hard and both the rice and chicken curry was cold. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

The lamb was awful, chewy, fatty and tough. The stuffed paratha was burnt, dry and inedible. Overall the flavour was not good and I will not order from them again.

I ordered food for kids party, 1. Biryani was tasteless, no salt at all. 2. Butter chicken- like Kheer very sweet 3. Prawans curry - very sore 4. Panneer curry - I can’t even understand what taste it is. 5. Naan and roti- so thick and hard.

Had a takeaway from here last night, never again.. it took over an hour to arrive. I had a chicken saag which was absolutely swimming in oil, the veg pakoras were basically mashed potato coated in breadcrumbs & tasteless, samosas were so greasy too.. only saving grace was my partners biriani which he enjoyed hence the 2 stars rather than 1

Wow,food is well late by like 2 hrs , gave us the wrong tikka and was stone cold.the sauce was brilliant. Ohh wait there wasn't any.tried to feed it to my dog and it walked off. Don't recommend.

Not sure what all the good reviews are about. Ordered lamb biryani which was completely tasteless almost as if it was cooked with no spices. The lamb itself was over cooked. Same for the saag paneer which lacked any flavour or spice. Roti was hard and dry. Only consolation is a free vegetable curry was thrown in but that wasn’t amazing either. To make it worse the food arrived on time but was somehow cold? Not sure how you can order an Indian and end up with tasteless food. Check Google for more accurate reviews. Would not order again.

Poor quality of food, lack of meat in naan and curry

Food was delivered early but somehow was cold? Naan bread was burnt and hard. Mushroom curry was really nice and flavourful once reheated. The raita had nothing in it was literally just yoghurt.

Ordered through the Just Eat app. Original delivery set at 6pm. Then text at 6.15 saying it was on its way. Finally turned up at 7pm over an hour late and cold. Very dis-satisfied with the service.

Everything arrived hot and on time. Everything was tasty and portion sizes good. All seven of us really enjoyed our meals. The only thing that did surprise me was the mint sauce; no idea why you made it spicy?? Our grandson was not impressed when I got him to try some not realising! He did enjoyed his butter chicken though. I do highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was really unexpected. It was too much sweet and cold. The rice was not which i ordered. I ordered pulao roce and it was cold simple white rice. The butter chicken was cold and very much sweet. The roti was also hard and cold. Waste of money.

If I could give zero stars I would. Driver clearly didn’t use maps, could not find house. Food arrived cold and inedible, the curry did not taste like chicken tikka and was swimming in oil, rice hard and the naan breads were like rocks. Really disappointed as first time we tried this restaurant.

This place deserves a one star!! So disappointed with £20 meat meal deal. The food was tasteless, both of naan bread was like charcoal including the chicken as well it was so dry! This used to be really good and now this has gone downhill big time!! Won’t be ordering from here ever again nor will my family too!! Absolutely tragic and disgusting!!

ordered with just eat menu meghna tandorri slough says tandorri mix is chicken tikka with salad mint sauce in a nan , what i recieved was tandorri mix which contained lamb chicken tandorri , i phoned the restauant and explained it was incorrect ,the manager/owner said it was incorrect menu by just eat. and had no driver to deliver my correct order,on the second phone call 50minuits later he was angry unprofessional.i having explained i do not eat lamb .im not happy with the service .he needs to have better customer service i will no longer order from them .the food was also cold on delivery.its a shame as previously i was happy with them .repeat customers is the way to make business i will not recomend them to anyone poor customer service . however the delivery driver the first one was brilliant., the second well he knows.

It's ok good food cheap n cheerful friendly staff family business been in the area for 20+ yrs...looks very dull.they need to put some colour back in the place give it a fresh look.. everything looks so outdated. Even Roxy chicken shop just down from them has more appeal inviting people to come in spend money. Brighten up the place would definitely have more customers comming in

Just had a take away from the Meghna and it was one of the nicest Indians I’ve had. Everything was quick and piping hot when it arrived. I recommend this restaurant to everyone. The owners a great people as well 5 stars.

Terrible service, rude staff. Placed an order, late, items missing. Called to get the missing items and got told it was my issue, and what is the actual problem, I can eat without those missing bits! RUDE

Lovely lamb tikka masala but there veg curries are very bland and the keema nans have hardly no keema in which was disappointing. Food here tasted a lot better few years back.
