Pretty decent Costa. Very clean, quite a bit of space and friendly staff. It also has a very convenient drive thru counter for quick orders on the go.

Great location. Plenty of parking if not drive through

The blond woman who is working there are rude and could not care less for any customers. I have no words. Some serious training is needed if you want to keep customers coming back and not to choose a 2 mins away Costa instead.

It’s 6:09 and I was sent back to my car not even allow me in the shop because they are not ready…people would come here as they are going to work and making them delayed and on top of that not even allowing them in the warm shop, no wait in the cold or go back to the car… come in team…

Typical Costa on the retail estate, with a drive through. Handy for shopping in the adjacent large stores - Dfs, Lidl, The Range etc. Nice coffee, better than Starbucks, and the usual selection of food. Free Parking is available but is time limited to three hours.

Lady coughing away, open hair, I had to get someone else to make my coffee! Lady was coughing away on hands and wiping her nose and not even washing hand after. Keep on making the coffee wow you go girl. Disgusting! Any common sense NO! looks like management hasn't trained up that staff member well. Come on fix up or close up. Most likely won't come here again

Staff do their best and are polite but drive through opening is like a lottery, sometimes it’s open sometimes it’s not?. Drive thru doesn’t open when shop opens, closing times are however the staff feel on every given day. The coffee always seems fine but it baffles me how a business can be run in a such a way especially given the size of the company. Never known any other Costa that runs the same way. Eye opening.

Always good coffee in Costa. This shop is big. Barista lady who served us last evening is polite. I will visit again. Good break after Christmas shopping.

All this was observed, whilst waiting in the longest, slowest moving line ...in the history of coffee-dom FOOD - saw a member of staff drop a packet of cinnamon buns, pick them up & carry on like nothing happend SERVICE: staff staring in the air, moving at a snails pace, whilstorders over flowed...no, they were content in letting orders pile up. Very frustrating to watch. ATMOSPHERE: The sounds of customers groaning at the sight of this joke of a coffee shop

I didn’t even got a chance to buy a coffee there. The place was closed 10 minutes past 6, according to opening hours it should be open till 8pm. Update the opening hours! Three other cars arrived at the same time all people angry and disappointed.

The whole cafe was dirty! Coffee absolutely didn't taste nice.

Drive thru didn't work. Only two people working. For the second time I'm recieved the coffee that tasted horrible because it was rushed and I asked for extra shot which i didn't get.

Totally agree with all the other reviews - the place is always dirty and sticky and every time I’ve been I’ve had to clean up after other customers. This wouldn’t be so bad except when I asked staff for tissues to clean the table they told me to get them from the till and didn’t seem to care at all.

Why is the drive thru open sometimes and other times just randomly shut??

Ive been here 3rd time. And consistently recieve bad service every time. This time cappuccino was rushed, barista did not wait for the milk to settle after heating it, so my entire cup was filled with froth. Last time a barista was poking their nose whilst serving the customers. It's not like the costas I visit in so many other places. Disappointed. Won't be coming back in this branch

Very busy little costa with a drive through. Popped in to grab a coffee to go, and there was the usual wait for them to make a coffee. Busy on the drive-through, but less so inside. Staff were welcoming. The restaurant was clean and tidy.

I usually go and sit inside. They have good coffee.

Worst Costa ever. Constantly getting wrong orders and service with an attitude. Especially rude Eastern European ugly faced employee. Please keep away for your sanity.

Awful coffee. I just bought a flat white and what I got was a watery milk solution with traces of coffee. Very disappointing 😕

Decent stop over coffee joint. Needs a bit more attention when it comes to food choices and the eating atmosphere.

Drive-thru is never open and always has a long queue. Chia Latte is my go-to. They make it specifically how I enjoy it.

Just went today to get couple of iced drinks. When i went they had the ash tray next to the coffee which is so unhygienic while they are serving customers.

It's Costa, so you know what you are going to get. Some of their counter wasn't working, not their fault. I used a "free drink" voucher, which they accepted, but then still charged me full price. Rear room needed maintenance

New place. Its very popular and suprised at the vast variety of snacks, biscuits, pasties, etc available. Fast service. 👍

First time dining in this branch of Costa. Got three drinks to dine in and a bacon brie panini. The panini came nice and toasted. But then they came out with the drinks in takeaway cups when we had told them we want to dine in. The employee then casually said that we can still drink the takeaway drinks there and that you actually get more in the takeaway cups. We did not even receive an apology for the mistake either. We were appalled to hear such a thing. We understand the mistake of making the drinks to go rather than to dine in but that was not an appropriate thing to say. It felt as though we were thought of as lowly and the statement seemed unprofessional. We wanted to dine in so that’s what we wanted we did not care if there is a higher amount of drink in the takeaway cups. Eventually they poured the drinks into glass cups to dine in. On top of that a dirty unusable spoon was given to us to stir the drinks with, it had white stains all over it. Our customer service was terrible on our visit at this branch today.

Staff are incredibly slow. Honestly the slowest Costa I have ever been to, despite there always being approx 8 members of staff. Coffee is generally good though.

The Wiltshire ham and cheese toasties are often very sloppy.

Well for starters the drive-thru very rarely open. I don't know why and then also the Bloomington machine wasn't work and so it couldn't get our points for the Costa card thing even though the lady said we can just show our receipt next time we're in now. Whatever, but it's yeah it's not too normal standard

Shocking!!! Went for a coffee? Quite happy to take my money, yet 5 minutes later( about 19:05) the "person in charge" came to tell us they had to close because of an "issue with the water" and we had to leave?? when I asked what the issue was she couldn't answer. Very poor!

Every table in the place needed clearing when I came here, plus litter all over the floor. Not a pleasant experience. Also uncomfortably overheated. Won't be coming here again.

Drive thru makes it super convenient to order that delightful cup of coffee or tea without needing to exit car. Plenty varieties of hot beverages and sweets delights to choose from. Easy to access though Bath Road traffic can be problematic. Ample parking. Can get hectic inside.

I go most days and find it great plenty of choice. They could do with two tills and a better setup, but staff are friendly its great.

Rubbish customer service. Selling stale croissants. By the time they managed to make 1 coffee and 1 tea, toastie cold. Avoid and go to the trading estate one.

Nice coffee. Generally outside seating is available. The place closes at 6 pm on weekdays although the times shown on google indicates its open till late. Generally quite busy.

Drive thru was closed so had to go in. Not sure if it was new staff but service was very slow and faffy. Got drinks out in all the wrong order and gave them out at random. There was only 4 of us waiting and 3 staff so would've expected them to remember who ordered what.

Probably the slowest service I have ever experienced in the world. Waited about 20 minutes just to buy a sandwich. Don’t waste your time coming here, go somewhere else.

The place is good for a quick cup of coffee, alone or with friends or family. Parking is available but shared with many other outlets. Sometimes they close earlier than they should. It can get busy in the late afternoon and on weekends. All in all, it's good.

Every day the drive through is closed. What is the point having drive through or advertising as a drive through costa shop. Waste of time. Time is money. People use drive through for save there time.took more then 10mins for just a cup of coffee. Shame costa

so busy, all younger staff was polite however an older member of staff was quite rude. food took forever and was left on the side to get cold. then once put in the bag, was shaken to a point where i had to put my soggy sandwich back together, not impressed

Okay place to go and a regular meeting spot, but they often don't have the drinks you want and it's often a long wait. It's quite big and they have various seats available, so that's a plus.

Did not feel particularly valued as a customer, was left waiting to be served in the shop itself and then staff realised somebody had left without paying leaving me again waiting whilst they sorted it. Then had to repeat order again.

Oat milk. Said it loud, said it clear. I got normal diary milk instead. How hard is it to get right, I was the only person in-store????

A drive thru Costa if you like Costa then it's lazy coffee no need to leave your car. Love Costa. Love drive thru.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Coffee is served disgustingly even after a complaint. The service requires additional training and a change of the manager.

I had porridge and asked the lady to add just little milk to it as it’s quite thick, she asked another girl who said ‘only allowed to make it with hot water’. I have had it here previously and it was not much trouble for the assistant to add a little milk and it tasted delicious. A bit disappointed…. Coffee was great though..

Went for coffee and they didn't have much in the way of (cold) coffee at a coffee place. Ended up with these which were tasty, but after being told in a quiet voice (we had to ask to repeat every sentence said) what wasn't available, while other employees were shouting and joking behind when it was already hard to hear. Got stuck in the (dirty) bathroom as well.. I just imagine there's better locations out there than this particular one. Also didn't get asked about a size

Despite the closing time being 20:00 ,both stated on the door and on Google....Drive thru and cafe were closed. Why say you're open late, if this is a lie. You need to make your opening hours truthful.

Gone downhill over the last month most staff have changed not happy or professional drive through always closed !!! BRING BACK THE OLD TEAM !!!!

Most of the staff can not be bothered to make order as my my instructions...Dry cappuccino means Dry cappuccino. Have been back regularly now that staff have been changed. Much better. Drive thru is always closed. Queue inside is always to the door.

Made a visit at 17.45 and been turned away as they just about to close. When in the app it said 20.00hrs. Not want to work......

Worst drive thru ever took 25 mins to get to service window staff was not present lots of staff standing away from window chatting with each other ignoring customers waiting in their cars.

Not even a star. Is forth time they made mistake with my order. Yesterday I order a caramel frappucino with no coffee and one chocolate with coffee. It was all the way round. Today I ordered the same I get both of them with no coffee. I also asked yesterday for my free drink that is available from 9th till 13th july the frappe in the bottle. They said that I should say before I pay. Ok, today I asked for it they said I need to scan the barcode from the email. There is no barcode in the email. The stuff is very untrained but I understand is not their fault and the manager that should look into this. Very dissatisfied

Very busy place. Waited about 20 mins at a table and had to clean it myself getting rid of the trays and rubbish left by previous customer. Staff seems very preoccupied serving customers at the till and neglecting seating area. Nevertheless, nice environment to chill and enjoy a coffee.

Visit for coffee with baby and a friend. Air conditioning a little worrying but found a nice spot were not effected. Automatic door not working. But staff very helpful and assisted with food and drinks. Would diffinately visit again. After a shocking a disappointing visit I no longer visit this Costas regularly or recommend it.

What's the point in having a drive through when it's closed 90% of the time? Everytime I go in the tables are sticky and the tables are cluttered with empty cups and wrappers of food. If staffing is an issue then close down the pointless Costa on the Farnham road and move everyone to this one? Or maybe look after your staff better so they will stay?

This place has gone downhill so quick in few months time. I'm a regular visitor usually spend atleast £20 to £30 a week in this store sit in and drive through. Drive through staff is usually helpful but mostly it's closed not sure why. But problem is in the shop. Costa charges premium prices but service isn't comparable with even McDonalds infact there is no concept of customer service especially in this store. Staff has no sense of urgency, a typical cup of coffe sometimes takes 15 to 20 mins to be produced and could still not meet the par standards. Also rarely see any manager in store probably staff is left un supervised or minimum direction. Few suggestions for the franchise owner: Invest on uplifting customer service standards. Make your staff understand that if there is no customer there is no business and if no business no salary no jobs. If you place trainee staff on the tills make sure they have enough support from a senior team member please don't mess up with customer orders with an excuse that you are training them. As customer we don't make excuses to pay the bill. Do bit of comparative analysis what's going in the market, you have greggs and McDonalds selling same size latte in pretty much half price so why would someone come to costa for double of the price for a cold latte, dropped faced staff, bins full of rubbish, tables not cleaned etc. I hope this isn't complicated to understand. I used to be very regular but probably costa lost a loyal customer today.

Very slow service and no Wi-Fi . A coffee place with no Wi-Fi is an alien concept to me . Poor service, won’t come here again .
