German Doner Kebab in Slough

Delivery guy did not come to are door and said he would not delivery are food if we didn’t come downstairs and he said there was no car park spot and we told him there is and he refused to come to us and he came super late food is cold

As an NHS working on nightshift on a heavy unit we need food! The one thing i needed for my team they could enjoy and we have to wait even longer now for another restaurant! This is utterly unacceptable and disappointing! We called restaurant 4 times and they hung up the phone! I will never order from here again!

Food was a total of 17 pounds for a coke and 2 meals of uncooked meat.The photo shown on the screen showed the meal to be plenty but when received it was basically just chips with little to no meat.Terrible service.

I had missing items in my delivery

I did not receive my food i only had received the drinks and nothing i had paid for. i have put in a complaint regarding this and they have messaged me that it will take 24 hrs to resolve.This is ridiculous as we needed the food right now

First time, it's maybe ok. But the second time having hair in my food! It's been more than a year since I ordered from the Slough branch because of finding hair in my food, I thought I'd give it a second chance, but I guess a salad of hair is included with your meal. Really disappointed with the Slough branch.

You should be ashamed of what you sent me extremely cold food and the meat pieces were so dry that they were crunching in my mouth such bad quality food, im so disappointed in this branch, i was really loooking forward to eat but was sent this!

Tasty but slightly over priced.

Love a good beef doner wrap from gdk, and bad reviews sometimes put me off, had one from here today packed with meat plenty of sauce and piping hot, good quick friendly service too .

Food arrived cold. Needed to put it in the microwave to eat. Chips and salad spoiled it microwave. Delivery driver was not even using a thermos or thermal bag. Poor quality of service

Order at the till and it was completely wrong didn't have time to wait for another or swap it so had to make do with it.

Food tastes good however a little pricey and they don't do 2 for Tuesday or similar offers anymore.

I paid for extra meat and the portion was smaller than regular. I paid 11 gbp for kids portion. If they will put only salad they will lost lots of customers !

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Just Eat’s courier. The delivery was ridiculously late, and when the food finally arrived, it was stone cold and completely inedible. To make matters worse, the courier was rude and unapologetic, offering no explanation or acknowledgment of the delay. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and it has completely ruined my experience. I will think twice before using Just Eat again, and I would advise others to do the same if they value their time and money.

Ordered online. Food got lost en route and when we finally received it, was missing part of order. Contacted Slough branch. They resent but again got lost and then arrived cold. Staff were unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the situation.

Last time was great, but this time when I ordered the OG mixed kebab, there was barely any doner meat. It was mostly salad, bread, and sauce with just a tiny bit of doner. Really disappointed.

Ordered online for delivery. Arrived after about 40 mins. Sadly part of the order was wrong. Rather than try to fix this they simply offered some free fries next time. Doubt we’ll be ordering again

Ordered via deliveroo and ubereat many times. They never send sauces with the order despite specifically selecting which one I wanted. Also they charge £3.50 for large fries and always send small portion.

Driver was perfect its the restaurant i have an issue with. Ordered beef spring rolls and got sent the greasiest chicken spring rolls know to man. Not expecting any action to be taken but simple orders being screwed up is abit of a joke.

Cold food,the portion of large chips is a same as small portion of chips from McDonalds, the only difference is this one cost almost £4.. ridiculous!

The cheesy chips were amazing and they let me try a few curry chips to see if I could handle them. Little bit spicy for me but lovely flavours. Friendly staff x

A bit cold, and meat colour was too light

Really not impressed: this is the second time the food has come cold. I understand with 1 item being a little bit warm, but my chips, I only had 14 anyway, and they were cold. Cheese bites not even worth telling you how cold they were and the wrap, I only had lettuce and onion so no reason for it to be cold. Partner had all spring rolls and said they were cold? Was I the last to be delivered too?

I've was stopping in Slough and was going to have fried chicken until... German Doner Kebab? I'm having some of that, I thought! And what a superb kebab it is! Choice of chips, dips and sips! See what I did there! Anyway, go yourself and get a great kebab meal! Look at my other reviews to see where I've been!

Orderd beef kebab without salad and sauce got chicken and beef mix with salad and all sauces ok they done a mistake he says sorry come back I will sort it out went back returns all food got fresh food came back home guess what its chicken with all salads and sauces went back again to complain that its wrong but they run out of beef so he is offering me chicken kebab which I took to return loved this place but this is third time

The delivery driver was incompetent. He rang me and I told him that he was in the wrong road and he wouldn’t listen. He then walked back and I asked him why he turned off my road when he had my address. Because of the food was tepid at best. Not the fault of the Restaraunt. Delivery driver was useless.

I been there to order I was waiting in the queue for 20min after I gone there she told me sorry you can't pay with a machine you need to do self checkout but there was a card machine in the the till so this a very poor staff to deal with a costumers 😒😒

I’ve been coming since 2020 and to this day I’ve been receiving the best service. The boss over there is always interacting with his customers and sometimes I come back just because of the service. Keep it up. Food is 🤌🏾

Cold food as driver was just sitting in road next to us my partner had to go collect it from him

The sandwich tasted really good but definitely pricey!

The dessert came with chocolate sauce on picture however when we ordered the chocolate waffle bread there was not enough sauce in-between and the waffle bread which is actually naan was extremely dry. There was no sauce given so i asked the manager however he was extremely rude and said it is a marketing strategy but jn truth it was a scam.

New self service kiosk added.***German Doner Kebab is a fantastic Doner option. It really combines a much loved food with good quality ingredients and condiments. Its definitely a doner you will try again and again after having it once. Initially this particular location struggled with its customer service plan. Last few visits have gone much better. They seem to have got through their initial opening phase. The food however has been 5 stars from day one.

Took 1 hour and 45 min to arrive time kept changing and food was cold !!!
