German Doner Kebab in Slough

Ordered online for delivery. Arrived after about 40 mins. Sadly part of the order was wrong. Rather than try to fix this they simply offered some free fries next time. Doubt we’ll be ordering again

Lovely food, but portions are way too small

the Bonus Box Veggie Kebab was noce but the Donar Gym Box was disappointing as the meat was too salty

Not a patch on previous orders! Chops were cold; the bread was almost solid; the chicken was unrecognisable and slimy! Really not happy.

GDK slough is the gold standard.

The cheesy chips were amazing and they let me try a few curry chips to see if I could handle them. Little bit spicy for me but lovely flavours. Friendly staff x

chips and cheese sauce had tipped all over the bottom of the delivery bag. very messy!

A bit cold, and meat colour was too light

Really not impressed: this is the second time the food has come cold. I understand with 1 item being a little bit warm, but my chips, I only had 14 anyway, and they were cold. Cheese bites not even worth telling you how cold they were and the wrap, I only had lettuce and onion so no reason for it to be cold. Partner had all spring rolls and said they were cold? Was I the last to be delivered too?

The driver didn’t ask for the delivery code

Half the order wasn’t delivered. Restaurant tried to send the rest back out but driver got lost and quite rude. Food was stone cold by the time we got it. Very disappointing

I arrived after traveling a long distance but found out that the place was closed due to incorrect opening time. I felt disappointed. (Friday)

Ordered for 19:15 but delivered at 18:00, preordered for when we got home. Food was left on the door step getting cold.

Awais and mirza were really helpful. I'll come ever Saturday after I've finished my shift these two guys do really good service.

I've was stopping in Slough and was going to have fried chicken until... German Doner Kebab? I'm having some of that, I thought! And what a superb kebab it is! Choice of chips, dips and sips! See what I did there! Anyway, go yourself and get a great kebab meal! Look at my other reviews to see where I've been!

Orderd beef kebab without salad and sauce got chicken and beef mix with salad and all sauces ok they done a mistake he says sorry come back I will sort it out went back returns all food got fresh food came back home guess what its chicken with all salads and sauces went back again to complain that its wrong but they run out of beef so he is offering me chicken kebab which I took to return loved this place but this is third time

The delivery driver was incompetent. He rang me and I told him that he was in the wrong road and he wouldn’t listen. He then walked back and I asked him why he turned off my road when he had my address. Because of the food was tepid at best. Not the fault of the Restaraunt. Delivery driver was useless.

The food bag seal with the GDK sticker was open and the box tab was torn.

Though it's not an original diner but a pretty ready made frozen doner. But it tastes good and they are really digitising their outlets with automated ordering machines.

I been there to order I was waiting in the queue for 20min after I gone there she told me sorry you can't pay with a machine you need to do self checkout but there was a card machine in the the till so this a very poor staff to deal with a costumers 😒😒

I’ve been coming since 2020 and to this day I’ve been receiving the best service. The boss over there is always interacting with his customers and sometimes I come back just because of the service. Keep it up. Food is 🤌🏾

The excessive saltiness made it nearly impossible to enjoy the meal, rendering it unpalatable. Despite hoping for a satisfying dining experience, I found myself unable to even finish my order. Coupled with subpar service and a lackluster ambiance, my visit to German Donner Kebab was a regrettable mistake.

Cold food as driver was just sitting in road next to us my partner had to go collect it from him

The dessert came with chocolate sauce on picture however when we ordered the chocolate waffle bread there was not enough sauce in-between and the waffle bread which is actually naan was extremely dry. There was no sauce given so i asked the manager however he was extremely rude and said it is a marketing strategy but jn truth it was a scam.

New self service kiosk added.***German Doner Kebab is a fantastic Doner option. It really combines a much loved food with good quality ingredients and condiments. Its definitely a doner you will try again and again after having it once. Initially this particular location struggled with its customer service plan. Last few visits have gone much better. They seem to have got through their initial opening phase. The food however has been 5 stars from day one.

Took 1 hour and 45 min to arrive time kept changing and food was cold !!!

An exceptional service from Magda, who went above and beyond to ensure our entire order was complete. We had a very large order and Magda was extremely helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend, especially if she's working!

my order was completely messed up. It was,delivered on time but if you can choose what you want and what you don't want in your meal it should be done .

Having never tried GDK i thought id give it a go hace to say although one of my items was delivered cold ( OG KEBAB ) i have to say the food was fantastic and would highly recommend hopefully the whole order is hot nect time

Decent! Can't fault this place on every aspect.. Recently introduced self service terminals. Terminals have issues but staff are very helpful and accommodating. April 2024: still an sqesome place to eat..

The slough branch is perfect food perfect service specially kitchen staff is so nice & professional every time whenever u can visit kitchen look clean.....

Terrible service. Waiting over two hours food still hasn’t arrived but the restaurant has market it as delivered?? I called three times and was told the food is on the way. I ordered at 8:30 it’s now 10:30.

This place is an absolute joke. Despite the fact the place was empty, staff couldn't be asked to heat up the food properly. Instead we were served uncooked, pale (I just can't call it meat) disgusting slimy thing. Not even the slightest sign of contact with flame or some other source of heat on it. Hardly any salad there and the bun was definitely not like the one pictured allover the shop, however it was still the best part of the "meal" we were served! . Cash only came as a surprise too!! On top of it all, there was a refurbishment happening in the shop and the sound system testing with volume going on full blast from time to time, giving us a shock every time. That was definitely the last time I visited this pathetic place!

Food all open in bag due to careless delivery driver too lazy to knock the door then decided to complain he isnt meant to knock the door and waited on the road while the food went cold and now in the bin. Absolutely useless.

Drivers keep missing my house and don’t know the exact point and also mistake it for another house so i always have to walk down my road just to flag the driver and collect it make a better address system to pinpoint a house better

as usual items missing from the order. other than that the food was bang on. I don't order a takeaway often but seems to be every time I do and I get my favourite (gdk boss box) there's something missing/something incorrect with the order. highly frustrating! delivery was quick but speed causes improper concentration if not done properly.

We loved it fantastic..I went 3 days ago and everytime I order the donor box meal I get no fries with it I only get the ones in my donor box where are my extra chips twice this has happened

Not one to complain or write many reviews. But I ordered here for the first time this evening via Uber Eats. Took about 40 minutes to arrive as multiple stops en route so food was cold. Also one of our items was missing despite only ordering two items, which was really disappointing. Won't be ordering again that's for sure.

Driver on Bicycle .. runs around the Street for 10 minutes .. I had to chase him down the street

I ordered doner box with chips and salad twice and doner panini and food taste good but in box there is only salad and chips no doner kebab whats this?. We try to call noone answer back that’s not good.

My food is freezing, missing cheese sauce which was extra , no where near as much meet as normal and was all thrown into the box without a care even the bag of salad had split. Not happy at all
