I ordered a delivery,I have used this kebab place as a local for years,my order came without any doner bread,the meat was not it's usual standard and seemed rushed,I phoned just to say they made a mistake,forgetting the bread,the person who answered was a new worker I think,said wait a minute,so I waited 3 min while he served someone else,no politeness,made me more angry as I would have took an apology,and I was the first customer who he dealt with,anyway, I won't use the takeaway again,maybe new staff with an attitude.

Perfectly good food for a fair price. The service is a bit iffy, largely dependent on when you go; in my experience, lunch is usually much quicker and easier than dinner. I wouldn't cite my meals there as anything extraordinary, but it's always quite tasty.

Food was delicious. Drinks were ok. Workers were nice and quick to our orders. However there was bits of food on the floor. Overall would come again

I had to ask for my order, they brought me the toast, I had to ask for the rest, we finally brought the scones.....while other customers who arrived well after me were finishing their meal!!! The tea ordered only arrived after asking for the bill and pointing out that I didn't get it....bad experience, spent my time Le Bras en l'air to call out the waiters, all for avocados on toast, nothing too complicated.

Good food and drinks. Staff at the tills however was not attentive. Didnt give us all the options we asked for and then told a higher payment amount and then corrected when pointed out

On April 26th, 2025 we had our wedding reception at the Pilot Boat Inn. We had 81 adults and 9 children. It was an amazing day and the team led by Johnny, Charlie and Monique went out of their way to ensure everything ran smoothly. Our guests had very generous canapes, four choices of pre selected mains followed by three desserts. A very well received menu which we planned with the team. The staff arranged and dressed all of the tables and even provided a dance floor. The atmosphere created by the Pilot Boat was relaxed and very happy. Thank you so much. A great venue for a wedding or large party group. We would highly recommend .

Lovely place lovely food lovely staff

This was our first visit to Piedaniel’s for a family birthday. It certainly won’t be our last! Everything about the experience was spot on, from the warm greeting on arrival, to the spacious and comfortable setting, the perfectly judged service ( friendly, timely and discreet) and of course the food! The meal was delicious, attractively presented and in generous portions. Freshly baked focaccia and handmade truffles were served as unexpected treats and confirmed the sense that this is a place where they genuinely care about quality for it’s own sake. Every person in the party commented on what a great choice it was and I have no hesitation in recommending Piedaniel’s to anyone looking for a wonderful meal in a serene setting with friendly service.

We ate today for lunch on the first floor and had an absolutely lovely server. He was so attentive and efficient! The food came super quick and it was really tasty. Would 10/10 recommend.

Everything was good but the food. Maybe we took the wrong one, it was dry and blant. Well completely my personal opinion. And this particular outlet was not very clean and pleasant

Our favourite place to visit when we are in the area. Food is always fantastic and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We all had the set lunchtime menu and the portions were perfect. We look forward to visiting again very soon.

The food was very poor quality and tasteless, over priced and bad service. I wasn't asked if the food was OK no hello or goodbye entering and existing the establishment.

Just changed menu this week, Roosters used to be advertised as healthy marinated grilled chicken, now it's deep fried chicken pieces or thigh meat only in wraps, they've also removed lunch deal, so a 25% price jump, lost a regular loyal customer

My all time favorite brunch spot ! Beautuful and delicious Bennie’s , Lobster rolls !!!!!
