Barwell Kebab House in Kingston upon Thames

I ordered a delivery,I have used this kebab place as a local for years,my order came without any doner bread,the meat was not it's usual standard and seemed rushed,I phoned just to say they made a mistake,forgetting the bread,the person who answered was a new worker I think,said wait a minute,so I waited 3 min while he served someone else,no politeness,made me more angry as I would have took an apology,and I was the first customer who he dealt with,anyway, I won't use the takeaway again,maybe new staff with an attitude.

Chicken tasted bad, unable to eat it

Arrived a bit early but not a problem. Haven’t used barwell for a couple of years and I found the food disappointing - I’m not actually sure I received a lamb kebab it looked and tasted the same as the chicken one - will not use again unfortunately

£20 for a kebab delivered cold and saturated in garlic mayo. Won’t be doing that again !!

Missing a portion of chips and a pitta bread.

I received Chicken instead of Lamb sadly but it was still tasty.

Won't be ordering from here again Ordered a Large chicken shish with chips, the chips were cold & tasted funny couldn't of been freshly cooked and the LARGE chicken wrap had about 5-6 bits of meat in

Food arrived half hour early and was very good. This was a large order and everything was there.

Order not correct - no salad on chicken shish and no chilli sauce

Unbelievably rude. Ordered online and spent 2 hours being told it was "coming " when we asked why it was taking so long and had a tense chat, the owner called my dad a c**t cancelled the order and hung up. Avoid at all costs.

Tasty food but didn't receive everything. The family meal should come with chips but unfortunately, for the second time no chips and no dip. The size of the meal is getting smaller and smaller. It's a shame because it's very tasty and you expect to get what you pay for.

Sadly for the first time we were charged £1 each for salad but mine came with no salad at all. The food was also lukewarm. Disappointing.

I was waiting for one hour and looked nothing like it looked on picture, lamb tastes like halloumi. I've asked for refund

Tasty food, didn't receive the chips and the dip that were in the meal deal.

Food was left on the floor in the porch didn’t hear the door bell or knock on the door.

Although delivery was a little late the food was still hot and Good.

Vile and under cooked halloumi

First time trying this as bit far away from me so £4 delivery but went for it as at 10% off the bill. The whole family loved it and will definitely be ordering from here again.

Really lovely I had a small chicken shish there was loads of it not greasy and lots of yummy salad and not just cabbage and onion! Hubby had small doner and again lots of meat he throughly enjoyed it. Delivery driver was very polite. First time ordering will definitely order again.

Combo kebab massive portions. Would be nice if there could be an option for separate salad and sauce instead of paying extra for a salad box.

Chips don’t looked cooked. All is cold. Chicken donor meat is burnt and doesn’t taste nice at all. Wrong drink with the kids meal. Very disappointed with this order. Usually really good when I have previously ordered from here. Won’t be ordering again

Ordered around 615 arrived at 7:28 ...window slot given 7:10 to 7:30 so just made it . When arrived salad all in one box and not what we ordered as my partner didn't want onions but these were mixed in .All round presentation was very poor though food tasted fine but didn't look good .

Took 1.5hrs to arrive, only to find half the order was wrong. Really poor

I had a couple of cheese quarter pounders. They were really horrible. Burger sauce tasted like cocktail sauce. Bun was really light coloured and soft. Burger was full of bone. Won’t use for burgers again

Food was late. Order was also partly wrong. Didn’t have a chance to call back to ask them to change it as food was already very late and didn’t have time to wait again, chips were cold. Very Disappointed

I ordered to regular burgers with no cheese. Both came with cheese and had to be thrown due to intolerance. Frustrating. Used to order from here all the time but has really gone down hill sadly.

Plus the milkshake was missing. I told the driver he said he would call the restaurant and come back. The next thing I hear his car start and that was it. I logged into just eat again reported the missed item via the app which told me it would refund the money… over two hours later still nothing. Not impressed with eith just eat or barbell kebabs

We ordered a takeaway from Barwell, as we are regular customers. After an hours wait we phoned to see where our food was and was spoken to very rudely and told our food would be another 30 minutes. We explained that we phoned an hour ago and did not realise the wait would be this long, to which the man denied and said we had not phoned an hour ago. We gave him the time we called and he still denied it. We asked if we could hurry our food along please as we had not antisipated such a long wait, to which he replied it would be another 30 minutes and hung up. Really disappointing customer service.

The wraps turned up looking as they’d been thrown together and were open. Then a can of drink was put in with the hot food so everything was cold. Would not recommend.

Ordered a wrap with no salad and chilli sauce and got a wrap with salad and no chilli sauce.

Charged £2.80 for homemade hummus, yet they sent a tub of Lidl's own for 60p. Chips missing from the order. Not the 1st time. Kebab swimming I'm oil. Really disappointed in the service.

Delivery driver went to wrong hotel then rudely blamed me even though I never have an issue with any other driver from there each week? Need to get rid of this guy as he is rude and didn’t even give me change and drove off. I hope he is investigated.

Food Arrived hot and was lovely! fresh and delicious not to mention very reasonably priced, my son has recently said how much he enjoys the kebabs here and I love the hot wings! Definitely recommend Barwell kebab, will absolutely be ordering again. Thank you 5* from us.

Ordered combination kofta chicken doner and got kofta lamb doner not impressed

Chicken wings were good. The classic style Lamb Doner was goodish and had good salad. The chicken wrap was very weak and soggy and almost inedible.

Awful .. avoid the humus .. used to be nice homemade humous .. today received a shop bought low fat pot ( 50p from the supermarket type ) tasted of nothing ! Very disappointed

Mixed kebab was very tasty although the kofte was very salty and they forgot the garlic sauce. Not the end of the world as the meat quality is very high and the chili sauce is the bomb!
