Ordered for collection for a work lunch. I must say that my colleague was so shocked at how positive, attentive, and friendly the service was when collecting our order, she joined me back in the car with the biggest smile on her face. It was only fair I went back in to ask for the lady’s name. Thank you so much Amanda. You brought a smile on both of our faces after interacting with you in the kingston store. This is something we had not experienced all week when collecting food orders for our football camp colleagues, and not something we see every day. You honestly made our entire day and we need more people like you in the customer service field. The food was great too! Thank you to everyone.

Me and my partner frequent this Nando’s quite a bit as it’s always been lovely, not too sure what happened this time. I ordered a chicken burger which came out and was completely cold, I told one of the waitresses who said I’ll get a fresh new burger which was very lovely of her to do. When the burger came out again it was just the same burger which I knew because it had the bit I’d cut off. This time it was burning hot but completely dry which is a very obvious outcome when you reheat chicken. I was completely put off but didn’t want to complain again so I just ate my chips which were also cold at this point. A gentleman had a similar problem just as we were being sat at our table which should’ve been a red flag from the go. Really disheartened by this outing as I don’t go out to eat every week so it’s like a treat for me and my partner, won’t be coming here again as I don’t want to waste my money.

The hospitality what we get from the staff side is amazing and the way they welcome us was outstanding. Staffs came in between to followup and check we are ok and especially amrutha, lil girl was very enthusiastic to catter us in all means. I visited today with my family and ordered at the till with manager, he would not amend my order to accommodate my preferences to my meal i.e remove something from my meal I didnt like. I was very upset by this experience as every other Nandos in different areas always accommodate my needs this ruined my meal and over all experience and I certainly wouldn't visit again. Very disappointing wouldn't recommend (the Kingston branch).

The chicken is now whole pre-cooked with barely any exposure chargrilling, the result is a bland soggy pale looking meal. It used to be a lot more chargrilled than pre-cooked. Anyone can cook a proper grilled chicken many times better than this. Even my always-hungry teenagers were disappointed. Bye bye Nando’s this customer is not coming back.

First timing ordering nandos in a few years and I was quickly reminded why: Chicken not chargrilled at all, completely white on the surface. Chips soggy and floppy, can tell these were undercooked in the first place and not just gone soggy due to delivery. Corn on the cob tasted good but wasn't trimmed properly, had hairs from the husk still attached and all over the corn. Unacceptable especially as the meal cost over £20 excluding delivery fee! Won't be ordering again for another few years until I make the same mistake again.

Great Nando’s with a great shops nearby. Food was good but could have been a bit nicer. Chicken and Chips for main. The chicken was the best part and well cooked, however I did discover a massive fully room full of seats which could have been used since we were in a party of 13 and it was abit full. Chips was good but could have had more flavour in it. The staff were very attentive and welcoming and Nice. Overall a good experience. Thank you for your service and will be returning.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Nando's! Even though the place was packed with big groups of rugby players, the service was flawless, and we still had an amazing time. Amanda, the manager, and Pranita went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their attentiveness and professionalism honestly made us feel like we were dining at the Hilton, not Nando's! I love Nandos. My issue with this branch is the lack of ethnic diversity. Litereally everyone who works here is of indian descemt.no whites black or any other ethnic background..This translates to Robotic service. You are asked multiple times on allergens. You sit down second later they want to take your menu. Yoir food arrives they immediately ask id all was ok and take your stick. No rapport. Beem here multiple times and always the same unlike other stores. The issue here there isnt the regular diversity we find elsewhere in other nandos. Not bad ..need to diversify reflect the local community

We were served by Sanyayukta yesterday evening with the most glowing welcome and smile. She was attentive and very gentle in her manner! After having a long and busy shift ourselves, we were so happy to be in another happier place. Her colleagues were also great but Sanyayukta stood out for us. Nothing was ever too much. I hate to write a bad review and never do but what I experienced Friday night was awful. Food was as expected with Nando’s and was good, however a member of staff named Amanda was awful. She was incredibly rude and raised her voice at my friend who asked her a question about seating. Then we witnessed her being extremely rude, patronising and sarcastic to staff and another table of customers who had a problem with their order. I have never seen anyone who worked at Nando’s or any other restaurant to have that attitude in my life! It was busy however that is no excuse! It made the atmosphere really uncomfortable. The other members of staff were lovely and I really felt for them as you could see they were embarrassed and intimidated by her behaviour as well as the other table of customers! This really needs to be addressed, bullying in the work place is what is going on here and the way she treated customers is not ok!

Restaurant is not bad. Food is always delicious. Service in restaurant is decent. Get the Wild Herbal Sauce in the online menu. It's the only sauce that is totally unique.

We ordered our food at the counter and we sat upstairs. We were supported by Pranita and Simran. They ensured we knew where to refill our drinks and where to collect cutlery and sauces for our food. They were so accommodating and they were so helpful and kind towards us! Thank you Pranita and Simran!

Food is always good at nandos, but here particularly was really good and enjoyable. It was promptly served. The team here is fantastic from rucha, Pranita and all the other team member, they did a check back couple of times to make sure everything was ok with us and our little one. Keep it up.

Visited what felt like a really cozy and relaxing place Nando’s Kingston. A brilliant restaurant with amazing food and lovely people. The team was extremely welcoming and friendly Simran and Moksh always had a smile on their faces and provided us with excellent service. Had a blast will definitely recommend and visit again.

There I was, trekking through the cold winter streets of Kingston. Hungry and longing for a place to set me and my wife up for a delicious meal after a long and disappointing day, restaurant after restaurant we passed and nothing so much as caught an eye! All hope seemed lost as one after another the grumpy faces of people around us began to sour the already apprehensive mood we were in, when suddenly as If from a dream.. Nandos Kingston appeared on the horizon, my heart skipped a beat as we drew closer I could already smell and hear the delicious atmosphere within! As the door opened we were greeted by Swapnali and her magnificent smile! An instant state of calm and relief came over us as we knew we'd been saved. The gorgeous smell of grilled chicken filled the air, along with rustic and well placed artworks and exposed beams showing the buildings history. We were shown to our seats and greeted with smiles from Simran, Prem, Rucha and Moksha! Greeted with such kind and friendly people the meal could only get better, succulent char grilled chicken arrived in what felt like seconds after our order was placed! Everything we could possibly hope for came from this visit and I CANNOT thank the team enough for their fantastic service! A brilliant end to what could have been a disastrous day, once again I'd like to thank Simran, Prem, Swapnali, Rucha & Moksha, nandos wouldn't be the same without them!

We order on a regular basis from Nando’s, but having found an item missing we are so disappointed to find there is no way to report the missing item. The section dealing with anything wrong directs you to the Deliveroo tel number with no response. So disappointed!

Took 15 mins to get a cold starter of olives. Boneless chicken thighs were dry, chips were cold when they came out. No lettuce in the wrap. Server insisted we sit right up close next to people when it was a Sunday night and not busy. Also no cheese.

The food here is cooked with no love, the chicken is soggy and never crispy and they always get my order wrong. Not once, not twice but every damn time. Sort yourselves out.

This has to be one of the friendliest Nando’s. The food, as always, is excellent. My 4 year old dropped her corn on the cob on the floor, and without ever asking, another was brought to her as a replacement. Epic staff. Well done team, thank you for making the dining experience so welcoming.

Good restaurant in Kingston where you can eat Chicken with different spices, marinades and shapes, and with many and variable accompaniments. Very good overall, reasonable price and pleasant staff. We would recommend it.

I went to this location with my guide dog and was given a hard time by an employee and later by the manager. Upon entering the restaurant, I was asked to provide documentation for my dog, which is illegal under the Equal Rights Act, and my girlfriend calmly explained that no documentation is required for assistance dogs. After we sat at our table, the manager came over and was extremely rude and confrontational. Her sister is apparently a guide dog trainer, so she was well aware that I was blind and of what a guide dog is, yet still felt the need to harass my girlfriend and I, telling us that we were wrong about documentation not being required to bring my dog into the restaurant. She only relented after calling her boss and being shown the laws by my girlfriend. At no point did she try to educate herself before confronting me. Being confronted by an employee is bad enough, but the manager is supposed to be educated, and given her prior knowledge of guide dogs, there is really no excuse for her ignorance but more importantly her clear disrespect towards people with disabilities. I would hope one would think that someone with an actual guide dog would be aware of their own rights. Instead she was happy to challenge me and ruin my experience until someone else told her she was wrong. Other reviews call out how nice this manager was but apparently not if you're someone with a disability. All customers including minorities deserve to be treated with dignity and respect at all times. While I appreciate the gesture of apology of covering our meal, the damage was done, as after dealing with this issue time and time again there is an emotional toll that it takes. I will consider removing this review if I receive a formal apology from this manager and Nando's corporate, and if I have confirmation that training has been implemented across all Nando's locations. Until then, I think that people looking to dine here should be aware of what happened.

As u enter and are seated you are pointed to a QR code that u can use to order. The ordering was smooth and our drinks arrived within a minute of ordering. Then you can go to the station to pick up utensils, napkins and the sauces. The sauces range from very mild to relatively hot. Nothing crazy like the ghost pepper sauces that some other places serve. All the sauces are a bit too full of vinegar and tart. However that is peri peri. The chicken is grilled fine, and the sauce adds the flavor. My highlight was the service, not the food.

I have to say I am a nandos convert for years I would stay clear from them (IT'S CHICKEN IT'S BORING) but now I love it like everyone else hahaha as it always looks busy. I have giving it 5 Stars all the way through apart from the food the food very nice but it lost one star I ordered a sharer boneless chicken there was not a lot of chicken Hahaha but with the sides I was full anyway so definitely recommend

Can’t go wrong with a good Nando’s. Service over years has varied a lot at this branch but really really lovely team today (Shalin & Team). Really made the visit enjoyable. Attentive and fast service. Thank you so much. Highly recommend the boneless platter if you’re up for sharing - my go to every time. Tried the new wild herb spice which I didn’t love. Will revert back to either Lemon and Herb or Medium.

Went to Nando’s today with my Nephew and Great Nephew who is 2 years old. The customer service we had was fantastic and the waitress was so attentive to my Great Nephew who is 2 asking if he likes colouring and does he need a high chair.. Unfortunately I did not get her name but also the manager came over and asked was everything ok regarding our food and also making sure they said goodbye on our exit. Honestly can't understand why nandos quality is so hit and miss. I'm so sick of complaining after every other order that as of tonight, I've decided to not use nandos ever again. There are only so many times you can complain to a company without being seen as someone who is lying. Fino pitta just fell apart and looked like it was thrown together by Helen Keller. £15.25 for chips, peas, two chicken thighs and a slice of halloumi..... Yeah, no thanks
