Absolute disgrace! Firstly served raw chicken and secondly cold chips. I personally don’t find this acceptable, and will not be returning in the future. Upon when complaining i was told to do one by the member of staff and they as treated very rudely. I one will not be returning to this store and I personally recommend you don’t either!

Went on a quiet Thursday afternoon, and was greeted straight away. Ordered on the app, drinks came straight away and the food came pretty soon after and was 😋 we even got a sauce box for free🥰 will deffo be returning. Massive thanks to Alex!

They forgot to serve my dish, even though I reminded them. After another 30 minutes I just asked for a refund. The place to avoid!

A good-sized Nandos with plenty of seating. A warm welcome when we entered and then shown to a suitable seating area. Ordered on the app, and the meal was ready and served very quickly. Well cooked and tasty. They checked we were happy with our food and then a nice thank you at the end.

Absolutely appalled by the quality of food and service considering the restaurant was almost empty. Asked for peri fries got normal and stale (refried) fries which was replaced once told. Chicken was supposed to be lemon and herb, got plain chicken. Did call the manager and give feedback. Never had this experience at nandos ever.

Came here with some friends for a nice catch up meal. Ordered the half chicken with piri fries and garlic bread. Friends told me the chicken would be quite dry and that I'd regret it but I found it quite nice to be fair. They forgot the piri salt but I asked for some to be brought to the table, overall quite satisfied.

Ordered Fully loaded starter, Mac n Cheese and a butterfly chicken breast to take out , food was piping hot, well packed and served promptly, service was excellent 👌 Food was great also

Quality of food delivered is appalling; took nearly over an hour to turn up. Cold chips, cold rice. Not worth what you pay for. Avoid this ship wreck

Absolutely awful service. We ordered a Nando’s for my son as a celebration for him finishing his GCSEs. We ordered the meal at 8:30pm and the estimated arrival time was 9:05-9:15pm. The order arrived at 9:50pm! Well, the garlic bread was burnt. My daughter couldn’t bite through her burger as the chicken and bun were so overcooked so she tried to cut it with a knife and fork and we could barely get a steak knife through it! My son ordered a wrap and asked for it without the yoghurt as he has a dairy intolerance. The wrap arrived covered in yoghurt so he couldn’t eat it! When I initially called the restaurant to ask where our order was, the customer service was awful and they were not helpful at all!! I would not recommend this restaurant for delivery. We will not be ordering from here again!

Absolutely disgraceful service and the standard of food was awful. Two meals with sides were missing. 1 wrap see picture below with nothing in it. A butterfly chicken which was dried out and looked like it was cooked hours before hand with no sides which were also missing. Cold food and looked stale. Was dinner for the whole family which ended up all in the bin, well the tiny bit of food that was sent out. Always something missing and food is never prepared well. Standard is low. Was given scraps, as they obviously couldn't be asked to make fresh food and couldn't be asked to clean their grills again! Fix up!

Ordered a take out through the app, spent £60 and received food only fit for the bin, over cooked stale cold food and 3 missing items. Take a look at the amount of chicken in my wrap, whoever put this meal together needs to be fired. The manager of this place is a joke.

My word where to begin. Worst Nando’s ever!! Avoid if you can. Customer service was appalling. Today I visited Nando’s in Walsall and must’ve spent over £250 there was around 15 ppl in my party including 4 children under the age of 4. They had literally ran out of food. Very limited to what they could offer - Service was disgusting. Food came out cold. Presentation of the food was 1/10. Brandon was the only worker there who provided the best service. The rest of the staff were rude and swore while family’s were in the restaurant. Inappropriate behaviour behind the tills.

Great as always, one of our favourite Nandos. Usually not too busy, staff always friendly, and food always been great so far!

Big family 15 adults children and babies, They were very busy but got us tables together, fantastic service with a smile and great food served hot and fresh, We will be back very soon thanks 👍🏻

Came out for afternoon lunch … ordered the the great imitator wrap . Which was microwaved ( I was not made aware that this gets warmed up for 1 mins and 30 sec in a microwave .) as my mother doesn’t eat microwave food as she is 76 years old ! My assumption was it was grilled ! When I took this up with the manager Chloe she stated that she was the one who made it and that it was cooked , it was rock hard and my mother could not eat or enjoy this wrap . Manager customer service was very poor .

So basically i come here at Nandos ordered some chicken on my way to table they came with the food ready and was thinking how fast the cooking must be someone with superpowers or something,that annoyed me cuz i know the didn’t cooking street a way it was cooked i will never go there anymore and i asked the one who bring to me and she just ignored me can’t believe this people on this days very terrifying

I would give this store 0 stars for delivery if it was a option So we ordered a takeaway and it normally comes from the Nando’s by junction 9 but this time it came from the Nando’s at the crown warf in Walsall for some reason and I can honestly say this is the worst we have ever had and will never order from this store ever again I will cancel the order 1st It came delivered by deliveroo and he picked up two orders to be delivered to two opposite sides of Walsall (not Nando’s fault I know! But it was cold nevertheless!by the time we got 30mins after pick up contacted them about this already ) when we finally got our order things were just not right we ordered 3 meals and all of them had at least one thing wrong Meal 1- we asked for medium flavour chicken and got lemon and herb … we had coleslaw with this and all we got was all the raw veg it hadn’t even made into coleslaw so had to add our own mayonnaise Meal 2- again asked for medium flavour chicken and again given lemon and herb asked for piri piri chips and got plain chips Meal 3- half a chicken all correct but again asked for piri piri chips and got plain ones and the garlic bread was so burnt it was black and couldn’t be eaten I think that some of the staff need to read the orders correctly and and cook what been asked for and to make sure it’s all checked before being packed before sending them out to the customer

Sometimes get bones in my 4 chicken thighs which makes me wanna heave but nothings guaranteed to be 100% boneless. Wish they wouldn’t always cremate the corn, literally is the best part of my meal. Also the chicken sometimes comes out cremated but I’m not one to go all Karen and ask for the manager or hit up Nando’s ceo for a discount lol. Also the extra hot spice level isn’t even extra hot, tbh the extra hot sauce is hotter than whatever it’s been marinated in. Wait time to get your food is about 6/12 months :’) but when the food comes it tastes good. Loving the psychology Nando’s, make em wait 😂 Oh as for the atmosphere. When it’s busy it’s like Primark.. Can’t hear myself think, people screaming at eachother when they’re sitting 30cm away from eachother. Everytime visiting this nandos half the food not available missing from menu etc . Had to walk out and go elsewhere . Really need to offer a consistent menu and actually have the food available.

Danny and his team have been amazing and very accommodating especially coming in as a table of 14, we were quickly seated and food was served quickly and tasted fresh.

I like Nando’s but what I like about this location most is its great atmosphere. They always play exotic music and it seems like you are abroad

I have given this particular Nando’s chance after to chance to redeem itself, But unfortunately they Never fail to serve an incorrect order with some Sort of issue on almost every occassion. I stopped visiting & ordering from this branch. Service is below average, food is below average & although there is ample parking, it is pay & display. One thing I will say, is the choco-lota cake is delicious. 2 stars overall with that in mind.

Appalling service level. Ordered food. Then back and ordered a beer to b brought out right away. Paid for. Duno why it took a) 20mins to bring the bottle of beer out b) asked to see my receipt c) no apology. Clueless staff. No communication.

Ordered for click and collect 05.01 I don't know if the guy who served my partner sensed it was a birthday but he gave my partner two bottles of sauce for free. It really made our night and was a lovely treat for my birthday so thankyou Will definitely be ordering again soon...

First time visit to today, the food was excellent and the service first class. Danny took our order and was patient with use as a first time visit, he also made sure we were satisfied. Thanks a lot and we will be back to Nando’s Walsall

Restaurant is situated on a busy shopping precinct and has wheelchair access. Restaurant is nice, clean and airy and has a nice ambiance. You can order at the table or you can order at the counter. We had a work lunch and received 20% off our food as we are local authority workers. Food was served in good time and looked delicious. I had peri peri chips, butterfly chicken and rainbow slaw. It was delicious, the new bbq sauce my chicken was cooked in is yummy. My chicken was juicy and not dry at all, I hadn't tried the peri peri chips before but oh my goodness they tasted so good as did the slaw. Staff were very friendly and made sure all our needs were met. It was a very enjoyable lunch and it is a place I would highly recommend

Nandos is Nandos, it's chicken, yet everyone goes mad for it. Went for a meal after we had been bowling. Ordered using the QR code but keep an eye on the prices doing so as they are more expensive this way than going to the till and ordering.

Staff are always polite, food comes quick and is cooked to perfection. I remember Nando’s being £10 when I was a at uni now it’s £16-£18 easily, but with this government guess that kind of inflation is normal now

Waited over 45 mins for food, it was quite busy so expected to wait longer than the usual 15 mins, however this seemed a little excessive. When the food did finally arrive the chips were hard/under cooked, we asked the waiter to swap them which he did and new portions of chips arrived within a few minutes. Unfortunately these were just the same, spoke with the Manager to address the issue, insisted that our complete meals were replaced as our chicken had now sat there for about 10 minutes. Fresh meals were delivered in an ok time but again the chips were still not cooked properly, we couldn’t be bother to waste anymore time so cracked on and ate the chicken and a few chips which were edible. Manager offered us a complimentary dessert due to the poor experience we had but he was too busy flirting with some younger female members of staff behind the counter to even remember, he also did not come over to check our food was ok (standard practice, especially at Nando’s) Generally poor service all round, staff look like they don’t really care and they obviously can’t cope when the restaurant is busy. Will not be returning to this nandos.

Me and my partner had a long day and wanted to go out for a date night. We chose Nando’s as we hadn’t been for a while. We got there and had to wait 20 minutes to be seated which is no problem as they were busy, when we did finally sit down we went to order out food on the QR code but this didn’t work, my partner went up to order but was told to go back up 5 mins later. He was like waiting 10 mins to be served on the til overall took 20 mins to make a 3 min order. We were told our drinks would be brought to us as they only had bottles due to the machine being broken. We waited ages for these, my partner had ordered a full fat coke but they only had diet drinks left, I think had to go up to a staff member and see if they had any full sugar drinks as my partner is a type 1 diabetic and had gone seriously low, this was handled well. We then waited a while for food, our mains came out before the starters which were forgotten about as they were not put through properly. Food was overall ok but management don’t seem to know what they are doing and clearly cannot cope under pressure very well. We got our first starter shortly after our mains come and the second starter by the time we had finished our mains. Waste of time, we couldn’t of gotten out of there fast enough. Won’t be going back to that Nando’s again. I think it’s time for a management review.

Food as always was amazing, but the service was terrible! Food covered plates left on tables for ages, desserts took 25 mins to arrive despite the fact the place was virtually empty and when it finally did arrive it was wrong!!🤦🏻‍♂️ The staff basically spent the majority of their time standing around and talking!! Pretty poor and not the usual Nando’s experience!

Been here many times & always had good food & service. My daughter chose Nando’s for her A level results family meal. As always with Nando’s the food was fine (hence 3 stars) & you know what you’re getting. But after finishing our meal & ordering desserts on the app the dirty plates were still on our table over 30 mins later , I then had to go & chase our desserts up. When they were brought to the table they were just put onto the small amount of space left & our table was still not cleared. I had to move the plates onto the next table and they were still there when we left , along with at least 4 other uncleared tables. We paid extra for the gelato with the desserts , and when it didn’t arrive I had to go back upto the till point to request it & was informed they couldn’t find the original receipt so had to guess and just gave us pouring cream 🤦🏻‍♀️ Come on guys , it was far from busy and quite frankly the laziest service ever.

Will never return. Half the items were out of stock including the medium sauce! Worst meal ever. What evengually arrived was dry and bland and decided never to eat at nandos again unless forced to as part of a group. And then I got a £100 parking charge for being there for 1hr and 1 minute. Total joke.

A very warm welcome from the greeter who helped me understand the menu and ordering process, and sauce selection. The chicken was pretty good as well, as was the sides and beer. A busy little restaurant, so the food must be to the locals liking and there's not much of a wait between ordering and food arriving at your table

Bang on! Gutted we spent £60 on food and had to pay 90p for a bbq sauce for our bbq chicken. And the chips bacically had no piri-piri seasoning. But everything was good. Quick service and helped with takeaway boxes for the left iver half chicken. We will be visiting again!

Terrible experience. Waited over thirty minutes for food that was cold when I arrived. Told there were no pitta breads as they had run out. Waiter was half soaked and just wandered around while food built up on the pass. Had to ask where my food was. Will not be going back.

Pleasant and reasonable food, very nice staff

I absolutely love this restaurant. This location is great. The food is delicious and cooked to order. It is a bit pricey for the small portions. We ordered the Peri Peri Chicken Breast with two sides each: salad, chips, rice, mashed potatoes. The drinks are unlimited, which is great. Nando's restaurants are only located in the United Kingdom (UK). I highly recommend Nando's and this location.

Same nandos standard for food. Service is great, very careful with people who have allergies. The staff are lovely and helpful. Parking is a pain, the restaurant tried to warn customers but it would be better if parking is free.

Good if you like Portuguese chicken. Can be spicy. Front of bouse is clean and staff, customer service good. Cooking area is messy food all over floor, so no 5 star maybe as its a busy Sat evening, ive give them benefit of the doubt. Has a 5 star food hygiene rating as of April Staff heard commentating on problems getting home at end of shift .typically 11 to 12 midnight as no buses for those that do not drive. Poor management not ensuring safety of staff late at night and helping them get home No overtime pay, managers are quite unprofessional and there is a great lack of communication. The people you work with are mostly great. The food is good, there is always something new to try. Stores are regularly without official managers and generally understaffed.

Like all modern food outlets, Nandos is impersonal and sterile. Staff are friendly, but one you have been shown to your table or given you food, there is no more interaction. Menu is extensive and covers all requirements. Prices are high for what you have for a basic establishment. Foods quickly served, hot and well cooked. Nandos is ok for a quick meal, but if you are looking for a dining experience, which is worth the price tag, go somewhere else.

One could describe our entrance as a rather chaotic approach similar to what I would imagine a goldfish would experience when being plummeted into a tank full of foreign unfamiliar fish. However this majestic goddess like being, swam towards us as though she parted the red sea. No it wasnt moses it was in fact the one they refer to as Ram. Despite these hostile conditions which caused alert and alarm, Ram led us to our destination of peace like a lighthouse leading a ship to shore. On arrival to table 9 myself and my fellow traveller ordered 4 chicken thighs each which scurried over in a jiffy. Succulent, spicy, sizzling stupendous are the adjectives I would use to describe what entered our ravenous selves. To conclude our Nandonian voyage, Ram runs a very tight ship and should be proud of herself and her crew.

I ordered deliveroo and was given a time of expected arrival, this was moved few times, at 1 point i tried to cancel but was unable to, the food when it did eventually arrive was cold,very dry and tasteless, i tried to eat it and failed,even the dog struggled to swallow the chicken it was dry...i definately will not order from here again

Went in on a Thursday, ordered and the food came to us very quickly, but tasted fantastic. However, the friend I was with had to run into tescos to redecorate the toilet. She complained with immediate stomach cramps. I was fine until I got home, after about an hour of unsettled guts it was my turn to redecorate my toilet. Not sure what the problem was, but when two different people order different food but both suffer with stomach cramps and uncontrollable emptying of bowels, something is wrong.

I don’t normally write reviews, but my ghetto side was woken up today after 20 years of keeping it at bay! The branch manager (ben) for this store was rude and insulting, I’m not sure why he’s hold such a position. My kids had just finished school and were hungry and fancied Nando’s, my other half was going to meet us there after work. Upon ordering our usuals, we were first told we could not have any ketchup lemon mayo, as it was not on the menu, just a few moments later another member of staff provided other (white customers) sauces which were not on the menu. I knew at that point what type of chap I was dealing with. we then noticed an odd smell from the olives - upon looking at them carefully, you could see that they were off!! Upon complaining, I was told that a fresh batch would be brought over, but no, this so called manager decided to go back to the same batch which I complained of and brought back the same stale olives! He then wanted me to try them when you could clearly see the white mold on the olives. This guy was incompetent. I tried to explain to this chap that it was not clever to go back to same batch when I’ve just raised an issue! As soon as I said this, he became confrontational, he began arguing with me that I should take a taste! This guy would not take a no for an answer! After this our main course was awful, I’m pretty sure the was intentionally made that way. Chicken was burnt and tasted off and the chips and garlic bread was over cooked. I soon realised that there was no point complaining to this manager. I’ve raised a complaint to Nando’s. If the manager called Ben works when you visit don’t expect much common sense.

Bought my niece here as she had never been, it's a very attractive restaurant and laid back, the staff are friendly, the chips are out of this world, the food is very nice, if I had one criticism it would be there isn't much choice for vegetarians but the vegetarian wrap I had was lovely.

Amazinng vegeterian options for my child. He loved that the fake meat tasted real! the peanuts were slightly salted so the review plummets there. Sadly could not take my waiters name but she was great. thank you guys!!!

I dint go Nando’s quite often but when I do, it makes me somehow happy, today for Valentine’s Day I went with my boyfriend, celebrating , the restaurant was not busy, and many people were working , all the girls in the kitchen were not wearing hair nets, and when the chicken came it looked so dry, like it looked as if no one bothered with it, and it didn’t even look like it had any sauces on, e.g. medium , as I was cutting through the chicken there was maybe red bits of the chicken which I put aside and did not eat, I just think it’s not fair, planning a night out and paying so much money , for food that’s not even worth it, if I paid so much money the restaurant should be able to give food that’s worth the money,

Love my local Nando’s the staff here are always so friendly and helpful. Food is the best in the area we are closer to other Nandos’s but it’s worth the travel.
