Piri Fino in Walsall

Great food, iv ate at Peri Fino Sutton Coldfield and Walsall. Food is 10 out of 10, the flavours are awesome. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Well I asked for chicken to be well done it was not it was jus about cooked then recieved like 10 peri chips in each bag I orderd 2 bags phone peri fino were no help at all so wil not b ordering from them again

The food was delivered very late, the app showed it had been delivered but it wasn’t when I called pirifino they said that the delivery is still on it way

Items were left out my order, really upsetting and when I called no answer, drinks and food left out and I paid for 3 meals and drinks and only received one

Terrible, we live 8 minutes away, the app said order out for delivery at 6.30pm the order arrived at 7.10pm, 40 mins for an 8 min journey, everything was stone cold and soggy as it had obviously sat for so long. absolutely terrible, will not be using again, don't waste your money stick to Nandos.

This is amazing place to go and eat the food is amazing the drinks are 🔥 and the best bit about it is I got served by Amazing person called Tammy she was amazing. But the only down fall was there wasn't many people working on the floor and she was running around like a headless chicken I felt so bad for her

The food here is amazing! Always piping hot and full of flavour! The staff I always helpful and friendly! The place has a cool vibe about it perfect for a date night or to come with family and friends. Not to mention the cocktails and drinks here are great as well !

The Chicken Strips with Pasta was decent but underwhelming considering the price for such a small portion of food. As far as delivery it took about an hour to come despite the restaurant being local

I am not happy with pirifinos I mean their food is great but the fact that I ordered on Uber eats they didn’t give me my order I was starving at work all day they didn’t even give me no extra food whatsoever the lady on the phone was also rude manager was not nice

We order from here a lot but tonight we had to ring to see where the order was as it had been an hour and 20 since we had placed the order. It arrived cold, it was missing items and the portions were tiny compared to usual. I don’t think we will be ordering again after this. I’m not sure what happened tonight.

I ordered lemon&herb chicken taste pot with can of coke never received my can of coke only got my taste pot.

Loved this experience by the canal (amazing ambiance) amazing cocktails definitely a hidden gem in Walsall. I had a pina calado xtra spicy chicken, I do wish the chips was given with sides but everything else is 9/10

I had a horrible experience with my food today. The staff on the phone were rude and unprofessional. I called to ask them to make my chicken saucy because I don't eat dry food, but I still received dry chicken. What's the point of calling and asking if they are going to send dry food anyway? I have never experienced such a horrible experience with my food before. This was the last time I will be ordering from them, and I do not recommend them at all sad 😞 don’t even want to rate 1 start

Antonio was great and went above and beyond for us, nice little place, food was a nicer version of Nando’s for a better price and will definitely be back if I’m in Walsall again

First time going to this restaurant today. We cannot recommend the food enough, it was above our expectations. We had the chicken wraps they were full of flavour and the chips are to die for. The staff are friendly and helpful, we are definitely going back and 💯 recommend 👌 Jayne and Andy

Ordered two meals via Uber eats. An hour later delivery arrived with only one meal. Called the restaurant, chef told us “he put the meal in the bag”, and there’s nothing else we can do as it’s Uber eats. Restaurant is still responsible for making the order???? If bag is sealed when given to the driver how is he meant to know what’s inside????

I came with a party of three and we ate in your restaurant yesterday in Walsall at 2:30 p.m. I spoke to a manager today and she claimed I was raising my voice at her which I was not. She was just not happy that I was negative with my conversation. All three of us have been vomiting and had diarrhea since eating at the restaurant. We've not eaten anything else. And we attended the restaurant as part of a business meeting. I ask for an area manager to call me back and she told me it was not possible. I reported my concerns to the council. The dismissal of what I was saying by the manager as a bug was not acceptable. We had not had prior contact with each other or contact after. I am genuinely concerned about food safety at your restaurant and I don't feel like it was taken seriously today and I'm very disappointed in that.

Items missing and when phoned peri fino absolutely rude

Again meal came spend nearly £40 and main burger meal and chips was missing !!!! I even wrote on the leave a note to make sure all food was sent as this has happened before be careful ordering from here

Amazing food and delicious cocktails here! The staff are so friendly and treat you like a member of family. Definitely a more affordable choice to dine whilst not scrimping on flavour or quality!

If we could leave 10 stars we would! We have been here a couple of times over the years when we are in Walsall and each time has been nothing less than amazing. They have been memorable days that turned into memorable nights, as we never want to leave. The food is incredible, so much flavour and cooked to perfection. The cocktails are some of the best we have had. The variety on offer is always splendid and they are made with passion and expertise and it shows. They even have the perfect hangover cure cocktail! Then you have the staff who we can't compliment enough. They make you feel so welcome that it feels like you are visiting friends at their home. Each staff member is hard working, funny and just genuinely cool people.

Great little nook for cocktails and chicken in walsall. Great food and 2 4 1 on their delicious cocktails. Menu a little limited but you'll find something that fits your needs.

I'm a fan of nandos but when I tasted piri finos chicken, it was a whole new level. It had more flavour and was succulent... Very moreish. Edit: I have been to the Piri Fino branch on Walsall Road/Scott Arms... Not as good as Walsall (just saying). Not even close and I left feeling discontent because I had a high expectation. They had no vegan/vegetarian sides/dishes for my sister... She had just fries. Keep up the good work/service Walsall., you're doing great!

I can’t rate the food because I didn’t even get to try it as I was told there was no seating although I do believe there was seating upstairs.. not suitable for younger children as there was drunk people fully clonked out wouldn’t go again.

food was amazing as always, delivery was quick so was still hot when it arrived. chicken was moist and juicy, chips were nice and not soggy, only bad thing was the halloumi side was two smalls slices, was quite disappointed.

Nearly £5 for about 12 chips in a small bag? Prices are outrageous for what you get on Uber eats. If you want to order food from here don’t bother order from the great Barr one! Much better quality and QUANTITY

Disappointing compared to quality and quantity of portion sizes compared to eating at restaurant. Very small sides and all food cold. Very expensive for what we received and won’t order again I’m afraid

Don’t bother going here, went yesterday for some lunch. Member of staff got argumentative and threatened to take pictures of me and post on social media all because our car was blocked in by a worker and we said we could not wait 10 mins for him to move it. The member of staff was vile, argumentative and showed aggression towards us with his tone of voice and body language. He made comments to other staff/customers whilst we waited outside saying ‘ I’m making them wait on purpose’ Don’t bother going here

Came here this evening after bowling with friends. We called in advance and checked if they had availability for 10 people which they said they did. When we arrived they then told us there wasn't space and limited food to serve us but we could order anything we wanted to take away. Then, they had space available but a few staff members we're so rude I don't understand why they work in customer service and their attitude was disgusting and made the majority of us feel uncomfortable. They we're snappy, often rolled their eyes and made us feel like we couldn't ask anything simple without having our heads bit off. Just think every staff member needs some serious training on how to speak to customers with respect. Real shame because the food actually came out quickly and was tatsy. I couldn't wait to leave though due to staff attitude. As I work in customer service myself I felt extremely uncomfortable and disappointed.

Very disappointed when the waitress got our order the wrong way around. We asked if they could rectify but this just made her defensive and made excuses saying it’s wasn’t wrong it’s was us! My husband’s order was for spicy hot chicken but it was very bland so he raised this to the waitress attention. she was adamant it was hot spice that was used as she saw the chef do it. she wasn’t willing to change it so we asked for some chilli sauce She said they hadn’t got any ! No chilli or Piri sauce in a piri chicken restaurant. No apology acknowledgment or rectification for what was their fault. We paid and spoke to the manager who said she wasn’t aware as it hadn’t been brought to her attention. She too did not give us any incentive to return to the place-No offer of complimentary drinks or discount by way of apology. So customers beware if you’re not happy with your food ’tough’ you still get charged in full and you can’t asked them to rectify their mistakes 😢

I went to piri fino few days back. The food was okay. But there was a staff she looked like asian. She was very rude that she doesn’t even know how to greet the customers. The way she was behaving we felt like we were unwanted there. It was a horrible experience never gonna go back there again and not gonna recommend to anyone this place. Such a arrogant girl she is. The authorities should have taught their staff how to behave with customers. Disgusting hospitality

The taster box was lovely... I thought a side salad included would be great!!!

We order fairly regularly and usually the food is great and the orders are complete. On occasion that they have not provided drinks to the driver or something else is missing we understand. This evening however not only were the drinks missing and the hummus was not delivered (but the bread was - go figure), they completely incinerated the veggie burger and slapped it into the slightly less crispy buns and delivered it as job done. Really poor. We live too far for the matter to be resolved swiftly and it genuinely ruins the evening.

We had a takeaway delivered. I would like to say, I was amazed by the portion sizes and flavours. We opted for the taste pots with chicken and pasta x2. We very much enjoyed it. As we received 2 chicken steaks in side. We also order wings, also got a free portion. We will use you again. We very much enjoyed all our order.

This was first time trying we ordered on ubar Eats and I don’t think I will again the half chicken was lovely koola flavour you’re lucky to get 3 stars ⭐️ amazing , but they gave us overcooked fries! Never had horrible fries worst fries ever It was expensive no sauces were given at all not every delivery we have had they give us sauces really bad!

The food was absolutely delicious. The only downside was that at first, our chicken was not labelled, and we were unable to tell the difference..... We ordered one medium spicy and one Koola (unspiced) because one of us couldn't have spicy food. However, after we spoke to them, they rectified the situation and we really enjoyed the food. Their Koola flavoured chicken has a not-too- sweet taste that we all loved. The medium one was mildly spicy, not too hot and just so tasty! For drinks, there were mocktails and 2-for-1 cocktails 🍸
