After doing a 13 hour shift I decided to order some food from you guys and after waiting over an hour and 15 mins I didn’t receive the food. When I rang to speak to the store some girl answered and she was just straight up rude not being helpful at all and when I asked what’s the ETA all I got was “I don’t know you just have to wait ok” I ended up having to drive to the store to pick up my food and I didn’t even receive a refund for the delivery fee and standard uber fee - FOOD WAS COLD. You guys just lost a loyal customer.

Told us it would be a few mins after I called saying it was 40mins late. From the delivery time estimated it was over an hour late. Food was cold and dry

It says wheelchair accessible, it may well be inside the venue. But I live beside the waterfront and I cannot get my wheelchair past the cars parked next to each other outside. Please sort the parking out.

ordered for 19.05 delivery but turned up at 19.35pm

Just got home after eating in as a walk in table quite late. Couldn't fulfill what we originally wanted as food not available but more than obliging in ensuring we had a variety of food and a brilliant price. Waiters were great i didnt catch the names im sorry as i should know better seeing as i worked the industry and previously asst manager at a restaurant...never ever fail to enjoy myself here thanks everyone

Driver went to the wrong address and used attitude over the phone! Food arrived cold!

Delivery was late by 2hrs. Very disappointed and when the food finally arrived it was cold and the lemon and herb wings were terrible. Will not be ordering again.

Never received my 3 drinks with my order

Really nice, a little expensive for what it is. And £5 for 1 corn on the cob is ridiculous.

Can't knock the service but the food was bad. My friend suggested i try this place and said it was better than Nandos. I brought my two boys. Me and my eldest son are vegetarian and were happy that there were lots of options on the menu..... We ordered two veggie burgers and some chicken wings for my youngest. After our drinks arrived one of the staff came over and said 'sorry we have no Veggi options..... We sat there confused so I asked 'nothing at all' to which she replied 'you can have haloumi burgers' we went with that and they were extremely bland. Every restaurant should have options for everyone's dietary needs. Not impressed and won't be going again

I ate in Walsall Perifino last night. Unfortunately, the chicken wasn't grilled at all. It tasted like a roast chicken. I just wished that they were honest enough to tell us that they can not grill the chicken. Dissappointed on this occasion.

Great food, iv ate at Peri Fino Sutton Coldfield and Walsall. Food is 10 out of 10, the flavours are awesome. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The food was lovely, however, I had a burger, this was just placed in a bag so when I received this, the burger bun was excessively squashed, which was a shame because it did taste really nice.

Ordered tastepot with pasta, arrived with peri chips. Portion was significantly smaller than what you get eating in the restaurant.

Great customer service couldn’t fault them always welcoming and great food I highly recommend this business. Lovely layout for pre booking and very good seating area. Immaculately clean inside this business.

Items were left out my order, really upsetting and when I called no answer, drinks and food left out and I paid for 3 meals and drinks and only received one

Terrible, we live 8 minutes away, the app said order out for delivery at 6.30pm the order arrived at 7.10pm, 40 mins for an 8 min journey, everything was stone cold and soggy as it had obviously sat for so long. absolutely terrible, will not be using again, don't waste your money stick to Nandos.

This food was so nice!!! I will definitely be having it again. Walked in staff were polite and friendly. Best food to have whilst trying to be healthy!!! Chicken was amazing!!! Big thumbs up for me.

This is amazing place to go and eat the food is amazing the drinks are 🔥 and the best bit about it is I got served by Amazing person called Tammy she was amazing. But the only down fall was there wasn't many people working on the floor and she was running around like a headless chicken I felt so bad for her

The Chicken Strips with Pasta was decent but underwhelming considering the price for such a small portion of food. As far as delivery it took about an hour to come despite the restaurant being local

The food here is amazing! Always piping hot and full of flavour! The staff I always helpful and friendly! The place has a cool vibe about it perfect for a date night or to come with family and friends. Not to mention the cocktails and drinks here are great as well !

Amazing food and the manager kayleigh is an absolute star, she really went out of her way for us and I couldn't ask for better customer service, she definitely deserves 5 stars and is a real credit to the business 👏🏻

I am not happy with pirifinos I mean their food is great but the fact that I ordered on Uber eats they didn’t give me my order I was starving at work all day they didn’t even give me no extra food whatsoever the lady on the phone was also rude manager was not nice

We order from here a lot but tonight we had to ring to see where the order was as it had been an hour and 20 since we had placed the order. It arrived cold, it was missing items and the portions were tiny compared to usual. I don’t think we will be ordering again after this. I’m not sure what happened tonight.

I ordered lemon&herb chicken taste pot with can of coke never received my can of coke only got my taste pot.

Loved this experience by the canal (amazing ambiance) amazing cocktails definitely a hidden gem in Walsall. I had a pina calado xtra spicy chicken, I do wish the chips was given with sides but everything else is 9/10

I had a horrible experience with my food today. The staff on the phone were rude and unprofessional. I called to ask them to make my chicken saucy because I don't eat dry food, but I still received dry chicken. What's the point of calling and asking if they are going to send dry food anyway? I have never experienced such a horrible experience with my food before. This was the last time I will be ordering from them, and I do not recommend them at all sad 😞 don’t even want to rate 1 start

First time going to this restaurant today. We cannot recommend the food enough, it was above our expectations. We had the chicken wraps they were full of flavour and the chips are to die for. The staff are friendly and helpful, we are definitely going back and 💯 recommend 👌 Jayne and Andy

Ordered two meals via Uber eats. An hour later delivery arrived with only one meal. Called the restaurant, chef told us “he put the meal in the bag”, and there’s nothing else we can do as it’s Uber eats. Restaurant is still responsible for making the order???? If bag is sealed when given to the driver how is he meant to know what’s inside????

I came with a party of three and we ate in your restaurant yesterday in Walsall at 2:30 p.m. I spoke to a manager today and she claimed I was raising my voice at her which I was not. She was just not happy that I was negative with my conversation. All three of us have been vomiting and had diarrhea since eating at the restaurant. We've not eaten anything else. And we attended the restaurant as part of a business meeting. I ask for an area manager to call me back and she told me it was not possible. I reported my concerns to the council. The dismissal of what I was saying by the manager as a bug was not acceptable. We had not had prior contact with each other or contact after. I am genuinely concerned about food safety at your restaurant and I don't feel like it was taken seriously today and I'm very disappointed in that.

Again meal came spend nearly £40 and main burger meal and chips was missing !!!! I even wrote on the leave a note to make sure all food was sent as this has happened before be careful ordering from here

Amazing food and delicious cocktails here! The staff are so friendly and treat you like a member of family. Definitely a more affordable choice to dine whilst not scrimping on flavour or quality!

If we could leave 10 stars we would! We have been here a couple of times over the years when we are in Walsall and each time has been nothing less than amazing. They have been memorable days that turned into memorable nights, as we never want to leave. The food is incredible, so much flavour and cooked to perfection. The cocktails are some of the best we have had. The variety on offer is always splendid and they are made with passion and expertise and it shows. They even have the perfect hangover cure cocktail! Then you have the staff who we can't compliment enough. They make you feel so welcome that it feels like you are visiting friends at their home. Each staff member is hard working, funny and just genuinely cool people.

Great little nook for cocktails and chicken in walsall. Great food and 2 4 1 on their delicious cocktails. Menu a little limited but you'll find something that fits your needs.

I'm a fan of nandos but when I tasted piri finos chicken, it was a whole new level. It had more flavour and was succulent... Very moreish. Edit: I have been to the Piri Fino branch on Walsall Road/Scott Arms... Not as good as Walsall (just saying). Not even close and I left feeling discontent because I had a high expectation. They had no vegan/vegetarian sides/dishes for my sister... She had just fries. Keep up the good work/service Walsall., you're doing great!

Tasted great but food was cold. I thought that the price was high for the amount of food delivered.

I can’t rate the food because I didn’t even get to try it as I was told there was no seating although I do believe there was seating upstairs.. not suitable for younger children as there was drunk people fully clonked out wouldn’t go again.

Food snd atmosphere was amazing

food was amazing as always, delivery was quick so was still hot when it arrived. chicken was moist and juicy, chips were nice and not soggy, only bad thing was the halloumi side was two smalls slices, was quite disappointed.

Nearly £5 for about 12 chips in a small bag? Prices are outrageous for what you get on Uber eats. If you want to order food from here don’t bother order from the great Barr one! Much better quality and QUANTITY

Disappointing compared to quality and quantity of portion sizes compared to eating at restaurant. Very small sides and all food cold. Very expensive for what we received and won’t order again I’m afraid

Always a pleasure to come here. Staff are great, food is amazing and the atmosphere is always vibrant. Have eaten here on many occasions and have always enjoyed our food, never been disappointed. Was my first time visiting, I had 1/2 chicken (lemon & herb) with piri fries and it was delicious! So much better than other places I've been too. The atmosphere is nice here too, really nice place! I'll deffo be back again.

Although the food is nice, order was wrong.. got salad instead of chips, portions were absolutely tiny for £35 I’d of expected a bit better. #pepesforlife
