Piri Fino in Walsall

don't order from here you don't get your right food and you never get a reply from the complaint not happy at all

Items missing and when phoned peri fino absolutely rude

I came with a party of three and we ate in your restaurant yesterday in Walsall at 2:30 p.m. I spoke to a manager today and she claimed I was raising my voice at her which I was not. She was just not happy that I was negative with my conversation. All three of us have been vomiting and had diarrhea since eating at the restaurant. We've not eaten anything else. And we attended the restaurant as part of a business meeting. I ask for an area manager to call me back and she told me it was not possible. I reported my concerns to the council. The dismissal of what I was saying by the manager as a bug was not acceptable. We had not had prior contact with each other or contact after. I am genuinely concerned about food safety at your restaurant and I don't feel like it was taken seriously today and I'm very disappointed in that.

Again meal came spend nearly £40 and main burger meal and chips was missing !!!! I even wrote on the leave a note to make sure all food was sent as this has happened before be careful ordering from here

I love this place, they always cook delicious food, and the breaded wings are my favorite.

Unfortunately two items were ordered . One was ordered and tasty but second item was wrong item so order was incomplete and incorrect

Amazing food and delicious cocktails here! The staff are so friendly and treat you like a member of family. Definitely a more affordable choice to dine whilst not scrimping on flavour or quality!

If we could leave 10 stars we would! We have been here a couple of times over the years when we are in Walsall and each time has been nothing less than amazing. They have been memorable days that turned into memorable nights, as we never want to leave. The food is incredible, so much flavour and cooked to perfection. The cocktails are some of the best we have had. The variety on offer is always splendid and they are made with passion and expertise and it shows. They even have the perfect hangover cure cocktail! Then you have the staff who we can't compliment enough. They make you feel so welcome that it feels like you are visiting friends at their home. Each staff member is hard working, funny and just genuinely cool people.

Great little nook for cocktails and chicken in walsall. Great food and 2 4 1 on their delicious cocktails. Menu a little limited but you'll find something that fits your needs.

Tasted great but food was cold. I thought that the price was high for the amount of food delivered.

I'm a fan of nandos but when I tasted piri finos chicken, it was a whole new level. It had more flavour and was succulent... Very moreish. Edit: I have been to the Piri Fino branch on Walsall Road/Scott Arms... Not as good as Walsall (just saying). Not even close and I left feeling discontent because I had a high expectation. They had no vegan/vegetarian sides/dishes for my sister... She had just fries. Keep up the good work/service Walsall., you're doing great!

I can’t rate the food because I didn’t even get to try it as I was told there was no seating although I do believe there was seating upstairs.. not suitable for younger children as there was drunk people fully clonked out wouldn’t go again.

Food snd atmosphere was amazing

food was amazing as always, delivery was quick so was still hot when it arrived. chicken was moist and juicy, chips were nice and not soggy, only bad thing was the halloumi side was two smalls slices, was quite disappointed.

Nearly £5 for about 12 chips in a small bag? Prices are outrageous for what you get on Uber eats. If you want to order food from here don’t bother order from the great Barr one! Much better quality and QUANTITY

Disappointing compared to quality and quantity of portion sizes compared to eating at restaurant. Very small sides and all food cold. Very expensive for what we received and won’t order again I’m afraid

Always a pleasure to come here. Staff are great, food is amazing and the atmosphere is always vibrant. Have eaten here on many occasions and have always enjoyed our food, never been disappointed. I did not recieve my food.every time I tracked it your response was waiting on driver.you even had the cheek to take payment. Not impressed never will use again

Was my first time visiting, I had 1/2 chicken (lemon & herb) with piri fries and it was delicious! So much better than other places I've been too. The atmosphere is nice here too, really nice place! I'll deffo be back again.

Don’t bother going here, went yesterday for some lunch. Member of staff got argumentative and threatened to take pictures of me and post on social media all because our car was blocked in by a worker and we said we could not wait 10 mins for him to move it. The member of staff was vile, argumentative and showed aggression towards us with his tone of voice and body language. He made comments to other staff/customers whilst we waited outside saying ‘ I’m making them wait on purpose’ Don’t bother going here

Came here this evening after bowling with friends. We called in advance and checked if they had availability for 10 people which they said they did. When we arrived they then told us there wasn't space and limited food to serve us but we could order anything we wanted to take away. Then, they had space available but a few staff members we're so rude I don't understand why they work in customer service and their attitude was disgusting and made the majority of us feel uncomfortable. They we're snappy, often rolled their eyes and made us feel like we couldn't ask anything simple without having our heads bit off. Just think every staff member needs some serious training on how to speak to customers with respect. Real shame because the food actually came out quickly and was tatsy. I couldn't wait to leave though due to staff attitude. As I work in customer service myself I felt extremely uncomfortable and disappointed.

Staff need training on accepting GENUINE ID my 20 year old daughter was refused service with her GENUINE driving licence as they said it was a fake funny they accepted it 2 wks ago. Rude staff

Very disappointed when the waitress got our order the wrong way around. We asked if they could rectify but this just made her defensive and made excuses saying it’s wasn’t wrong it’s was us! My husband’s order was for spicy hot chicken but it was very bland so he raised this to the waitress attention. she was adamant it was hot spice that was used as she saw the chef do it. she wasn’t willing to change it so we asked for some chilli sauce She said they hadn’t got any ! No chilli or Piri sauce in a piri chicken restaurant. No apology acknowledgment or rectification for what was their fault. We paid and spoke to the manager who said she wasn’t aware as it hadn’t been brought to her attention. She too did not give us any incentive to return to the place-No offer of complimentary drinks or discount by way of apology. So customers beware if you’re not happy with your food ’tough’ you still get charged in full and you can’t asked them to rectify their mistakes 😢

I went to piri fino few days back. The food was okay. But there was a staff she looked like asian. She was very rude that she doesn’t even know how to greet the customers. The way she was behaving we felt like we were unwanted there. It was a horrible experience never gonna go back there again and not gonna recommend to anyone this place. Such a arrogant girl she is. The authorities should have taught their staff how to behave with customers. Disgusting hospitality

The taster box was lovely... I thought a side salad included would be great!!!

We order fairly regularly and usually the food is great and the orders are complete. On occasion that they have not provided drinks to the driver or something else is missing we understand. This evening however not only were the drinks missing and the hummus was not delivered (but the bread was - go figure), they completely incinerated the veggie burger and slapped it into the slightly less crispy buns and delivered it as job done. Really poor. We live too far for the matter to be resolved swiftly and it genuinely ruins the evening.

really lovley driver very polite

We had a takeaway delivered. I would like to say, I was amazed by the portion sizes and flavours. We opted for the taste pots with chicken and pasta x2. We very much enjoyed it. As we received 2 chicken steaks in side. We also order wings, also got a free portion. We will use you again. We very much enjoyed all our order.

This was first time trying we ordered on ubar Eats and I don’t think I will again the half chicken was lovely koola flavour you’re lucky to get 3 stars ⭐️ amazing , but they gave us overcooked fries! Never had horrible fries worst fries ever It was expensive no sauces were given at all not every delivery we have had they give us sauces really bad!

The food was absolutely delicious. The only downside was that at first, our chicken was not labelled, and we were unable to tell the difference..... We ordered one medium spicy and one Koola (unspiced) because one of us couldn't have spicy food. However, after we spoke to them, they rectified the situation and we really enjoyed the food. Their Koola flavoured chicken has a not-too- sweet taste that we all loved. The medium one was mildly spicy, not too hot and just so tasty! For drinks, there were mocktails and 2-for-1 cocktails 🍸

Absolutely pathetic excuse of a business. The wrong order was provided to me, and when I contacted the business, they could not help. They don't even have the ability to contact the drivers. I spoke to two individuals who have zero customer etiquette and who have no idea on how to deal with an unhappy customer. Instead, I was expected to show sympathy that she had to deal with my issue whilst coming off her break. Whoever the manager is, you need to educate your staff. However, this would only be useful if they have the ability to learn. Good luck!

I went on a works night out Wednesday. The service was spot on food was lovely. The only thing that let it down was the fag butts. Get some ashtrays for outside/sweep and then it would be 100%perfect for me. Thank you for the great customer service experience. 😊

Food here is brilliant. Never had any complaints. The taste is consistently good. I find Peri Fino's Walsall service to be very unpredictable though. Their opening time will state that they're open, yet calling five times and nobody answers.

Eat here often...my husband and I love coming here for lunch. We usually have grilled chicken fillet in pitta bread with their lovely creamy mash. Very filling.

Always come here and always great service especially from Kayleigh she really looks after the customers! Food is great aswel love it! Nice location too!

Loved this experience by the canal amazing cocktails definitely a hidden gem in Walsall had a pina calado xtra spicy chicken wish the chips was given with sides but everything else is 9/10

Live this company waaaaaay better than the others I order off like these Chinese and chicken takeaways, I wanted to try something different as ive had Peri chicken from a different place but the chips were stale and horrible. so I came across Peri Fino (previously heard of them before in another area) and it was £20% off on Tuesdays with Just Eat. Lovely I had the chicken strips with pasta and my mum had the mash and chicken strips and the carrot cake is mmmmmm unlike the frozen horrible taste from other takeaway stores. Will order again. Such a perfect setting. Sitting outside in the sunshine near the canal. Great atmosphere. Great food and drinks menu too. Food and service were spot on. I had chicken with side salad and chips. Presentation was great and the quality and quantity was perfect. I will definitely be back.

Omg Cezar Salad was amazing. So was chicken wrap with Chips. I loved the food every time i went here. And the atmosphere is very cozy and fun. Staff is excellent.

I regularly visit this Peri Fino, but yesterday I was extremely disappointed not only with the food but with the service. I ordered the full platter with wings, mash, rice, and pasta for me and my partner. The chicken, rice, and pasta were all fine. However, I start eating the mash and the top was hot but the bottom of the mash was ice cold. I called over a waiter, don’t know his name and explained that the mash was cold, he did not apologise or suggest that they make another one, he said, “oh, I will get them to warm it up for you”. At this point I am already annoyed, he then proceeds to take it to the kitchen which we are sat right next to, they then put my plate in the microwave and he brings back the same plate with boiling hot microwaved mash. Still after that he did not apologise. This put my off my whole meal and at the end I still had to pay for all of it. This was one of my regular dine in spots but after that experience, I will never be returning again.

I just received the food ordered through Uber eats .First at all ,they forgot to send the houmous also (that's why had ordered 2 pitas)And the second ,your haloumi is not grilled at all ,taste like sponge ,and also ordered Piri chips and I had received just plain chips ,no piri spices neither. VERY disappointed, money thrown away !!!!

Walsall Round Two!!! Went over to Peri Fino and ordered; Whole Chicken Medium Sauce Spicy Rice Coleslaw The food was really good, juicy, and tasty chicken. The rice wasn't really spicy, but when great with the chicken, in my opinion. Coleslaw was good but nothing special it was like a store bought Slaw. I was disappointed in the service. I watched my drinks being done, and they were just sitting on the bar, I collected myself, and the food arrived just after, on the plus side cocktails were 2 for 1 still £10 though and there were not the best. I would visit for the food again, but as I said, the service was poor, not interactive, dismissive, and not overly attentive.

My group were looking forward to eating at this place but made the decision to leave after we were told the side dishes would be the only option for someone with a nut allergy, when it was clear on their website what food contained certain allergens. No allergen menu was provided either. Staff need to be more attentive and trained on this, asking guests if they have food allergies and trying to be more understanding. No apology from the staff either and we were unhappy with the service, meaning we ended up eating elsewhere. Won’t be visiting this place again.

Shop states it closes at 11 but went there at 9.50 and shop staff refused to serve because they were closing. If you lot want to go home early change your hours on google rather than being unprofessional.

Barely any chicken and tasted like rubber. No where near hot enough

Booked a table for 14 people 2 weeks ago , I asked if they needed a deposit was told NO only take deposits for 15 and over . 2 days before our meal I hsd a fone call to say I needed to pay a deposit I explained I was told I didn't have to but gladly agreed to pay told the lady I would just get my card and she said you can't pay over the fone with a card you have to bring it in . Unfortunately I was at work , don't drive and I am 9 miles away , so I explained the meal was to celebrate my grandaughters 15 birthday and wanted to make it special as her mom passed away , the lady on the fone said ohh I will speak to the manager and explain . So today I rang but they needed a deposit like ASAP or would not reserve our table , I was at work so had no chance of getting there so it's been cancelled , why they didn't let me know before about this I don't know so now we have nowhere to go for a meal for her birthday because it's too late to book in such a large party so thanks a lot piri bloody fino you should give yourself a round of applause 👏 I will never use this place again or recommend it in fact it will be the opposite

Good food, decent service can't go wrong!

Thier food is great, not a huge selection to choose from compared to others. Unfortunately, they tend to mess up the delivery orders alot. We got the wrong order delivered, we were refunded and they were apologetic when we called about the wrong order. We tried again the next day and we were missing one meal from the order. We won't use the takeaway option again.
