They don't tell you from the beginning when you call to book a table that they have 2 baptisms and they book your table in the middle of them... You also hit a terrible road and you wake up in the middle of the events 😔

If I could I would give 0 stars. The food leaves a lot to be desired, reheated, small rotten and the oil where they fried the potatoes was probably never changed. I used to come here in the beginning when the food was ok but now.....a big disappointment. It seems that whoever owns the restaurant only thinks about making money, but the respect for the customers is 0. We will never come again and I do not recommend Zaraza restaurant to anyone unless you want to have an experience that will leave you with a bitter taste and a stomach ache . Shame on you.

The papanași (Romanian donut) was very nice 😄 loved the savoury, sour, fruity flavours of it

Nice home-made food place, aubergine salad surprised us gladly, and the stuffed chicken and cabagge rolls were very tasty and well made. Leave some room for the papanasi (doughnuts desert)... Amazing!

We used to eat here and we really didn't have many demands, only that the food should taste good and really feel that it is traditional. Unfortunately, it was the last time because the taste is totally changed, but not for the "better". I have read reviews and everyone is talking about the chef. When I picked up the order, I heard the lady asking the chef about the order in English. I don't judge, but I don't think that any origin other than Romanian can prepare Romanian recipes for you! I hope these comments are constructive for your location!

Out of 3 dishes, not one was up to her standards.. change the cook brothers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Instead, the service was ok

Friendly staff, fast service, great prices, tasty traditional romanian food.

Went for dinner yesterday night and had a very good time. The portions for the price were proper. The food was delicious, had a tripe sour soup and the hot platter for 2, the meat rolls and sausage could've been better though. Some live traditional Romanian music and a wonderful atmosphere where everyone is dancing. Definitely a night to repeat.

This place is worth going to only if you want to drink something, eating is not recommended, at least until the chef changes. I ordered the belly soup and Transylvanian pomana, I make the belly soup much better at home, the chef there put vegetables in it to give it taste, the Transylvanian pomana with sauteed cabbage was actually composed of slightly boiled meat and very risky to break your teeth in it and a sauerkraut kept in the pan for a few minutes, it doesn't even have to be sauteed cabbage... So change the chef and maybe it will be different 👎👎👎

You wait way too long for a dish or a dessert, in 2 hours I barely managed to eat a portion of grilled chicken breast and some au gratin potatoes, and dessert will also be brought to me, but how long can I wait? and not to mention that the food is scarce and burnt, I feel sorry for this restaurant, but it used to be better

Radauteanca and pastravul amazing, Need improvement in mamaliguta ( no taste)and ceafa țigănească been super dry last time when I eat. I love the place but need a bit extra improvement in grill stuff, ceafa țigănească need to be soft not hard and dry,mamaligutza need salt and not so wateryy

We have been there on 12/06/2021, table reserved in advance due to stand up comedy show later. First thing, a day before my booking when I double checked and confirmed it I was asked how long we are going to stay. At 4 pm on 12/06/21 when we arrived with our guests there was no one at tables and few available waiters. One took our order then no one else ask us if we need anything, forcing us to go several times to the place where they were chatting. Zaraza plate recommended for 4-6 persons had an impressive pile of french fries with a few dried piece of meat, probably reheated. Not recommended !!!

Simple authentic Romanian food with lots of flavour. The Romanian doughnuts are a must try for that sweetness of the dark cherry jam with the sour hint from the sour dough doughnut.

We had a lovely dinner here. I really enjoyed the sarmale and mamaliga and the papanasi with sour cherry were excellent. The staff were very nice and the whole evening was a real pleasure, I would love to eat here again. Vă mulțumim din suflet pentru o seară minunată!

An acceptable place for events such as weddings, parties, and eating out. It is clean but inside the hall it has a smell of smoke. An disadvantage is that there is dark light in around where it may not be so great for a wedding to have in there but still okay if lighting is brought in. The food is amazing and lovely, so tasty👌 and 💯Romanian food I would recommend this place for going out eating some Romanian Traditional food. There is parking around so it is situated in a great place

Music too loud for a place to eat; They brought the cake for the celebration and the management or the musicians didn't have the good sense to stop the "noise" in order to wish them a happy birthday Romanian thing..... I have no other comments. I will definitely never visit again..... So, according to the answer given, the band can stop for dedications of all kinds, but not for a happy birthday

The place is a decent one for what offers we have in the UK, the prices are affordable to very affordable, the services are ok, but many of the dishes leave something to be desired!
