Thanks to the waiter my girlfriend could enjoy an amazing dinner at Sapori restaurant as her attitude was so racist against her she couldn’t stay there.

Food brilliant. Staff no issues. Place is modern and clean. But for some reason. It's the artic experience in here. It's soooo cold. Had to move tables because being blasted by overhead air conditioning wasn't pleasant

Got the food order mixed up and no straws Waiter walked away too quickly to ask questions. Napkins where dirty. My mam ordered 3 times and they refunded everytime she ordered through the app she had to go up to the till. Dirty glasses and cutlery 😕😬🫢

On todays visit, it was extremely busy and unfortunately we did have to wait quite a bit longer than we would usually but all of this didn’t matter due to the fantastic manager/shift manager/ team leader! She came out of her way to reassure us of the unfortunate delay and was super apologetic about what was happening! She even authorised a free desert at the end of our meal for the inconvenience which she did not have to do! We also overheard the same lady who’s name we didn’t catch (Red/purple haired lady in a black and white t-shirt/blouse) talking to one of the waiters and even though they were rushed off their feet at points, she was so polite, kind and understanding of others in her team which are fantastic traits to being a leader! She is a credit to the team and the wider company brand! Without her today the score may have been decreased due to a couple of points but she saved the full experience!! Thank you!! Table 27

little disappointed with my food yesterday. both my food and my 2 girls food was lukewarm at best. i am not a happy customer. 2nd time i have visited and it will be the last.

Food was sadly cold, and the cultlery had dried food stuck on a knife and fork. Usually really good here.

The service here from the waitress and manager George, were superb. We had had a problem with a gift card and must have spent at least 10 minutes sorting it out, they were so patient. When the food arrived, it was absolutely perfect. Thank you, Nando's.

food wasn’t very hot as it was sitting on the pass for long enough. waitors/waitresses were apologising to multiple people for the wait.

We have visited this nandos for the first time and the service from a women called Kerry was incredible very bubbly and smiley, excellent customer, and very friendly welcome from the manager. The food was 10/10 and the chicken was nice and moist very juicy, I can’t fault nothing at all. Thank you for a great lunch! It was statisfying. Tasha

Disappointed food came out cold. Sent my mash back as the bowl was very hot but the mash itself was fridge temp cold. Rest of the meal was just warm ( not hot) Restaurant was quiet as it wasn’t peak time so I would expect my food hot. Staff were friendly & polite but kitchen staff need better training. Very disappointed. Retrain kitchen staff before someone gets seriously ill.

Sadly not up to its usual standards - food stood for 20 minutes on the counter in our sight before arriving cold. To be fair, they did replace everything and it arrived hot and delicious the second time. I should give an honourable mention to the member of staff who picked her ear in front of the food counter and then wiped her nose with the very same finger. Thankfully she wasn't the one who brought our replacement food!

Over priced chicken shop. Over £43 for 3 " sunset" burgers and 3 soft drinks. The guy who served me was pleasant. But we won't be calling again.

I've been to a few Nando's restaurants, but this one seems to have the worst in everything. Staff stood around chatting rather than tending to customers. Food came out cold, and I mean cold in contrast to the possibility of having a big order. I'm trying to flag someone down, but they're too busy chatting to one another, but they are having a great time by the looks of things. The food, again the portions, is really not good value for money, and I've been to a few Nando's restaurants where portions have been reasonably served. Chicken looked anorexic and very sparingly marinated and spiced. It makes sense why this place is so empty and the one's there just do not have many choices, but interestingly, someone will give them a great run for their money soon. Therefore, we definitely will give it a miss in future because now the food, it was replaced but your appetite is lost no matter how much you try to eat the microwave heated fries, it's gone and so were we without finishing our meals.

Went for a quick afternoon lunch, and was very pleased with the service and hospitality from staff. One of the male staff wearing the checkered shirt even went as far as getting our cutlery and making sure we had everything we needed. I feel this would have been a 5 star visit but as I entered the women’s toilets I was slightly disappointed. One of the locks was broken and all behind the sinks had not been wiped.

It was good. I tried their new chicken burger. I was underwhelmed. There wasn't much salad inside. Otherwise, everything was tasty as always.

I'm not a fan of chains and Nandos is not somewhere I would normally go. But I did very much enjoy this. We were in a hurry and looking for somewhere that could feed us pretty quickly and the Chicken Platter was with us in 7 mins. The full chicken was delicious and the sides were good too. The staff were very attentive and helpful and to my pleasant suprise I will go again.

Although, the food was nice I believe it to be overpriced and probably won't bother going again unless someone else is picking up the bill 😯

Got a rainbow bowl to take out, was literally a box of hummus with 2 broccoli stalks. Was absolutely starving after if eaten it!! The piece of chicken it came with wouldn’t have even been enough to feed a baby.

A regular at this Nando’s and thought I’d leave a further review after trying the new loaded fries. Haven’t been in for a few months and was greeted by Norman who is probably the best host I’ve met in Nando’s. He was friendly, polite, couldn’t do enough for you, and best of all it came across as very genuine. I’m pretty sure he might have even went to Tesco just to get me some malt vinegar when I couldn’t find any with the condiments! We were handed a leaflet with a photo of the new loaded fries on them and I couldn’t wait to try them. The fries themselves were brilliant. Some of the tastiest I’ve had. The chips themselves weren’t hot, but warm enough to eat. I expect this was due to the time preparing the wraps we also had as the cheese had melted on top. The wraps were disappointing on this occasion. I usually get a double, but got a single breast on this occasion. The wrap had 4 bits of chicken in about 2cmx1cm? This might be normal, but it did feel like I had more bites of a lettuce wrap than a chicken one. - you can see the 4 bits in the photo. I’d have usually dropped a star for the food on this occasion, but since the host was so good it’s getting 5 overall.

I ordered a sunset burger and waited an hour for it and it came burnt beyond recognition. Explained to staff that it was not edible they took it away didn't offer anything else or even an apology. And gave a refund that was it. I would never recommend this restaurant.

Chelsea went out of her way to help me in my time of need, she was friendly, kind and also helpful, Chelsea is also a nice person.

Food is spot on. It's always good to come here after the cinema. Keep your personal items close as there are a few local menaces that patrol the area.

It's a nandos the foods ok as are all their restaurants. I personally don't like all the order on an app, help yourself to drinks, help yourself to this n that - it's like self service at a supermarket I'll pay a premium and do your staffs job. However food was quick and standard nando food

Standard Nandos! Know what you're getting. Chicken chicken and more chicken. You can order online from the table and the kids menu for £5 gets you a decent sized meal with 2 sides!

Horrible experience this past weekend I will never go back I spent 45-50 mins on cold chicken with burnt garlic bread while other people who came after me got served I witnessed it I will never return again after that experience a paying customer should never experience what I did never again

I got diarrhea, but it was pretty tasty. The food**...not the other thing. The picture is of some pork jerky I made. Looks pretty good, no?

Went for lunch on a Sunday so pleasantly quiet and was seated at one of their booths which we really appreciated. We did specifically ask for a whole chicken (served in four parts) with one spice on two pieces and another on the other two, but all were, as far as I could tell, the same marinade. Still fab though but a touch more attention to our request would have been appreciated. All in all a lovely place for a bit of food; as with all Nando's, the interior is great and tables are made spotless before you're sat down.

Wrong order delivered Driver damaged my front door trying to gain entry 2. Weeks later still waiting on a refund of over £40 The customer service is shocking No idea what the food is like as I never actually received it.

Always clean and team friendly. It's a smaller restaurant than others around area but that's what makes it great.

Dirty plates, cutlery. The highlight of the two person chicken platter was CORN. I'd suggest avoiding this as Tesco's meal deal will not only be more tasty, but also way cheaper and clean. All the sauces taste same, burn different, too much lime. Quite a disappointment.

I was served by Bethany who made my first visit to Nandos a pleasurable experience, she had such a lovely personality and I appreciate the service she gave me and my friend. The food was tremendous (I had the sunset burgar and peri peri chips), cooked beutifully and the restraunt was a warm, comforting environment o be in 5 Star Service and 5 star Food!

Food was absolutely lovely. I had the medium spice butterfly chicken with chips and Coleslaw. Interior of the restaurant is inviting and the staff were lovely and friendly. You have to order your food at the counter which is great as you can pay there and then and you don't need to wait for the bill at the end when you have finished your food. Great place and good location.

I’ve been in many Nando’s and this is the best up to now, nice staff, piping hot tasty grub, immaculately clean. Even the sauces bottles are gleaming instead of the usual greasy finger marks…. Well done, they should all learn from you, especially Durham!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, quite busy when we arrived so we were told that we couldn't wait inside due to Covid regulations, but we scanned a QR code for receive a text when our table was ready. The app had some issues but the staff were apologetic and took our order at the till instead.

Visited Nandos in Gateshead tonight, the service was appealing. It was very busy and the reservation was dealt with well, however, the girl taking the order was miserable, rude and everything appeared an effort. Whilst on the floor her image was one of anger and misery. The service was extremely slow having our starters delivered after our main course. One meal was wrong, however, dealt with promptly. The image was of chaos and requires addressing as was very off-putting.

Meal before cinema visit 5 Dec 1.30pm.Food is always excellent, as was today, but staff not paying attention to customer request, 3 times meal had to returned for being incorrect even though the girl initially took our order correctly just after putting the order into the kitchen it wen rapidly down hill. Manager is always in the office so not keeping a check on his staff!!! Staff were pleasant but hearts not in their work, Management need to take control

I visit this restaurant with my family on regular basis and noticed they often serve small portions. Last weekend I ordered 1/2 chicken, received 2x legs instead of 1/2 chicken with small chips portion. Informed the guy who served the food but done nothing. Really poor service and unacceptable. Now, I wouldn't visit again unless have to.

Food was spot on staff who served us was a young lad called Anthony I think? He was lovely helpfully and had good customer service skills. However we have noticed the last few time we have been the place itself isn't clean always dusty! Dusty suffering, dust around picture frames ornaments and in the bathroom

Dirty table to start off, sandwiched between two people. I know restrictions are somewhat lifted, but the tables either side of us were within 1m and nobody was wearing a mask (staff included). Ordered and paid through the QR code, had to create an account which is a joke for a one-off order. Then main course arrived before any sign of starters or drinks, then when asked about our drinks the wrong ones were brought. There was no toilet roll in the ladies, or any working locks on the doors. All in all the food was okay, but overpriced and rubbish service
