Nando's in Leeds

This is our first time visiting Nando’s at Leeds and i was impressed. I love the chicken. Only got the chicken as i am trying to be healthy so no fries or rice today, but loved the chicken.

popped in for lunch today! staff were super attentive and lovely cannot recommend enough.

waited 20 minutes to be seated, food came cold, ordered everything on burger came with nothing, manager didn’t care.

Great staff , super accommodating with a young baby!

All enjoyed our varied meals although had better in other Nandos establishments. Staff polite and attentive. Restaurant over 2 floors but Toilets 2 floors up is not ideal.

It's Nando's. Good food, good service. They had a huge group of foreign students upstairs when we were there and the staff did a great job of getting all their food out in a timely manner (we had to wait longer than usual for ours, but that was fine).

Good chicken as always. The best loaded potatoes!

Disappointed the lift wasn't working as a chair user and I was unable to use the toilet facilities. Food portion wasn't worth the money and not likely to visit or recommend friends or family again.

The food is good but i think if you eat chicken wings, it is very worth it.

Food very disappointing. Ordered a 'Butterfly Burger' that was supposed to be flame grilled to produce a crispy skin and presumably locked in the moisture. What I ended up getting was a lifeless chicken breast that was not crispy skin. It was most definitely not flame grilled and more akin to cooking on a low heat resulting in a very dry and tasteless chicken meat. Terrible food.

From our 1st visit many years ago when we thoroughly enjoyed eating there, we just visited (17th). We were disappointed with the place, it is tired and looks unclean. The table felt sticky. All very lacking with care. Chicken pitta was not like they used to be, and chips were tepid, not hot. Overall, very letdown and will not rush to return.

Normal Nando's standard. Bathroom on the second floor, lots of stairs.

The chicken here was the best chicken I have had from Nandos.

When am I going to get my refund what you guys are doing is unprofessional. You don't respect customer services it's been 15 days now and I haven't got my refund. You said you would call me which you never did I left my details there you never sent me anything. I am not forgiving you for money I worked my a. For. You'll hear from me more often I curse the guy that took my money and my details I'll not forgive him even in a million lifetimes.

I recently visited Nando's and had a very disappointing experience. I bought my food and spoke with a staff member at the till who assured me I would receive a refund for an issue with my order. Despite his promise, I still haven't received my refund. This is extremely frustrating, especially considering the money is hard-earned, even if it isn't a large amount. The poor service and unfulfilled promises have left me very angry and dissatisfied.

Honestly not happy with your service, you treat people like nothing and your staff do not stick to their words never coming back #refund

I still haven't got my refund I don't know how your staff say something and do the opposite, I am still waiting for my refund, they said they would call me. Never did

On a busy bank holiday the service was still fantastic. Food great as always, lots of options and delicious. We had the fino pitta and chicken burger which were both lovely.

Awful service. Pushed to order via internet not with staff. Meal paid for but, "Oh sorry that sometimes happens!" Excuse. Well excuse me but over priced, reheated chicken and chips doesn't enamour me. Avoid for your sanity.

Took my money but because I used the app, no food. Waiting for my refund. Walked out of a very quiet place. Never to darken its doors again

The chicken was too burnt that it had a strong bitter taste.

I recently had a fantastic dining experience at Nando's Leeds - Briggate, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Kieran. He was attentive, friendly, and ensured our needs were met promptly. The delicious food combined with Kieran's excellent service made it a memorable visit. Highly recommend!

As soon as me and Ned arrived, we were great by an incredibly friendly employee called Isabella. She made us feel welcome immediately, and was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. She delivered excellent customer service, while we enjoyed some delicious food. Undoubtedly the best nandos I have ever had. 10/10 would recommend!

Now, I have used Nandos in the past, but not for a few years. As a diabetic I find it hard to find places that sell meals that are good for me. Of course, Nandos sells salads, so I thought I would give it a whirl... I can't say I had high expectations as most salads are just about the same But the do what I think they call a rainbow salad. It was truly magnificent, one of the best I have ever had... As a chicken breast ( hot) and it was amazing. We are back in Leeds on a Monday lunchtime in about a month. We aim to return and eat there again....and the staff were so friendly.... I don't give many 5 star ratings.... This one deserved it

For me Nando's are the best to eat in England.

Went to Nando’s for lunch yesterday with my flatmate. Had such a lovely experience thanks to Ellen and Noah! They were brilliant, a real credit to the management. Would def recommend and I’ll be back!

Placed an order online and called the restaurant to request sauces be placed in the bag. Spoke to Amy and she was incredibly rude and dismissive. I’m a paying customer and asking for sauce is not an unfair request?

Really unfortunate experience, food arrived to the table cold, cutlery was dirty and the staff didn’t seem like they wanted to be there.

Waited 25 mins for food and when it arrived it was luke warm. I didn’t send back because I was very hungry and couldn’t wait another 25 mins to get food.

Feel I need to give some background first - basically I’ve had a really terrible couple of weeks, getting over a bereavement. Ready to go out again today. Me and my friend were excited for a cheesecake. Sounds silly, but it’s our favourite dessert. We tried Nandos in Trinity first - they let us know before sitting down what they didn’t have in stock. Cheesecake was one of them, but no bother, we’ll try Briggate. Get to Nandos Briggate and informed of a 15 minute wait for tables. No problem. Asked if they had the cheesecake in, as no need to wait if not. Confidently I nformed by the girl greeting us that they did have it in. Waited to be seated and then immediately ordered at the counter. After waiting 20 minutes, another girl tells us they don’t actually have any cheesecake in now, as they’d just given it to a couple next to us. They were still eating their mains when we arrived and when we ordered, so not sure how they took priority over us. We saw the girl in the couple go to the counter after we had already been up. Didn’t feel like we could argue it, as they were sat so close to us and (for lack of a better way to phrase this) the couple looked a bit rough. Me and my friend aren’t ones for confrontation. We had the cake instead, which was not great. Honestly such an annoying experience. The girl who greeted us and the boy who served us could have actually checked that the cheesecake was in stock? Why did the first girl just lie? Just seems rude and inconsiderate? I know it might sound silly, but I really needed this good thing I was excited for and it genuinely ruined my day.

As soon as I arrived I was welcomed by an extremely polite man called Sam. He was smiling all the time, answered all my questions patiently and really made me feel so welcome and had a lovely chat with him that I decided I’m going back to this branch just to be served by Sam again. Top class service

You have to walk up like two flights of stairs from the ground floor to get to the bathroom, but other than that the place is fine. Service was pretty quick, food tasted great, no complaints.

Busy place lift broken no hood if your given a table upstairs and disabled, disabled toilets downstairs no lift, main loo 2 floors up, so not really good. But food was as ever really good x Well done in difficult situation x

Was seated in the most awkward corner with two heavily pregnant daughters! Not exactly the best seats ! Food not as nice as it used to be .very small portions.

I Ordered 3 pita for delivery and I received pita and chicken inside no salad nothing at all . Thank you I received some extra sauces. But it tasted disgusting without salad in the pita . I’m a regular customer but the food I received yesterday it wasn’t good at all.

The food was delicious 😋 as always at Nando's. Restaurant was alright but the sink in the upstairs seating was black with mould and only the bit around the drain was clean. Months/years of pouring drinks down the sink. DISGUSTING! 🤢🤮 The wash basins in the men's toilets were not much better. Green mould/algea growing and they felt slimy. Hands probably cleaner before I washed them 😷😳

Didn't Dine in but the servers were eager to help as soon as I walked in the door. First sensible customer service I got since coming to the UK. The food was amazing I also bout the medium peri peri sauce which is only £2.00.

Great food, poor staff member asked the table to be cleaned once and was ignored when asking for the second time. And a member of staff had the audacity to say “Did they ask again.”. The time between the first and second time asking was longer than 10 minutes and the restaurant was not busy or understaffed. The member staff, she was very rude and unprofessional. At any moment did they check with the table.

Good service, the food was swell although I did find the bun on the crispy chicken burger to be a bit too hard. I had the iced rooibo lemon drink, I found it a little too watery but it had a nice flavour. The food didn’t take too long to arrive, the tomato sauce bottles were rather hard to use and it took a lot of force to get some out, I saw others having the same issue. My boyfriend got a sprite from the refill machine and got sparking water instead, the couple next to us had the same issue and had to get other drinks instead. For dessert i ordered the cheesecake and my boyfriend got the vanilla gelato, both were very pleasant

Always liked Nandos and would have given 5 stars on everything but when they're busy the service definitely starts lacking a bit unfortunately

Overpriced not very nice a lot better value you at Kentucky Fried Chicken still give it a big miss

Not what it used to be! The price now is really expensive for what you get but the service and staff still good and peri peri is what you go for. Nonetheless it was average to good. We will go back as I have loyalty chicken on the app to use!

Dirty cutlery, chicken pale, bought the boneless platter, 1 mid size breast and one tiny brest and 4 thighs plus 2 large sides. Young lady serving was very good, others lacking

Theifs. Lost my vape and when it closed i saw one of the workers walking out with it, knew it was mine because i put nail varnish on it . not that bothered but it’s still weird

You know what you're getting with Nando's, and the food here was as good as it ever is. However, the service from our server, Adam, was a standout. He was polite, friendly, and just a really nice guy!

Awful place for disabled people. The lift is horrendous. Out table was on the top floor and the old type of lift didn't work. The disabled toilet is on the bottom floor but the lift doesn't go from the top to the bottom. When I did manage to get to the toilet lithe door into the lift does not close so the lift does not work. I hard to wait 20 mins for a staff member to come to close the lift door. It was very stressful. I could not recommend this place for disabled people.

Friendly staff and great food. 10/10 Had the double chicken pitta with cheese and pineapple with a side of corn and everything was beautiful. Allergen order taken by a manager no problems, perfect service.

Food excellent as always in Nandos. Not the largest Nandos I've been in,but used to waiting when dining there. Larger one in Trinity Centre but 45 minute wait for a table.

Went here after a freezing day at work in the cold . Thinking why not god my it was the best services I could ever ask for . Felt like I was in a 5 star hotel in vegas . This lady called Hannah defo would be coming back soon thank u so much

Have eaten at a few different nandos and they are all very good. This one was exceptional as the speed the food arrived at was very very fast and it tasted really good. Well done briggate!

It's nandos! Often described as a cheeky nandos. Quick service only waited 10 minutes to be seated on a Saturday night. Food came promptly and correct. Had a good time and we weren't rushed out. Had a good time and food was delicious 🤤

Bit tight with potions but good quality food

Chicken was well cooked and nicely moist. Tried the new mango flavour and the multi seed with butternut and a portion of tender shoot broccoli made for a well balanced meal

Friendly prompt efficient attentive customer service. Our waitress told us that we might wait more than half an hour for dinner, because they were very busy with deliveries, but we waited only about 15 minutes for a delicious dinner.

Quick, clean and tidy couldn't have asked for more whilst needing a quick put stop on our journey home ☺️

I was there with my girlfriend, just two people and they put us at the biggest table and then they didn't let us eat at ease because they were constantly pressuring because they had larger families to sit at that table, we ended up leaving not satisfied with the service, we saw the manager talking with the two of the employers about this issue and one of the employees was laughing

U know, a million people just either eat in or walk past this Nando's without exactly knowing what this branch of nandos truly represents. The staff here are so experienced and competent to manage any kind of challenging behaviour that the customers may present. I've had a first hand experience with the staff here and they performed beyond expectations. Thanks so much guys

Here for lunch. Pretty much standard Nandos... A safe option. Everything cooked as it should be, service was pretty quick, good for a quick lunch. This branch is starting to look a little run down. The downstairs drinks machine was out of order so had to go upstairs for refills.

Can get very busy here so service can be slow however the staff are always really polite and helpful. Food very good - same as other Nandos. Drinks dispenser broken and so have to go to another floor for drinks. This is fine for my friends and me but not for people with mobility issues. I will still keep coming however because of the food, location, and staff are decent.

It’s OK. A little busier and hence slower than other Nando’s I’ve been in. Food quality faultless as usual. Usual order of 4 boneless, fries, peas and salad. Went with 2 others and thoughts were the same. Of the Nando’s in central Leeds this one is OK. Prefer Trinity.

Okay but the drinks machine is broken it was a bit unclean and I found a feather in my chicken wing. However the staff were friendly and willing to help us order and the food tasted nice.

I like Nando’s in general but this franchise was not good as compared to others. The food was cold which was not expected and I believe customer service could be improved.
