Nando’s has always been an incredible place to get food, and this place is the best version of that. Full chicken platter is fire 🔥🔥🔥

The only downside is having to order on the app Apart from that. All good - food was very 👍🏿

I’ve been to this Nandos many times over the years but today’s experience was by far the best in terms of customer service. For whatever reason my order took longer to fulfill. However the team ensured the experience ended positively by following the progress of the order, updating me without being prompted and lastly showing appreciation for my patience . Honestly they are a credit to Nandos. Food was delicious as expected.

Member of staff looked homeless and actually smelt bad! Matted long hair and he actually looked sick. Didn't want him anywhere near my food

Nice food, wheelchair accessible just ask for the ramp at the door. Also an accessible loo.

Love Nandos food and we order for delivery regularly but they keep forgetting to put sauces and napkins in the bag which is very annoying. I have called and spoken to someone at the restaurant about this but there has been no improvement. The restaurant needs to have someone checking all the deliveries before they go out.

The manager is extremely rude and arrogant. They are not inclusive and do not cater for those with allergies.

I recently visited Nando's and had an extremely disappointing experience. The food took over 40 minutes to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold and the chicken was dry. To make matters worse, the peri chips had no peri salt on them at all. It was frustrating to see people who ordered after us getting their food much sooner. The restaurant was small and cramped, making it uncomfortable to eat with so many people waiting around our table. Overall, it was a very unpleasant dining experience.

Lovely staff friendly. Went with my daughter and family. Granddaughters loved the self service of cooldrinks and frozen yogurt.

Haven't been here in a while, and I have to admit that the food was pretty fantastic. We ordered take-out, so didn't sit in, but everyone was enjoying themselves and it was pretty full. The people working there are lovely, chatty, and very well mannered. They messed up the order (only slightly), but the manager Sophia was very kind and gave us some credit for next time - which will be very soon as the food was SO good. I had the butterfly chicken burger, extra hot, and it was absolutely delicious. My wife had the grilled chicken wrap, which was also very good, but the star of the show was the new mac n' cheese. My wife is American from the mid-west so she's a bit of an expert in the good and bad of crispy cheesy pasta, and this stuff got top marks. Given how lovely they are, how good the food is, we may just become regulars 🤗

I politely called over one of the staff to give them feedback on the chicken. I received it five minutes after I had ordered it and it was very overcooked. Pointing to the fact that it was obviously not freshly cooked… I was told I should maybe have more sauce on it! Another member of staff came over and asked if everything was okay, I explained that I was giving feedback and that the chicken was not good at all. It wasactually inedible. He offered me a free drink or dessert, I declined. I told him I wasn’t out for anything free. I just wanted to give them feedback and that they should pass it on. I watched and neither of them approach the manager who was doing a fantastic job And seem to be really on the ball! Would I come here again, no. But unfortunately it is the manageress who will take the flack for this bad review. Even though she was doing an amazing job, her staff were just not passing on feedback from customers

Good food, quick service, pleasant customer service, ideal location(parking in village way car park nearby), good atmosphere. Occasionally slower service when busy but that's to be expected. Kids and I have had many good meals there.

Food is what you'd expect so im happy with that. However, they have given me the wrong items a few times. Which is annoying because I collect my Nandos and drive home. I suggest you check your take away orders before leaving.

Food is fine but the servers are poor. Mistakes on the order (wrong sides and missed the drinks off the order) and having to wait for it to be fixed once the food is at the table. Then, when you're eating your food, a server comes to the table next to you to clear it and sprays all over the table and on my table, which inevitably goes over my food. The issue was resolved is no time at all and the server was very apologetic but common sense seems to out the window. Spray the cloth then wipe to avoid spray being thrown airborne and onto customer's food.

Says the place is open at 11:30 yet I came in my lunch break and it wasn’t open, and when they saw me at the window they pretended not to

It's gone downhill, in my opinion. Smoky restaurant area tables sticky staff too young and not bring abile to talk clearly street language. Taking away salad option in sides. I don't think I'll be going again. Just didn't feel it's as clean as it used to be toilets wet and messy. This restaurant has been neglected.

Popped in for takeaway on way home around 9pm. Even though restaurant crowded service was quick, friendly & order soon prepared. Being late in day chicken had gone but able to choose wings instead, with spicy rice & corn on cob. Soon got home to enjoy a satisfying meal. Definitely going again!

Delicious and well prepared meals. Quite busy at peak periods. They ask for allergies before confirming your order. The staff are friendly.

Garlic bread is always burnt and dry. Tastes like coal not garlic. Chocolate fudge cake looked like someone took a big bite out of it, for that price I expect the whole slice. All other food was lovely

Three of us went on a Friday night and were asked to come back for a table which was fine considering that we were a walk in. We ordered as a pair and a single, within two minutes of each other. The two of us waited for our food for about 20 minutes, and my friend who ordered on his own waited a further 15 minutes for his food, despite it waiting on the side for at least 5. They weren't short staffed but some of the waiting staff seemed not to care that food on the side was going cold, which it had by the time it got to the table. Such a shame as Nandos is normally a reliable dinner out for us.

Had many encounters with different Nandos branches. Normally, staff members love the customer , but it seems to this particular branch. One staff member had a really bad day , really loud. Banging all ustensiles. It's not welcoming at all. Food was different taste. Asked for double breast extra hot. It was tasted really dry. The chilly was not what I thought what I tasted in other branches. Tried the bottles. Unsure if it was out of date or something else. Paid for belly filler rather than tasty chicken at the local nandos.

This may sound weird but this Nandos is honestly top notch! All the staff are great and friendly, the food is better than most nandos- always the right amount of sauce and flavor never cutting corners. I know you cant usually go wrong with nandos but i really love this branch haha! Great work guys :D

Much improved since I visited a few years ago. Good service, good food, good atmosphere for a bit of lunch with the family.

I went with my family of 6 on Sunday the 20th of August, we were placed to sit at the table next to the window. To my surprise there were big maggot flies 🪰 flying around the table. The flies then started to pitch on the food we were eating. With every attempt to drive them away, it got extremely bad. I asked to be removed from that table but was totally ignored, even though there were others available tables, At the time when it became so bad, the flies pitched on every single person's plate, I asked for them to be replaced with food which the manager was not happy to do. I got so annoyed with the flies 🪰 🪰🪰🪰🪰 I actually had to go to the manager a second time and her comment was ‘ I can not stop the 🪰 what do you want me to do ‘ However, she replaced some of the food as she refused to give back my money. Minutes later, they sat another black family at the same place. Sort yourself out Beckenham, This is not the first time you have been infested with flies, last summer you were full of the fruits that were dropping in the drinks Dirty and Filthy spot 🪰🪰🪰🪰💯

A pretty smooth experience here. When we arrived the restaurant was at capacity but told to come back in 10 minutes and took our names. Front of house was very friendly on this visit. Table given was ok but we requested a booth and they just cleaned it up and offered it to us. Food arrived extremely hot and was up to the usual nandoss high standards. A positive all round round experience here. Just one note for feedback, the table cleaned wasn't particularly thorough and just sweeped some crumbs onto the seats.

Went yesterday lunchtime and the staff member who showed us to our seat was really fantastic. He was really helpful the last time we went too.

Ordered through the Nando’s app and collected from the store Leo was very helpful with providing my food and ensured I had the extra sauces I wanted.

I'd never been to a Nandos before and it took a moment for me to get my bearings. Once I'd worked out how they do things there I placed my order. The staff were friendly and helpful and explained the different levels of spiciness you could choose. I've never been a fan of having a burning mouth so I stuck with a medium hot sauce. The food was very nice with good sized potions. My wife, who normally only eats like a mouse, demolished her food quickly and said she enjoyed every bite. She looked very full afterwards! My chicken was a little on the dry side but not so bad as to really affect my enjoyment of it. My daughter also enjoyed her's. She'd been asking to visit Nandos for days and the food was entirely worth it. Both my wife and daughter are vegetarian. My wife in particular has been vegetarian for the past 40 years. She said that the veggie options offered by Nandos were the best she'd seen for a long time. This explains why she and my daughter were so enthused about the restaurant. So, having said that, why only three stars? Though the staff were very engaging and friendly they seemed a bit chaotic in their approach to service. They forgot to give us the starter we'd ordered, so I had to queue up to ask for it as there was only one person working the till. When I got back to the table the food had arrived, but we had no cutlery. Again, I had to queue up to ask someone to get us some knives and forks. The staff responded quickly to each request and rectified each situation efficiently but these things are pretty basic and not the sort of thing that any restaurant should be getting wrong. The toilets were grubby but not badly so however, the toilet paper had not been restocked. This made things awkward. That equals two deducted stars from me, which is a shame. If they'd been on the money with these fairly minor complaints I'd be more than happy to give them a full five star rating. I will be back though so, maybe next time?

Terrible chicken delivered. Customer service just diverted me to fill in a form. Been going Nandos for years and never had a chicken this bad.

Friendly staff, food came quick and the food was as it should be

Visited here on very busy Mother's day but the service was impeccable. Had a vegetarian meal which was excellent. Staff although busy were still attentive and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Quick stop for a post-gym lunch. It wasn’t too busy so service and food was very quick. Great service, from the greetings at the door to the table service and suggestions of items. We were fairly hungry so ordered a good amount: very tasty and reasonable prices. Leonora, one of the staff members on shift was excellent in her service; she anticipated our needs and greeted everyone with a genuine smile. Perfect lunch!

Arrived late Sunday evening with 20 of us, staff were happy to arrange tables and constantly made sure our drinks/food had arrived. Very helpful!! Food was very good too

There were slightly low stock levels as we came a little late but Jason the manager made sure we were looked after and gave us some extras to try which was really thoughtful! Georgia also looked after us and was happy to change the order a little to ensure we got what we wanted. Lovely service, lovely food, flexibility and the perfect attitude to serve customers!

OK. £13.50 for half chicken and 2 sides. Food was only luke-warm when it arrived, flavour was not as good as I've had in other Nando's, chicken seemed to have a higher bone element than I've had before at previous Nando's.

Hopefully I’ve got their right but Jason a manager at Beckenham was really helpful & amazing at sorting out an issue I had with a collection. He was really friendly and went above & beyond what I expected. Really grateful for him! The rest of the staff are always great too always happy to help & keep the restaurant very clean!

No ice which was a bit of an issue when you order the bottomless drinks for that reason. But overall it was still decent enough. The staff were nice and the food was tasty so not going too hard lol. Ice next time guys 🙏

Absolutely perfect, that's all I can say and for a person like me to say such a comment like that... well that means Beckenham nandos staff have just something special that makes you want to keep going back again again again and yes people again. It's becoming a thing now where you order food onsite & they STILL manage to leave stuff out & you're still paying paying for it. Won't order for takeaway or in house food from here again.

Very welcoming employees. Idk, but most of the nando’s i’ve been to, most of them were very respectful and very welcoming. I hope other fast food/restaurant employees are the same with nando’s. Nando’s always tastes great and has a nice atmosphere, however I was a bit disappointed to see I got the tiniest piece of chicken in my pita which took up about 1/4 of the pita and was a shame. I’ve been to Nando’s many times and this was my first time being disappointed.

Ordered delivery through the Nando’s app from Beckenham and they short delivered on the order. Called the store and spoke to Craig, the store manager and he asked us to contact Deliveroo as, apparently, they manage the Nando’s app. Told him it was not great that he expected me to run around for a refund for a error at Nando’s end. His response was ‘that is the way it is’! Did not even have the decency to apologise. Would not be ordering from Nando’s again.

My partner and I went in this evening and couldn't help but notice how hard and well the staff were working together. Shout out to Destiny and Georgia and to the rest of the team. Food great as always!

I have been here atleast four times and find there service very good the food taste good too I always have the same menu quarter chicken chips corn on the cob and coleslaw with a bottomless soft drink and a wine

The food is getting worse and worse. Spent £9 on a wrapped, which normally would be great, today they literally scrunched up 1 piece of lettuce and the tiniest amount of chicken. Is this a joke?!

Been here several times, so it's overdue a review. However, there's not much to say other than the fact it's a branch of Nando's that's slightly nice than other ones. Calmer staff, updated decor, a mildly interesting route to the bathroom and a dependable menu. One problem is the size of the wings on my most recent visit. I ordered ten, but they may as well have been a handful of Doritos dashed on my plate - tiny, overdone morsels. I hope it's a stock issue and not related to cutting costs, but I think you can see where I'm going with this.

Not many staff, food ok, door open so the place was very cold, so food got cold quickly, lambs liver over cooked and the "rainbow slaw" was dry and not cut up enough, only coke and orange on tap, no sprite.

Waited over 30minutes for our sitting in order, delivery orders were flying out! Clearly prioritising take aways over sitting in guests! ...not good! Only reason I gave a 2 star is because the food was good eventually!

Same old at this place, can't really rate it as it's the same in all their places.Shame it isn't a cheaper place to eat and the food is served with a bit more heat in it. Previous is old review. Wouldn't eat there these days,seems a little too expensive for a bit of chicken,chips and sweetcorn and I've mastered using cutlery now.

Following a ponder of whether a Cheeky Nandos is worth the 11 minute drive or not, I was convinced by my older brother that was craving a whole chicken late at night for some odd reason. It was a great decision! We were greeted by a young man and young woman by the names Dylan and Georgia. *I understand it is 2022 and I can't assume gender but it is what it is 🤷🏿‍♂️* They were great! They were very helpful and polite yet gentle with a touch of generosity. Which is exactly what I look for in a restaurant after a long day at work! I also over heard a conversation with Georgia about university so that shows Nandos are hiring young aspirational educated people which is just what our community needs. The manager was also very kind and offered a great substitute when I didn't have the appetite for what I ordered. I didn't catch his name, but he know who he is 😎. (Thank you for the peri chips!) If it were upto me, Georgia and Dylan would get a raise... Just saying

Yet again food missing, yet again no help from Nando’s

Nandos is a Portuguese fusion restaurant and has multiple locations as a franchise. The menu has different options with chicken being their main protein. Modernly decorated and a busy location makes it very appealing. Prices are affordable companies to restaurants in the same area. Customer service could improve as the front desk was not the most welcoming person

Loved it here! For a Saturday it was really quiet! Just the way I like it. Staff were super friendly and vigilant. Obviously food came quickly and as always the food was banging. Facilities were clean. Hand washing right next to drinks. Spacious. Colouring provided for my kid. Packaging available for leftovers. Overall, a fantastic experience.

If I could give zero star I would. Ordered a combo meal asked for my chicken well done. I bought quarter chicken a corn and chips. Got home all the way in crystal palace. The corn was mot cooked. Top of the chicken grilled underneath was raw. No hospitality. Mo butter or napkin in the take away bag. I took it all the way back. Two lovely young ladies at the front was so apologetic the came "the mansger" with her attitude. I just walked out. So I paid for a meal I did not get to eat. Will never go there again. And to top it off it was the Manager who served me. Not even to offer a replacement. Today Saturday August 13th 2022

Food was great . Hot and very tasty. I didn't like the fact that they hadn't got the whole menu to serve as it was about 8.30pm We weren't allowed to sit where we wanted to!! The food was delicious but the broccoli was too hard. I told them but they never offered an alternative. I definitely recommend the sweet potatoes wedges and chicken. The ambience was nice, music was at a good level. Seating fairly comfortable. Difficulty parking outside and nearby streets.

Really don't t eat nandos that often, because was running picked it for dinner. When I got home never seen the smallest chicken chicken wings and fries was a bit disappointed. For the cost.
