The food was delicious and a staff was really helpful especially Nina very nice as she helped us out a lot

This is by far my favourite Nando’s me and my twins come in regularly, the service is brilliant very welcoming and professional always happy to help. The staff are polite Nina was lovely she asked us if we would like anything else she cleaned our table for us. The food was hot my children eat their food all up when they come here and they ask to come to this Nando’s. Would definitely recommend and come again

We really enjoyed our visit to Nando’s, we didn’t have to wait long for the table even though the place was busy. The food was lovely and the waitress nina was very polite and helpful couldn’t ask for a better experience.

If you can get there when it's quiet the food is nice but when it's busy the food is hit or miss. It's a little overcrowded, but the staff are usually friendly.

I was very pleasantly surprised on how good this nandos was in. Terms of service. The staff were absolutely amazing from the time of entry 2, leaving. They did their absolute best for us and our children, and the food was nice as always, really good to see a restaurant with such good stuff, willing to go the extra mile

This Nandos food is awful, the food has no taste at all or they are confused about " how spicy"!. The staff are lovely and helpful, and the service is reasonably quick. Very limited parking but accessible buy bus.

We had just arrived back from our holiday and thought we will go and have meal at Nandos Wigmore road. They were empty tables yet there was a couple in front of us and we all had to wait 1 5 minutes before we were shown our table. We placed an order as usual and it wasn't long the food arrived. The chicken was so hard we could not even cut it with the knife. Tried chewing and it was dry and horrible. Asked for the manager and he cooked fresh and that was what we expected from nando in the first place.

Waiting time not great but we'll coordinated by a very efficient member of staff.

so i have come to nando’s VERY hungry may i add, me and my two friends ordered at the same time. I ordered my food @ 7:23 and time has gone by without me getting my food, my friends had an issue where their order. They had mixed wings in there which hadn’t been present and because the chef couldn’t put it back on the grill they agreed to make 5 more MEDIUM wings which is HALF OF WHAT I ORDERED. WHY HAVE I NOW COME ACROSS MY FRIEND GETTING HER 5 MEDIUM WINGS BEFORE MY FOOD HAS EVEN COME. I have now politely asked the waiter what happened with my food and if it was on its way she came back to me to say it was ordered only 8 minutes ago when my purchase was already 22 minutes in. There was also a lot of people who ordered similar things to me who came in a while after and had their food before me. I just find it a bit displeasing that it happened as i love a cheeky nando’s but just not in bromley evidently.

Everytime I go there they never give my sons desert lolly. Quite annoying as he looks forward to it. Ordered my for got home the food was stone cold and they gave me the wrong sauce in my pita and it looked like it was dropped on the floor barely any salad inside and soggy from the sauce. Need to sanitise the cleaning equipment more often as they smell damp and stale at times.

Not bad at all, not amazing neither. I would say the price/quality ratio is well balanced. I'm not implying that the food tastes bad. It does taste good and it fills the stomach. I've just seen a few places in the area that I would recommend better. But it's still good.

After waiting 20 minutes to place a takeout order that then took 5 minutes to cook, the chicken burger was a bready disappointment.

Went there. Asked before we were seated if there was anything out of stock. Specifically mentioned chicken. Manager on duty said everything was in stock and seated us. We sat down then went to order for the person at the till to say "we don't have chicken on the bone". This is probably the worst nandos we've ever been to. We used to use this branch until about a year ago and thought we'd try it again to see if thing have improve. Clearly not

Good old Nando's! First time after about 10 years and even though the food was lovely and tasty, there was a very long wait for lunch and seemed a bit chaotic. 🍗 Can recommend the Halloumi sticks (yummy, the sauce as well), butterfly chicken, the rainbow slaw and the L.A. Brewery kombucha! 🌶️🔥 As always you can choose how spicy you want your chicken and take different sauces to the table.

I visited this branch last Saturday. Food was fine but I wasn’t happy with the service on that visit. We were asked if we can move to another table while we’re eating. We didn’t expect that question at all and didn’t want to disturb others dinners too. So, we moved to another table but left the restaurant soon after. I’ll think twice before we go to this place again.

Cant go wrong with a cheeky nandoes

I love this nandos it's one of my favorite the manager Khalil is so attentive and always gets the food right I never have to complain at this restaurant. I would recommend this Nando's over all of the South London ones Lewisham Sydenham Catford Peckham Streatham Camberwell none of these match Bromley.

Very great staff.. their corn on the cob is to die for. Chicken wings are perfectly seasoned. And I love that you can choose how hot your food will be.

My experience at this restaurant was really positive. The quality of the food was excellent and we had a great time. However, a small downside was that the sauces and water were placed a little far away, requiring you to move around to retrieve them. Aside from that, being my first time at this restaurant, we really enjoyed the experience overall.

I now its only Nandos, but god I love the chicken!

Nando's chicken is legendary! Our Widmore road branch sees us once every couple of weeks at a minimum. It's a fav with kids and grown ups alike. The staff is quick, the food is delicious and we always have what we love to eat and it tastes exactly the same- which is amazing with children.

I walked into Nando’s today with my boyfriend.The restaurant was busy as usual. Katelyn found us a table and then I walked to the till where I observed a very young team working hard to delivery a great customer service. I spoke to Cleo at the end to congratulate him and Katelyn for their incredible team. The staff seemed quite young but they all seemed happier and the food was really tasty. 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

So slow for delivery an hour and a half - cancelled and won’t use again. They clearly prioritise the customer in-house.

Far better than most, this was the best Nandos I have had in 2022 as the portions were good and perfectly cooked without being dry of burnt. The door host was ok but was not confident in estimating waiting time for customers, causing unnecessary holdups. The restaurant itself is pleasant and was clean. It also had a bit of a quirky layout.

The chicken was very undercooked. Made me feel VERY unwell. The olives tasted like packet olives and the perinaise was just off

Nothing much has changed with this restaurant visual aesthetics, it's still the same old look we have all come to expect from this chain, the food in my opinion is still great, I don't believe you could go wrong with a meal at Nando's, it seems to me that it tries to cater to all, which is always a good thing, if you asked my opinion.

Sorry to give this many stars but this place has gone right down hill, its filthy, even witnessed the staff kick cutlery across the floor instead of picking it up. 1 member of staff arguing with another for everyone to hear. Embarrassing. Such a shame because this use to be great

There was no feta cheese in the butternut salad and the peri peri garlic mayonnaise was missing. No chicken livers which only Bluewater offers.

Not good. After a twenty min weight we where seated. After ordering we found out the only bottomless drink available was coke, nor I or others in my group like coke - couldn't you have informed us while we where waiting or when you sat us down and not AFTER WE ORDERED ??? Most food places inform you when somethings not on the menu. Obvious, low quality restaurant. Then to tick us off further my chips and others were cold and they had the cheek to give me evil eyes when myself and others had the same issue. I'm paying good money for a service and it was not provided, will be finding food else where with better service and hospitality.

I have been twice at this Nandos. The first time i had a good experience but the second wasn't as good - tables were dirty (i changed 2 and both were dirty) and service was extremely slow. I waited more than 30 minutes and in the end i saw my food sitting over the kitchen counter and had to tell one of the guys "i think that's my food, can i have it?". The guys and the supervisors were happily chatting and joking away while 7 or 8 plates with food ready to be served were sitting at the counter. All that while they were advising incoming customers that the waiting time was around 25 minutes. Not professional at all!

Was a great dining-in experience today in Bromley. Ordered the Sunset Burger with peri fries and corn + halloumi sticks and dip... fantastic taste and portions 👌🏽👌🏽 was served by a lovely young lady, Abbey (spell check) with superb attention to customer satisfaction.. constantly checked on her tables with a genuine smile and always asked if we were enjoying and if anything else was needed. Table cleared just minutes after finishing which was also good 👍🏼 overall - myself, Mrs and child very happy!

This is one of the best Nando’s I have ever visited. As soon as you enter the restaurant, there is a warm family vibe & you can really tell the staff care about you. The food is always delicious, which is why I keep coming back. The staff and their customer service is out of this world, something I would expect in a Michelin star restaurant! Thank you Nandos Widmore road for being amazing and caring about your customers and the food you sell. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Run of the mill Nandos, noone left hungry, had the new chickpea burger and it was lovely! Only reason I give 4 is because the in store menu does not match the online menu (kids burgers missing from the online menu) so we had to go and order at the till

I had a lovely experience at Nando’s today. The server, Sam was delightful. They always had a smile on their face and came and checked up on us. We dined around 12 so was early on shift for most of the severs but whenever I looked they were always happy.
