Nando's - Orpington in Bromley

Really enjoyed this visit. The restaurant is well located, with lots of parking available on site. Good food choices at a decent price. The service was warm, friendly and fast. They took real care of my niece, giving her two colouring sheets to keep her busy while we placed our orders. Order: 1/4 chicken with 2 sides - tasty and arrived at a good temperature 1/2 chicken with 2 sides - delicious and filling The kids menu was a good portion, enough for us to pack some away. The bottomless drinks had lots of options, from fizzy drinks to decaf peach ice tea.

Me and my friend come for dinner tonight, and the kitchen messed up my order and forgot my food! After speaking to Georgie ( the lovely light skin lady with braids ) she rectified this and honestly she was so lovely! What a credit to have her as a staff member! I could see her rushed off her feet doing the absolute best she could! I mean give a girl credit where it’s due! You can see she goes above and beyond for everyone who steps foot in there!! We went out for a family dinner, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. Jason, the manager, along with his team, was amazing from the moment we walked in. They made us feel welcome, seated us promptly, and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout our meal. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff regularly checked in to see if we needed anything, which made us feel well looked after. I’d highly recommend this Nando’s—everyone was fantastic, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

Came in tonight to Nugents Nando’s. We was lucky to have been greeted by Mirabelle & Jason , cannot rate them enough. I cannot remember the last time I have had a 5* customer service experience- they could not have been more helpful. Thank you for an excellent service !

Jenny and Alfie were absolutely wonderful in serving us today. Felt very looked after. The wings were made perfectly, livers as well. The food was great, one of the best made meals across Nando’s we’ve had.

Food was absolutely amazing as always in nandos will be a regular returning customer at least once a month, service was also amazing even though it was ram packed waiters were doing an amazing job making sure everyone had glasses and cutlery was back where it should be 10/10 for service food and atmosphere

Unlimited ice tea tastes literally just like sugar but overall, food tastes fresh and delicious.

It was extremely busy. I waited 45 min to collect my take away order. Food was decent, order was complete. Other than speed, not much to complain...

We visited here for dinner after a shopping trip in the local shops. We was seated straight away and once ordered via the QR code the food came swiftly. Everything tasted good and we had a nice meal.

Julio is such a great server. I have been to this venue quite a few times and he is always so welcoming and friendly. Whenever I have an issue he has always been quick to fix going above and above. Thank you Julio

Terrible. Waited 2.5 hours for a small order. Went to restaurant and they said the delivery man must have stolen it. They offered me some free thighs but then forgot to put the sides and sauces I paid for in the bag.

The waitresses need to be trained in customer service management. The waiters are okay but the ladies don't love their jobs and it shows in the way they speak to clients

Not been here for a while, decor has changed. Had a booth to myself. Ordered the Med salad (without feta) with 2 skinless, boneless thighs, requested skin well cooked, burnt if possible, chef did exactly as I’d asked, first time for everything! Annoying loud beep now and again, apart from that, very satisfied!

Jacquie is the absolute staple that holds this place together! She is always a delight, super helpful and accommodating :) This is by far the best Nando's as the food is always on point, fresh and delicious.

Arrived as they opened a really lovely friendly welcoming chap met me at the door and took my order. The atmosphere was a bit quiet but they had literally just opened. Food was good and hot. Must say the chap who opened the door today 19/12 is an asset to this site

Today was my first visit since the referb. It looks really nice and the service was very good. The waitress was very friendly and Jason made us feel very welcome. As always, the food was very tasty and came out quickly. We will definitely be returning!

The new refurbished Nandos looks good. Jason served us and he was wonderful and helped me with getting cutlery especially as I had toddler with me. Absolute gem, Jason made the experience enjoyable and in all my 20 plus years of visiting nandos across the UK, no staff had gone above and beyond to impress me enough to leave a review. Well done Jason.

Lovely lunch with my son this afternoon. Welcomed in and seated next to other families which was nice for my son. He enjoyed the colouring. Jason was friendly and helpful and the Charlotte who seated us and took our orders. All the staff were lovely. Only criticism is that food could have been hotter but enjoyed our meal all the same.

The restaurant manager was extremely nice. Offered us extra desserts for the wait time. Very polite and made the experience nice.

Bad experience from the lady with dreadlocks at the till. Very rude lady with no intention to even help you or tell you things nicely. Hoping she’s just having a bad day. Food was great as always.

This resturant staff very rude.they don't care others! When I go there to pick up a order from deliveroo, one lady tell me we dont care about the deliveries. So i had to wait long time.

Just visited. Out hostess Jacquie was so nice. There was a wait, which she said would be 20m+ but many people didn't turn up so we got seated quickly as we chose to wait for some time. Food was quickly delivered and entire family had a great time. Would visit again xx

There was a time Nandos was affordable, now its getting towards £25 a head. So in the bracket of other restaurants which have nicer, more extensive, alcohol.

Fantastic Nando's. The staff member who greeted and seated us was awesome. Her welcoming and friendly attitude made me feel like she was someone I knew. She had a fantastic persona!! Manager who took our order was also fantastic! It's nice to be served by happy people! Food was cooked to perfection. Whoever cooked our chicken, knows how to cook chicken just right☺️ Look forward to visiting once the refurb is finished👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Meet a school friend for lunch. The staff were very helpful and friendly and didn't make you feel rushed. I am a very plain eater and we're fantastic with my food which was lovely.

Food was good but the waitress named latoya there is extremely rude and probably not happy with her minimum wage job. She has extremely rude attitude and very unfriendly. If theres one reason why sales go down is because of her. Just bad for business. I have been a regular at this restaurant for so long but wont come back ever again Edit - months later still no apologies nor any response from management about their workers behaviour Pathetic.

Came tonight, family of 7. Don't normally leave reviews but we had the most loveliest waitress, Jacqueline. Even if the food was crap, I'd still leave all 5 stars just because of her. And no, I have never met her before in my life

Another Nando's crossed off the list! And this is one of the greats (although most are very good!) After a lazy day at the beach, we stopped off here on our way home, and were warmly greeted by the wonderful Jenny, the Manager. She was just the right amount of chatty, and so warm and friendly. The food was great as always, and Jenny and her team continued to provide top notch service during our visit. Would absolutely come back, next time I'm out that way.

Food average for nandos. Same for the environment. Very wobbly table, dirty table and floor, long queue for ordering, no ice for drinks. Some of the staff sitting outside the restaurant, smoking weed I believe? With the security guy? So strange and unwelcoming, it was 6pm as well. Felt like a gang was there. Nandos losing grip of customer service and not worth it actually. They even lied to us saying they don't carry the sachets of sauce anymore when we got some food to take away!

This is a lovely, large and well lit Nando’s. There’s free parking and it’s in close proximity to other retail shops.

I loved visiting nandos in Bluewater shopping centre, so decided to visit here as it was closest to me. It was lively when I visited. Got a table , but it was dirty and had to be cleaned. Service was a bit slow and laboured. Ordered my favourite with refill drinks only to be told the ice machine was not working and had to drink my drink at room temperature 😔. Not nice at all. The food was tasty as always but the warm drink ruined my experience. Very disappointed in my opinion. I hope they fix things soon. Will take a while before I visit again. Still recommended. Nandos is Nandos.

Nice place. Rather dated. Ice machine was not working and an order we made was forgotten till it was pointed out, though it was timeously brought thereafter.

There is a black woman who works there more than once. She treated me very badly. I don’t know why she treats us as customers like this. I refuse to come to this branch again because of that, and I do not advise anyone to go.

Honestly just a fantastic place to eat. The staff were friendly, welcoming and funny, the food was delicious, I requested peri peri chips and they brought me plain but they fixed it immediately. The atmousphere was also very nice. There was an issue with the Soft drinks machine putting out very watery coke, but I dont think that takes away from it being a good experience and they were working to get it fixed.

my friend ordered her food it took over half an hour i ask when it was coming the women was quite rude and said there is a lot of orders now when we ordered when there was barely anyone here at the time nando’s food never takes long too come and when one persons food come the other came right after or at the same time . after another 15 minutes i went to the till and asked where her food is a nice lady figured out where it was she apologised and gave her a full refund thanks too the women helped us

Poor customer service! Been standing for over 40 minutes been told time after time we’re get seen and still haven’t Don’t waste your time go Tesco’s for a meal deal!

The place is fun, but the service is very bad from one of the employees called Latanya. We filed a complaint about her bad behavior and bad words, but she still works there and repeated the same bad treatment. I don’t know what the reason is.We file a complaint with one of your employees and you welcome it. Why didn’t you care and read the comment and mistreatment from one of your employees? I do not recommend this branch.

As always, wonderful food!!, This time, one of the waitress offer my daughter free ice cream, which it lighten and brighten her face after a hard day.

Living in battersea and constantly having to travel for work means I’ve been to a fair few Nando’s branches over the years. However … I honestly cannot speak highly enough about this particular branch & team. I’m always greeted with smiles and made to feel welcome - even when all greasy and dressed in work clothes. The staff remember my unique order and never fail to impress. The manager Chloe is a true asset to the company and more managers like her are needed in any business. No ask is to big, and if by some chance a mistake is ever made, she is so quick to go above and beyond to rectify. Alfie, the chef, is a legend and gets my order spot on every time regardless of my particularity with my order! All in all brilliant representatives of the nandos group !!

It was a beautiful experience, I had fun with my family and the service was prompt and top notch. Thanks Nandos, we visiting again soon

It's not often that I take the time to leave reviews, but I had such a positive experience at this branch that I wanted to give credit where it's due. The level of customer service provided by the waitress and the young lady who took our order was truly outstanding. Their attentiveness and professionalism made our visit very enjoyable and exceeded my expectations, especially when compared to experiences at other branches.

Cold food… missing items.. no competition provided.

Always have said this is one of the best nandos I visit. Keep in mind my original is the original in hounslow but the nugent one puts the hounslow one to shame. Great food and great service especially Jackie. She always promotes new items and recommends the best. Wouldn't have tried the gravy without her.

Great chicken livers! I have almost given up on them but because of experience in this branch I have changed my mind, decent service (almost, forgot to bring my second glass of wine ;-) but were very good otherwise) as for atmosphere it was nice and peaceful for quite a long time (I eat rather slowly) till family with a screaming toddler walked in… I have problem with screaming children and even bigger one with their parents who do nothing about it But its just me ;-) it’s personal

We visited Nados in the nugent centre this afternoon. The service from the staff especially the manager was amazing. What a lovely lady. Great atmosphere and good food we will be back very soon.

Visited today as a group of 9, we were seated promptly and food came out exceptionally quick for a busy restaurant. All food was delicious, one of the best Nando’s I have visited and there are a few! Staff was so friendly, I believe the manager was called Jenny/ she was superb! Will visit again when in the area. Keep up the good work.

Nando food just as good as any Nando. Had the hot 1/2 chicking with hot double chicking and peri peri chips... yes was a bit hungry. Very tender juice chicking and perfectly good chips and chicken. The chips are salty and the pefect combination of im hungry and want it to taste nice and i dont want to die of diabeaty and i like the gym! I asked to be seated somewhere different as i am a bit people consisious and autistic but was brave very nicely ask and they was complainly fine for me to go seat in a corner!

This place is awful! After sitting down, I got told by an old white lady (staff member), that my baby 'in her buggy, only 3 months old' isn't allowed in the restaurant, as something might fall on her. Never heard of that policy in my life! The Walnuts centre Nando's went above and beyond when we went in to eat, when our baby girl was a few days old. My lemonade was disgusting! I got told it had ran out of syrup, but nobody was quick to fix this. Very unimpressed! My dish was so dirty with grease, half of my rice slipped out and ended up in my lap! When I went up to the till for a box, with my baby in my arms, only 1 staff member acknowledged me (Thank you to her for being the only helpful member of the team)

Very hit and miss with the wait times... Generally a good place to eat overall but if it's busy the kitchen just seems to stop...

Can’t give a rating when it doesn’t get delivered been waiting over an hour and heard nothing had to call to get a refund.

The long wait for the food was a shame (53 minutes). Staff were friendly though.

Walked in with table of 11 at 14.30. Told possibly can seat you in 40mins but might have to be split tables (It was busy). Left telephone number to call when ready and no one called. Ended up going elsewhere.

Me and my partner didn't have the best experience at orpington nandos. The cups, cutlery and plates were all dirty when given to us! Disgusting! It makes you wonder what else isn't cleaned very well. The knifes and forks are so old and scatched that it's off putting. Security guard at the door is walking around with headphones in his ears texting on his phone. When ordering our food, we asked to use our bluelight card and was told they don't do that when clearly it says on the website that they do. Music was blaring. The place was freezing.

You can't go wrong with Nando's. Friendly staff, good food. Just a suggestion - they can brighten up the place a bit more. You can easily miss it if you are not local or not following google maps.

Jacquie was amazing, brought our food out to us quickly and informed us we could save money next time by ordering the platter and getting the exact same things. We had a little chat before we left and she is just very lovely. She is a credit to the store, amazing woman.

Good food which was produced promptly, and enjoyed by my grandson. On this occasion the restaurant was quite cold

Seated quickly, no mention of any wait but it took 45 mins for food to come out and when it did my entire plate was stone cold. I sent it back and 15mins later, the waiter came and chased it up, only for it to be found waiting on the side. I don't know his name but the waiter who sorted out my meal deserves better. He was the main (and perhaps only) one running around serving people and dealing with complaints while other staff were prioritising takeaway and delivery orders. Way more food went in the delivery pile than it did to anyone's table.

We usually enjoy going to Nando’s quite a bit but the last few times it’s taken ages to get our food, been cold, just disappointing. Not just Orpington but other local Nando’s too.
