By far the best Shisha lounge experience I have been to! Vibes for days! On point with the Shisha aswell couldn’t ask for a better DoubleApple! Food was brilliant and fresh aswell! Keep up the good work guys!!!

Atmosphere was the best! Shisha was okay but not very smooth. Everything else was great.

I had a very disappointing experience here. While bringing our shisha, a waiter accidentally dropped it, and the hot coal flew onto my friend, burning her dress. It was just an inch away from her feet and could have seriously injured her. While accidents happen, what shocked me the most was the lack of care from the waiter. He didn’t apologize at all and acted like he didn’t care. When I politely asked him for an apology, he brushed it off with ‘one second’ and never came back to address it. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

My car was vandalised (see attached) by guys driving up and down in their cars outside Arabian Nites because they didn’t receive the attention they wanted. It was parked RIGHT outside. After asking for CCTV footage via their Instagram page Arabiannites birmingham DENIED they had any cameras outside and were unable to help. After sending them photographic evidence of their cameras outside, they changed their story and said that they didn’t say they have cameras. They said that their cameras didn’t work. (See screenshot) The whole road including the lounge has several cameras so not sure why they mentioned that “there is no cameras in the area” My Audi badge was ripped off and scratches were left in the middle. My number plate was half ripped off AND my petrol tank cap was also left open and damaged so was unable to close and it was surrounded by deep key scratches. Baring In mind this is a sports car the damage is going to cost me approximately £800. The moment we walked out our car to step in the venue and whilst returning to our car we were verbally abused and harassed by boys driving up and down in their cars (2nd time this has happened now). Registrations were taken and the police have been involved. Owners of the vehicles were found within 24 hours of the incident after the help of family friends and social media platforms. All partnership owners should be extremely disappointed in themselves. You have not only failed to abide by your business regulations and ethics but also your religious values and principles as a duty to help protect your customers safety which should have been focal after what happened to this lounge initially (the reason why it was shut down in the first place). I won’t be returning. Ladies stay safe.

Food was amazing, very tasty. Atmosphere was great as well with music which was overall a really positive vibe. Special shoutout to Brij amazing customer service throughout! Would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

Atmosphere & vibe is nice but the food is average, I had a medium sirloin steak which was as tough as boots, no seasoning either, pepper sauce came out as garlic mushroom sauce & even then it was disgusting, just warm double cream with some mushrooms. Music is FAR too loud, can’t even hear the person next to you & you’ll leave deaf.

There was not that many people . But it’s pretty nice place . Yea was good and shesha . We just been there for tea and shesha .

Poor service! Was there on Thursday the skinny Asian guy at the front looked like he was annoyed taking order. Such a misserable face. Another Asian girl she no customer service. Ordered food didn’t like it at all. But I won’t comment about food as I only got for shisha. No tongs given and if it gets harsh you have to wait around for so long to get hold of staff as they act busy. Poor service! Once upon a time ariabina nites was the only place to be not need to find something else. I do feel bad for the owners as staff is taking their business down

Visited for the first time yesterday with a few friends and was left speechless!! The service was 10/10, Demi served us she made sure we was comfortable and her vibes were immaculate definitely the star of tonight. The drinks were so good and refreshing too. It was perfect will definitely be recommending to my friends and returning again very soon! My new fave spot for Shisha now!!

Last week i had a craving for delicious food and soothing ambiance. I tried Arabian Nites Birmingham, I must say it is a standout destination for anyone looking to enjoy an authentic and relaxing experience. The entire staff is commendable, but hammad mujtaba's exceptional service truly sets this place out of league. I forgot my wallet on the table, but i got it back after i returned in 5-8 min. Such honest staff not common these says. Keep up the meter high!!

CASH ONLY !!! There is a ATM machine inside but it charges you to use it. I recently visited Arabian nites with a group of friends, expecting a relaxed and enjoyable evening. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but pleasant. Firstly, the ambiance was far from inviting. The lounge was dimly lit, but not in a cozy or atmospheric way—instead, it felt dingy and poorly maintained. The furniture looked worn and uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. We had to brush off crumbs and ashes from our seats before sitting down. The service was another significant issue. Despite the lounge not being crowded, the staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive. It took an inordinate amount of time for a server to take our order, and when the hookah finally arrived, it was poorly prepared. The coal was barely lit, and the flavor was weak and harsh. After it being taken away 4 times and ( fixed ) it was still poor We had to repeatedly request assistance to adjust the hookah, but the staff's responses were slow and indifferent. To make matters worse, the music was excessively loud and completely out of sync with the intended atmosphere. Instead of creating a laid-back vibe, it made conversation difficult and added to the overall discomfort. The ventilation was also inadequate, causing the space to quickly fill with smoke and become stuffy. The drinks and snacks we ordered were equally disappointing. The drinks were overpriced and tasted watered down, while the snacks were stale and unappetizing. It felt like an afterthought rather than a well-rounded part of the lounge experience. Overall, Arabian nites failed to meet even basic expectations. The combination of a shabby ambiance, poor service, substandard hookah, and unappealing refreshments made for a thoroughly unenjoyable visit. I would not recommend this lounge to anyone looking for a quality hookah experience. If you want a halal nightclub with poor hookah and money to burn feel free to visit.

Fiod was really good but you need to pay for your food before you are even sitted. Lovely atmosphere with great music and ambience. Though took a while to get service for drinks. But you can park outside and lots of options.

I have been coming here for many years. Its been a while since I visited, so I did see a quite decline in services. However, I came with my bestie on a weekday, so it was good for a catch up. Very chilled, cosy. I just felt that on that day, the place didn't seem as clean as it usually is. Nevertheless, this was out of the ordinary. We have visited both on weekend and weekdays, on weekends it is more loud, more of a party vibe. Goes by it's name, like you're in Dubai and vibing. I personally don't smoke, so I can only go on my friends expertise and she says the shisha is always good. As she's expert, that means it's good! For me, the wannabe food critic. I've never been disappointed with the food, I've tried variety of foods from here and always enjoyed it. My favourite dishes are: steak and chicken taouk. I always request the steak with mash and chicken with fries. Their cheeseburgers also hit the spot to be honest. Mocktails, my favourite is the Blue Lagoon...its sweet but delicious. On weekend used to have live entertainment such as belly dancing, fire eaters and DJ. From what I've been told, no longer bellydancer. However, best to ask ahead just in case. It is one of my favourite spots, as you can have both chilled day and entertaining day. Depending on your vibe, day you go. Only negative, lot of time you have to pay cash which can be annoying as the cash machine on site charges. So, take with you cash so you don't get charged. Other than, it's always my go to. Overall rating 8.5/10 Food though 10/10 simple but satisfying 😌.

Shisha was an awful taste and too expensive like the cheapest one was £25. And the music was horrible, it's supposed to be an Arabic influenced place but the music videos on the big screen was all explicit and rude.

The atmosphere is electric. Best place to leave your troubles for sure. Amazing staff and entertainment is on top. Would recommend this to anyone who was looking for a Friday and Saturday night boogie.

Went to the place due to the hype. Initially they told it's cash only and asked to get money from an machine which is inside ( which requires a service charge). While inside the card was accepting.. these are fraud. After that these people give seat beside two strangers.

The place has good vibes. Very good environment. Phenomenal customer service. I ordered steak and pasta with mocktails. Loved the steak. Moctails could be better as the syrup added was too much in the beginning but when the ice melted the taste got better. Ladykiller Shisha flavour from Layali was good but a better option is available from a different company called Adalya. John and Drij provided good service. Apart from drinks a good experience. Will be going there again.

I came here for my birthday and it was 10/10 the music the vibe was there and everything. Special shout out to Marwan - thank you for making the birthday celebration that much better. Deffo a great place to chill/vibe but can also to celebrate milestones. Thank you again Marwan!!!!

Very impressed with this place. Service was exemplary and the shisha was also second to none. If you like tea, make sure to order the desi tea pot😮‍💨🔥 Better tea than my mum makes it and that’s saying something considering I’m Asian. 😂😂 French toast was also better than most places I’ve ate at! Could easily compete with top brunch spots French toast! They have plenty of games to keep yourself busy with friends or family alike.👍🏻 Would highly recommend this place. 5/5!

A place with good vibes but the 90 minute rule makes it a very rushed experience where you feel it’s all about money. Whilst I appreciate the place has a huge fan base you can not ask people to leave just because they haven’t ordered something. After all there is entertainment!

Visited recently on Saturday and it was a good vibes and the atmosphere was amazing, the host ESSAM who served us was very friendly and he did everything to amaze us. For sure would go back and will recommend to everyone.

Shisha was harsh, after asking several times and waiting 15 mins for someone to come around and sort it out. It never got sorted. It was around 6pm during a week evening when it wasn't busy, can't imagine how poor the service will be when they are busy. This visit reminded me of why I actually stopped going to this place in the first place.

I came with a few friends yesterday. Each ordered a shisha and some food. Everything arrived on time but the shisha was clogged and did not taste right. I told them and they insisted it was fine. Bear in mind I’ve been smoking shisha for a long time and I have the original flavours ordered from America at home. It was not it. Plus they insured us they will move us from the dark corner facing the wall but this did not happen. If a promise is made, stay true to it. Instead they walked away and ignored us.

In fact, I'm already looking forward to the next visit, and this time, I plan to share this wonderful experience with the entire family. Arabian Nights Shisha Lounge is a nice place to relax and smoke shisha. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is friendly. However, there are a few things that could be improved. First, the shisha itself is not the best I've ever had. The tobacco is not as high quality as it could be, and the shisha is not always packed well. This can lead to a harsh smoke and a less enjoyable experience. Second, the lounge can get quite crowded, especially on weekends. This can make it difficult to find a seat and to get service from the staff. Overall, Arabian Nights Shisha Lounge is a decent place to go for shisha, but there are better options available. If you're looking for the best possible shisha experience, I would recommend going to a different lounge
