Never order their food online! I ordered a delivery on their website, nothing delivered to me and no one answered the call. Worst service ever. There is no refund option, how can I get my money back??

Super suck！ We ordered takeout. They not only didn't deliver it on time, but even didn't deliver it! They do not even have refund option! This restaurant is just cheating consumers out of money! A pure rubbish restaurant!

I am outraged by the disgraceful service from this restaurant. I placed an order 70 minutes ago, which was supposed to be ready in 45 minutes. It's been well over an hour, and not only has my order not been confirmed, but NO ONE is answering my calls. This is beyond unacceptable! My money has been taken, and yet there is no food, no communication, and absolutely no response. This is the most infuriating experience I have ever had. The service is a complete and utter joke. Do not waste your time or money on this incompetent establishment!

Restaurant has closed down. Do not order any food as payment will still be taken. I am still trying to get my money back after a month.

I placed an order online, it was never confirmed nor delivered. I called 4x no answer. Unable to get through today either. My card was charged. I am awaiting a refund asap.

The food is great. Fresh and full of flavours. Loved their platter and dips. But the restaurant from inside is very congested and just meh. But i would go there again just for food. So if you dont mind the interior, it's a very good option.

Delicious food. Very good service. Delicious meals. There is a nice environment. You can go and eat. Prices are a little higher than other restaurants, but it's okay. Clean and delicious. He doesn't like chicken like some others. :)

During my recent restaurant visit, I was disappointed by the slow service, delayed provision of cutlery and plates, and a platter that lacked most items. The food, when it finally arrived, was excessively oily, poorly prepared, and cold. Despite expressing our concerns, the staff appeared indifferent and had to be reminded twice to bring cutlery, only to provide plastic forks due to a claimed shortage. Instead of apologising, they were offering unwarranted discount. The worst thing is they had no regret at all. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that fell far short of expectations. one more important thing to mention They were serving worst grade think pizza in the name of lamachun!!!!

Nobody answers the phone. 1 hour after opening time. If they are that incompetent then I can't imagine what they are like with the food.

Customer service wasnt that good as they came out onto the street after me to say i hadnt paid when i had paid when i placed order. Wasnt very busy and was told 20 mins for order which took 47 mins as they prepared a delivery order before mine. Food was expensive too much. Taste wise food was good

Food quality alhamdulillah next level

Food was so salty. Prices was too much. Put the bread first and it got cold. Plater size was good. In plater lamb bits was raw can’t bit. Not recommend this place.

So it was our first time trying Antep, and just wanted to say the food was amazing. Succulent, juicy and flavourful. There was a lovely appetiser which was bread and humus an other condiments. The service was quick and friendly. The food arrived not too long after. There’s child friendly changing area upstairs. Toilets were nice and clean. The waiter was lovely, very helpful and able to give a recommendation as 10 of us had gone. Overall, I would say if you are visiting for food make sure to check it out. If your going for aesthetics, perhaps try elsewhere. The decor needs a little help that’s all’s

This place has changed a lot service is really bad. starters was horrible. Had to return as it tasted stale and off, mix plater was ok but very blend not going back again I don't recommend.

Been almost 2 years since i came back here and i can say the food was better then before. Comeapred to other Turkish places its very well priced and worth the money. Its family friendly and definitely worth going agian.

Food is so nice and service as well so good I enjoy my food in nice atmosphere I recommend to all one time tried if they want some different taste

The young Bengali lad with a beard in the front was just seen bossing everyone around and when I tried to get his attention he completely ignored me and instead sent one of the waiters to me after a 10 minute wait. Very humiliating experience. Workers were seen playing cards instead of keeping an eye on customers. The food was okay however it took over 40 minutes for my food to arrive even though I was told it would be a 15 minute wait. The total atmosphere of the restaurant was unpleasant as the sofas looked like they haven’t been cleaned since 1982. Overall, a very disappointing experience would not recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of food. Our order was taken promptly and food was served soon after. All the food was freshly cooked and tasted good. I ordered mixed grill and was happy with the choice On lighter note, I noticed that we could have ordered lamb chops for 5£ a piece. Which I thought was a bit steep on price. Will visit again and recommend for nice Turkish food .

Antep on ladypool road Parking: there is some nearby but not dedicated to Antep customers. Most likely park on double yellow like most people do on that street. Service: greeted by young man and guided to table. Sat down waiting to order when asked if lama chin was available they said they don’t don’t this anymore but still on the menu. When asked are mocktails available they said they don’t do this anymore even though this is on the menu. We got complimentary bread and hummus which was a little overcooked. Waiters were to busy on there phones to busy to pay attention to customers Food: this is one thing we couldn’t really complain about very flavoursome meats and bulgur rice was fluffy and not too greasy. We got the sharing platter for 4 had ribs and lamb chops, wings and kebabs. Kids meals very limited options available we got chicken nuggets and chips (small portion for a 5 year old). You may need to order two. Payment: they ONLY take CASH. Almost Every single place we have went to on lady pool road takes card, this establishment doesn’t. Cash machines are nearby but do charge 1.50. Some are free if you walk down further. Overall: I would go back for the food but not the service. I think young adults these days lack good customer service! Also don’t understand why they don’t accept card I assume to avoid bank charges.

Staff were very polite however did not seem to know the menu well. When asked if specific meals were complimented with rice or bulgar, the waitress indicated no so an extra potion of rice was ordered. When the food came, it actually came with rice AND bulgar. Food was very salty and unfortunately, I was unable to finish my lamb casserole. I had to have 1 heap of rice or bulgar to 1 piece of small meat as the meat was very salty. If asked if I would return or recommend, unfortunately I would not

Have ordered from here several times and on one occasion they sent the wrong order, they told me they couldn't swap or refund but said they would give me the correct item I ordered next tym I order for free and the guy I spoke to on the phone wrote my name in a book...fast forward to when I finally get through to the manager he tells me there is no book and has no recollection of being told anything. Food has always been good but disappointed with this experience

I have been there yesterday. Staff are not friendly. They did not accept card. Food is not good and not like Turkish cuisine taste. I’ll never be there again.

That is definitely not a restaurant that I would recommend. Absolute waste of money, time and food ! Sorry ! The meat is too fatty, the chicken only tastes of spices, the prices are quite high, the payment method is only in cash no card. I think these are big enough problems for a customer.

Food is highly priced and small portions. Starter mix hot food was sickly they need to add more variety. Main meal was nice but overpriced. Best item was the bread and there was no tap water

The young man called Jamil is so good at his job. Service with a smile. And he treats us with so much respect. Although we love Turkish food, it’s never the same at Antep when he isn’t there. This young man deserves a bonus. Thank you. 5 Stars for ‘J’.

really good family atmosphere nice and caring customer service

Very bad service and very overpriced platters. Not everything was included in the platter that was mentioned on the menu. we were 20 people and they could only serve tea for 12 people saying they only had 12 teacups. totally appalled! Not going back.

No flavour only good thing was the drinks

It was our first time visiting this place. We wanted to try something (if it works ) but this different. The food was decent. Unfortunately, there was a lot on the menu that they didn’t have, or at least that’s what we were told. They also didn’t have any mock tails or mojitos, despite it being on their menu. I also found that the service was a bit slow and could be improved. They also don’t accept card payments so be prepared to have cash otherwise there’s an ATM at walking distance (if it’s working) We missed the sign of cash only on the door!

Ordered online to collect it myself, asked for bugler only on a platter as a base. When arrived, they never had the order ready. Then there was rice in the order. They just wanted the money not interested in any good customer service. I had to check twice to make sure I got what I paid for. The bread was old and hard by the time I got home (Balsall Heath). I used to love this place but No more for me!

This restaurant used to my favourite but recently something happened and service quality gone down . Not only that, when asked for the bill, I was told cash only . Went out in the rain 2/3 doors away cash machine not working then walked further up in the rain to get cash. VAT .....

Best Restuarent. Food quantity is great and owner of this restaurant is good person. They dint charge me extra money for some bread and sauce. Chef makes great food.

Although staff are friendly and helpful, but I am really disappointed about the food. The Adana kofta was good and delicious, but iskander and doner are full of fat!!!!!! and the taste wasn't good at all because of this fat, and I felt it's not fresh meat either. I've tried doner and iskender cousins in many Turkish restaurant, and they were way better even cheaper. My last disappointment was the fact they only accept cas, which is very weird for a restaurant wit an expected bill of £50 for a group of 3.

Delivery never arrived and they didn't pick up the phone.

AVOID THEM. They was fined £30,000 the other day for 4 hygiene offences including having mice and cockroaches present in the kitchen, it's disgusting they even found mice dropping on the counters. The article is on birmingham live

So i came to open my fast, got there at 7 and orderd food by 7.15, Few other friends came and ordered food 20 mins after Three meals arrived at 8.15 with no chips and no drinks, then we got told thd other 3 meals are coming. 2 more sea bass meals came at 9pm and my salmon meal arrivdd at 9.30. This meal had been taken upstairs to someone and then bought down back to me! 2 hours later! I declined the meal! Then manager told waiters to give me the meal to take home as its Been such a long wait but they had already eaten it! We got told 2 mins every time we asked for the food, every meal was incomplete! And i left starving! People had arrived after us and had left ages before us! Service was terrible! Will never go back here and the manager was smug on my way out. They had no feelings towards us as there customers and mo sympathy! Really not happy at all with this experience!

Under staff and Overpriced and waiting over a hour for food Shambles

Very disappointed. I recently came here and had reserved a table a day prior. When coming into the restaurant on the day at the time we had scheduled. They had given the table to another family. We told them and they didn’t accommodate well.

Great portion size can easy feed up to 4 people or 2 very hungry people 😂, meat is nicely cooked the ribs are usually nice but this time they were a little below average Great price for what you get

Good quality authentic Turkish food, with generous portions. Customer service up to the mark aided by well mannered waiters who know their menu. Pleasant ambient but can get a little noisy at peak times.

Unbelievable dirty place especially WC, please try to clean your sinks…

Good customer service, however the food was not too fresh. I have had better from this place delivered at home via uber eats. I think it is pricey for what it is. Disappointing experience but will give them another chance in the future - because everyone deserves a second chance.

Attended Antep with colleagues and found hair in my food. After making the waiter aware of this, I was approached by what seemed to be the owner who was adamant this hair was my own and refused to take responsibility. He then refused to replace my food making me very frustrated. Won’t be attending again for sure!

Expensive for what we ordered. Food was bland and disappointing to be honest. Toilets were filthy and the place look tired. Service was average and we were given the wrong drinks which was rectified after some time even though the waiter said he would sort it. Wouldn't visit again. The Antep special mocktail was the highlight of the evening.

I recently ordered a takeaway lunch from Antep Turkish Cuisine in Birmingham and was extremely impressed with my experience. The family platter was excellent. And can’t argue with the price. 48 pounds. Fed 3 of us. This place has improved a lot. The portion size was decent too. I would recommend that they use card facilities. We all know why they use cash only…. Come on guys. Also the service can also improve slightly too. Looking at some comments they want to have champagne service while on lemonade budget. This is ladypool road. And approx 20 per head.

Unfortunately I have to say that the food was not very good the kebab was too salty and the customer service was also very poor, we went on the desk to speak with manager a 14 years old boy stoop up and said he is the manager, we did not even mention any comments with that kid, spent 209 pound 10 people non was happy with the food and service, and also no card payment cash only seems they are fiddling to tax, I would not recommend this place to anyone,

Great Food, Great Service . This place never disappoints.

Extremely poor service. Was waiting for ages for someone to take our order. Once we had finished, there was no one to take payment at the counter. Had to wait again and tell them to bring containers so we could take home the leftovers. The lamb sheesh was quite salty! Disappointed.

Ordered an Uber from here for a Lamb shish and kids lambs shish. With cutlery. Cutlery wasn’t included. Lamb shish was such a small portion and overcooked tough cheap “lamb” Would never recommend this place to anyone! I thought it was a restaurant but this was worse than a dingy takeaway place. Horrible standards of food!

Excellent quality of food and service really enjoyed with my family I would recommend all to try this place.

Portion sizes too small - humous is priced at £5 and we literally had 1 spoonful on the plate brought over to share between us. Come on guys, your prices should reflect the portions! Will not be coming back

Long wait and bad service. Very average food. Lack of flavour and cheap ketch up. The diet coke was the best thing they served. We drove 30 mins to go there thinking it would be awesome. WE ARE IN DESPERATE NEED OF A 5 STAR NON ALCOHOLIC TURKISH RESTAURANT IN BIRMINGHAM CITY CENTRE

Catering dirty the place is dirty the toilet is worse the foods took 35 minutes to serve say 25 minutes is not recommended. the chef and the waiter was chatting every moment they are not pay attention to the client next time insisted chatting check the toilet if is clean very nasty place to go I know you doing your best is not good enough pay attention the chef was on his phone

We have been eating at Antep for many years and is one of our favourite turkish places to dine in.. but today we had absolutely appalling service and low quality food. Over the space of 90 mins we were sporadically served things we had ordered for mains.. after waiting over 90mins we were served cold food and the bulger and rice specifically tasted stale and luke warm at best.. left really unhappy and will not be going again

I use to come here regular, i wont be comming back here again. First of all the bread came cold and hard. Then a family platter was ordered we waited a long time for the platter to arrive. Platter arrived and was very small with alot missing. When spoken to the waiter he didnt seem interested. When i said the service is poor today, the waiters reply was whats wrong with the service and walked off. Will not be comming back..

They have really nice food the staff are nice. The place is small downstairs the smoke is very strong when when siting downstairs. Unfortunately upstairs only open if downstairs is full. They only accept cash and no free cash machine close to the restaurant.

Would give 0 if possible. Not surprised these guys have to stand outside enticing people in. Rubbish tasteless food and even worse staff and service - charmless, rude and lazy. You wouldn’t have thought the guy waiting our table was being paid to work there, so nonchalant about everything, smirking and unhelpful. Food is lacking in taste, we eat at a lot of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean restaurants so enjoy flavoursome and fragrant food. Don’t expect that here. Cheap cuts of lamb too 100% and dry chicken. I’m sure the chips are aldi’s frozen bags. Really regretted eating here, we left hungry.

This used to be one of the best places on Ladypool. A few months ago I tried it and all the lamb items on my platter was too salty and the workers response was "that's how lamb is supposed to be." Came back a few weeks later hoping it was just a one off and the lamb had no flavour whatsoever!

Food keeps getting better everytime we come here. Love it. The two sisters with a hijab who served us did an amazing job !! ❤️

Great food, shared plate was amazing

Ate here with entire family(16ppl) in July 22. Bought the two huge platter mix. Was enough for everyone. Have eaten in many Turkish places and mainly find they don't really season the meat much, certainly for any Pakistani palette. Have to say all the meat was cooked to perfection and had so much lovely flavour. Couldnt fault one item I tasted. Really congrats to the two Turkish chefs they have

I came in today no body seated me. Eventually just found a table ourselves. We waited half an hour no one came over with any menus. We had to get up and go and ask. Disgraceful service. I came in 2 weeks ago.and was served uncooked mousakka. We werent offerred any drinks. In fact while we waited for the food the table wasnt dressed for us. The waiters seem untrained. The food had too much salt in it. This place used to be good. I dont know whats happened.

Never returning there again. Table of 6 including 1 child. We went there sat down n ordered pretty much str8 away. Told food will be about 20 to 25mins. Restaurant wasn't that busy so it was reasonable.10 mins later the portion of chips that we ordered comes out. There's me thinking thats really fast . Then we then waited 50mins for the mains. This place was good at one point but now it's has declined as you can see the reviews on TripAdvisor.

NEVER AGAIN !!! WORST SERVICE ON LADYPOOL ROAD!!!. Waited nearly an hour for food and it wasn't even busy . They kept telling us its on the way then 5 mins then 4 mins ,what is actually going on? I ordered chips with our meal but they came within 10mins and then waited 50mins for the mains. This place is going downhill and I had enough today, I won't be returning there again.

Terrible Service half the food missing as didn't have in stock. Food was dry and not worth anything. We ordered items and then 30 minutes later came back to say we don't have them. Portion sizes terrible no wonder no one goes in there. Ayran was awful takes like yogurt waz sour. No desserts but let us order it. Not worth any money at all the chefs are useless everything over cooked. Never agsin

We were looking for places to eat and came across this restaurant. It looked very nice so thought we’d give it a try and it was the best decision. The food was amazing and to top it off everyone was extremely friendly.

Customer service must needs to be improved. Very bad experience. The young manager was extremely rude. If you want to compromise your self-respect, only then visit this place. OTHERWISE DON'T GO.
