Drinks and food orders taken quickly. Food, which was ok took a while to come but that was fine but after we’d eaten and plates were cleared we were not asked if we’d like to see dessert menu and didn’t see the waitress again. My husband went to find her and after walking round various parts of the pub finally found her and we ordered coffee. I then had to go to find someone in order to pay our bill. The whole experience was not a good one

I ordered a delivery from this store yesterday and it was absolutely disgusting. I ordered my in “hot” flavour, it was plain and undercooked. Quite frankly, they are lucky their store was closed by time I received my food.

My friend and I often meet and eat at Nandos in Trinity Square, Gateshead. We love the staff and as a rule we enjoy the food. Today I tried the new Chicken Pickle burger. The overriding problem - it was cold /part frozen. The bread bun, the pickle, the 'melted' cheese and the salad garnish were very chilly. The chicken in the bun was probably warm at some stage but everything else chilled it down quickly. The plate was very cold. I complained - politely - and another Chicken Pickle burger was prepared for me. The replacement was just as bad - very cold again. I asked the server if it had started out frozen and she told me some of it did. Im sure the staff 'cooked' the burger exactly as they were told to but the finished product was very chilly and not pleasant to eat. It will not put us off Nandos but I will definitely not order the Chicken Pickle Burger. I have absolutely no problem with the staff. They are wondeful. The new Chicken Pickle Burger is uncomfortably chilled.

Service was average, and £28 for two mulled wines.

Myself and my dad visit here regularly as we always feel this is the best restaurant and staff this business has, however we were both disappointed with the size of the butterfly chicken as it’s has shrunk to such a small piece of chicken now that seem not good value anymore, we did have a good friendly chat with the Manager who I think his name was Sam who took this onboard and after a lengthy chat he said as a goodwill gesture and seeing as we are regulars to this restaurant he would pass on our concerns to those above offer us with a gift voucher, I thought that a great offer for loyalty and was very much appreciated so I passed on my email address as he said he would email it to me unfortunately this has not happened or materialised yet, seeing as this was around a fews week ago I very much doubt that will happen which is a little disappointing, I will visit again to try for the last time to see if this position size has changed back to original size so hopefully it will and if not then I’m afraid I will have to find another place. On a positive note all the staff in there are a great bunch of people ☺️

Very well presented food, tasty to boot, and generous sized portions. Situated in nice small upmarket shopping village. Never disappointed with food here.

Everything you expect from Nando's the staff are very warm polite and the food is typically Nando!

We went as a group of 9 for a meal. The place wasn't the cleanest but not too much of an issue until we saw a cockroach crawling into the kitchen. We obviously decided not to eat there. Staff were nice and said that they have pest control in often. I guess this is an ongoing issue and I wouldn't recommend anyone eat there for hygiene reasons.

A friend took me out to lunch for my Birthday, I’ve eaten at the fox before with other friends but today was made special by Andy. What a lovely man, so happy & attentive but not trying to rush us. I wish every pub/restaurant had an Andy. He absolutely made my Birthday special thank you so much. The food was really good as well. Ann from Bradley Stoke

Very unpleasant experience Service was really unwelcome and very unhappy. Food not really at the level aspected for a place of that level. To be noticed that also the table behind us was really unhappy with the service and made it clear to the server. It’s a shame as the place has a very good potential. Definitely not coming back or suggesting it to friends

Donner kebab was decent but the shish kebab..I went for regular but was not expecting just 5 pieces of chewy meat. 8 pound for 5 small pieces of meat is ridiculous.
