It took over two hours to be served a meal consisting of a few simple starters and burgers and a steak for 9 people. Not everything ordered was served. Kids meals came with the other meals despite a request they be served first. My short ribs were inedible - overcooked shoe leather we had to ask numerous times for a portion of chips which did come, eventually, and was the only dish actually served hot. I had to challenge the bill as I was charged for food I did not receive. The only good thing is that I was not charged a service charge - had I been I would have removed it. Not an experience to be repeated!!!

Everything was incredible from the food to the service. The staff were so friendly and the chef even came to check that we were happy with our food! The food was brilliant - particularly the smashed burger and smoked chicken. Cooked to perfection and was fun style of dining with the shared platters - will definitely be visiting again, thank you!!

Amazing kosher eating experience! Probably the best meal I have had in London . You sit in view of the chef cooking your meal and you can see he really enjoys cooking for you

this deli is situated perfectly for those that require tasty well presented take away cuisine , there most defiantly is room for improvement if they truly want to be a real deli and this hopefully is being considered.

I just visited the deli and was so disappointed. I'd treid it before and had a mediocre experience but thought I'd give it another shot. Maybe I should have stopped and the weird A Frame signs outside that are sexist and weirdly anti-cat (seriously the board references a poor joke about a cat being on fire?); but it was quiet so I thought I'd give it a go. The sushi at the back was difficult to get to because they had positioned a customer (sans mask) on a table right in front of it... Anyway I reached for the sushi box, and took it to the till. There were customers without masks and staff without masks, including staff carrying in massive bits of old wood downstairs, they walked straight into me, didn't apologise and didn't seem to care. By the time I finally got served the woman behind the till was so grumpy and without a mask. I asked for a black americano and she looked so annoyed I'd asked (!), I already knew that there's no diary here but the only options are nut and soy milks, both of which I can't have. Then when I waited for a receipt, again it was like I had sworn! The sushi was great, the coffee not worth going back for. There's another more friendly sushi place on the same road, so I'll take my business there and get my coffee elsewhere. Change your signs, change your attitude and know that customers are at the core of your business.

Most of the time staff and customers do not wear masks, spreading disease all over the place and on food. Big disgrace! The food is badly made and staff are inconsiderate.

We stumbled across this little nugget by accident and have been regulars ever since. It’s a delight to find a quaint family run business these days, when most people are brainwashed to shop with the big brands. The owners and staff are warm and friendly, the food is always fresh and good value. The portion sizes are great too!! The menu changes often and that’s always refreshing. Living in Belsize Park it’s not always easy to find quality kosher food locally. We will be back time and time again.

Came in for a coffee and to relax. Nice decor, lots of great looking food on display and everything spotlessly clean. All good so far. Then told that no dairy milk was available, so my coffee would have to be served with almond milk or soy milk. Not clear whether this was a kosher issue or just a lack of kosher dairy milk. Neither alternative works for me, so I left reluctantly because it seems a really nice place to spend a little time. Interesting though that it was completely empty, while the other cafe a few doors away was very busy.

A super deli with wonderful rare roast beef, tasty latkes, wonderful smoked beef salad - a treat for meat lovers! We have eaten there several times and enjoyed the laid back unpretentious atmosphere with charming service from the young owners. They have provided take-away food for dinner at home and for a Friday night dinner for 80 people at our Synagogue - with excellent sea bass fillets with tahini and pomegranates, superb roasted vegetables and a variety of unusual salads. All this was done on a tight budget but the great quality and freshness maintained. Everyone wanted their contact details - having praised the high standard of the food and it’s presentation. We wish them much success!

Popped in for early eat with my mum. Lovely server. Excellent loos. Approx 8 or nine tables at rear. Spotless, charming. But: our error, didn't realise meat/ kosher. No problem. Everything we suggested from menu was met with, 'I'll see if it's available' or 'if it's available, it'll take 20 minutes'. We agreed a couple if items, I ordered a water and my mother ordered a coffee. Coffee arrived in a take-away paper cup & lid. She asked if the had a proper cup/saucer. Allegedly, if she'd had ordered a cappuccino, that would be served in a proper cup and saucer but latte is served in take away style (or other way round?). My water appeared in a water-cooler plastic cup! Really! I pointed to the glasses at rear of counter & was advised they were wine glasses & I could have my water in a wine glass if I wanted! Their tables must manage around 20 covers. A dedicated sitting area to rear... Wines & beer on sale. Proper food items such as schnitzel & burgers on (not proof-read) menu. I suggested the owners should, perhaps, visit Ikea or Sainsburys & invest in some very cheap cup/saucers or mugs & glass tumblers. Our server reminded us they were a deli, not a restaurant. Needless to say, we left without eating. I thjnk it could have been tasty. Would the food plates have been paper/ disposable like the drinking vessels? I'll never know!!! Maybe our experience is why we were the only customers during our visit? We had a delightful light nosh and coffees at Carluccio. Day saved. Shame. I like to support new local neighbourhood businesses. Hoping you take my suggestions on board. Even the chain coffee shops (which I try to avoid) have proper crockery if drinking in-house.

We have ordered in twice for a Kosher business lunch. Delivery worked well and food was great. The big favourite is the large Chicken Salad which now has the office nickname of Natty's Special. He cant get enough of it. God luck to all involved.

Ristorante pessimo, sfruttano i dipendenti e i proprietari italiani si tengono per loro le mancie dei camerieri! Sono da denunciare!!

The food is AMAZING! we had the potato pancakes with sauerkraut as a starter and the beef goulash and pork schnitzel as our mains and they were all excellent. The only reason this is a 4 star versus 5 star review is the service was lacking. Yes, we’re Americans and recognize that Europeans tend to want to linger over meals longer than we are used to but we’ve been in Europe for 2 weeks and are quite used to this. In this case, there was only 1 other table to serve and they (not Americans) got up to go order a second round of drinks because our servers were not around to ask. We were considering another round of drinks or coffee and dessert but we decided not to wait and went to the front and paid. The food will not disappoint!

Hadn't been to a Belgo in a good few years so when shopping in Camden I thought I would go in there with my girlfriend who has never been in one.Sadly it is closed down. The premises were derelict and there was a sign outside saying 'To Let'.No mention of it been closed on the Belgo website.I assume they want to keep it as quiet as possible.

Amazing food, great service, pretty place, very affordable. The only missing thing was a menu/names of the cakes and coffees available.
