wow that ended my day nicely, my chicken was dry. The halloumi was so cold so I asked for a new one and specifically asked for it to be fresh and not reheated. They brought it back 2 seconds later, cut the bitten piece to disguise it and covered it with the second slice hoping i wouldn’t notice it wasn’t fresh. So that got immediately returned again. And then to top it all off, my bf was halfway through his mac and cheese when he noticed a sticker INSIDE his max that had clearly been cooked in. it was a USED BY sticker!! How absolutely disgusting!!! I’ll never eat here again. Clearly because it was an hour to closing they all just couldn’t be bothered. Horrible experience

Shock incoming! I had been an extremely loyal Nando’s customer both via Deliveroo, Nando’s own app and its restaurants across London. For Deliveroo, we order from West Hampstead as the app works out this is the nearest Nando’s. We would order regularly and for all Members of family. My wife worked in the original Nando’s in South Africa. But one day, my son and I both noticed dirty fingernail pieces in the food. Just vial. Disgusting. We checked, double checked, and it was clear this was fingernails inside the chicken wings he ordered. My wife explained that during the cooking process all cooks should be wearing gloves and this was clearly not the case. Germs, disease, is not something that anyone wants to eat. This has been reported to the health authorities that are now looking into it. We can no longer eat at Nando’s, even if they offered it free. Their standards have become bordering on negligent and the outlet should be closed down.

We were 4 people — one of our butterfly chicken burgers came with mold on the bun, the service was very slow (we got our food before the drinks) and because of this one of us had to take our food to go and not enjoy our meal together.

I always go nandos but this one was class Service was great Atmosphere was awesome As always, food absolutely slapped 10/10 I love nandos I live for nandos Spiced chickpea burger medium with 1 side of peri peri chips and 1 side of garlic bread Have the garlic bread with nandos lemon and herb sauce And that is the strat The best food in the world no question about it Is it unhealthy? Yes. Am I too fat to be eating that stuff? Yes. Will I continue to eat it? Yes. Go to nandos Nandos is the king

Mums first Nando’s in over 40 years. Food was greatly changed for the better (according to joan). But most importantly she thought the service was fantastic particularly by the young server by the name of Marns. Genuinely shaped the experience for the better, without this team member i imagine nando’s west hampstead wouldn’t be the same

Ordered another delivery and phoned the restaurant to request they add a couple of sachets of peri peri sauce and they forgot (again). I think the driver had left the restaurant by the time I got through to them but a couple of sachets should be added as standard.

Seriously, I have been in this restaurant 3 times in my life, and 2 out of 3 times I found hair in my food. You can tell why( noone is the kitchen wears a cover for their hair). And when you show them the hair in the food, they don't even chnage your plate, with a new one. This is unacceptable. AVOID.

Usually we go other branch but after this experience only will come here. Staff was extra friendly, place is clean. The food was super delicious. Really enjoyed it. Very quick was ready. Parking little bit difficult around here but this is not the store fault. Thank you for a lovely sunday lunch.

Typical nandos but slow service

As always, can never go wrong with a cheeky Nando’s. Had the fino pita, absolutely delicious and never fails to meet my expectations. However, I always find despite the air vent on their takeaway boxes their chips are always soggy within 5 minutes :(

Shocking service and rude staff this evening. They missed items on the order, delayed, poor service and the team said the manager was not available.

It was my first time there and the staff was so welcoming and explained the whole menu to me with patience .. Bravo

Prob one of the best experiences I’ve have at Nando's, from of house Leanne was lovely and very welcoming, the chief haruna had made the food amazingly the chicken thighs we to die for also the wait time was very short. The other staff anisa was also very welcoming and would always check up if everything was alright with my meal and make it feel natural. Thank you guy for the amazing Experience

Typical Nando's restaurant but not has busy has many out there. Service was up to Nando's standard nothing more or extra. Food was up to standard but few items was missing because the staff works in rush at all time, a better coordination or service is needed in order to verify if all items are in the bag.

Lovely service at this branch of Nando’s. East healthy lunch chichen thighs and Brocolli. Simple but well done

I come here yesterday for lunch and its the worst Nando’s I have visited. First of all there was staff members sitting at a table eating Pizza Hut and drinking beers which was extremely bizarre to see. Secondly there was no napkins or extra plates on show for you to help yourself, they have 3 bins in the toilet which takes up most of the room but also seems quite dirty reminded me of a train station toilet to be honest. After ordering food my sister ordered a soft drink she got a coke which was flat and then tried the Fanta which was also flat after passing this information on to the manager Sam she sent someone to resolve this issue 5 minutes passed and are food arrived as we started to eat the issue was still on going I asked her for a refund for the drink and instead she give me a new come and told me to wait a few extra minutes when I voiced I wanted a refund and didn’t want to wait any longer, she become extremely standoffish and really annoyed towards me it was a horrible experience and as a manager she shouldn’t make customers feel uncomfortable. I would just like to thank Aidan what a lovely man he was so helpful so polite honestly he was the best part of the experience thank you Aidan

Food and service was fine, until a girl at an adjacent table lost her bag. We then had our meal interrupted to be subjected to an illegal search whilst overseen by Nandos staff. When the search yielded no results we were simply left to sit back down with no apology or explanation at the time. A member of staff appeared at the end of the meal to very quickly say "Sorry that happened" I'm sure it's just a coincidence that I happen to be of Indian descent, whilst my partner is eastern European. I live across the street, but will not be returning.

Prior to coming here, I heard it was a great place but ohh boy… I think my food was ready within 5 minutes, no kidding. Delicious chicken with amazing sides and on top of that, the staff was super friendly, they asked me at least 4 times whether I need help with anything.. absolutely recommend this branch! 5/5 thanks guys, see u next time :)

The food was really good. One of the best branches i've eaten at. The manager Ansar and a member of staff Aidan served our food and were super polite checking if everything was okay. Definitely coming again.

Utterly shocked by the hygiene of the place. The tables were not cleaned for a long time after customers left. The girl at the till cleaned her nose, coughing and sneezing. I was expecting her to wash her hands before she served but nope! The floor was filthy, with rubbish and food under almost every table. The staff entering to the kitchen, pushing the door with the legs. It was 3 of us in the restaurant but we ended up waiting too long for our food which arrived hardly warm. I would definitely not recommend this branch and definitely would not go there again. It was very unpleasant and rather strange I would say to see this. No one seems to care in that place

Worst nandos I'm london I've been to. Over 40min for a basic chicken wrap. Loud obnoxious atmosphere.

The worst meal that I have had in years. I got a butterfly burger with chips, the chips were cold the burger bun was stale, the chicken was dry and there was a hair on my chips! My boyfriend had the chicken wings - the chicken was dry also! The garlic bread was ...yes you guessed it...dry. There was no music so the vibe was also dry. Noone should ever consider eating here.

Nandos is our all time favourite. This particular restaurant is good with very kind staff and good seating. I loved the fact that they provide free water which should be the case in every restaurant. The butterfly chicken was yummy. Children love the opportunity to taste all their sauces . We also had bottomless frozen yogurt

After a gym session, I do like a cheeky nandos. The person I trained lived in West Hempstead so made sense. So the branch was busy and it was so cold outside. We ordered downstairs, and the person was very pleasant and got my instructions for my food correctly. We sat upstairs 😒, when it's cold outside you will get a cold breeze and it's not nice at all, very chilli🥶. Waiting time for food was average, and when the food turned up, I was happy with the broccoli and the look of my food. The food was just about warm and normally somebody comes up to check on you but nobody did so I didn't complain as I was super hungry. I'm hoping it was just like that because they were busy. Will try it one more time.

I went with the usual half chicken with two sides. It was a decent meal, but the service requires improvement. Waitress must have asked me three times during my meal whether everything was okay. One too many times! But I will come again, just because it’s Nando’s.

Reluctant to even give one star. Service was laughably bad, with the waitress passing dishes over the railing because she couldn't be bothered to walk up the steps to us. The food was inedible, the sauce my burger was marinated in was rancid (me and my partner both left our mains untouched), the tables were dirty, we weren't given any glasses and I had to ask for them at the bar after our starters had been delivered. Just horrendous. Worst Nandos I've ever been to.

Came here yesterday at 6pm (Sunday). The restaurant was closed with all the nights shut. It said it closed at 10pm on your opening times, this should be updated to it prevents customers from going through the same issue.

Foods good as usual, typical nandos. HOWEVER, staff on their phone 24/7. Why does the staff have their phone in hand during their shift?? What’s that about? Wont be coming back here, not impressed with the service. Rather go to the Kilburn branch, as least they won’t be on their phone and I’ll be important as a customer. Thanks. Management you have come work to do.

Ummm... Its a nandos... One thing I'd say though is staff here always goes over and above, bringing sauces and cutlery to the table. Good stuff

Ordering for delivery, we ordered 30 wings extra hot, what we ended up getting was 30 wings plain, no sause whatsoever. When calling in the store to complain on why they made them this way, the person who picked up the phone was making a joke out of us trying to pretend he didn't hear us when he actually did, and there was no problem with the connection, he was just trying to avoid getting his name down on record for his unprofessional behaviour. For me this is no way a member of staff should treat his customers. In the end of the day we are the paying consumer and making fun of us and trying to make a joke of us is something completely unacceptable. Therefore I highly advise you DO NOT order for delivery past 9p.m at this restaurant.

Great Nando’s with best freshest food so far. Mauro and Reena were incredible with their service and Loved they offered ice water to everyone sitting outside. Never seen that in a Nando’s before. Took longer than usual to get the food otherwise all good here!

Do not order or dine in here!! This is THE WORSE Nando’s ever! I don’t know what entry level food technology student cooked my food but it was disgusting, there was no seasoning! The chicken was white and had not been grilled throughly enough! It’s a disgrace to Nando’s. I literally felt sick the next day! All the workers need to be sacked immediately, because they can’t even follow basic instructions of seasoning food and putting it on a grill.

We all enjoyed the dinner, adults and kids, but the kids complained a bit about the hot of the chicken even though we ordered plain for them, however once the skin was off they managed to eat a bit. Then they were filled up with sides and Icecream. Lovely atmosphere.

Food took longer than usual, and the restaurant wasn't full. We had to ask for cutlery, we also had to draw attention that one of the chicken thighs was actually a bite size rather than a proper piece. We never had any problems at other Nando's locations.

So impressed with the people here. I’m coeliac so ordering takeaway can be a pain. I did have to go to the physical restaurant to order, but they knew exactly what they were doing, and were super nice and professional. The manager came over and took my order, checked all the allergy information, then let everyone in the kitchen know and personally made my food! I wanted to cry I was so happy! Thank you!

Good and quick, fantastic chips

Went there today, the chicken was undercooked and although my spice level was hot, it did not taste hot at all. The sweet potatoes were also undercooked and felt like I was eating a rock. The chips tasted so old as If it was cooked in really old oil. Overall terrible food, came home to the worst stomach ache ever and is only getting worse!

Very good customer service, our food came late, it was very busy they did apologies and look after us.

Had a takeaway for kids . Chicken was good as normal as any Nando’s . Location is convenient as well as next to West Hampstead station . But the takeaway was delayed by 10 mins hence the lower rating .

The staff and Manager in this Nando's are very good , I go there for lunch regualrly and they are welcoming efficient and good food , well done guys .
