Having been here before, it wasn't to bad. So we went again today Wednesday 28th June. There were only two young men, serving and cooking.and it was out of their control. Service was so slow. And the wait for food was disgusting and when we eventually got our food it was terrible. At least 3 others couples complained and walked out before they were servied thier food. 37 Pepper Street Nantwich really needs some help before it closes down

My friends and I wanted to have a coffee but had several prams with us. We arrived and were warmly greeted. Nothing was too much trouble, they made space for us and made us feel so welcome. Kind, friendly and delicious mocha! Highly recommend this cafe!

The food was very good and all the staff were very friendly. The only criticism was there were dogs yapping away which sort of spoilt the atmosphere.

On arrival, the service could not of been better! I was unsure what to order, as don't drink coffee very often, but a young barista, Matt, recommended a cappuccino after I gave him a description of the different flavours I enjoy. I'm not sure where he's from (must be Paris?!) as his knowledge of the art was outstanding. The cakes also looked exceptional! In a world where people are increasingly shopping at big commercial chains, this place had a warm, local feel written all over it.

Walked in for the first time and was curious as to what to expect. Let me tell you - I was blown away! A Brilliant server, I think his name was ‘Matt’ (I could be wrong), whipped up a delicious triple espresso. He (I think that is his preferred pronoun) also delivered a great service! Will definitely come back!

Not a good experience. Too many staff not knowing what their roles were. Noisy the acoustics were odd with a very loud buzzing noise. Other people around us were complaining just after we ordered, one lady said the coffee not drinkable and a man about lack of filling in his wrap. Wanted a Yorkshire pudding wrap, as featured on the board outside and on the menu Not available, had tuna salad with bread roll. No roll asked for one, not available!!! With so many staff surely someone could go out and buy some? The salad not great and the egg mayo sandwich very basic. Service very slow. With drinks £23. Not good value. Only a new young man was nice, fear he will not stay. I would advise others to go elsewhere.

My family have had lunch here twice now and it's such a fantastic place. The staff have been so friendly each time we have visited. The food is delicious, great vegetarian options. The first time we visited I had the Creamy brie and Cranberry potato skins and it was so good, the second time I tried the vegetable panini and that was great too. The brownie is the best brownie I've ever eaten!! Really great place.

My son and I booked a table on Friday night as we knew it would be busy as it was Nantwich light switch on. We arrived slightly early as navigating a wheelchair in the crowds was challenging and we were kindly shown to our table. Our lovely waiter brought drinks and explained there was a wait for food, which was absolutely fine with us! They had an incredible singer, who was singing Christmas songs and the atmosphere was fabulous! Our food arrived and was delicious! All freshly cooked, delicious veggie curry and a Yorkshire pudding wrap! We were already planning what to have for our next meal there! Staff are all helpful and friendly. Our waiter was kind and efficient, and he’s a credit to himself and Pepper Street!

Had the Yorkshire wrap today and it was absolutely gorgeous. Extra gravy on the side was much appreciated.

We chanced upon this dog friendly cafe whilst visiting Nantwich. Friendly service, nice decor and good atmosphere. I had the Denver Omelette, very substantial and tasty. Other half had a sausage and bacon bap...and bbq sauce, a rare find in eateries. Food arrived promptly and fresh. Our pooch was fussed and given biscuits so also was made to feel welcome. The specials sounded good, shame we were not staying in Nantwich.

I am a sucker for the 'Special' I haven't seen anywhere else. Here was the 'Denver Omelette !. I have written umpteen reviews from all over the place but not come across this before. So i had to try it. Basically a 3 egg omelette with bacon, 3 kinds of pepper, spinach, and Swiss cheese. Served in a croissant, drizzled with Maple syrup. With Hash browns on the side. It was substantial, I struggled to finish it at lunch time, but then i am an old man. Undoubtedly the cooking of it, and the presentation of it was spot on. I tried dissecting it a bit to try the different flavours, rather than everything together. At the end of the day (lunch) I had to say to my wife, that there was nothing wrong with it, it just isn't for me. Others will undoubtedly thoroughly enjoy it. Maybe my tastes ore different. We will certainly call again to try other dishes. Nantwich is a pleasant 20 mile journey for us, and we enjoy days out, including lunch. So we will be back, but to try something else.

Called in today with my wife for a coffee and a bite to eat. Enjoyed the coffee although it took a while before this arrived. Waited the best part of 30 mins for a Sandwich and a Wrap. The wrap was so dry it was like eating cardboard. I won't be back any time soon.

I've been into this restaurant 3 times and walked out twice. Previously, I was invisible to the staff behind the counter as they were either talking amongst themselves, had their back to me or served a man who came in after me. No one even acknowledged my presence until I was almost out the door.Today, I decided to stay as an older woman actually came over to where I was standing and asked for my order. When my order was finally brought over tome, the waitress left it saying "There you go". Won't be back.

Had an hour to spare for an appointment and decided to stop off in Nantwich. This cafe is an easy find (for me somewhat random not knowing the area) from the main car park. Brilliant coffee and a proper bacon butty was a superb surprise....

This is the final venue that me and my daughters have chosen for a review of their Full English Breakfast. We were not disappointed. Practically Perfect in every way. Well done everyone.

I recently visited Istanbule cafe and was thoroughly impressed. The food was amazing, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The environment was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal or a casual hangout. Highly recommend!

I booked the room at Alderley Edge to host my 30th and my partners 40th. The staff there were incredible and helped make the day/night run so smoothly. I had so much help from Lucy to organise the night. It was the perfect party! Lots of parking space for guests. Food could accommodate all. Friendly staff working the bar. 5 star and would definitely recommend!

Had booked online & asked for table in dog-free area. When we arrived we weren’t asked for our name to check our booking anyway! We were shown to a table in Tenants Hall ? Fortunately it was fairly quiet & no dogs in at that time. Menu given to us was completely different to the one online. No seniors menu offered to us ( despite us actually being seniors ! ) so why ask for your date of birth on booking form ? We ordered some drinks - one beer & a glass of wine which were fine. Not particularly cheap but usually about what we normally pay for drinks. I had fish & chips - not asked whether I wanted large or small ? When it came ,I thought they had given me the small portion (but I was mistaken when we came to pay the bill ). The chips were very greasy & tasteless. Fish was passable but certainly not large . ! My husband had pork loin chop which was good but nothing exceptional .It came with french fries which were hard & greasy. On the whole, both meals were pretty average & very overpriced. Not once were we asked if everything had been ok ? After 2 coffees, which were reasonably good , albeit a bit strong , we paid the bill & left. Don’t think we shall be returning in the future .
