I’m a regular here been going for ages but recently the Guinness have made me ill today and last week PLEASE REVIEW THIS as I love coming here and don’t want to have to go somewhere else because of this issue (All the other drinks are really good just an issue with Guinness)

Visited here for a celebration in the Monkey Bar (room at the back, comfortably seated all 16 of us) Service was excellent, staff were attentive, the room was lovely and the roast meal was very good.

Well and truly let down. Our food was pretty awful. If you just want drink this is the place for you. If you are hungry find a take away.

Had a great afternoon at the Bubble Room in Alderley Edge. Excellent food standard, fantastic service by all the front of house, bar staff and management who were professionally welcoming and friendly, special mention to Ruth and Lucy who were fantastic. We had the bottomless brunch menu which was excellent value for money in such a great friendly atmosphere, ww were a little apprehensive to find out there was also a surprise party taking place at the same time but this just added to the atmosphere with live music and cool friendly vibe we will be back soon no question.

Good night out! The bar was full of people and even had a DJ on till late. Service was brilliant, the staff all look new but they know what they’re doing. My friends loved coming here, so we will be back.

Sat at the bar on a Saturday night and loved how lads behind the bar dealt with such an arrogant crowd of customers who clearly think they are better than they are. Staff are a credit to the place and made us feel very welcome 🙏

Ironically called the Bubble Room but there were no bubbles in the soft drink

The young kid working said they had no space for a table for 2 despite the place being half empty. He just couldn’t be bothered. I used to be a regular

We felt like a coffee and looking for a place with a‘welcoming’ environment in Alderley village - and just on looking across the street, this place exuded that appearance. We were correct, it was lovely. Stayed much longer than we should have and would gladly return.

I came here second time and still lovely place. Foods and cocktails are amazing and very friendly people around here.

Good bar, bar man helped us out with some places to visit, really good atmosphere albeit on a quiet Fri night. Worth a visit

We visited yesterday and what a lovely atmosphere, the staff were so lovely , meal was gorgeous as well, can definitely recommend the steak and ale pie. A special 'Thank you' to Adam , who waited on us and went above and beyond, such a lovely person who was so patient with us despite us being a large (slightly rowdy) party.

Came out with my friends to the Bubbleroom Alderley Edge for the first time, we had some drinks from their new cocktail menu, the Watermelon Cooler and Aperol Marg is very very good! Go to bar for a cocktail night.

Had a lovely evening. Great ambience. Fizz night in the Bubble Room has a wonderful vibe. Steak frites & cheese pie choices were 10/10. Elliott looked after us with fantastic service throughout.

Came here as I used to come about 10 years ago and I have to say it’s changed inside but the team and service was superb. Ordered the bubble board and it did not disappoint. All reasonably.

Food was decent, no complaints and reasonably priced. Service not so good, waited 45 mins at a very quiet time and meals came out staggered (table of 7). First person had finished by the time the last one came out. Just not good enough, won’t be returning.

Oli wast first class. Credit to the company.

Today we went for a late lunch. My partner went to the bar and asked for the wine list and food menu. He was told to take a seat by the girl behind the bar. She continued to chat to the guy at the bar and made no attempt to bring the menu or wine list. Or ask a colleague to serve us. After 15 minutes waiting we decide to take our custom elsewhere and went to The Bottanist.

Decided to call here for lunch after leaving Manchester airport as it's only a couple of stops on the train. Phoned ahead to check if food was being served and it was ( website said otherwise. Needs updating) We were welcomed and told of the 30% off food and some drinks offer which always helps. Drinks were great, food was also very good, warm and freshly made. Surroundings were very pleasant too. I will definitely be back. Great spot to people and super car watch.

Went with my Mum and Sister for a Mothers Day treat, we were seated at the back of the room which was a bit dark and my 91 year old Mum struggled to read the menu! Adam turned the lighting up slightly which helped, next time we will request a front table when we book, that said the food was lovely and I would have the cottage pie again it was delicious.

Lovely friendly place. Staff were superb. Will go here again felt really comfortable and nice environment.

Came in to do a little work and have a bite to eat on a Wednesday lunchtime. Greeting was warm as always and the service from the front of house staff never ceases to please. Special thanks to Emily, Elliot and Dom for making my visit special. Had the steak night offer, which is a fantastic offer! Had myself the special for starter as was recommended and I wasn't disappointed. Then the steak. A perfectly cooked rib eye, delightfully crunchy broccoli, beautiful Bernaise sauce and crispy fries! My compliments to the chefs! Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu, which I'm sure will not disappoint!

Great cocktails and a nice vibe. We had a table booked on a busy Saturday night. There was no one on the door to check the table was still available. Staff are efficient and the wait time at the bar was short

Disappointing because last visit was great. Smelled in there and was relatively empty. Staff were ok but had to ask 3 times for water for my dog. We placed orders for coffees but they never arrived. We asked for them to go but told no cups. The most unfortunate thing was that one of our group heard the staff talk about us ordering oatmilk and rolling their eyes. One of the waitresses was struggling to do flat whites which just didn't arrive. Let's write this visit off and put it down to it being a Sunday.

Unfortunately the club sandwich ordered came very spicy …. Odd as not listed as such on menu, expected by waitress and no explanation back from the kitchen when returned . However alternative was rushed through the kitchen for us and waitress could not have apologised enough. Eggs, chorizo, humus dish went down very well. My alternative steak sandwich was ok. A tiny portion of fries and about 25% inedible gristle…. No offer of compensation for eating separately.

Love it here really a great place to stop unwind catch up with friends and have a break - staff are great lovely and clean too lots to do dog friendly and kids too :)

Few Chavs in there. Doorman was a bit cocky and sure of himself. The waitress we had was lovely... The steak was nice. Do not order the prawns we sent them straight back.

We visited on Saturday 18th November… a very overdue catch up with friends.. we had the bottomless brunch. One of the girls is not only celiac but diabetic too. We had Adam look after us and he was amazing. He spent a considerable amount of time and care talking to my friend regarding her dietary requirements… explained how strict the kitchen was to ensure everything was ok for her… He was really attentive and friendly and made our visit a pleasure… the food was amazing too.. Definitely worth the visit and we’ll be back in the new year 😊

Had a great afternoon with food and drinks with family. Great atmosphere and made welcome by Adam whose service was 1st class. We will definitely return in the future.

If you’re single, wrong side of 50, face doesn’t fit & appear not a big spender, then expect fast food service in an isolated area on your tod away from the main clientele. Booked a table for 1 at 8pm ….was ushered passed the numerous free tables at the front into the empty back room where I got my main dinner ( allegedly a ribeye steak ;-)) & by 8:27pm was presented with the bill …exceptional express checkout

Over all the atmosphere and the place is lovely. However, there was one extremely rude member of staff named Ruth that made my experience at the bubble room unpleasant to say the least. It’s safe to say I won’t be returning to the bubble room because of her, and I’d suggest her in particular, take a customer service course to avoid her scaring away other paying customers.

We went for lunch and Adam and Emily really made our afternoon. We were seen to straightaway, looked after well and the food was amazing! Thank you both for a lovely lunch.

Very clean staff were briliant,very relaxed inside,great beer and food was very good,visited here before going to canary islands you boys should nip over to our so called 5 star hotel and show them how to do padron peppers,i would come back just those padron`s alone.

It did take awhile to be served as we were seated outside on the bend and forgotten about.. but that wouldn't stop us going back.. lovely food and atmosphere.. very reasonably priced too .

sat outside in the hot weather , had some starters with our drinks and the food was lovely. i would recommend the liver pate and onion chutney and also the hummus and veg with flat bread. service was good and location is good.

One of the best places I have ever been to, managed to such an extent that it's simply designed to work like perpetuum mobile, very good DJ Madame, played music on others days makes you want to dance like it would have heen performed life, need to be there to see how well managed and tasty this place is 👌

My son and I visited The Bubble Room to have a celebratory lunch for his 40th birthday. The staff were both lovely. Dan was our waiter. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was conducive to a lovey lunch. I asked for a small bun with a candle in it and my son was presented with a beautiful warm brownie with ice cream strawberry chocolate soil and threes lit candles, it was so thoughtfully presented ☺️💕🦋🌈

The staff are amazing and friendly. I'd eat here daily if possible.

A group of like minded friends of sometimes up to twelve have been attending the great deal Wednesday Steak Night here for around two years now. The friendliness and service of the staff here has been amazing. That’s not to say they always get it...

Really poor , disappointing as frequent customer. Not busy popped in for lunch had to get my own menu and ask to order. Twenty mins later my drink arrived followed by the food which was substandard. Even had to go up to bar to pay...

Good service, good food and sensible pricing in an expensive village. We were worried that there wasn't going to be anywhere suitable for the budget conscious in this lovely but expensive village. This place was just the ticket.

Called in here on the off chance while passing through. Standard gastro pub. Really busy on Friday lunchtime, which I guess is a good sign. Staff were fantastic. Food was ok.

Visited bubble room on steak Wednesday. Staff were very nice . Relaxed atmosphere Steak and peppercorn sauce was delicious. Extremely good value 2 courses and 2 glasses wine each for 21 pound . Slight criticism is I don’t eat fish ,pate ,vegetables or wings ,...

We popped in after a meal elsewhere on a recent visit to the area. The barman was excellently attentive and didn’t even mind being asked for drinks not on the menu. A little pricey but that didn’t stop us having 4 cocktails each! Lovely decor,...

I’ve been coming to Bubble Room in Alderly Edge for years and was always happy with the food and service but for the past few months service has gone downhill-you sit there for 15 minutes waiting to be asked for drink or if you’re lucky...

Eggs were too well done on both mine and my friends dishes but breakfast was decent. Marked atmosphere down as it was cold in there.

Terrible Experience. We got ignored when we went in, the person behind the bar knew we were waiting to be seated and he just stood there, I went up to the bar then a lady came over to us. I felt like it was an inconvenience for us to be there they were not busy the place was empty. Got charged the wrong amount so I had to mention about the discount they have on and the bloke didn't know about it he asked his colleague?

Try the dark and cloudy! Sounds like it's a urine sample but move o past that and try it. Sharp, tangy, gorgeous cocktail -great place for drinks pre-dinner.

I have been frequenting this bar for years and it never disappoints. Food is great, service is too and the atmosphere is amazing. It gets a little too busy at the weekends but I still love it.

We regularly visit the bubble room when visiting family. The four of us visited and we had a booth, the food and service is always good but tonight Sunday dinner was excellent, plenty of veggies extra gravely and Yorkshire Puddings.

Excellent service, friendly staff. Visited for the second time, this time the Wednesday steak night. Food was beautiful, we had chicken liver and steak, both highly recommended and fantastic value, especially for such a lovely venue. Will most definitely be back. Thank you.
