Best Kebab in Hillingdon

Please do not order from this shop. I ordered a big meal for the family and the food was not nice. It was badly prepared. The salad was not cut properly and the sauce was limited. I called the store to raise my concern but the person started swearing at me using f word etc and hanged up. I called again and another person answered and he was rude the same way. Look at the pictures and tell me this is how a doner kebab is supposed to look. I never complained about food but it was so bad that I felt compelled to raise my concern.

Food was stone cold. Chicken was rubbery and the kebabs were slimy. Chips were also cold. I returned the food to the shop myself. Shop said it was the Just Eat delivery drivers fault because the drivers are always late- not my problem and if that’s true then I suggest the driver is docked his pay! Won’t be ordering from this takeaway again. Refund requested

I ordered lamb shish and kofta kebab but i just received shish kebab, quality is very good but they make mistake.

I have been here several of times. I always enjoy the food. Foods are very fresh and delicious.i always wish to be here.

no pitta bread in my 3 combination kebab that cost £20 and when i called to complain he wanted me to order something else so he could deliver the pitta bread never again

The driver didn’t bother to ring the door bell, he left it on the outside wall to go cold. Not impressed at all. £28 waisted! What would probably have been a really nice kebab was cold and sloppy. Refund has been requested- the driver should get the bill for appalling delivery service!

restaurant need to read customer requests. I requested sauce separate cos too much is always applied and I like little amount of sauce but they didn't read my request. all I could taste was the sauce and not the flavours of the meat which was very disappointing

When my kebab came it was leaking through with oil. The sauce should ideally be put into a small pot for the customer to put on. Because it was very oily it made the naan bread soggy not very nice. The oil had soaked into the salad which was in a separate box. I had to throw the salad and kebab away. Improvements need to be made for a better customer experience

Please don't bother ordering from this place! They cannot follow simple orders! Usually when you pick up the food it is ok, but I've now ordered twice and they've totally messed up my order. We ordered a chicken shish with no onions but all the other salad but recieved a plain shish with no salad. You can't trust the service! I called the restaurant who then said there is nothing they can do about it! If you're looking for a easy takeaway, this is not your place, they'll certainly mess up your order

The employee which serves most customers is very very rude. The father and son duo is very friendly but the other chap is very rude. He acts like he is doing us a favour by serving us. I have noticed couple of times now, i wont be going back there any more.

Bought a donor from this place, regreted it because: 1. Food was cold and tasted old. 2. Minimal amount of salad and it was old. Will never buy again.

Probably one of the best kebabish takeaways in town. Don't be put off by the small size of this gem of a place. The food that is cooked for you is amazing and tasty to the core. I remember coming here more than 25yrs before, and it's still as good then as it is now. Great value for the money. Staff are great and friendly 👌. I highly recommend this place. Cheers guys. Dave.

Good food and price is not expensive

When quality of food is not priority. What a disappointment second time around. 3 dry chicken pitas with loads of onions and over riped tomatoes. Couldn't hold the sandwich as it was so soggy. Chicken doner was not good at all. Definitely not fresh and extremely overcooked. What a let down. Anyway,they have their monies and I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth. Never again.

Served speedily and good value. Tasty and recommended. It's just off the A40 and not far from the M40 so acess is easy.

Updated: Tried grilled chicken burger meal, it was amazing. Thank you guys, will be back.

Used to be great when was run by previous owners since new ownership its just gone down hill along with the service, rather a rude chap front end, should understand how previous owners respected clients and service - food quality has also changed try at own discretion. :/

Great kebabs one of the best in Hillingdon and Uxbridge.

I absolutely love the Best Kebab! Kebabs are always tasty and the portions are pretty big in comparison to other kebab shops . The staff is very friendly too. My favourite local kebab take away, will definitely buy again.

I have ordered exact position as "chicken donner in a bun" which my daughter usualy eats. But instead of this i have received very similar meal but under "chicken grilled burger". First of all I wasn't informed about it. Second chicken fillet inside a burger was undercooked. We found that after that we cutted that fillet for our daughter and when she tried she told that feels gummy. After call to the store i has been invited as a "mate", "listen" and etc. And they was explaining it without any sense. After 2 years of ordering they treat me like an idiot. Thank you for it. Definitely I won't come back to your food.

Got a takeaway from here 19/11/20. I bought a chicken burger and chips meal, and my daughter bought a chicken shish wrap which cost £7.50. I paid nearly £14 in total quite pricey. Sad to say, my chicken burger was plain and boring, the processed chicken was horrible, the chips are horrible, not even proper potatoes, you bite into the chip and it's practically hollow, and like a hollow chip no potatoe taste at all. I really couldn't finish it, although my daughter did enjoy her wrap, but I won't get anything from here in future, also found the young guy behind the counter very hard to understand, as Instead of saying right at the start that it's cash only, he waited till I was paying to saying cash only. Lucky I had some cash on me,

Food has gone down hill since it was taken over about a year ago and I have caught them trying to short change a couple of times. Ok food but not "The Best".

First time coming but this wouldn’t be my last one. The kebabs are delicious. Good quality at a reasonable price. Staffs are well experienced. They produce good foods.

Vile disgusting raw meat. How is it acceptable to send orders out like this. Lamb shish kebab all raw in the middle. Cold pieces of meat and doesn't bring all the order. Will never order from here again.

Go to king kebab instead it’s gone worse over the past year since the owner sold it chips not the same anymore kebabs gone worse and the guy who works there try’s to pick fights with customers

POOP DELIVERY, they scammed us into paying more money for delivering despite saying on the website it would be free. 👎 Even though we come under DD11 and based in Arbroath.

Had a chicken shish - very smelly chicken and tasted strange - binned it cant take chances, people have died from food poisoning - obviously wont return, also no longer french fries - soggy - no crispness. Shame

Great food. Can get busy at times, my advice is phone and collect.

This place used to be one of the best kebab shop's a few years back, but boy have they let their standards drop a lot. The chips if I had to rate them i'll give them a 1/5, chips are not hard to make, but these lot mess it up, mine were over-fried until they became hard and oily. Their Lamb Donner is like a 2/5, so rubbery and hard to chew taste like you're eating rubber. Like I said they used to be good not anymore, I'll start to go somewhere else from now on.

Not what it says on the tin! Certainly not the best kebab by far quite mediocre actually. And expensive compared to others service is hit and miss..

Have bought chicken donor wrap, it was nice, have bought donars on occasions and they were nice, the kids like them with the chilli sauce. Price is reasonable, chips not the best. Hygiene of the front cooler where they keep the prepared meats could be a bit better. Very small shop interior, with some stools to sit on whilst order be cooked.

So delicious also, very clean and friendliness service

Went for the first time. Bought large kebab and portion was half the size which was rip off. Called owner and he mentioned will check via CCTV never got back. My advice would be to make sure before you order if the guy is serving right portion.

I have no idea where this name came from because it's not best by any standard. The kebab was clearly not fresh. I believe the meat is of poor quality and I only had one bit then gave it to my dog who also refused to eat it. I only had the chips and then binned the lot.

Best kebab in Hillingdon! Always give you plenty of meat and lots of salad. Ready in such a little time. Anyone wanting a kebab, this is the place to go!

Ordered a chicken shish, the chicken was overdone and dry.. the pitta bread was soaked with juice/water. Chips were rock hard, and i couldn't even eat them!! Dont waste your money on this kebab shop. Worst kebab EVER!

V friendly. Seems to practically always be open! Manor kebabs rule this area for quality but these guys are pretty reasonable on price and are pretty tasty

This is a small little takeaway but it is usually busy and there is a reason. The service and food are great. Ok I am only having a kebab on a rare occasion but when I do, this is my port of call.

This takeaway opened initially as a takeaway and restaurant under a different name from the present one. However, despite being posh, the restaurant was not a success and the eat-in premises were sold off leaving the takeaway. It's always been a bit better than your run of the mill kebab place. Nowadays it also does burgers (chicken and beef) as well as the normal Greek/Turkish stuff. The portions are very generous. The last time I was there it was being run by a bunch of nice Kurdish guys.Definitely worth a try for after the pub or if you just want a takeaway.
