Went there for lunch time and have been served cold and old chicken kebab.

Fantastic Kebabs and Friendly Service at Ruislip Kebab I recently had the pleasure of visiting Ruislip Kebab, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly staff that made me feel welcome and eager to help me choose from their extensive menu. I decided to try their lamb doner kebab, which came highly recommended by a friend, and it did not disappoint. The lamb was incredibly tender and well-seasoned, perfectly cooked with a hint of smokiness that added depth to the flavor. The portion was generous, and it was served with fresh salad and a choice of sauces that complemented the meat beautifully. In addition to the lamb doner, I also sampled their chicken shish kebab. I hardly ever take the time out to write a review but felt compelled in this case. Appalling service and overpriced food! We went in this Sunday 14th July 2024 and ordered a medium sized lamb doner - overpriced (especially without salad) and no special taste. Next, we ordered a medium shish which did come with salad, 4 cubes of chicken and a small (not medium/regular) pitta. I specified that we didn’t want onions but found a pile of onions on top of the shish. Price and taste aside, the attitude of the staff is unacceptable, they were rude, unhelpful, impatient and not friendly. Not worth the time and money. Never going back.

me and my friend were on a crusade we ventured for miles and kept persevering to find a better shop than german diner kebab once we saw the lumsicent lights of the kebab heating we just knew it was going to be delicable. we ordered the plain burger because my friend has a touch of tism and we absolutely devoured and descrcated that burger and chips, jesus was treated better than how quickly we violated that food. i had some garlic sauce to avoid dehydration and i have to say it was the best burger and chips nothing can compare. my grandchildren will hear about this shop for generations and after we consumed it all we waffled about how sexy it was for the whole hour treck back home. keep up the outstanding work ruislip kebabs, love ya- local emos

Today I had lunch over here with simple chicken burger with mint sauce. It was the most delicious burger I have ever had in London mint sauce and chicken burger it was so tempting.

Quality has gone down. Ordered a chicken Doner that turned up so hard to chew. Gave my jaws a good exercise! They're kebabs used to be the best at one time. Prices gone up a lot for the quality

Man taking my order with ear phones in. I asked for medium chips and coke , he gave me meat and chips?? Didn't show me the price on the contactless machine and charged me £12.20. Went back in to rectify it and he just sighed, no apology. No salt when I asked, and the meat was even cold. Poor effort, not sure how these guys are running a business.

I buy food here for 1 yer now. Always I buy burger & chips + drink cost me £6.90p. Last time I buy about 2 week ago. I was there tonight after work for burger & chips no drink and pay tonight £7.90p. I talk to the men I explain to hem that I pay always burger chips + drink £6.90p. He made ne laugh he say I encris price 4 week ego....... sorry my English is not good I houpe who read my review understand 👍

Me and my family have been going here for years for a kebab and know the shop workers very well. However over recent weeks they have continuously got orders wrong by forgetting sauces and placing them on the wrong parts of the order- which if someone had an allergy could go very wrong. I have also watched the prices soar since January- which I can understand due to cost of living. However, I feel as though the quality and portion size of food does not warrant these extreme prices. I have recently recieved a lamb doner for £12.70 and within this have got 6 pieces whereas there used to be loads. The doner meat was extremely dry and the sauce was half put on. I have put in many complaints on Uber eats but I feel like these are not being heard.

What an absolute disgrace, ordered through uber, came late and cold,driver didn't even speak English, totally in the wrong place, had to walk and meet him, after that I rang the restaurant and the guy that answered said, well literally I've done my job, what happens after when the food leaves the shop, that ain't down to me ,and not my problem, put the phone down on me, never order again

Worst place ever. Ordered mixed kebab from the menu and they added things I didn't even ask for. Charged me more than the listed price. Found our when I got home lamb kebab is burnt and chicken donner is undercooked ... Still had pink bits inside. Staff what I think is a owner is rude with his tone and no manners. I will go to one in Ruislip Manor next time

This has been a favourite for the meat eaters, I am told the kebabs and burgers are awesome. As a none meat eater I can vouch for the salad being crisp and fresh.

Ordered through Uber eats, the order was completely wrong. When calling them they took no responsibility, told us to contact Uber directly. Did not offer a refund or an offer of the correct order. He was very rude and kept talking over me, I will be avoiding this shop like the plague! Vile customer service

Ordered through Uber eats and the order came completely wrong despite us having a receipt to show the correct order. When phoning the shop the man was completely rude, constantly talking over me and told us that we needed to contact Uber. He did not offer us a refund nor an offer of the correct order. The customer service was disgraceful. Will never order from here again! Fuming!

Very friendly staff and good delicious kebabs. The burgers are also really nice, but the place is a bit run down looking. Though all in all a good kebab shop.

Meant to order from another place (GDK) but accidently ordered from Ruislip Kebab, after getting confused on one of the delivery apps. Veggie burger was decent size, and taste was ok but left a nasty aftertaste for well over an hour. Not going there again.

Bought the lamb shish kebab which comes with bread & salad. When I took it home to eat the lamb was barely warm inside. There were about 5 pieces of lamb. I persevered with the salad & bread. I think I ate 2 pieces but felt wary & then I sliced the 3rd piece & it was very pink inside. I went back to say I don’t think it is cooked through. The manager laughed in my face & said you don’t get sick from lamb & said you ate a lot of the bread & salad & was sneering at me. He then was going to put the leftover lamb on the ‘grill’ & I just said leave it & walked out as it wasn’t worth the aggravation. There is Manor Mangal, Eat Lebo in Ruislip Manor, Yaprak’s in Eastcote & Yaprak’s Kitchen in Pinner. They all make grilled meat that’s not raw inside yet the manger seems to have an attitude. Avoid at all costs.

1st buy: Dryed out salad and buns (minimum 2days old) OK. I thought maybe just a bad day. I tried again because I like the kebab food. 2nd buy: I ordered a burger but while I waited I saw the burger meat behind the glass. There was green and grey colour in the meat.I asked 'could you give me a fresh meat please?' He answered so rude so I said good bye. Don't go there, trust me, don't waste your money! Avoid it!

The boss was extremely rude to his worker and started shouting and him just because he asked if we want anything in our burgers. The burger also had little bits of purple

I nipped in here after work this evening as I was hungry but didn’t want to spoil my dinner that evening, so I asked for a basic chicken shish, no bread or any of the usual stuff - I just wanted something healthy. The owner had a chat with me, stopped me from getting a ticket on my car and the food was decent. Would use again ✅ 😃

Lovely kebabs. Lots of competition in the local area but still the favourite for me. Some advice for the owner; try to smile a little. If a customer says hello, maybe say hi back. Goes a long way especially with competitors priding themselves on customer service :)

I ordered a delivery yesterday. 2 chicken kebabs and a burger. The food was disgusting. The chicken was cold, the salad was old. It was under cooked. The onion rings we soggy. I do not normally post reviews but it was £35 that went straight in the bin.

Awful kebab. Very chewy fatty lamb, over priced. Poor customer service too

I asked them KINDLY for a little pot of garlic sauce because was no option to add sauce on the top of my portion on Uber Eats. I don't mind that they refused to me but their way was disgusting! ''No pay, no get it''. Guess what mate ''You do talk to your customers like they are rubbish, they will never come back''! Also portion was small and the food cold. It was the first and the last time ordering from them! I do not recommend it!

This is my go to establishment for kebabs and has been for a few years. The owner is always so accommodating and the food never disappoints. I have eaten food from here on about 40 occasions and have never been disappointed

Had it the other week after almost three years as was in the area for work. It used to be the best donner place in Ruislip but has fallen a long way in the past few years. Fatty and completely bland, lamb donner tasted of nothing. Chucked most of it in the bin.

Chicken shish... Just realised we've ordered the same thing for over 10 years and it's always been really really great, the chicken is always juicy and the salad is always fresh and crispy. Top marks for consistent quality. I can't ask for more.

I didnt even finish this kebab. Before I even opened the box I had grease drip on me Then when I opened I took about 3 mouth fulls and I couldn't eat anymore .. The garlic mayo at the bottom you could see was swimming in grease. Would not eat here again or reccomend

Ordered two chicken doner wraps and when I got home the smell of rank chicken was overwhelming... I've just taken them back and at first the owner seemed ok as he tried the meat and said it was ok ...trust me that meat was not ok.when he asked whet I would like instead and I told him I'd prefer a refund his attitude immediately changed to accusing me of eating half before returning .I then said I haven't touched it once Id smelt it and he when on to accuse me further ....turns out it's just your portion sizes mate hope you read this because after using this shop for years I will no longer be returning just like most of your customers..your a rude man and I hope your business gos broke like your kebabs

When this first opened, it was probably one of the best kebab shops in the local area. Since then, the owner has become more downbeat each time I have come here and he is often with an attitude. Probably won't return to this one although the food is good.

Ordered a doner kebab and it was cold fatty and tasted disgusting, threw it in the bin, wouldn’t even give it to my dogs as it would be being cruel to animals, all in all the place should be shut down, there’ not enough alcohol in Ruislip for me to ever step foot in there again, rude rude and rude and rude

Always get my kebab or burger from here and have always had a lovely meal. Owner and workers are all really nice. Food can take a while but have had no problems.

This place is very very dirty I asked for a chicken burger it came out of an old ice cream tub. When asked why it was coming out of that he said get out of my shop problem the best thing he could of said very rude man

Ruislip Kebab have the BEST Chicken Doner in North London i.e. London. I suspect the only way to beat them would be to go to Turkey and even then I'd back them. Saying that there's definitely no competition locally otherwise...

An average kebab shop that also sells burgers, fish and chips, and chicken nuggets. The doner on the vertical skewer is sometimes a little dubious looking as they keep relighting the flame behind it wen you place an order but the lamb and chicken shish kebabs are nice as they are freshly cooked.

I use this kebab house on a regular basis! They are decent kind and friendly staff. The food is good. I only wish they had a little more ambition and did a wider range of food! If you need a snack get in here.

Stopped by this place and thought I'd get a kebab. Not exaggerating to say it was the absolute worst kebab I've had in my life. In fact, we thought the meat tasted off. Avoid at all costs. Disgusting.
