The staff were welcoming and the food was good.

That was my first time visiting uk, and it was the nicest person that let me in in my whole life. I think his name was Kian or something like that, give that man advance!!!! he was the nicest staff i met in my whole life, i really enjoyed Nando’s thankfully to him and nice butterfly wings! 😍

Our sever was called Kofi and was so rude to us. We came in and was told there was a 30 minute wait and was asked to leave our phone number. 45 minutes passed with no call so we came back to ask if there was a table yet. Kofi asked if we’d recieved a call and when we said no he rolled his eyes and shrugged at us. We were told to wait until we got a call. We got a call an hour and a half after we originally came. When we finally sat down for food he continued to be quite rude and blunt to us.

If you want a drink, get a can or bottled drink, the soda machine had forgot what fizz was, and the staff member told seemed totally OK with that and helped zero. The food portions are super low vs the price!

This nandos is decent, but not the best. It was rather quiet when we went in, with plenty of staff on, however service was slow. In addition, my partner found bone in their food which put them off a little. We also noticed that alot of people didn't seem fully content, with chicken being sent back a few times. But other theb these it's a decent place for a simple date

This nandos is the best 1 around the manager's and staff are fantastic always going the extra mile to make sure my family and me are well taken care of i would recommend the huddersfield store to everyone and of course the food is delicious

Birthday meal ruined by extremely poor customer service. Paid for our order and was ignored. The restaurant wasn't extremely busy. 45 minutes passed until I made enquiries into what was happening. We observed other customers arriving ordering, eating and leaving. After I went to the counter a supervisor came to our table 19 minutes later and advised they are starting to prepare or order. Food received and incorrect. Offered free deserts as good will gesture. I went to order to be told none available. Staff had myself wait 10 minutes at counter while they check stock. Asked to speak to manager who refused to come out and I was informed he was to busy. We left and will never return. I submitted a complaint with nandos and expect the same standard of response. Don't bother going to Huddersfield nandos.

For the price you pay for a basic meal was expensive

We are regular visitors to Nando’s weekly we’ve moved to hudderfeild this is are 4th time to this Nando’s and it doesn’t compare to the junction 27 one… the food never seems to be hot every time we get are order it’s either cold and or just luke warm this has happen 4 times on the trot.. my girlfriends was flat cold this time and the waiter was rude when we are for it to be hot.. think the staff need to go to junction 27 Nando’s and get some training miles better there

Myself and my wife went out for a bite to eat, as soon as we walked we where treated by the most lovely Man who took us to our table, he was exceptionally helpful and made me and my wife feel so welcome. As things in most places have changed since Covid he explained that we could QR or order from the bar, we were very happy that this particular restaurant still had paper menus Once we had decided on what we were going to eat we went to the bar where the Manager served us, he was extremely helpful as well, he explained how the chillies work on the app, unbelievingly if you have the app and have obtained the chillies (different amounts have different rewards) they can used over and over again for 12 months! For example if you have 3 chillies this will get you a starter of some description and you can use it every time you go! It does t reset back to zero We ordered alcoholic drinks, as a cider man myself he explained which cider they served and how it tasted which I found really really helpful Once sat down our food arrived ( The squeaky cheese is amazing...Hollumi cheese) and the main course was really really nice, all staff where brilliant, nice and very witty As I had a bad experience in the Hammersmith branch when on work commitments, Huddersfield branch has really made me want to dine out at Nando's again Cheers guys!

This was my 2nd time in Nandos and I must say that experience in Huddersfield was much better than the one in Leeds. The atmosphere felt comfy and staff was nice while food was really tasty. I definitely will come back.

Absolutely shocking service when a member off staff rang me saying a bottle of wine was out of stock that we ordered and didn't substitute it Many items were out of stock so the wine should have been too They told me to contact deliveroo and so I did 3 times and they put the phone down every time I am now £33 pound of pocket There were other bottles of wine in stock so it's not rocket science to swap it The lady I dealt with at huddersfield was shocking as far as customer service goes

Personally I'm not a fan of the atmosphere at Huddersfield, we got sat upstairs and the lighting is so dim it's verging on dark. We ordered are food using the qwerty code on the table and ordered meals and drinks, we waited ages and nobody brought outlr glasses, we had to ask when the food was delivered to the table. The food was nice and we all enjoyed, I Personally feel its over priced for what it is and the fact you don't get table table, although the kids meal was good value for money and a generous portion. My daughter chose the unlimited frozen yogurt with her meal which again we had to ask how we could get it and where to get a bowl as nobody explained. Turned out we had to go downstairs which is a steep spiral staircase so not ideal with kids and balancing ice cream. Also I only had ilone glass of soft drink but was no option to order one so had to pay for limitless when I knew I wouldn't use it. For me personally, there's restaurants where I can get similar food for the same price or less that have full table service which I prefer. But as I said, the food was tasty.

This review is based on my latest experience of Nandos - absolutely shocking. It's a shame because I had the exact same meal twice last week (Extra Hot Chicken Wrap, Peri Chips & Spicy Rice) and it was 10/10. Whoever made the wrap put no flavour into it whatsoever. Chips were hard, rice was awful. I won't be getting delivery again, only eat in.

Delivery driver delivered our food to some rando. Phoned up to let them know and they refused to send another. So now I’m down nearly £40, hungry and got spoken to like an idiot. Top service.

Small portions of food. Atmosphere is great and the staff are amazing and welcoming. The bottomless drinks keeps you hydrated all through the meal and you don't have to wait for long for your meal. Washrooms are little bit wet and it is relatively not too close. Upstairs may not be a short distance to use it and disabled persons may struggle a bit. Great place to hang out nonetheless

Terrible service, took an hour to even give us our drinks and another 30 mins on top of that for our food to arrive, food was cold freezinf cold to the point I felt a breeze cutting open my chicken, that was unseasoned and burned

We haven’t been to Nando’s for a very long time and we’ve got to say it’s so much better.. I need to mention Matty who met us at the door and was so accommodating and so so helpful.. such a wonderful chap.. a credit to the business as to was Amed (I’m sorry if spelt wrong) who served us at the tills.. to be honest everyone we spoke to including the manager was excellent.. massive improvement.. If I had to say one thing.. we were still eating starters when the waiter came over with the main, which was a bit awkward .. other than that perfect.

Came here with my family on Thursday and the staff were amazing. There was a big group of us having lunch and the manager I'm guessing was so accommodating. He made us a big table so we could all sit together. The staff were fantastic and again so polite and friendly. The food was piping hot, very quick and very tasty. 4 of us girlies ventured out to Nando’s as 1 of us confessed to having never been to one so we decided she needed to pop her Nando’s cherry. Upon arrival Callum the manager greeted us & explained the concept of ordering & helping yourself to sauces etc for the benefit of our Nando’s Virgin. One of our group is vegetarian & gluten free (nightmare I know 🤦‍♀️) but Callum couldn’t have been more accommodating with his food recommendations & was really helpful. The food arrived & it was like a banquet, we really enjoyed giving in to our inner piglets & happily devoured it all, all the while Callum was checking everything was ok & really made us feel welcome. We loved the fact that during our time here Callum did everything from taking orders, waiting tables, sweeping the floor & cleaning tables, I have never seen a manager being so hands on, he really is a credit to Nando’s. In all we had a lovely time & like any other Virgin our friend can’t wait for a retake 😂 Thank you Nando’s for a wonderful experience!

I ordered a collection today at Nando’s. I was impressed and contented with the overall service and customer service of Josh who delivered exceptional help and assistance.

The only Nando's I've been to, and more than likely the only one I ever will return to. The staff are incredibly friendly and accomodating. As soon as you walk in they dedicate themselves fully towards your comfort and care. The food is actually a lot better than I thought it would be, with lots of options available and even quite a number of vegetarian options too. The only negative is that the seating can feel quite claustrophobic at times, but it's hard to help this for such a busy, popular location. Will definitely visit again.

Went for a family dinner and the service and food was all good. We ordered a number of main courses and variety of sides all of which we enjoyed.

I’m not usually one to leave a review, however I believe this member of staff deserves the recognition. Aliya is always so friendly and polite, serving us with nothing but a smile every time we go in. She’s lovely to chat to and always makes an effort to make sure everyone is comfortable. She is a credit to the restaurant and deserves recognition for her continuous amazing service.

£40 & change, Order came cold rung up customer services for someone to replace, refund or someone to collect the cold food and they said they was too busy and all they could do was offer me a compensation of £ 10. Massive Insult, this is robbery, massively disappointed. I will never order from this establishment again, it's overpriced and overrated.

Compared to other Nandos that I have been, we felt lost for the first few minutes, nobody to direct or welcome us. However, the lady who attended to us was fabulous and asked if there were other things she could do for us.

Rukiya was absolutely amazing. Provided an amazing service and the desert recommendation was perfect. Highly recommend coming here

The staff did not get 3 out of 4 people’s orders correct, however they were very apologetic about it( could have offered a discount though) Food is good and is served piping hot. Service is fairly quick, clean and nice environment.

If chicken is your thing and you don't mind paying a little over the odds, you get get a tasty bite. With sauce to catter for every pallet, you can go as mild or hot as you want, and a bottomless drink is always welcome. Staff are nice and friendly, but you order on the app or at the bar so you dont get the opportunity to tip even if you want to.

I've been to this particular branch on numerous occasions, however my last visit was definitely my worst. I ordered the Fino pitta and it just tasted awful, very dry and a strange smell was coming from the pitta, my order also took much longer than usual to arrive which isn't great. I'm hoping it was a one off and that normal service is resumed upon my next visit.

On this particular experience was absolutely spot on and the only reason I can explain why is because of the attentiveness and accommodating nature of the lovely Manageress called Victoria, I have never dealt with her before on my many outings to this Huddersfield restaurant but she has far better customer service skills and hospitality etiquette than the other managers I've dealt with before. And with all that I had no problems at all with any of our meals and was delicious to say the least. I definitely worth a return visit!
