Pessimo, sporco, da chiudere. Appartenente un hotel ma in pratica un incubo. Molto vecchio e solo parzialmente rimesso a posto. Pavimento sportivo. Armadio con indumenti di alle persone. Un calzino sotto un mobile. Materasso sfondato.

I loved it because of the self checkout

Poor service and slap dash everything plus dirty tables. Not a good experience. Didn't have food though.

Very welcoming cafe. The warm Bara Brith in particular was really good, with Good coffees and gas as well. Staff excellent. Gift shop also really Good.

Came to visit with my grandchildren after been recommended quite a few times. Whole experience from start to finish was awful. No booking system so you just turn up wait for a table to become free pay for an hour. No communication from staff or noticed advising this. What made it worse a man came along with family of 5 said I work here and was let in right past everyone that had been in the queue. Accept there may be perks for being a staff member but shouldn’t be allowed to jump the queue especially as they did not pay. Noticed the said family eating and drinking their own food bought in when clear notices against this. Young lady said have cleared your table it ready. We ended up wiping it ourselves with baby wipes along with the chairs before we could sit down. Bits of disguarded food all over the dirty floors clearly a slip hazard. Older children playing in the toddlers area wasn’t safe for my granddaughter. Waited 15 mins to be served 2 coffees with no one in front of me. Young staff gave no idea what they are doing. Just stand and stare at you blankly. No management around to delegate duties. We ended up coming out after 35 minutes and won’t be returning !!!

On a Saturday afternoon the bar is always full with only 1 person serving

Came for brunch and after waiting for ages had to ask if we could order, I had the wild mushrooms on toast which didn’t seem to be seasoned and was bland The waiter looked like he would rather be elsewhere We ordered fries on the side which were forgotten about and we had to ask! They came out when we finnished …. Not ideal Not worth the money at all sadly

This is a review of the restaurant, the hotel is lovely. The Bistro is one of those places that I really want to like but unfortunately the place has let me down for the last time and I won’t be returning to the restaurant again. Many times I have sat there after ordering only to be told that they’re out of this or that. Other times I’ve had to wait so long for my food that I have had to leave before receiving it. A few times I have been served with food that is barely edible, but still I have returned as I want to give the Arms a chance. Well tonight I had a burger which was served uncooked, unfortunately I only noticed after eating half of it. Poor food and service is one thing but when your restaurant tries to kill you I think it’s probably best not to return.

Un café muy bonito. El personal era agradable y amable, la comida es genial y trajo agradable y rápido. Grandes pulgares de toda la familia.

After having a bad experience once before we thought we would give the cafe another go..... big mistake !! I appreciate times are difficult at the moment but one member of staff taking orders and making the drinks whilst there was at least 10 people behind me waiting in the queue was ridiculous. I was 2nd in the queue and waited 25 mins for 2 coffees and a hot chocolate, the poor young lad was under pressure but was very polite under the circumstances. Unfortunately when I got to my table our drinks were cold , which was very disappointing given the time we waited for them. I will definitely not be returning again unfortunately. Plenty of other places to get better service and a hot drink . I have worked in this line of business for many years and understand how difficult it can be on times, but given all the bad reviews of the cafe it s time to do something about it !!

Terrible servicio pidió 2 bebidas calientes que habrían estado mal si no nos hubiéramos dado cuenta. . . el lugar real es sucio los pisos estaban cubiertos de migas las mesas estaban todas sucias y el personal estaba demasiado interesado en charlar en la cocina, mi amigo señaló lo sucio que estaba allí y se encontró con un miembro del personal muy poco interesado que acaba de acordar que el piso estaba sucio era justo lo mismo por la basura de asientos exteriores alrededor de las mesas. . . para lo que se cobra por los artículos de Costa este lugar es una desgracia. . no volverá a visitar.

I said I’d never visit a Starbucks again after my last experience, however here I am paying extortionate prices for average coffee. It’s so overrated! The prices are ridiculous. I wouldn’t mind if I enjoyed what I was purchasing but It was awful. however the staff were always extremely nice when I complained it’s just a shame their products are not.

This was the worst bacon and egg roll ever. Bacon very fatty and egg horrible .most went to feed the birds outside never again only thing right was the price for 2 with tea but still never again

Looove this place, great coffee, great hot chocolate. The staff are lovely, they are very hard working and never complain. Paul knows what I'm having before I get there. Paul's great but everyone who works with him are lovely people who don't deserve the amount of abuse they sometimes have to take... Love you all and good luck with everything that you do ❤️

Alana is a scam artist. Sends damaged squashed and disgusting cakes and then refuses to refund, would not order again from these people
