Greggs in Denbighshire

Went after work at 5.30. Served by a lad named Lewis. Very helpful and went out of his way to help me. Food was good as usual. Very impressed.

Have been going to Greggs at Marina Quay since it opened. The staff were always helpful, pleasant and very nice to speak to. They were always on the ball & the food was always spot on. Now I say, don't bother if you are looking for a great staff experience. Staff there now, look at you like OMG another customer 🙄. They walk around like everything is a chore. Food is edible providing its cooked correctly and not like chewing on a tree log or raw pastry. Seriously need to bring the old staff / management back. Has gone down hill during the last 18 months. Very sad

I was going to sit inside after a hard day of work. I ordered a chese parsty. I gave her £1.65 and sat down. She said " If you want to eat in you have to pay more." I could not belive it. I walked out of the shop with my parsty and ate it outside the door. And the parsty was cold!!! Next time I'll go to pound bakery where they don't rob from you.

We have just had a really rude and weird response from the girl serving. Picked up a box of doughnuts went to the counter and asked for other items. She rudely told me to pay for the cakes first. Then held her hand out for the money she got my other item then asked me to pay for that before I ordered another item. So rude she made me feel like I would steal the items. Please do something about her attitude. I could have shook her young girl blonde with glasses. You have let your team down

Significant lack of sausage rolls, was told to wait 15 mins, they came out in 25. Lovely, young girl Hallie assisted and reassured us ours were guaranteed. Even offered us a free hot drink while we waited as it was an inconvenience. You could tell she felt bad for keeping us waiting. Man behind the counter kept on adding more time to the cooking, resulting in a very stressed environment, the young girl however reassured us and was quickly there to apologise multiple times and was humorous with us and our children. Relatively negative experience, one star for the brilliant service. Other girl was quite polite also, informing me on parking for the area. Great staff 👍🏼

Wanted to go purely because it is listed as the 8th best restraunt in rhyl lol. Fancied a sausage roll too. Husband wanted a steak bake. It was 10.15am. No sausage rolls or any pasties available. Loads of doughnuts though, I mean LOADS! Left with a bacon roll instead :( it was nice but no sausage roll. Customer service- I felt like the guy was rushing me despite me being the only one in the shop.

The young assistant May needs to concentrate on the orders she has already taken instead of being intent on cracking through the queue like she is late for an appointment. The other girls were rushing to get the orders done, whilst messing up even my order completely and forgetting another guests order who had been in there 10 minutes before me. Supposed to be a minimum of 4 people in the shop at once but ended up with a queue of people waiting for their orders all crumpled together with a minimum of around 8 people in a small space. Not good.

I can't believe that I like vegan food. I tried their vegan sausage roll because people were talking about them and how good they are. I agree, they are very good along with many of their other products.

Greggs does what it says on the tin. There’s no great cuisine here but food you can grab on the go for great value. They’re decaf coffee is pretty good too. We grabbed a snack to eat in, in between shops, and received the usual friendly service from the staff. Whilst eating my Cousin started choking and couldn’t breathe. I ran to the counter asking for water and the staff member Montif literally ran and got me water so I could help my Cousin. Thanks to him we got thinks under control quickly. I just wanted to say Thank You, keep baking great vegan sausage rolls and being so helpful. Especially Montif.

Prefect for that lunch to take to the beach. Varied choice of sandwiches, pasties etc. easily located near the Range and plenty of parking.

Nipped in to get a couple of snaks but overheard a woman complaing that they were not in forming customers that the chicken pies was made with halal meat. Walked out sharpish

Lovely sandwiches, soup, cakes & coffee. Just the ticket on a wet & blowy day in Rhyl. Staff cheerful & friendly.

Popped to the Range on the retail park and called in for a bite to eat for lunch at Greggs just around the corner food lovely and fresh good variety of items was a bit awkward to balance everything on the counter felt a bit rushed that was the only thing, but we are not the quickest, but the food was very enjoyable recommend here

stopped off for breakfast before journey home, was lovely, just what we needed. pasties nice and warm, fresh baguettes.

Friendly staff very helpful. Plenty of choice of snacks. Fresh sandwiches. Place spotless clean and tidy. Plenty of parking spaces. Recommended

Ideal for a quick snack and drink, seating inside and outside clean , good service , pleasant staff , good coffee nice and hot , good friend of nearby marine lake

Busy place not long opened. Seems very popular. Been a few times now. Staff polite but never seems enough staff serving. Also notice they let things run out before making more. Overhaul a good decent snack at a reasonable price. Place looks clean and tidy.

We called into the new Greggs on the Cei Marina Retail Park on the outskirts of Rhyl after visiting The Range. It's a fairly typical Greggs offering the usual range of snacks but it offers both indoor and outdoor seating (we got a table outside) and because the retail park is still a long way from being fully built there's plenty of free parking available right outside.

Popped in a a coffee and breakfast bap. Staff friendly and service was good. Sat outside and enjoyed the view over Marine Lake.

Popped in for a quick cuppa and a bite to eat. Lovely clean premises, helpful staff too. Coffee was good and cakes were usual greggs standard.
