Wrong bread on new order after getting previous order wrong 30 mins before

Took an hour for food to arrive when we live five minutes from the restaurant

The order was missing a footlong and I had to drive over to collect myself to find that the person who made the order up had gone home and the poor young lady that was left to work alone but was very apologetic.. I would like to request a full refund

Delivery Persian was friendly and helpful

Arrived at 5:20 on Monday and it was closed!!!! Nearly 2 hours early!! The manager of this place must be a right dosser as other reviews say the same thing, " come on guys lets finish early today I've got to hop on rocket league" this place needs new management and fast

Practically no food off the menu, on a Saturday. The person serving exceptionally slow and frustrating to deal with. Just slowly listing the food they didn't have, when they had one bread that looked dodgy. Had to leave empty handed. Worst Subway I've ever been in, never going here again.

Put an order in and didn’t receive my sub. When called, staff very dismissive of problem and never got a refund! Of the subs that did arrive, looked like it had been thrown together.

Got my order completely wrong…not sure how they can’t follow the instructions given by the customer

Bread was stale and so was the cookie

Order arrived on time but opened and there was a sandwich missing, called the store to report, straight away young girl called me a liar, I advised for her to check as everything else was there (this being the sandwich of least value) she advised they only had two orders so in theory made mistakes on both but at my detriment, but said "even if they were to admit fault there is nothing they could do but it was definitely in the bag", I no longer had any patience to waste of this exercise of futility with a sandwich "artist" that threw my sandwich at a wall it seems as it was packed like the floor of a kids bedroom

I used to use this store alot more. The girls are great. The new manager who jas recently now gone, since the change of managers, is shocking. This guy doesn't seem to know what he is doing? Ypung lad who was pn may need retraining too as today's food, cold, not toasted dispite him placing it in toaster (I didn't notice as I was saying hi to the other staff member who was nice and polite and GOOD AT HER JOB!) The manager had single handedly ruined this store. I wouldnt go in when he was working as it was so poor. He barely spoke a word and seemed to lack people skills - no wonder the staff were leaving already !! The girls that work there and another young lad there are great. Polite. Chatting with customers and make it a nice experience.

For such an easy job you'd think they would at least stay open until the time it says, not close over 40 minutes early, possibly even earlier.

Items in my order were completely wrong

Took ages for it to even leave the store when it said the courier was at the store

Supposed to be a sandwich but had barely any filling didnt ha e any chicken on one side!? Deliver driver is miserable and needs to learn english. Tired of the constant problems with ordering and i only order cause its one thing i know my elderly mum

I ordered a rotisserie chicken salad box, wedges and cookies whilst in work. I ate my wedges and shared the cookies out. Saved my salad for tea when I got home. Opened the box and there was no chicken!!! Devastating.

There was no food we wanted and we wanted a bmt and there was no ham so he charged us more for what’s already in a bmt and he was really rude🙁🙁🙁🙁

The rude and disrespectful employee behaves out of line. It is a clean and tidy establishment but the employees are rude to you They're always scaring me that the boss will come, the boss will do this, nobody is the boss, say hello. A shop in the middle of the street, good location, ask the boss to plant a candle here, next time I'll blow it out The woman working in the shop keeps shouting, I understand you're unhappy, but you're not useful enough to make me unhappy.

Toppings were put on wrong food my sister is allergic to gherkins

The breakwich sandwich was stone cold. The hash browns on it were frozen! It was the worst one i have had from there!

driver gave me a completely wrong order and then shot off

Deliver man went to the WRONG address even though I correct it in the delivery details since the map is wrong. Just shows they don’t care enough about the notes.

Have submitted refund request for nachos as the doritos were very stale. Everything else was great

went here to get some cookies and was left absolutely ripped off, there’s a sign literally at the counter saying you can buy 12 cookies for about £4.09, when she put it through the till it came up as 5.96, i mentioned it and she didn’t do anything.

Part of the order was missing. Paid for footlong garlic bread which was missing. The chocolate cookie was broken and had a bite shaped piece missing 😕

He was parked by the shop for half an hour and when he came my food was cold

Delivery driver dropped wrong bag of food. He was incredibly inpatient and rude and was beeping the horn in his car outside the house instead of getting out the car and ringing the doorbell? I now have a bag of someone else’s food that is no use to me.

Do I take this up with the restaurant or with just eat ? I received one meal out of two this morning…?

Annoyed as one sandwich came as a six inch when ordered a footlong but overall food was warm and ontime

Absolutely shocking!!! Tried to order from 4pm the store kept taking it off and putting it back on and been WAITING from 4pm to now 18:28pm for it to be delivered!! The driver banged on the door like he was gonna come through and pressed the bell that many times, like you've took 2 and half hours to deliver and now have the audacity to bash our door down near enough cause you can't hack abit of rain!??? Absolute joke

Wrong order was delivered, called subway and was told nothing they could do and I had to contact just eat for refund. The food that arrived I wouldn’t eat. Not as good as they use to be. Put me off ordering from here

Food was "on time" but delivery window changed about 8 times.

Excellent food. Only criticism is - that my sub was stuck to the white paper packaging. It was hard to get it off.

we ordered 2 footlong 1 deli meat and 1 chicken tikka. We asked for cheese on both we didn't get it. it was advertised that we would get salad and dressing we didn't so we paid £9.80 for 3 slices of salami and a slice of ham and £9.80 for a pitiful bit of chicken tikka. Absolutely pathetic don't waste your money I certainly won't bother again.

Arrived at almost closing and the staff were friendly, chatty and happy to help. They also have gluten free bread, which Rhyl subway do not have! Recommended.

I got the wrong order had to call up 10 times and got no answer, they answered one time and said they didn’t do it wrong so I tried it and thrown up. I was angry because it was expensive so I walked to the subway which is half an hour away and complained and got it replaced but I’m not very well at the minute so wish I didn’t have to leave bed at all plus it would have been cheaper to buy it in store anyway.

Both footings came not toasted. Asked for toasted. No cheese on one of them. Too much sauce on, Prob the worst subway I have had from there. Is usually bang on, have a world with the sandwich technician! It honestly ruined my and and my missuses dinner. Delivery driver was fast and polite and great as usual.

Yeah came early by 30 mins probably because there was only 1 selection of sandwich available… just steak and cheese that was it and garlic bread on the sides … nothing else like how was nothing available, good job that’s what my partner wanted, I didn’t but I was hungry, seriously I’m laughing writing this hahaha how can you have 1 sandwich in a subway available ahahahha and it was pretty bland … but again .. very hungry lol plus my partner wanted it toasted and it was not

Ordered from here a few times while I’ve been at work and it is amazing, the service is amazing and the delivery times are good
