It sells very expensive coffee. VERY expensive 😳

Was going to get a drink. But wasn't even approached or acknowledged when waiting at the counter. I know it was close yo closing time but come guys

This ... was ... possibly ... the ... slowest ... service ... I ... have ... ever ... experienced ... zzzzz

Staff here are always so miserable, it's become a running joke between friends each time we stop

Coffee was so weak no body The white chocolate brownies were warm and melting. The place was untidy even scruffy

Very poor service, saw a staff member rolling their eyes at a child trying to pick a drink!

Very nice but a tad expensive if you have a family.

The staff were very attentive, well spoken with fast service. A good place to stop for a break.

I had never seen a coffee shop that do not allow dogs. No dogs, no purchase.

It is a shame that you don't accept dogs. Dogs have better behaviour than humans. NO DOGS, I WILL LEFT MY MONEY IN A DIFFERENT PLACE.

THIS STARBUCKS US NOT OET FRIENDLY. I was under the impression that all Starbucks were pet friendly. Every other single Starbucks we has stopped at in the last 12months in, England, France & Spain have all been pet friendly.

It sells coffee, that is hot and contains caffeine. Worth a look if there are no other coffee shops nearby.

The coffee was not great and was too frothy. Consistency was more like watery instant coffee.

One of the better SB outlets, I believe. Had thought that SB were losing their way wrt facility ambience.

Service was outstanding. Very polite and professional lady. Food was average. Toastie and some tots

No dogs allowed, which seems daft considering this is the only building that you can sit down inside at the services. If you need to charge your car and it's raining then waiting in your car is the only option. Go to Greggs instead!

Nice to get a break to eat something . They got variety to order and for take away too. Coffee and deserts too. Toilets were cleaned too .

Easy to order. Clean and tidy. Only downside the gutters outside needed cleaning out as grass was growing out of the and rainwater was pouring downside of building.

The two staff members on shift at lunchtime on Sunday were doing well but my goodness the queue was insane, almost to the door. Worth ordering ahead on the app I imagine as I was waiting 15 mins+ for a latte

Staff did not give a toss about customers the Sandwich was disgusting throw it away

I used the drive thru. Quick and easy service. The team were great and my drink was made super quick and was delicious.

We were disappointed with the overall experience because even though staff were well organised with a clean and tidy counter, the venue was unkempt with crumbs left on a number of tables. Most tables needed a wipe down. It just felt unwelcoming and cold. The toilets were unsatisfactory and hadn't been cleaned since 3.15pm the previous day. Bins were overflowing, and the toilet needed a deep clean. Parking was OK, although there were fewer spaces since the addition of a Greggs outlet on site.

The staff is nice but service sometimes can be very slow.

Disappointing visit this morning. The place was totally empty when I arrived, with one member of staff serving. I ordered two Caramel Frappes from the server who very clearly did not want to be there, who sulkily shuffled off to make them. The result was two very watery frappes shoved at me without a word, with the very bare minimum of caramel sauce and cream. So minimal you couldn't even taste the caramel. I had to ask for straws and she just flung her hand out to gesture where I was supposed to stretch across the counter to grab them. The straws did not last the entirety of the drink so were effectively useless and not fit for the intended purpose. I have become so frustrated by the decline in good customer service and paying a lot of money (£10.60) for poor quality goods so i am now making it my mission to leave reviews and hopefully change the world for the better. In the meantime, I will be sticking to their rival for my frappes in future.

Excellent coffee, but disappointed with the service, employees chatting loudly about personal issues taking ages and then getting the orders wrong 😕

A running issue with Starbucks is doing the drinks way to hot. Asked for it to be warm (kids temp) and it came hot.

Staff were lovely.. We only got coffee and shortbread biscuits, both were nice... Disable toilets needed a good clean, I couldn't use them. The other toilets were very clean...

Just pray you don't need to go to the toilet for a no2. There are 3 mens stalls, a choice of broken seat s#!t on the seat or the one clogged with ar$ewipe. Avoid.

This place seems identical to the westbound Starbucks in Kinmel services. And I don't mean similar, I mean identical! And yes I get it Starbucks business ethos is to offer identical experiences wherever you go. But this is just over the top. The actual building is identical, the car park, even the folliage. It even has a Greggs opposite the front entrance (Though this Greggs is rotated 90 degrees compared to the westbound Greggs.) We stopped at both these Starbucks on our trip out to Wales and our trip back home. So pls check out my review of westbound Starbucks and apply it to this one

Shocking. Service was so slow, he didn’t attempt to speed up even after watching the crowd of people waiting for their drinks grow. 25 minute wait for one drink is terrible.

Very nice coffee as you'd expect from Starbucks. Lots of seating both inside and outside. Very clean toilet with several cubicles. I

We arrived 1 minute before closing time and they were already mopping the floor to close up. Instead of being difficult, they let us in, let us order our drink and use the bathroom. We'd had a long journey so we really appreciated the staff letting us in!

Never ever have proper cups available when sitting in, they constantly say the dishwasher is broke because they can't be bothered cleaning cups. What a absolute waste of throw away cups and you can't ever have a coffee in a proper cup. Joke of a place

Called in on journey home to use facilities which were less than clean! Attendant was filling tissue holders but could of done with deep clean. Grabbed a muffin for daughter and myself on way out but went in bin after 1 bite as tasted as if it had been there all week was extremely dry and tasteless. Was £6.40 to use some very inadequate facilities and a untasty treat. Mid afternoon so thought could/should of been better Will not be going back, will find a different service station next time

As a motorway service spot, this is poor, with a dirty and cramped car park, but the shop is very nice; spacious, with excellent WiFi it seems to be newly-decorated. Coffee is, as is normal for Starbucks, mediocre

First visit in a while and this Starbucks is much improved. The whole interior has been revamped with a clean, calm look and the ordering system seems smoother, only held up by indecisive customers in front of you who always seem to be ordering for a coachload of people. Staff were friendly and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating space. There is a Greggs opposite for people suffering from pastry withdrawal symptoms in Wales.

Female member of staff turned away a dog owner today? Why when all other Starbucks are dog friendly and offer 'Puppachinos?'

Prior to the refurb it was a nice place to stop for a coffee or lunch, despite the astronomical prices 🙈 But since the refurb it’s not a place to stop and enjoy your drink/snacks. It’s so cold and unwelcoming. It’s as noisy as a busy sports hall. And when the chairs get dragged along the floor the sound is unbearable. The update hasn’t improved anything. It’s only made it worse.

The most disgusting toilets I’ve ever seen. It doesn’t look like they have ever been cleaned. Sanitary rubbish on the window sill and dirty clothes left under the sink. Changed my mind about buying a drink after I saw this.

All good but where is the sign for the toilets inside? Took a while to find with no signage anywhere. If these are deliberately not sign posted then why does the service park advertise 'WC' on the sign?

Lovely Starbucks super helpful and friendly staff. There is also a new EV charger based here as well

100% would recommend, the staff today were fantastic. Everywhere is nice and clean, even the toilets were spotless. Very impressed!

Great place to stop for a lovely coffee on the way to Llandudno after getting up at silly o’clock. Toilets nice and clean a real pleasure to spend a couple of minutes here. Obviously they have a great selection of food as well. Recommend from me.

Paper cups ,food in a paper bag ,no cups or plates ,rather basic .

It looks very tired. I was disappointed.

A truly excellent vegan coffee ☕️ , fast service and clean . Only downer was zero atmosphere....

Had a good coffee here. And the cabinet was fairly full so you could get what you wanted to eat. Which isn't always the case in other Starbucks. I find the coffee and drinks hit and miss in most Starbucks some being undrinkable. But been Lucky with this branch every time. Same can't be said for the one at Bangor.

Done use Starbucks, overrated and not as good coffee as Greg's, which I used, the one on same services.

It's not really a place for a quick coffee....they take time to prepare it, so if you want a coffee to go, I don't feel you give the "coffee the appreciation". I think making takes longer than drinking it.
