Love the coffee, pup cup for Monti my dog.

Always good coffee, staff are always friendly and attentive.

Appalling service today, ordered a flat white and a cold drink for my wife and considering there were four members of staff the service was very very very slow. When my order did arrive my flat white was in a takeaway cup so asked for it to be laced in a proper cup, when I tasted it was lukewarm so I went back to the pickup counter to complain only to be stood there for at least 5 mins so I placed the cup down and walked out. Me Louise and Ralph (dog) have been coming here since it opened but I am going to find somewhere else

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever had. Ordered a white mocha and it tastes nothing like it should, ordered a pumpkin spice frap and half of it was left in the mixer and no cinnamon. Service was appalling, frap arrived moderately quickly and had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the poorly made white mocha to arrive. Seems to be across the board as other customers waiting for ages also. Oh and parking is awful.

Nice shop. Efficient staff. Rushed off their feet.

No coffee for over two weeks !? Only offering filtered coffee, and it taste absolutely disgusting, me and a friend took two sips of our drinks and threw them away, they shouldn’t even be open, do you think by the way the staff talked about filtered coffee that I would only be slightly worse but it was absolutely disgusting it’s like the coffee was burnt. 10 times over get the taste out of our mouth for 25 minutes.

This is a new Starbucks and was pleasantly surprised by the interior

Not all seats were taken, but with the combo of staff and the drive through (Friday 13:30 ish) it was seemingly too busy for the staff If this was helpful, give it a like so it can help others 😉 Have a nice day!

One member of staff started cleaning and closing off the far side of the area around 3:00pm the website stated it didn’t close until 8:00. She then proceeded to clean the area where we were sitting spraying quite strong disinfectant around us, she also started to block off the area we were sat in and then when she was finished asked if it was okay if she cleaned around us - as she’d already done it, it was pointless saying no. I felt this was quite rude and inconsiderate, since then my chest has felt tight and my throat is sore. I wonder what would have happened if it was anyone with existing respiratory issues. We Would have appreciated it if she had asked us to move if we were causing an issue. It’s a shame because it’s a nice place with some lovely staff.

Came in for a white chocolate caramel, which is advertised in the windows. Apparently they don't sell it anymore, very disappointed. Need to take the posters down. Also drinks served in takeaway cups when we were sitting in. Server was lovely though.

Came for a coffee, the place was nearly empty. Took 20 minutes to get the coffee, no apology.

Omg hate leaving negative reviews. If staff spent less time talking to each other and more time at least saying thank you to customers it would be a much better experience. Manners cost nothing loss of customers costs thousands.....

First time going here, lovely lady called Imogen served us, She was left to do all the serving though, which was poor, and unfair, with a man walking around filling cartons up etc, the one girl on the drive through, Definitely needed at least 2 serving, The coffee, tea and food was ok, it is a nice enough Starbucks All clean and tidy also toilets were clean too, Not lots of parking but we did find a place,

Very slow the drive through takes priority which is bad. The food was ready way before the drink and do the food went cold, not good

Stopped off mid cycle ride for something hot to eat and drink. Brought our two bikes inside and stood them neatly out of the way. Sadly, staff waited until we ordered food and drink and just as we were about to tuck in came over and said you can't have your bikes in because of health and safety and that they were a hazard in case of fire. They had no objection to a couple of young girls bringing their large boisterous dog in but two bikes stood away from all other customers and where nobody needed to go anywhere near to use the door is a big no no! Aside from that, the service is very slow, they could very easily have mentioned something sooner and certainly before we were about to start our food and coffees. It's a drive through facility too, I guess that's why they're so slow for customers inside and why there's hardly anyone inside.

Used the drive thru tonight to order 4 different drinks and a cake pop. Exceptional customer service from Seren who kindly brought our order out to the car. Perfect order and couldn't have asked for friendlier and more polite customer service which is very rare now! Thank you Seren 🌟

Dirty and shabby more staff needed for cleaning , others rushed off their feet

I don't usually go to Starbucks but I tried it this time since I was nearby. Staff are so polite, friendly and patient even during an afternoon rush. They apologised for taking a while but it didn't even take that long, 10 minutes max! They've got a busy drive through as well.

If it was first time I went I wouldn't go again asked for extra hot flat white it was just like a milky coffee but not much coffee mire like a cup of milk 🤮

Starbucks, situated of the main road to Rhyl from St Asaph, is ideally located with drive-thru and indoor seating within striking distance of Glan Clwyd Hospital and Rhyl's out of town shopping zone. Service can be dependant on time of day but it is a well run outlet, clean, and accessible.

Lovely location, spacious, bright, clean, great coffee.

Its 2 Times now that I am left extremely disappointed and decided to leave comment. 1st time they gave me wrong change ( £10 short) and then made me wait 15 minutes to get it back . This time it's 15 minutes of wait for one of 3 drinks , first 2 done in no time. Place is in need of more regular clean, as everything was left on the tables , while I was there stuff was on before and no one touched it as I was leaving , make you think about they hygiene. overall there won't be 3rd time for us

Visited Starbucks today and have to say the service was chaotic. Waited 10 mins just to order two drinks, whilst multiple staff members walk around with fancy headsets talking to god knows who.

If you want to wait anywhere between 20-30 minutes for a drink then this is your place. Reluctantly had to come here 3/4 times and it’s just clueless teenagers taking forever and a day for a drink… when the place has a handful of people in. Baffling

VERY overpriced. It was good though! Was it worth the money? Probably NOT. Do I recommend this? No.

A great modern looking building, interior design fresh and very open,great seating space, an enjoyable place to be.Service was fabulous and quick with a smile. Drinks were large and well made. Highly recommend.

This is the best Starbucks. The staff are incredible, so nice and helpful and always kind with a smile on their faces. I have witnessed them have to deal with difficult situations with customers and they have always acted in a respectful manner. Amazing staff

This Starbucks is not as good as it could be, staff refused to put the stars on the account as the till was not working properly, the drink served we’re the wrong size and one was the wrong drink. This is the last time I use this Starbucks, better one in Bodelwyddan.

One of the best Starbucks I've visited, welcoming and friendly staff, high quality drinks, very spacious inside and a great atmosphere. I'd definitely recommend going there.

Staff are lovely, helpful, and attentive if the drive through is quiet. It all goes wrong if drive through is busy though. Don't ignore walk-ins. If there's one person at the counter and ten in the drive through take the counter order first - the drive through are expecting a slight delay.

Worst coffee I have ever had staff like robots with no personality would not recommend visiting.

Food is delicious. Very spacious area.

Very slow in service and maybe staff need a bit more training in welcoming customers . Coffee was OK but despite saying twice I was sitting in I was given a takeaway cup. Didn't feel I was being listened to . Staff seemed distracted and was only 9 am .

Coffee is nice just quite expensive, didn't eat there ,a nice treat for the kids now and again.

Okay experience, but not value for money at all. Paid about £4.75 for a Large hot chocolate, which is overpriced anyway, PLUS we waited for around 20 minutes. Pros: -Hot chocolate was quite nice. Cons: -Long wait -Not great value for money -Many staff were working, however when we were at the front of the queue, we were ignored for around 10 minutes. -After ordering, we waited another 10 minutes for a medium-quality hot chocolate. We were not impressed for what we payed, and hope Starbucks takes these points into consideration. Not sure if we would choose this location again.

The food was good and great coffee. My fiancée accidentally knocked her drink over and one of the workers offered great service by remaking her drink.

1st time visit to this Starbucks. Lots of people working on laptops when I visited at midday. It was quiet and relaxing. Will go again :)

The place was nice and clean, however the man there was passive aggressive and rude.

Very friendly staff. Coffee was OK. Weird venue. I'm not a fan of this type of coffee shop, so I guess this review is my biased opinion really. You really should try it yourself.

I'm not a fan of these placed personally. The coffee was more bitter than I like. It seemed serving the drive through was a higher priority than me stood waiting at the counter for ages before they even started my coffee. This being said, it was clean, lovely furniture, very friendly staff. The facilities were immaculate. It seemed a strange venue, very large & open. Would I go again ? I very much doubt it.

Coffee was okay standard Starbucks. Not a lot of character or atmosphere to the place. Not busy at the time I was there but the sugar/milk station was a real mess.

First visit today...very impressed lovely staff and spacious and tasteful decor... Nice stop off after a long walk...

Coffees always seemed to be too cold when sat in, id stick to take away cups think theres something with the design of the cups dissipates heat too quickly

The interiors were clean and the outlet looked new. Had plenty of seating. It has ample parking space. Staff is courteous. Tried the festive special with caramel waffle latte - coffee was average (like most Starbucks) and a bit too sweet for my liking. Staff was attentive to customisations.

Went in customer service was alright but the drinks weren’t even warm I felt uncomfortable seeing as it’s like a museum it’s too spacey no seats and Harvey’s was wayyyy better than this 😢

Good food and drink when we eventually received it after a very long wait. Although there were plenty of staff on duty, service was chaotic, staff were meeting themselves coming back and there seemed to be no organisation with people's orders. Staff appeared to be bending over backwards to appease the occasional 'drive thru' customer whilst letting the in store queue of people almost grow out of the door. Better organisation and designated staff duties would improve the service here no end.

Absolutely superb staff, really helpful and knowledgeable and didn't make me feel like I was being awkward with allergen free alternatives. Also a very spacious and clean building. A lovely Starbucks for when we want a treat.

This Starbucks is never open on time, staff can be abrupt, 5 times in the last ten I’ve driven away as they were not open at ten past seven.

Just been to the castle at Rhuddlan and was gasping for a drink and on the road on the way out of Rhuddlan hey a new coffee shop. Largest one we have seen very spacious with plenty of seating, great coffee break.

Popped in the new Starbucks Rhuddlan just a hot chocolate and a coffee (yes we all know it’s a little more expensive) but WOW look at the decor in here. It’s also huge inside with a lovely kind of sunny, conservatory area with a view of Rhuddlan Castle. Really nice seating with comfy chairs and lovely plants inside and outside from ‘Eden Restored’ what a nice job they have done here. Pleasant, smiley staff. Drive through also available. Disabled access and toilets. All very clean and tidy. Nice walk along the river too Rhuddlan

Stumbled across this Starbucks and wow it’s absolutely stunning inside. So stylish, clean, comfortable, spacious and great service. Food was very well displayed. It looked amazing and tasted even better. Thanks for the relaxing atmosphere and such an enjoyable visit! Shame it’s 300 miles from home!

Not open in the middle of the day on a Monday. Said is open online and all the lights where on.

Interior is very modern and different from any standard Starbucks. Staff is friendly. Drive-thru option available. Enough parking space. Reliable and fast Wi-Fi connection.

Nice place for a coffee, close by Rhuddlan Castle

It's very very roomy. You could play football here and still have room for someone else to play a round of golf. Not enough soft furnishings for me which makes the place incredibly NOIZY. Can't hear yourself think!

Empty shop nobody coming through drive through yet the tables are full of empty cups and plates. Drink ordered was most of what I asked for just missing the fact I asked for my drink in a paper cup and was given in a normal cup. Apart from that the food was beautiful and the drink was what it lived up to be missing the whipped cream but it was still beautiful. If you’re in the area and don’t fancy a pub lunch then pop in and have a drink and a snack

Really rude member of staff, not a warming environment at all. Staff member called “Nikita” slammed my drink down and walked off into the back. I did not know the drink was mine as she didn’t call my name or name of the drink she just disappeared. So I continued to wait and minutes later she returned, looked at me, looked and the drink and called my name and again walked off. Really unfriendly, unprofessional member of staff.

5 stars, during drive through ,very fast customer services ,friendly staff, and very tasty small americano without milk, the test tell you that: i am fresh , i am for you. Other customers never mind about previous experience .

Staff need immediate Customer Service training. Girl on till, very rude and abrupt. Some of the "food"...pastries were stale Coffee awful...far to strong Definitely won't be going back.

Passed here on my way to work and decided to call in for breakfast. There was a good selection of hot and cold food available. The members of staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. The place was spotless and it was fresh and modern looking. Despite reading other reviews…. The car park spaces are normal size, I had no problems parking. I will call again, it made a nice change.
