The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Wales

Called in for Sunday lunch whilst we were in the area and were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly, the place was clean but we had to wait a little while for our food to come to the table. I had the Sunday lunch, and what a plateful it was. They no longer have half a chicken but two chicken breast fillets instead which is much better than all the bones in half a chicken. We had refills of our tea and coffee cups and a free donut with our hot drinks too. Great value for money and will be calling in again.

Been a customer for years but when I take my dog there and get a pupuchino there must be a cream shortage most of the staff give a full cup but there is allways one that gives less than half . Clean and tidy facilities. Staff friendly and helpful. The boss is a lovely Guy and very helpful. Views from the balcony seating is amazing but can extremely hot on a rare sunny day. Only problem was the long wait for food order at times, we had to wait an hour for our sandwich on one occasion. All in all it’s a great place to sit, relax and enjoy your day. Will definitely be returning.

After having a bad experience once before we thought we would give the cafe another go..... big mistake !! I appreciate times are difficult at the moment but one member of staff taking orders and making the drinks whilst there was at least 10 people behind me waiting in the queue was ridiculous. I was 2nd in the queue and waited 25 mins for 2 coffees and a hot chocolate, the poor young lad was under pressure but was very polite under the circumstances. Unfortunately when I got to my table our drinks were cold , which was very disappointing given the time we waited for them. I will definitely not be returning again unfortunately. Plenty of other places to get better service and a hot drink . I have worked in this line of business for many years and understand how difficult it can be on times, but given all the bad reviews of the cafe it s time to do something about it !!

Visité Cardiff Bay hoy fui a tomar mi té habitual en Costa con mi madre. Después de verter mi té y me di cuenta de que mi olla no estaba llena, pedí una dosis de agua. Keira, que era la gerente de turno, me dijo que no se le permite tomar agua y que tendría que cobrarle una taza de té extra ya que su gerente ha dicho que no puede poner más agua en una bolsita de té. We were so lucky to come across 4 Seasons one Sunday afternoon. The owner was just fantastic. He looked after us with exceptional warmth, cheer and speedy service. I can’t think of any other coffee place that comes close. The food was great, and the menu has something for everyone. Make use of the lovely window seats to watch the world go by. I will definitely be returning here, and highly recommend to others! Thank you so much.

I said I’d never visit a Starbucks again after my last experience, however here I am paying extortionate prices for average coffee. It’s so overrated! The prices are ridiculous. I wouldn’t mind if I enjoyed what I was purchasing but It was awful. however the staff were always extremely nice when I complained it’s just a shame their products are not.

Nice place to stop for a quick lunch/snack or just a drink, quick friendly service, very quiet when I went but it was late afternoon.

The bacon rolls in the café are excellent. We always call in for coffee and cake when friends come to stay with us. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Looove this place, great coffee, great hot chocolate. The staff are lovely, they are very hard working and never complain. Paul knows what I'm having before I get there. Paul's great but everyone who works with him are lovely people who don't deserve the amount of abuse they sometimes have to take... Love you all and good luck with everything that you do ❤️

El lugar estaba frío al igual que toda la tienda, tuve que esperar a que sirviera una chica y luego servil. El café no era sabroso y el café con leche estaba frío. Dar este lugar un miss. Mejor conversión a hotel boutique.

We stayed at this hotel for the Swansea Ironman and ate in the Cast Iron Bar & Grill twice for dinner. Having read earlier reviews we did wonder what it would be like. We were very happy, fish and chips, pasta and burger were all good. Staff and service excellent.

Excellent food had fish chips and mushy peas all very nice too much for me to finish too. Two cups of decent tea as well all for £12. I’m not local but just popped in as it was lunchtime glad I did , place seemed busy but staff were all friendly and on top of things. I’ve noticed that the Tripadvisor description notes this place as closed? I’ve tried adding a new place so if it works I’ll do the review again. Anyway thank you . Great food and hope to visit again sometime

Waited far too long for a piece of tortilla with a salad, when it came salad had no dressing, young girl told me they didn't have dressing, did not come back as promised so I left the whole meal. Terrible service and food.
