Nice place to stop for a quick lunch/snack or just a drink, quick friendly service, very quiet when I went but it was late afternoon.

Stopped here for a bite of breakfast, the coffee was weak but bitter, the food was of poor quality and appeared to have been prepared the day before(British Rail sandwiches).

Stop here recently when on a shopping trip up the garden festival , orderded egg on toast , very bland and only come with 1 piece of toast. Very expensive for what you get, cutlery was dirty and not clean, lady serving was very piolte and welcoming that's the only plus. Will not be returing.

My sister and I stopped here for lunch whilst on a shopping trip at the Festival Gardens. The young lady who served us was very nice and so we sat and waited for our order. Well to be honest I was shocked, I ordered a toasted cheese and tomato sandwich I took a bite and could not really taste anything, opened the sandwich to find the cheese was as thin as if it had been spread lightly on and a ring of tomato which was almost transparent, my sisters sandwich was as bad. This place is not cheap and I can assure you I will not be returning there.

Lattes like water, £2.35 for a cup of slop, can make a better cup of instant at home. Standards have been slipping for a couple of years, unacceptable queing times and watery coffees. Barista standards needed. Worst coffee out of all three cafes in shopping centre and fillings in sandwiches and paninis ridiculously measley. Costas next time.

We shopped a bit so needed refreshment. Costa? No - anything but Costa. A good Mocha but the food's a little bland. And why have Bing Crosby singing 'White Christmas' on the 10th November?? Just a bit disappointing.

After waiting in queue almost 10 mins to be served whilst only one customer in front of me, I was then ignored by member of staff who pushed in front of me, then to be told they had no takeaway cups at peak time on a sat. Afternoon. Management please take control. An utter shambles

This cafe is situated in the retail park and is ideal place for a cup of tea or coffee whilst indulging in retail therapy at the retail park. Prices are reasonable and there is a variety of cakes, rolls, sandwiches to eat. Staff could be more customer friendly.

Tables outside were filthy, ordered food they then delivered half the order totally forgot rest. When that appereared it was under cooked. Waitress wasn't too pleased when we told her. No clean cuttlery. Other than that a pleasant day was had by all.....

Both my husband and I came here for lunch last weekend. We had spent a good hour walking up the one side of the shopping centre and was really pleased when we realised there was a cafe mid way for a pit stop. I only planned on having a quick cuppa and maybe a nice biscuit if there were any. But quickly changed my mind when in the queue I noticed they had linguine. I settled on that and my husband wasn’t too hungry so decided to have a cheese toastie. We both waited around ten minutes, which was ok as I had time to enjoy my tea first. The linguine was amazing ! So filing and full of flavour, my husband’s toastie was very well presented and very tasty, well it must have been good as he normally has something to say about everything ! Definitely pleased that we stopped to rest, they were busy but were very friendly and polite. We look forward to coming back again. We carried on shopping and didn’t eat again until late that evening !

My wife and I called in today and ordered two cheese and tomato toasted sandwiches. Looked good initially but when we looked inside them we could not believe how sparse they were. Hardly anything at all in them and at £4.20 a time we were totally ripped off. They made it look a little more by putting a small amount of lettuce on the plate. Never again 😢😢😢

A very overpriced ham and cheese sandwich . Two rounds of very thick bread a very thin slice of ham and a sliver of cheese. There was no butter on the bread. Told them at the counter and the response was, we don't put butter on the bread there should have been mustard, we'll tell the chef!!!!! No apology or offer of a replacement. Ate the thin slice of ham and the sliver of cheese, could not eat the culfs of bread, too dry. Terrible experience!

The display of food and drinks is very enticing as is the seating area. The venue is very popular, however I have always found the prices costly and the coffe very weak and tepid.

I always come to this cafe when in Festival Park. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The tables are kept clean and tidy, and the coffee is great. They also run a scheme where you can have another coffee for a £1 having paid the full price for the first.

Called in during a shopping spree to find out they don't do flat whites. One of the staff knew how to make them and although they are not on the menu, he obligingly made them for us. Great service. Although we didn't try any of the food, it looked very appetising.

Yesterday popped into this delightful place for a cuppa as weather was horrendous. Pleasant girl served us and tea was fairly priced.I felt the 'fresh orange juice' that was poured out of a miniscule bottle was too small and overpriced. However would visit again as food looked good and environment was friendly. See you soon....

Presso cafe is wonderful, a really gem of the town and everyone should visit. The service was impeccable, so kind and happy to help. Now another review has mentioned the "chunky toast" and I was extremely amused by this on the menu so ordered it and my word.... Chunky indeed but so soft and delicious. My partners ham and cheese toasty also delicious. Really really lovely spot and I really hope the buisness keeps booming. If we ever come back to Ebbw vale we will for sure re visit.
