Smash steak burger was lovely and the service was absolutely amazing!

Went to walk in holding my little dog in my arms to see if I could be served. I saw the “no dogs sign”, but just wanted to ask as there was nowhere to tie him up outside and I was on my own and hungry. Next minute the member of staff member behind the counter, shouted at me telling me to “get out”, causing all patrons in there to stop and stare. I asked if they could take my order and that he was calm and wouldn’t cause a fuss and again I was shouted at to get out. Awful service.

Absolutely outstanding meal, I have been fortunate to eat in some top class restaurants with outstanding and celebraty chefs. Without a shadow of a doubt, this was the best chicken meal I have ever had, I could literally eat it again not because the portion wasn't enough but coz I am post bodybuilding show rebound and ravenous 🤣 Staff friendly and great service, seriously You gotta try this place.

Since there is no staff, if you have a problem it may not be resolved quickly, but I didn't have one, so everything was great. A large and bright room, well heated with a radiator and a also very good bathroom with all the bathroom products available. If I return to Cardiff I would repeat.

So sad that this bar remains closed - it’s difficult to understand why the reason given is “staff shortages”? Just pay them a decent wage and recover the cost on the drink prices! It’s a lovely spot to stop and have a nice cold beer on a sunny day.

Ordered a beautiful cake to help celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. Jemma was extremely helpful in my making a decision from the overwhelming number of ideas and ingredients available. As my mother is a diabetic I decided on a two tier cake with fresh berries. Jemma made the top tier with diabetic ingredients so everyone at the party could enjoy. It was scrumptious and three days later gone!! Thank you Jemma. Terrific cake. If anyone is looking for that special celebratory cake, I can’t recommend Got Cake enough!!

Proper pub. Can get busy but usually able to get a seat. Great service, good food and decent Brains beer and guest selection. Recommend the Barry Island ipa.

Tea and toasties late in the day. Sadly, had to return toasties to be "toasted" on both sides!! Hmmmm

The best Sunday dinner we have ever eaten in a pub or restaurant. All fresh, excellent in every respect.

Great Tenby pub at the heart of Tenby town. Historic.

Went there for a drink over Christmas and agree with previous comments and found the staff very officious, heavy handed and unhelpful, and probably should not be in a service industry. These people are the reason that I always try to use the app for service, because going to the bar is a very judgemental and cold experience. Don't bother with this place, there are better places to enjoy a drink!

Traditional & very quaint pub in Grade II Listed Building just opposite the park & mins from the harbour. Great location. Atmosphere, service & food were all first class & cannot recommend the Sunday roast highly enough. Desserts to die for. A little gem of a pub. Give it a visit - you won’t be disappointed.
