My daughter took me here for lunch with my 3 year old grandson. The Cafe was quite full. We were told we could add a chair to a table but I felt the tables were very close and as we had a very active 3 tear old we declined. we were then told if we did not mind the cold we could sit outside. This was more suitable for children I felt. Food was lovely tho perhaps a bit expensive but for gluten free price was ok. It's lovely to know you can go into this Cafe and as a celiac order anything you like and know it's safe. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. We will definitely be back but perhaps without child as I don't feel it's a very child friendly space.

I ordered a margarita pizza box on Uber eats and it arrived with 2 slices folded in half, with the other 2 slices underneath, meaning that all slices had no cheese and I ended up with 4 slices of just tomato-y bread and the BBQ sauce was put on top of the pizzas (rather than in the designated spot in the box) meaning that MORE CHEESE WAS LOST because it stuck to the pot. Cannot believe they were packaged up this way, as the person packing the order up clearly just assumed there would be no issue as it was ordered through a different app. This is genuinely disgusting and I can't seem to understand what logic was used by the member of staff when putting them in the box (WHICH THEY ALL FIT IN FLAT).

Amazing food, absolutely loved our evening. We were treated as if we were regulars even though it was our first but definitely not our only visit. I highly recommend the Cioppini. The best seafood meal I've ever had. Fantastic staff and such a friendly atmosphere.

Customer service here was very good. Chips were cooked to perfection, but the Curry wasn’t up-to standard. Seemed like it was microwaved in a large portion of stewed steak. Very sorry, won’t return. Rice tasted like antiseptic rice with the smell of germoline cream.

Really pleasant surprise in Mumbles. Quiet and unassuming from the outside, cozy and welcoming inside. Food was excellent and service outstanding. Really nice place.

We live about 15mintues away and the food is always hot. The food is delicious ! The burgers are amazing especially the special fries. You can tell they’re made with care. Always perfect. Highly recommend

Great service and standard Chinese food. They had a massive menu with a lot of choices. The pictures on the menu do not match what you get but then when do they ever. The sweet and sour prawns were over done and the chow men we ordered we didn't get, must have been a mix up. We did get everything else we ordered and we did eat most of it. We were staying locally and wanted delivery which was offered but they require cash only and as we had none we had to drive out to collect it. That's why I would say it's just a standard Chinese takeaway, not so special as some of the reviews suggested. We are regular Chinese takeaway dinners and our of all we have tried this would get a 7/10 score. The girl on the counter was brilliant, well spoken and presented and was kindly polite.

5⭐️ coffee and cake but it was too busy to try any food. Went back in another day and it was the same again. It must mean it’s very popular but not so good if you struggle with crowds. The staff were very apologetic so no reflection on the service, just been unlucky I think.

Always lovely food and great service. Or favourite Chinese takeaway.
