Really lovely food and drink, nice atmosphere, great location in centre of city

The staff thoroughly looked after us from start to finish! Amazing cocktails and the food was tasty 😋

As we got there, staff mentioned head chef had left and any food there would be an hour and half delay. As we got our food allot of over cooked and had to be sent back.

Took my missus here for our 10 year anniversary, we don't get to eat out much cos of kids etc but heard a lot of good reviews about this place so thought why not. Staff was friendly, food was top notch would definitely come here again

Me and some friends had a great evening meal here! We pre-booked a few days ago and all the food was cooked well and correct. Drinks were served quickly and the cocktails were very nicely presented! Staff, although busy, were friendly and helpful!

Felt sorry for the staff there as there was just nowhere near enough of them,people on other tables walked out,our food came but 2 hours late,even after pre booking our meals they then told us half the meals we ordered were sold out,why pre order,will never return

We called in for lunch , and found out that both the chicken and beef was halal. This is a huge bonus for us, and we'll definitely call in more often . We had the beef ribs and it was one of the best I've had, so well cooked

Bottomless Brunch was nice. Not sure how much actual alcohol is put in the drinks, though. Food was lovely, albeit overpriced for what it was *£5 for a small bowl of chips)* The Waiter was lovely. I'm torn as to whether this is 3 stars because of the time of year, or because of the experience. Not sure. Would probably try other places first, though.

Caitlin was fabulous from the beginning to the end, very attentive and kept the drinks flowing throughout the 2 hours. Very lovely person and went above and beyond for us!

Service from Freddie was amazing, always there if needed anything and very accommodating for us choosing food and drink. Food was brilliant, came out in a timely manner and was very delicious. Restaurant was decorated very well and a very welcoming atmosphere.

Our serve Caitlin was absolutely fantastic, she made our experience on top of the food and the bottomless brunch feature! The atmosphere was vibrant with a lot of hustle and bustle but to be honest our server made the experience so much easier with constant reassurance and endless contact to make sure we were ok and happy with our experience. In my opinion she made the night!

An absolutely delicious vegan brunch with some refreshingly alcoholic cocktails in a fantastic setting looking over Swansea city centre square and the ruins of the castle. A shout out for the first class service too, from Alex & Charlie, which only enhanced the welcoming and friendly atmosphere and excellent music selection. Totally recommended to vegans, carnivores and those who love to experience and taste a wide range of food options.

Caitlin went above and beyond for our service this afternoon. I am very I'mpressed and happy with our service.i want caitlyn to work on the 8th of February for my birthday because I don't want any other member of staff only caitlyn

Upon arrival we were told there would be a bit of a wait for food, and advised that happy hour wasn't currently in operation. From the start it felt like we were being discouraged from eating there. It was very quiet so we just assumed there weren't many staff working. Most of our party wanted to order the 1/2 jerk chicken. We were told it would be a 45 minute wait due to it being cooked fresh, so we opted for the burgers and chicken breasts. The food took over an hour to come out, so we could have infact ordered the 1/2 jerk chicken. Those who had the breast said it was dry. The burger and jerk fries however were very nice. During our time in the restaurant we were not offered another drink, and no member of staff came and asked us how our food was. Further service training is definitely required. Overall it was an ok experience, but we wouldn't be rushing back there.

Came for lunch and had a wonderful experience. The service from Mystique was warm and friendly. She offered great recommendations and we loved our food! It was very tasty. The drinks by Charlie were also fantastic. Will definitely be back!
