Turned up on the off chance on a busy Saturday afternoon. Excellent food and service. I had the garlic flat bread. The Bay Burger and the ginger beer. Very tasty and an excellent price. I would definitely recommend a visit

Rotten, unchewable, dehydrated as a rock- chicken wings. Not a single edible piece. They admitted on phone it's not supposed to be this way, yet refused refund from Just Eats, with silly excuses. Wrap was completely from different from the photo. I'm left shocked such low quality is even allowed in the UK with no liability. My stomach was hurting and money wasted!

Portions were shocking, food was flavourless and lacked substance- staff were nice though

This is a third updated review, again about Caitlin. Such a lovely person, attentive and knowledgeable, will keep coming back hoping she serves us, reposted 4th May 2025. We are coming here more and more regularly as everything is fab. Buttermilk chicken with spiced chips, Maria had the Caribbean Curry Katsu, which she loves. Our server was Catlin who was just lovely, thoughtful & so considerate and attentive. For me as a diner, a good restaurant is a mix of three key components, food, setting and staff. Turtle bay is a cool place to be, we often eat at the bar which is fun. The food was delicious, and today, all topped of by the thoughtful, engaging and efficient Caitlin.

When I was at school, we used to refer to a bit of poo that you couldn't quite poo out but you could feel just about to come out as a turtle head, and visiting Turtle Bay in Swansea made me think about this a surprising amount for what I understood to be a popular chain restaurant. If you enjoy waiting 40 mins for food covered in hair then this may be the ideal spot for you. Niche I know, but there may be some who enjoy this. Everyone else should avoid. 15 minute waits for drinks, food delivered straight from the refrigerator when it was meant to be hot, and a manager who seemed irritated by the fact we weren't gushing with joy over a 20% discount were some of the other highlights. The fact it was nearly empty was both a reflection of how bad it was, and also made it even more confusing about how slow everything was. For the men in our group, it was lucky we all enjoy escape rooms as trying to work out how to use the urinals was a big puzzle. They were too high to go straight in, but the step up was too high for comfort. Weird. I'll avoid in future.

Went here for bottomless brunch today, we had Caitlin and fin as our servers. They were both very friendly, amazing customer service and banging cocktails. Our cocktails were in fact flowing for the full 2 hours!! Highly recommend, will be coming back soon 10/10🍾 ⭐️

What a amazing place been there twice the food is fabulous the waiters are so friendly and full of smiles they make you feel so welcome I would recommend turtle bay to my family and friends as it’s one of my best places to go for a nice meal with your loved one definitely go and try it if you haven’t already it’s fabulous I would highly recommend

Had the bottomless brunch- delicious food, a variety of drinks and a pleasant (but somewhat noisy) atmosphere. Our server Cam was very attentive, and the work the team put into our experience definitely showed. Will make sure to visit again.

Bottomless Brunch. Gr8 service.

Happy hour cocktails were amazing, and the vegan chicken was surprisingly delicious! Special shoutout to Mystique and Emma who checked up on us and always had lovely smiles!

Once again an absolutely delicious (vegan) bottomless brunch with a few refreshingly alcoholic cocktails (and thirst quenching lagers) in a fantastic setting (even in the rain) looking overlooking Swansea city centre square and the ruins of the castle. A mention for the first class service too from the whole team, but especially Alicia & Dan - who only enhanced the welcoming and friendly atmosphere - and the excellent music selection. Totally recommended to vegans, carnivores and those who love to experience and taste a wide range of food options.
