Great service from Joe, great food and fast service on the drinks for bottomless brunch. Would recommend over las iguanas any day of the week !

We had such a good time. Our Server Henry was very nice and friendly and the drinks were really good. the Vibes were top tier and i’ll be looking forward to coming back

I came for a bottomless with my friends this weekend and was served by Caitlin. She was literally the sweetest person and did everything she could to make sure our meal and drinks were quick and how we wanted them! 10/10 would come again and hope we get Caitlin as our server again!

The service and drinks were excellent, it never felt that we were left behind without our bottomless brunch, Joe went above and beyond to ensure we always had drinks, even if there was a slight delay. Overall, a great experience, we will definitely be coming back and using Turtle Bay going forward.

This is an updated review, again about Caitlin. Such a lovely person, attentive and knowledgeable, will keep coming back hoping she serves us, reposted 1st April. We are coming here more and more regularly as everything is fab. Buttermilk chicken with spiced chips, Maria had the Caribbean Curry Katsu, which she loves. Our server was Catlin who was just lovely, thoughtful & so considerate and attentive. For me as a diner, a good restaurant is a mix of three key components, food, setting and staff. Turtle bay is a cool place to be, we often eat at the bar which is fun. The food was delicious, and today, all topped of by the thoughtful, engaging and efficient Caitlin.

Great service, good food, atmosphere was OK, although we did come at a quiet time.

This was a fantastic bar for cocktails, with a true Caribbean vibe! The speakers and colourful decorations contribute to this, counter is nicely presented for the part too. Seating is comfortable and the lighting is solid, helping see the menus that are handed out upon arrival for bookings!

Was a very busy day when we went but our servers Hadley, Alex, and Abi were all very attentive despite this, managing to offer us drinks and get them to us in good time and we had some great convos with them. Food was lush too, shack stack burger is always stunning and thanks for the great dinner and service!

Ordered the jackfruit burger it was class!!! Jamie lou started with serving us drinks and was speedy Gonzales with them all were delicious but alas she had to go home, but she’d earned it. We then had Henry who was just as good I asked him o surprise us with his favourite drink and it was sublime!!! Kiera was lovely really accommodating sat us in a perfect location able to see the castle and the view of the fountains and recommended some great cocktails to try. Cannot forget to respect the chef (Emma and Terry) and bartenders (Ollie & abbi) for supplying the marvellous food and drinks for the evening. Will definitely be coming again! Update…. Came to a bottomless again (as mentioned prior). Once again impeccable service! Meg started us off serving us drink with rapid pace and masking sure we were all having a lovely time. When it was time for Meg to go home Ayzah took over with seamless transition aided my the help and advice of teek, and had delicious food served to us. Someone was forgotten but with a room full of guests that was rectified with lightning pace. Once again the food was impeccable being a vegan it is hard to get good food by my goodness this place was brilliant! So accommodating and caring! Once again coming again kiera made the whole evening, giving advise on choices for cocktails and food and making sure we were happy and comfortable the whole time. Had been cemented in my memory of being the best place in Swansea!

Jerk chicken was nice! Sauce was spicy but not crazy. Curry goat was divine. Meat is melt in mouth and very flavorful curry. Definitely get that. Spicy fries are great. Lovely side. Jerk wings were nice starter but the mains were better. So maybe focus on mains. Did rum share to try some rums which was nice. Hadley was great! Great service - cheerful and friendly. Warm. Helpful in recommendations of dishes and drinks. Thank you.

Hadley & Abi from turtle bay Swansea work perfectly well together. Hadley with the perfect welcoming young woman who puts a smile on your face and always up for a good laugh Abi is a really good bartender/mixologist. Every cocktail were very strong but lovely! Highly recommend coming here for cocktails.
