The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Scotland

I go to the Key every morning, and the front house staff have always brilliant always greeting you with a smile, owners should be extremely proud of their staff especially Sophie who has been in nearly every day for weeks now. Being a Coffee Snob, the coffee is some of the best I have tasted. The only downside lately is the lack of a Chef as I used to enjoy a breakfast roll to take out with my coffee. I really for the young girls who have to tell customers most days recently there is no food due to no Chef working. I am one of many regulars who don't want to lose the best coffee shop in the area. The owners used to come in a few days a week but the last few months there has been no sign of them which is extremely unfair to the girls as they are being left to face some unhappy customers. It would be nice to visit and help the girls.

Vengo con mi papá a almorzar. Pedido 2 mac n de queso (adultos) , la chef (uso esa palabra con soltura) aconsej que solo les quedaban los ni os, pero ella a adi papas fritas para compensar. Ambos platos llegaron (sin ensalada, como se indica) dispersos de patatas fritas y una cucharada de queso mac, decepcionados puedo asegurar. La joven que sacó los platos, no es graciosa, pero tal vez se necesite un cambio de carrera... actitud de compromiso terrible/fría/cero. Mesas sucias, sin embargo, sólo se utilizaban unas 6 o 7 mesas... totalmente inaceptables. ¿Vuelvo? Prefiero masticar los pies por los tobillos...

Una de las peores cafeterías de Costa en las que he estado. El servicio siempre es lento, el personal es agresivo y grosero. Definitivamente no uno que visitaría de nuevo.

Two guard at entry are so rude, they are not allowing me in, I had payed for my drinks as well, what the kind of hospitality is this , please educate your team, this is unacceptable, I have their pictures as well. These are guys who are ready to fight as well. It's 9 January my whole team is inside and these guys are seriously, they are not allowed me in, , I just asked them to ask to bring up my jacket from downstairs, that is just kept next to the door, this is just happened to me, this is ridiculous and these guys are ridiculous I had friends party at this place and these guys are ridiculous , I will says to everyone not to come at this place. They are fighting with guest . ONE OF THE SUBSTANDARD PLACE. But the staff inside are nice really. Atmosphere are also good, just entry boys are not good, teach them hospitality. I am from hospitality background only and I know guest are first and these.guys are just messed up everything. I never ever come at this place, neither of my friends. And teach them good language also.

Have reviewed previously and nothing has changed. Floor still filthy. Table sticky and hadn’t been wiped. Breakfast lukewarm but the worst thing was my fork still had someone else’s egg on it!! We watched people having to clear tables so they could sit which made me watch the few staff working. They deliver food then return to kitchen area walking past uncleared tables. Don’t they see them We are regulars but won’t be back. It has gone downhill fast.

Great starbucks all the staff are very friendly and helpful, not a bad word to say about the place however there is an obnoxious group of german shepherd owners that meet there and completely spoil the atmosphere, taking up the majority of the seats forcing customers out the door. Surely would be much more hygienic and more enjoyable for the dogs if they met up for a walk instead.

The manger was very friendly and very helpful, we had a lovely lunch and it was also very cheap! Would definitely recommend

Chose this place in airport so i could sit down for an hour until my flight, despite being a bit dirty. Four employees looking really demotivated, i got my tea, then at 19.00 one came over and announced’we’re closing this side of the cafe, you’ll all have to move to the other side. ‘ So there is a mass rush to the other side, which is already full. On my complaing, told ‘take it up with the manager, I’m just doing my job.’ Manager nowhere to be seen. They should rename it ‘Cafe Misery’ going by its staff.

Cuando llegamos al mostrador de la caja es demasiado alto para comunicarnos con el personal. El hombre en la caja llamado Neil fue grosero y condescendiente cuando di mi orden. Conseguimos nuestra mesa era demasiado pequeña para 2 personas. La comida era muy sabrosa, pero no volveremos a sentarnos en una habitación estrecha sin ventana y paredes negras James lavando mesas y mostrando a la gente a las mesas era muy agradable, educado y servicial

Came in today staff were very friendly place was clean food was good service a bit slow but really good (added bonus free coffee as mechine was broken)

I attended Tim Hortons, East Kilbride Shopping Centre.1. I tried to give an order to the assistant at the counter, she told me to use the automated ordering as they had a large number of take away orders with couriers/delivery drivers and they took priority, there were at least three assistants behind the counter.2. I used the automated ordering, there was no original Tim Hortons available which I find very strange.3. I ordered two cold drinks and a latte.4. The order took 25 minutes to get my order yet a number of delivery drivers came in and left with their order.Surely somebody should be dealing with the shop orders.I have been in Tim Hortons in Canada, USA and UK, this is the worst experience I have had and find it extremely unacceptable.

Si tienes alergias no vayas aquí. .pedimos un desayuno vegano lo tuvimos muchas veces antes. . esta vez lo traen con huevos puestos y mantequilla para las tostadas. Me niego y digo que pedimos un desayuno vegano que la chica dice que es .. ella luego va a preguntar chef que también dice que es vegano .. básicamente no podíamos confiar en ellos y pidió un reembolso . en la caja pregunté lo que estaba pasando y dijeron un nuevo chef . Me he quejado a Morrisons a través de servicio al cliente y tienda por correo electrónico, pero sin respuesta.
