Costa Coffee in Aberdeen City

I bought a medium chai latte. Asked for it to be topped up with hot water, the really rude girl told me I'd bought a medium not a large so I wan entitled. I said but it's only a little water I'm asking for. She rolled her eyes and walked away.

Nice little cafe within Next shop which I’ve visited often. Today it was busy at 10.45am but I was served quickly only to find a shortage of tables. So had to take one that hadn’t been cleared. Cleared it myself but due to a shortage of staff I had to use it without it being wiped. Yuk!! So disappointing. I love the experience of going for coffee and cake 😅 but couldn’t enjoy this today. 😢

Fridges were not working hardly anything to eat had panini within 2 minutes of getting it my wife heard a member of staff telling someone to take them out of the fridge and bin them. They were not slow in taking full price from us my wife asked the manager and he was quite nasty to her not giving her a logical explanation .

I am a regular visitor to Costa berryden usually with friends but this was a solo trip and Liam was so friendly and efficient it was a lovely visit thank you

Came into the cafe in Berryden for a coffee this morning , can’t believe the barista gave me Coffee, a stirrer and a tissue paper itself on the top, and I looked around to other customers, everyone except me had a coffee/tea on the saucer or a tray. How discriminating the staff would be.

Popped in for coffee with a friend. The coffee shop was clean and pleasant. We sat in comfy armchairs near the window.

Standard Costa coffee experience seats and tables clean and responsible and staff seemed plesant while serving. Seems quite pricey for all we got but that's the only fault.

After shopping in Next we went here for a coffee. We both had flat white coffees and a blueberry muffin. The coffee was excellent served nice and strong, hot too. The muffin was nice and moist and also tasty. The tables should be wiped after the staff clear them. The toilet was out of toilet paper and needed a really good clean especially round the top of the bowl where it looks like it hadn’t been wiped for a week. Great location for a cafe as there are not that many in the area.

Costa Coffee within Next Berryden Road, only one member of staff on duty , all tables still to be cleared, asked for a damp cloth to clean the table, advised that staff member would be across good job i was not holding my breath, the place is full of students and singletons on laptops nursing one cup of coffee. However still a good cup of cooffee, can't take that away well you can "Coffee to go" if you dont mind dirty tables !!

What a mess of a place. There was about 4 tables being used and every other table was piled with trays and cups. There wasn't a single clean table. Not one! The floor is a complete mess with rubbish and crumbs. This is plain laziness especially when the staff are standing about doing nothing. Now on to the food and drinks. My bacon and chicken toasty was as cheap as cheap could be. It wasn't a toastie either. It was soggy. There was a couple of tiny bits of bacon and I'm not sure if the chicken was liquefied? The coffee was cold and rotten too. How do chains get away with serving this rubbish in 2019? Not only do the staff have no pride in their job clearly Costa set the example to allow food of this quality go out. Awful, absolutely awful.

Even though we walked in as they were closing, my friend who's pregnant needed a bite, the server although quite hesitant at first, he offered a choice omg with a smile..... Thank you for the last minute service. We will be back for sure. By the way, the lemon drizzle was divine.
