There is one worker called Emma (brown hair, big lashes) gave me multiple dirty looks and when I requested to have my croissant warmed up, she huffed and then did not do it which lead to me asking again and when she gave it back it was chucked down. Now every time I am there I am given dirty looks which is very unprofessional. However the rest of them are lovely.

They seem to be doing skinny muffins now. Tiny case with big top. Taste OK but not value for money.

I picked up a too good to go bag last night . When I arrived the cafe was closing and although I was standing right next to two assistants I was ignored completely! I asked hello I’m here to pick up a bag, I was abruptly told let me see u swipe I was then pushed in my direction the paper bag . No eye contact no thankyou nothing. I was shocked by the rudeness and lack of customer care !! How ignorant !! I payed £4:00 for this bag of stale food in yet I was treated as if they were giving me something out their OWN pocket grudgingly !! I stood in shock at her attitude (was the manager btw) and looked . To be told thts the bag and she walked away Never in my life hve I experienced such arrogance and rudeness in a Scottish cafe. I did in central London but not here in my home twn !!!! Won’t buy again here . Dirty tables arrogant staff overpriced junk Distrusting attitude !! Livingston ur a disgrace tbh smarten up and hve some manners !!!

Unfortunately, dogs are allowed in this eating establishment which is so bloody unhygienic! 4 German Shepherds in at same time... Drooling all over the place... I do believe Health and Safety should be notified!

For 2 days in a row this has not been open at 6 o’clock as stated on its opening times. Extremely bad service and several people wasting their time going for a coffee before work to find it closed.

This is the dirtiest cafe ever. Not 1 clean table to be found. We couldnt find any clean to put our laptops on . When we asked for them to be cleaned the staff had attitude.. There were 5 members of staff and not 1 came to do their job. We left and went to costa. Appalling.

We come here at least twice a week since moving to the area a month ago, the service is so slow, there is no urgency and the staff care more about the drive through than customers inside the restaurant. At the moment there are 8 staff members that I can see, the tables need cleaning 4 of which are disgusting.

Really bad customer care. Picked up a Starbucks reusable glass bottle to purchase which was clearly marked as £9.95. When they put it through the till it came up as £10.95. They refused to honour the advertised price and instead insisted on charging me the extra £1. When I challenged her (the assistant manager) on it she says there isn’t a button on the till that can deduct a £1. That it was her that stuck the wrong label on the bottle but they don’t have to honour this by law. Perhaps not… but for your customer care it wouldn’t have been much, would it? What a joke!! She then went on to say she’s happy to pass on my complaint because she’s the assistant manager anyway and if I knew a better way to use their till to be her guest. The end straw was they no longer heated up my cinnamon bun and insisted it’s company policy and it’s always been that way. Funny, because Starbucks is the only place I’ve ever had one and I’ve always had it heated. They really lack the know how on customer care and it clearly comes from the top. Won’t be back anytime soon… plenty other places where they’ll treat me better as a customer and the coffee is good.

Great Place, BUT unfortunate that they allow dogs into an eating establishment. At times more dogs than humans.

Have been to a few Starbucks and normally you know what you are getting. Howvwr the one in Livingston is incredibly poor. Layout of seats is terrible, a few hard seats spread across quite a space.. why? Use rhe space better! Service poor, coffee over milked.. had to guess which ones were ours. Had to ask for them to heat the croissants properly. But hey, the free WiFi is good.

Very friendly, Fraser was very helpful as i am disabled with a dog n he brought my coffee 2 my table.

The pale, light haired female server was very rude and unhelpful… We definitely wont be back any time soon 😷

Went for a coffee and lunch. There was a table free and put coat at it as you do , rude waitress told us just before we were about to order that we couldn’t Have that table as it was reserved for two regular customers. We didn’t order and won’t be back.

Bit like writing a school report, the title says it all. Food and coffee up to the normal Starbucks corporate mediocre standards but thereafter it falls apart. Tables were certainly not sanitised after use, gents toilet whilst the main surfaces were no doubt cleaned by the staff, the top of the urinals were so thick with dust you could etch the date on it. The lack of competition in the main mall clearly helps business but not one of Starbucks best examples.

I love this Starbucks. The staff in this shop make it the best Starbucks ever! Everyone of them are happy and friendly and if you feel down , you leave with a great coffee and a smile on your face. Always enjoy getting my daily cuppas and getting such great customer care. Big thank you to them all ⭐️⭐️⭐️👏

Starbucks is normally OK, however this particular one is never good. The coffee is always watery and they never bother with putting the chocolate toppings on etc even if you ask when ordering. I don’t think I’ll be going back as it’s very poor quality...

We visited yesterday and were delighted to see the Drive through was open but also the walk in part of it was open too. The staff here were excellent, really helpful when ordering from a reduced menu in a drive through.

The staff at this Starbucks are wonderful , they are always professional and very friendly. They make you feel special as they remember your favourite coffee (even after covid 19 break) and it always tastes great ! Fraser always has a smile on his face...

Only ever used the drive through here but love it. Always fast and friendly staff. Even asked if my pup would like a puppaccino! Will always travel to this branch <3

Service is generally okay, though the staff seem to be more interested in speaking to each other than their customers. The premises feel grubby.

First class, smiley,cheery manager Paul always welcoming, takes time out to help. Staff friendly and accomadating. Had fruit toast every bite had lots of juicy fruit in it. Keep up the good work guys n girls. Be back soon

Very welcoming. Service as always second to none, well looked after. Caramel shortbread always fresh and delicious, so much so I buy it and send to France. Can’t beat their coffee great taste and very good price. Thanks guys n gals keep up the good work❤️

There were three people on shift but 2 of them were talking the hole time I was there and the other one spent mostly of the time on there phone.

Paper straws have landed in 3 minutes I had a soggy straw with a full cup of iced coffee but they have kept the clear plastic cups!!

Today I visited the drive thru and enquired to the staff about a rewards card and how it worked, the baristas response was very sarcastic and rude and as I sat waiting for my drink I could hear the rest of the staff commenting about my enquiry as if I couldn’t hear them. I was then given the wrong order so asked if it could be changed which they did do quickly after saying ‘did she not ask for this?!’ As if I was lying. Not a great visit and won’t ever be back again. Better off going to the slightly busier Starbucks in the centre as they at least polite.

When even your fav coffee shop fav’s know your aren’t well so decide to make you one of their fav unwell food to drinks. Thanks Fra Hart for this beauty. It’s a proper no well drink. It’s his secret speciality. Anyone popping to Starbucks Drive-Thru Livingston and your aren’t feeling the best or even if you fancy a warm (Christmassy) feeling that’s non alcoholic then ask for Shannon Fra or Sophie. They’ll know what to give you cause they’re the best of the bestest!! To be honest. We visit this place at least once a week for catchup between work and college etc and when either Fra, Sophie or Shannon are on staff the drinks and service are 100%. So always ask for one of these guys.

Let me just start with I love Starbucks and was so happy a local drive thru was opened.

We decided to get a drive thru breakfast at Starbucks but after waiting around 10mins in the car queue to order we were told they only had one oven working and so it would be a 10-15min wait for food orders!!!! Plus not all their food menu was available so we couldn’t have what we initially decided upon. They also didn’t have any of their new frozen ice teas, which is ridiculous. It’s meant to be a fast food drive thru chain and they are ‘starbucks’ they are worldwide and they can’t compete with other fast food chains and drive thru’s. Service is consistently like this at this store, this will be our final time to them! At least their card machine was actually working this time, it usually is t working and you only get told once you’ve waited ages in the queue and then are stuck in the queue! We’ve complained so many times over the last year but nothing seems to change/improve its just getting worse.

I was in starbucks Livingston this afternoon. I am a middle aged lady and was given a gift card and I had no idea what to do with it. I met the new manager Paul who was very very helpfu, in fact he done everything for me. I merely gave him my reward gift card and he fixed it all and installed it on my mobile phone as I not good doing these kinds of things. I honestly can’t praise this young man high enough, bent over backwards to help. Then once he had helped me with it on my phone I then went to buy a coffee for my friend and I using my card and she was so nice and very pleasant and our coffees went down a treat. So mega thumbs up here. Thanks again folks

Second in queue but it took forever for our two drinks to be ready for us. Dirty dishes meant less choice in where to sit. Two of the seats were filthy as if someone had put their mucky feet on them. When that table got cleared the seats weren't wiped over. There seemed to be enough staff on so no excuse for lack of attention to these areas.

It’s great that there’s a local place that you can nip out at night and get a lovely coffee . Very helpful and friendly staff too

We visited as a group of 7, from 3 to 77 years old. We all had either hot or cold drinks and a snack. The staff were working hard and made us feel welcome. We were served by Gemma, who made the experience great. The place was clean, well set out and friendly. The only issue was that the disabled access door was not functioning. Not a big issue, but would have meant an excellent review rather than very good.

Have made my last visit for a while as I'm tired of short measures and coffee that tastes like they've already made a couple of cups from the grains.

My problem with all these modern coffee shops is that they don't actually have a listing on the menu for 'coffee'. You have to give it a pretentious modern name. Flat white, americano.... What? I just want a coffee :-/

Stopped for a coffee today. No one else in queue and 3 people behind counter yet I was not acknowledged. When I was, it was fine but staff not very forthcoming/bubbly/starbucksy. Went to collect coffee and that was fine, pretty quick and coffee was great.

Popped in for coffee around 5.00pm today. Tables all littered with empty cups and glasses and floor covered in crumbs. Plenty of staff faffing around behind the counter but none doing any work out on the floor. Waited 10 minutes for two small drinks. Not acceptable. Coffee did not taste good. Won't be back in any time soon.

Only used the drive thru, but have done on numerous occasions. Coffee is fab, staff could be friendlier and more forthcoming. Always have to ask for sugar etc and you'd think it came out their wages. Not the most enthusiastic bunch.

Very surprised by how reasonable the prices were. Staff were very friendly. Plenty choices of drinks, cakes etc. The only drawback was that the latte I ordered was lukewarm. It tasted lovely but could have been doing with being a bit warmer.

I’ve been here a few times with the kids (I’m not a huge coffee lover) but they like it.

Called in for a coffee on Monday 2nd July, after a long drive from Liverpool, could not believe how dirty and disgusting the inside of this coffee shop was, every table had dirty cups and plates on it, the floors, chairs and tables were covered in crumbs and other un identifiable food stuff, and it was only 10am with next to no customers inside, the staff obviously don’t take pride in the place they work or the image they portray, yet they had the cheek to have someone pick up litter outside. In all honesty it would have been cleaner to sit on the grass outside than inside, I felt like I had to wipe my feet on the way out! If you value your health suggest you eat elsewhere! Time to contact environmental health I think.

Visited the drive thru in livingston ordered a large extra hot cappacino, got home to find half a cup of luke warn coffee with no Choc dusting, poured it into a normal cup in the house to find that it didn't even fill that (see photo) At a cost of £3.10 to say I'm annoyed is an understatement certainly won't be back!!!

Just visited the one in the centre and the service was awful. The staff were having a carry on, loud shouting and laughing and ignoring the customers. They got the drinks in the wrong order and behaved as if they were drunk. Won’t be back.

My wife and I stay locally and we are regular visitors to the Drive Thru. The Latte is excellent and we normally get a muffin. The girls (It is normally girls) are extremely polite and friendly and extremely customer focused.

First visit to the new Starbucks with drive through. Great decor, nice fittings, lovely aroma. Frequented today by a mainly young post gym and afternoon crowd just hanging out.

Afternoon coffee and catch up with a friend. Convenient location away from the bustle of the town centre. Has its own car park, which isn't very big though and we had to park nearby instead. Service was quick and friendly.Will go again.

Went to this Starbucks with girlfriend and friend and had a coffee, a hot chocolate and a mango smoothie. Man who served us was smiley and pleasant and polite. The drinks took a bit of time but only because this Starbucks also has a drive-thru to deal with so that was fine. The actual coffee tasted good, only criticism was my girlfriend had asked for no cream on her drink but had cream on it but that was ok. The actual seating area was very clean and tidy, didn't get a chance to use the toilet facilities though. Overall, very clean and nice service. This Starbucks is better if you want a quieter atmosphere as the one in the Designer Outlet can be busy and noisy.

Visited this establishment for a bit choc takeaway -it was near closing time and the staff were still on top of there game - even after a long Saturday shift they were friendly and professional - the girl who was tidying up outside after messy customers and her attitude was second to none - sorry I didn't catch name but on shift at 1920 on 8th Oct! Quite tall with longish hair - you are a credit to starbucks girl. Thanks

Quite a large coffee shop considering it's a Drive Thru. However Great range of Drinks and eatables. Loads of sockets for charging your Phones etc. Loads of different seating depending on what kind of Trip to Starbucks your having. Great service both at the indoor counter AND the Drive Thru.

It's great that there is somewhere local that you can nip out for a coffee and take your dog with you We just have to mention coffee and car and our dog goes nuts!! She loves it
