Morrisons in Stirling

Si tienes alergias no vayas aquí. .pedimos un desayuno vegano lo tuvimos muchas veces antes. . esta vez lo traen con huevos puestos y mantequilla para las tostadas. Me niego y digo que pedimos un desayuno vegano que la chica dice que es .. ella luego va a preguntar chef que también dice que es vegano .. básicamente no podíamos confiar en ellos y pidió un reembolso . en la caja pregunté lo que estaba pasando y dijeron un nuevo chef . Me he quejado a Morrisons a través de servicio al cliente y tienda por correo electrónico, pero sin respuesta.

Voy a Morrisons Stirling la mayoría de las mañanas la situación con las cafeteras es muy malo, una cafetera tiene estado roto durante meses visitado esta mañana y el que queda estaba roto así que me acabo de ir sin, estoy totalmente harto de la situación Estoy considerando seriamente ir a otra parte

Unfriendly Staff, wouldn't wrap my glasses that I bought, said they don't offer that service!, Not sure how I was going to get them home without them being smashed!! Also so ratty when I took my time trying to pack my glasses so they wouldn't get broken Will head ti Tesco next time!!

ordered on the automated menu ordered Fish chips peas, took a seat and waited on our lunch. Server brought us our fish & chips but no teas weird as I thought it would be all brought together so had to go and ask and was told to help myself. Not the best service but the food was ok

Saw chicken legs on sale in the reduced section at £2.15 down from £3.33. When I went through the checkout I noticed the till has charged at the full price. Spoke to an assistant who said I would have to go to customer services as it went through the till. Waited 5 minutes at customer services only to be told there was no one available to give me a refund. I was told I would have wait in the lottery ticket/ cigarettes queue which was 10 people long. Gave up and left the store. Would give Morrisons at Stirling no stars if I could.

I love this place! The staff are friendly! Meals are brilliant etc. Would highly recommend! Brilliant!

Came here to sit and enjoy some football, staff were nothing but pleasant and helpful, myself and my friend were able to enjoy a free game of pool also! Will definitely visit more often and enjoy more nights here! Excellent location for a night out as local nightclub is right beside this bar for later in the evening

Sat down in cafe stirling morrissons as was feeling unwell during Shopping was immediately asked to leave, as hadn't bought anythingdisgusting behaviour by the waitress.jobsworths abound especially inlow level qualification free roles.

they do not clean the tables often enough. and the staff were slow . also the food was a let down as well should have gone to wetherspoons instead.

On holiday in Stirling. Last day, wanted a decent breakfast before 4 hour drive home. Used Morrison’s all over the UK and usually decent value for money. However, this was probably the worst breakfast I’ve ever had. Bacon barely cooked, flat sausage not nice, rest of it was warm at best. Very very disappointing. Wouldn’t use here again (I travel to Scotland for work).

Hadn't been in Morrison's Cafe since last year so thought I'd give them another try, that was my first huge mistake! They took 25 mins to bring my food even though it wasn't busy. Food was total garbage AND COLD! No milk, sugar, napkins, spoons, cutlery or condiments we're out so I had to ask. You'd think I'd asked them for a discount the way they reacted! Do yourself a favour and avoid this dump!

Waited more than 30 mins for a breakfast and it tasted awful! square sausage only half cooked white of egg almost raw! never again will we eat here. tables sanitised? by one cloth and no spray and same with chairs at the table opposite us. If track and trace contact us then we know it is due to this place! !!!

Used to be an excellent value place to eat, good ingredients & friendly staff at reasonable prices. The past couple of visits have been very poor due to organisation, waiting 25min to be served a cooked breakfast that had gone cold, as had the coffee I'd poured 20min earlier. No apology, no discount, don't even seem aware that waiting that long would be an issue. This was a Mon lunch time, & very quiet so no excuse. Given its lack of customers at a normally busy time, I can't be the only one to be disappointed at the reduction in service.

Other pubs would not change any TV from football to golf but the manager at Morrison’s gladly changed not just one but two TVs so we could watch the Solheim Cup. The bar staff was fast and friendly and the bar food was pretty good. We enjoyed ourselves here.

just back from the morrisons in stirling ordered 2 big daddy scottish breakfasts 19 items for £5 only ours only had 15 no fresh tomato or no black pudding waitress did not imform us there was items missing or offer an alternative if items were not avalible

I don't expect 5 star service at Morrisons cafe but a bit of curtosy would have been nice. We arrived and ordered some meals at the checkout and this seemed to be a chore for the girl who was serving. We then went and sat down to wait for our meals. When they arrived they were warm at best and one meal was suppose to have gravy on it, when I looked it has the smallest dribble of gravy I have ever seen. I asked the staff member for some more gravy and you would have thought I had asked her to cook the meal again from scratch. When she eventually return I was apauled at what she has dumped on the table. There was a pot of so called gravy which was sticky and coagulated when my daughter turned it upside down the contents did not even move. By this time we were so fed up we left without finishing the meals. I bit of good customer service could have solved this problem but they were not interested.

Incluso la zona de juegos infantiles estaba cerrada. . . y si el gerente observa esta área, encontrará que las pantallas de TV son repugnantes y están cubiertas de tierra. No estoy nada contento con Morrisons en Stirling y evitaré este Supermercado si este es el estándar que establecen.

El personal aquí no tiene ni idea o no entiende su propio menú / hasta el sistema de pedido. ¡TRES VECES la encantadora mesita me trajo el pedido equivocado! ¡Hay tantas permutaciones diferentes para el desayuno que se confunden más que una gran excavación a la que se le ha mostrado un complicado truco de cartas!¡La comida es lo suficientemente saludable, solo fría y seca al momento de recibirla!

Friendly staff and quick service, food was piping hot and very tasty. They have a varied menu and delicious puddings too.

Have been waiting over 30 minutes for 2 breakfasts to appear. Sunday breakfast, who didn't think it would be busy? Morrisons obviously did not have enough staff in place.

He usado este café en varias ocasiones cuando compro, y solo cuando lo hice me di cuenta de que dije que nunca lo volvería a usar la última vez. Sinceramente, creo que la administración es la culpable, ya que el personal siempre aparece estresado y con exceso de trabajo.

Hot food, hot drinks, clean restaurant, friendly staff, what more could you ask for? Out with friends, had to drop in, decided to have lunch, three of us had Fish and chips, the fish was huge, one gammon which came with both egg and pineapple if you wanted it and a lovely tuna salad, all were delicious

I shop in Morrison's most days and use their cafe often , it is clean and the food is excellent. The are most helpful always willing to help. I would recommend friends and family to eat there. The store is well layed out and you never have to wait long in a queue as there is always plenty of staff.

Had a big breakfast in here today while we waited on our car in local garage. Food was lovely and have no complaints. Only thing that stops me giving this review five stars was the portion size. While it was quite big it could have been bigger.

This is our 3rd time eating here before doing our weekly shop. Always great service and excellent food. 3 courses for two with a drink for less than £15.

Went with a friend and the staff were very unhelpful and basically felt we were a hinderance and huffing a puffing when ordering put me right off.

I popped in for breakfast , tables were dirty , i had to ask for table to be cleared, , when my food did finally arrive 40 mins later it was enough to make you sick, the sausage was off , the full breakfast was disgusting I will never eat here again , this USED to be a great place!

Spent 12 weeks having my evening me here. Very time I I ask can you make sure it's warm as I get cold food every week. I don't know why I bother as they never listern and I still get it cold.

Ordered 3 set big breakfasts waited 30 minutes food came it was cold was looking forward to potato scones and square sausage got hash browns and links instead no explanation just dumped down in front of us all 3 plates had different things on them food was disgusting never again

Needed brunch and also doing some shopping. Clean, but not very fast service, the hold up is at the till, food is fine with good choices.

Had great fish and chips for two and two drinks f o r £10. Great value for money and fish was hanging over the plate.

I went her with my dad for lunch and it was lovely, I had quiche and my dad had fish and chips. We really like coming here for lunch. We have been afew times before and it's always lovely. Good food and good value for money :)

Not s great bar. Completely lacking in atmosphere. Staff were bored and slow. Funny smell like mound and weird cleaning products at bar. Popped in for the potential of lunch with two friends. It wasn't busy and took so long to get drinks and in general place wasn't great so we moved on. The only other customers that were in were already very drunk on s weekday lunch time and we were shocked that they were still getting served.

Completely agree with the previous reviewer. Been coming for years as it was the best breakfast in town. Not great the last time but thought maybe just an off day. But this time was just as bad. Cold mushrooms, chewy toast, poached egg was hard boiled, bacon greasy, plasticky and frankly just not very pleasant. Only the sausages were truly hot. I waited a fair length of time for my food although it wasn't particularly busy. It seemed as though there had been no co -ordination in the cooking of the individual items and I'll warrant some were left sitting while the sausages (the hottest items on the plate) were cooked.

Been coming here for more than 10 years and recently I have became so disappointed with the cafe that I don't know why I bother coming back! The place is chaos .... my order is NEVER right despite me emphasising at the order point. I could say a lot more but it would just look like I was being petty!
