Costa Coffee in Stirling

Open and very public space. Very pleasant staff all local girls. Pity about the loud foul language of some customers.

The usual from Costa at motorway services.

Warm relaxed and friendly Costa. Prices are a little higher than standard. Plenty of seating.

Generic, characterless, mediocre. Not disappointing, just bland. I can barely muster the enthusiasm to write a review.

Over £4 for a small coffee.. scandalous

Couldn't read the board for what drinks were on offer because of so many stupid ads. After all that time wasted on trying to read the ad board on a time crunch we found out we couldn't even get the drinks we wanted (bubble tea) because they didnt have the straws. Staff are nice enough though and apologised which I appreciate. But they should be better equipped and get a normal drinks menu that allows customers to read whats on offer. And get some damn straws!!! Not a good costa for a place that is a rest stop.

I'm here at 2030hrs on a Monday night it is not open so it is definitely not open 24/7.

Costa Coffee shop inside the main motorway services building. Range of coffees and snacks available. Indoor and outdoor seating areas. More expensive than normal Costas due to being within the motorway services. Staff were friendly.

Quite possibly the worst costa hot chocolate I've had. Once I was actually able to drink the scolding hot beverage, it had an awful taste, more than likely the milk had been heated up multiple times in an unclean jug before making its way to my cup. Disappointing to say the least considering the price you pay

3/4 hour pit stop on.a bus tour so the driver could take a break on our way home. The latte was lovely and we had a large one. Would recommend

Fantastic place for a Coffee, the staff are so friendly and knowledge. Love a regular visit.

Ordered 2 medium mochas, coffee was super bitter and no hint of chocolate(or maybe it was hidden behind the bitter taste) . How hard can it be for a franchise to offer consistent quality? Paying £8 and not able to complain as on the road by the time we drank it. Poor worker was on her own, not surprised if she couldn't make a decent coffee.

Great place for a cup of coffee.

Why open 24hrs as one of the only places for a traveller to stop and rest if the staff are rude and surly. We got shouted at for sitting down! And the toilets were smelly. Not Costas fault but the whole place is run down and tatty. Why? It’s 2021 not 1972 and I can remember how bad services were then!

Only go to this site at late evening when a certain person a really good member of staff going by the name of elaine , very helpful , respectful, polite , curtious , complained about other staff members but elaine a very big thank you for everything , a job done well , keep up the good work

Great, friendly and welcoming staff and the coffee was yummy. There are plenty of places to charge your phone or computer too. The only downside is that it’s a little noisy due to being a motorway services place. That might make it difficult to study if that’s what you’re looking for. However, for us with a little kid with us that actually worked in our advantage!

I used the service area for break from driving. I don't use Costa coffee because its over rated and priced and frankly not to my taste.

Just had an almond latte from here, it wasn't up to usual Costa standards. I'm going somewhere else now for another coffee, so i can wash this taste out my mouth. I won't be back.

It's in a motorway service area and suffers from that. It's very open and a bit noisy. Staff are pleasant and helpful but it's not a relaxing place. I suppose most customers are in a rush. Staff work hard to keep place clean and tidy and be helpful to the customers.

Never had a bad Costa Coffee in my life. Only once had bad service in Stirling Costa after it moved in to middle of Thistle Centre and was treated like an idiot when staff allowed someone to skip in front of me as he was 'better dressed', that really offended me but I just never went back to Costa in Stirling Thistle Centre. No big deal for the company as I prefer Costa to the competition and always visit Costa elsewhere - just NEVER STIRLING THISTLE CENTRE COSTA. Apart from that issue I love Costa.

Nicely made cappuccino but £3.05 for a small I feel is a bit steep other wise would of been 5 stars as the service was very friendly and with a smile

Nice little coffee shop very cosy but sometimes loud due to the coffee machines, I would suggest this place for a little rest whilst out and about ...(it has good hot chocolate)

Ok but feel you could Penally get better service from a vending machine at times. Compared to the garage down the road the drinks were pretty bad. The selection of snacks/food is very random as well.

The staff are great here always cheerful and quick, just wish you stop overheating my coffee to lava level, just one girl that does this think she the manager, naughty! Would have given you a 5 if you had not burnt my mouth 

El lugar estaba limpio al igual que las mesas, uno de mis arcos en particular en las cafeterías de Costa. El servicio fue agradable y utilizaría estos servicios en particular para reunirme con amigos o colegas

Costa fortune for a low grade product

Nos detuvimos para tomar un café y un pastel esta tarde en Costa en Stirling Services. Servido por dos personas, una con un uniforme de gerente y la otra un barista. Ninguna de las dos mujeres tenía una pizca de atención al cliente, ambas estaban más interesadas en hablar entre ellas. Sin contacto visual, sin 'por favor' o 'gracias', una actitud de 'tómalo o déjalo'. Como visitante habitual de Costa, este establecimiento fracasa rotundamente en todos los aspectos del servicio al cliente. ¡Haz algo al respecto, Costa! ¡Personas equivocadas que interactúan con el público aquí!

Me detuve aquí para tomar un aperitivo en mi camino a Glasgow. Pedí un sándwich de queso y jamón tostado y un americano con leche. Cuando utilizo un bastón, a menudo tengo dificultades para llevar tazas, pero la joven que me atendía me dijo enseguida que me lo traería, muy apreciado. El sándwich tostado estaba perfectamente caliente con el queso comenzando a derretirse y el café estaba a la altura estándar de Costa. Sin embargo, la próxima vez voy a pedir un pequeño en lugar de medio! He visto algunas críticas criticando al personal aquí, pero ciertamente no tengo quejas y estaría feliz de parar aquí de nuevo.

Visited here on a Sunday evening and unfortunately only had two members of staff on hand. This resulted in a big queue and an unfortunate 30 minute wait.

Me pareció justo al lado del centro comercial Costa (el centro comercial cardones) así que fue una agradable ubicación conveniente para algunas buenas jo. No puedo recordar lo que me dieron, pero me pareció un poco caro, de ahí que solo fuimos una vez.

Typical service station fare, more of a snack than a meal and very expensive for what you get, would reccomend you went elsewhere for food possibly into Stirling where you woukd have a better choice.

I am or was a great fan of Costa and was pleased to see it in this Moto service station but my expectations were short lived.
