McDonalds in West Dunbartonshire

This is the worst McDonald's ever fact stale food ,no sauces no straws waste of money absolutely disgraceful.....plus zero customer service ....whole place is awful

Balloch McDonalds what is this definitely not a medium fries or a plain cheese burger 🫠 worst part is I had to drive right around to the window to ask for my order told be taken!!! as waited 5 mintues at the speaker but no one came they all were too busy talking to each other instead . The manager who was on shift was even there once I chapped the window for them to recognised me the manager snided me and walked off

Two days in a row went for breakfast roll meal and was presented with a wrap. Both days had to then wait for correct order. Then today 21/02/2024 heard the one brain cell wonder who took my order laughing about getting it wrong. Must be hard for him.

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered over £40 worth of food only for half not to come and then they won’t deal with you in phone and leave you on hold them out the phone off the hook.

Me and my brother went for dinner from the caravan site next to this establishment and came back from getting our food and was planning on sitting down for a nice dinner when we found hair all over my brothers chips , horrible.

Not been here for 3 months, gave it another go. Checked my roll before I left and Ta Da! Was missing Bacon. Roll was flung together, won't be back, Poor

Freezing cold food long wait in car park despite going through drive through no ice cream. This is worst place to go for food won’t be back! Not even at rush hour

Ordered at 5.23, and given delivery estimate of 5.55-6.15. Partial order delivered at 6.33..... Part of my order (my own meal) never turned up, and when I phoned McDonalds I was told it was unavailable. It was certainly available, and allowed me to order it over an hour before delivery..... the food that DID arrive was stone cold. Waiting for a refund on the items that never arrived, and hopefully for the rest of the order that was stone cold

It's okay mcdonalds but service was quite slow and when receiving a cup of tea the tea bag was split In the cup. But I did get a replacement but it took about 10 Minutes for the replacement to be handed to me but the customer services assistant did apologise regarding delay. Everything was a okay.

Coffee was good. Porridge also. Can’t complain. This restaurant was clean and well staffed. Drive in was busy so i got inside.

Came in today at lunch before going kayaking with my family. We ordered all our food and 2 large colas & 2 medium colas. When the food was ready the server walked past me with my food so I said that’s Mine ? (So he didn’t have to carry it anymore) he said it’s table 20s ? So off he went to an empty number 20 table then finally after walking after him he gave us our food after doing a mini keep fit class chasing him round McDonald’s…. To my horror! I got given 4 cans of cola for my 4 colas I ordered taking in mind i ordered 2 medium & 2 large (different prices) yet get a can of cola ? Apparently something was up with the drinks machines? No signs up saying this to prewarn customers? No apologies? No refund? So if you buy a small cola you get a can? If you buy a large you get a can? Who on earth came up with this brain wave??? Totally unacceptable!! And to top it off I had two older members of staff on there “break” beside me and had to listen to them both nagging about staff and everything else …. I wont be back!

balloch mcdonalds is absolutely ridiculous for delivering the correct food, they forget everything and say ohhh... its just a mistake.. what ?? every single day is a mistake?? if you cant do the job then quit really they need to retrain staff to be able to read and actually do the job correctly!!! dumbarton mcdonalds is excellent now why is balloch failing at delivering correct items? who actually knows why perhaps its sheer laziness but why should i phone uber everyday for a refund?? they are starting to think im taking the pi$$ ... well im not i am fed up and ragin about it now its all the time "common mistake" yeh a little too common place needs shut down!!! scamming innocent people is not nice and should not be classed as a "common mistake" .. the manager is a fool and everyone in this place has no customer service its unreal!!

No salt on the chips, item missing from order, come back for item and replacement wrong!! Get a grip!!!!!!! Then you try and charge me for an item that you still hadn’t put when you said and made me go through the drive through! Will be going to Dumbarton from now on!!

This is always a stop on the way home from Loch Lomond. Always quick and never have had bad service. I am on a special diet and they are really helpful with coming up with something I can eat. Highly recommend this place.

Out there on the banks of Loch Lomond, you have a Mcdonalds which offers all the usual food and drinks. Nice sized shared car park and free WIFI. What is different is the excellent views of Loch Lomond and the range of mountains in view....
